如图1和图2所示,相关技术中的电池连接器在设计时,通常将两个连接器放在一个柔性电路板(Flexible Printed Circuit,FPC)10上,连接器与印刷电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)20连接,且柔性电路板10在电池本体30上具有一重叠部分11。这样设计存在的问题是:在拆装机时易撕扯,因用户用力过大易导致FPC损坏;因柔性电路板10宽度较大,且部分重叠放在电池本体30上,从而导致了占用了整机结构空间厚度,增加了整机的厚度。

其中,显示单元740可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及移动终端的各种菜单界面。显示单元740可包括显示面板741,可选地,可以采用液晶显示器(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)或有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)等形式来配置显示面板741。
应注意,触控面板731可以覆盖显示面板741,形成触摸显示屏,当该触摸显示屏检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器750以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器750根据触摸事件的类型在触摸显示屏上提供相应的视觉输出。
触摸显示屏包括应用程序界面显示区及常用控件显示区。该应用程序界面显示区及该常用控件显示区的排列方式并不限定,可以为上下排列、左右排列等可以区分两个显示区的排列方式。该应用程序界面显示区可以用于显示应用程序的界面。每一个界面可以包含至少一个应用程序的图标和/或微件(widget)桌面控件等界面元素。该应用程序界面显示区也可以为不包含任何内容的空界面。该常用控件显示区用于显示使用率较高的控件,例如,设置按钮、界面编号、滚动条、电话本图标等应用程序图标等。
其中处理器750是移动终端的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在第一存储器721内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在第二存储器722内的数据,执行移动终端的各种功能和处理数据,从而对移动终端进行整体监控。可选地,处理器750可包括一个或多个处理单元。
需要说明的是,电源780(也可以认为是电池本体)通过电池连接器790实现与设置印刷电路板上的处理器750的连接,其中,所述电池连接器790包括:
与所述电池本体电连接的呈长条状的连接板本体,所述连接板本体设置在所述电池本体上的条形槽中,且所述连接板本体的宽度小于或等于所述条形槽的宽度;
从所述连接板本体的一端延伸出的至少两个相互独立的连接头安装板,每个连接头安装板的末端均设有一个印刷电路板连接头,所述印刷电路板连接头与所述印刷电路板进行电连接。
进一步地,所述连接头安装板包括:
与所述连接板本体的第一端连接的连接部;
与所述连接部连接的安装板本体,所述安装板本体的宽度小于或等于所述条形槽的宽度,且所述安装板本体可绕所述连接部进行翻转;
所述印刷电路板连接头设置在所述安装板本体的末端,且在所述印刷电路板连接头与所述印刷电路板连接后,所述安装板本体位于所述连接板本体的第一侧、且平行于所述连接板本体。
进一步地,所述连接部采用热压焊接方式与所述连接板本体固定连接。
进一步地,所述连接头安装板为柔性电路板。
进一步地,所述连接板本体为硬板。
本公开文本实施例的移动终端,将两个印刷电路板连接头分别设置在两个互不干扰的FPC上,在拆机时,避免了FPC一体式撕扯损坏的风险;同时,将每个FPC的尺寸进行调整,避免其叠放在电池本体上,此种FPC设置方式,占用空间小,减小了整机厚度,增加了整机美感。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种移动终端,包括电池本体和印刷电路板,以及连接在所述电池本体和所述印刷电路板之间的电池连接器,其中,所述电池连接器包括:
    与所述电池本体电连接的呈长条状的连接板本体,所述连接板本体设置在所述电池本体上的条形槽中,且所述连接板本体的宽度小于或等于所述条形槽的宽度;
    从所述连接板本体的一端延伸出的至少两个相互独立的连接头安装板,每个连接头安装板的末端均设有一个印刷电路板连接头,所述印刷电路板连接头与所述印刷电路板进行电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述连接头安装板包括:
    与所述连接板本体的第一端连接的连接部;
    与所述连接部连接的安装板本体,所述安装板本体的宽度小于或等于所述条形槽的宽度,且所述安装板本体可绕所述连接部进行翻转;
    所述印刷电路板连接头设置在所述安装板本体的末端,且在所述印刷电路板连接头与所述印刷电路板连接后,所述安装板本体位于所述连接板本体的第一侧、且平行于所述连接板本体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其中,所述连接部采用热压焊接方式与所述连接板本体固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其中,所述连接头安装板为柔性电路板。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述连接板本体为硬板。
