空调装置 技术领域
本发明涉及空调技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种空调装置。
背景技术
相关技术中,空调器的室内机和室外机分开设置,室内机安装在室内,室外机安装在室外,室内机和室外机之间通过管路和线路等连接。在装配过程中,需要在墙体上设置线路和管路通孔等,由此,不仅造成墙体的破坏,而且操作繁琐、装配复杂。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种空调装置,所述空调装置具有结构简单、装配方便的优点。
根据本发明实施例的空调装置,包括:壳体,所述壳体内限定有间隔开布置且相互连通的室内腔和室外腔,所述壳体顶壁或底壁的中部向所述壳体内腔凹陷以在所述壳体外限定出安装槽,所述安装槽位于所述室内腔和所述室外腔之间且在所述室内腔和所述室外腔的分布方向上的槽宽可调;室内机组件,所述室内机组件设在所述室内腔内;室外机组件,所述室外机组件设在所述室外腔内且与所述室内机组件相连。
根据本发明实施例的空调装置,通过将室内腔和室外腔间隔连通设置,可以通过室内腔和室外腔之间的安装槽方便高效地将空调装置夹设在窗框上侧墙体上。而且,室内腔和室外腔之间连通,便于布置联通管路和线路,无需对窗体和墙体进行打孔。另外,空调装置的安装槽的宽度可调,由此,可以根据墙体的具体厚度对安装槽的宽度进行适配调节,即可安装在不同厚度的墙体,调节灵活、方便,适用范围广,且可以防止空调装置反生窜动,增强了空调装置装配的稳定性。

进一步地,如图7和图10所示,底盘160可以包括:室内底盘161和室外底盘162。其中,室内机组件20设在室内底盘161上,室外机组件30设在室外底盘162上,室外底盘162与室内底盘161中其中的一个相对其中另一个可活动以调整底盘160在槽宽方向上的尺寸。
例如,图5和图7中的示例所示,底盘160包括位于左侧的室内底盘161和位于右侧的室外底盘162。在底盘160的中部位置,室内底盘161与室外底盘162之间可活动连接。比如说,可以是室内底盘161保持相对静置,室外底盘162可以相对室内底盘161沿左右(如 图5和图7中所示的左右方向)移动,从而调整底盘160在安装槽150的槽宽方向上的尺寸。例如当室外底盘162相对与室内底盘161从右向左移动时,可以缩短底盘160的整体长度;当然也可以是室外底盘162相对静置,室内底盘161相对于室外底盘162可沿左右(如图5和图7中所示的左右方向)移动;或者室内底盘161或室外底盘162均可沿左右方向移动,以根据安装槽150的槽宽调整底盘160的整体长度(底盘160沿左右方向的长度)。
可选地,室内底盘161和室外底盘162中的其中一个上可以设有沿槽宽方向延伸的底盘滑槽1621,其中另一个上设有可在底盘滑槽1621内滑动的底盘滑扣1611。
也就是说,可以在室内底盘161上设置底盘滑扣1611,相应地,在室外底盘162上设置与底盘滑扣1611相适配的底盘滑槽1621,例如图7中的示例所示。当然,也可以是在室内底盘161上设置底盘滑槽1621,在室外底盘162上设置与底盘滑槽1621相适配的底盘滑扣1611。由此,可以通过底盘滑扣1611和底盘滑槽1621的滑动配合,根据安装槽150的槽宽调整底盘160的整体长度。
例如,图5和图7中的示例所示,室内底盘161的右端设置有底盘滑扣1611,相应地,室外底盘162的左端设置有底盘滑槽1621。底盘滑扣1611穿过底盘滑槽1621固定在室内底盘161上。通过底盘滑扣1611和底盘滑槽1621之间的滑动配合,室外底盘162可以沿左右方向(如图5和图7中所示的左右方向)滑动。当需要调小安装槽150的槽宽尺寸时,室外底盘162从右向左滑动,底盘沿左右方向的长度缩短;当需要调大安装槽150的槽宽尺寸时,室外底盘162从左向右滑动,底盘160沿左右方向的长度伸长。
进一步地,如图3-图6所示,外罩170可以包括:室内外罩171、室外外罩172和连接板173。其中,室内外罩171与底盘160限定出室内腔110,室外外罩172与室内外罩171间隔开布置且相对于室内外罩171可活动,室外外罩172与底盘160限定出室外腔120。需要说明的是,如图6所示,“室外外罩172相对于室内外罩171可活动”可以是,室外外罩172可以相对于室内外罩171沿左右方向移动。由此,可以调整室内外罩171和室外外罩172之间的安装槽150的槽宽。
连接板173设在室内外罩171与室内外罩171之间且与底盘160限定出安装通道180,连接板173在室内腔110和室外腔120的分布方向上的宽度尺寸可调。
换言之,如图5和图6所示,连接板173连接室内外罩171和室外外罩172,形成安装槽150的底壁,即连接板173与室内外罩171和室外外罩172的相对外侧壁限定出安装槽150。连接板173可以沿左右方向调整尺寸,由此,可以调节安装槽150底壁的宽度,连接板173与位于下方的底盘160间隔设置,形成安装通道180,以方便室内机组件20与室外机组件30之间的管路和线路的布置。
进一步地,室内外罩171和室外外罩172中的其中一个上可以设有沿槽宽方向延伸的外 罩滑槽1721,其中另一个上设有可在外罩滑槽1721内滑动的外罩滑扣1711。
也就是说,可以在室内外罩171上设置外罩滑扣1711,相应地,在室外外罩172上设置与外罩滑扣1711相适配地外滑槽1721,例如,图6中的示例所示。当然,也可以是在室内外罩171上设置外罩滑槽1721,在室外外罩172上设置与外罩滑槽1721相适配的外罩滑扣1711。由此,可以利用外罩滑扣1711和外罩滑槽1721之间的滑动配合,调整室内外罩171与室外外罩172的相对位置,从而根据墙体或者窗框的宽度、调整安装槽150的槽宽的大小。
其中,室内腔110和室外腔120的邻近安装槽150位置分别设有连接轴,连接板173的两端分别与连接轴相连,且两个连接轴的至少一个为可转动的枢转轴190,连接板173形成可卷缩的弹性钢片。从而将连接板173与室内外罩171和室外外罩172密封连接,以限定出用于穿设冷媒管路和电力线路的安装通道180,对管路和线路起到保护的作用。
优选地,如图6-图8所示,两个连接轴均为枢转轴190,室内腔110和室外腔120的邻近安装槽150位置设有可转动的枢转轴190,连接板173的两端分别与枢转轴190相连,连接板173形成可卷缩的弹性钢片。
值得理解的是,连接板173形成安装槽150的底壁。当缩小安装槽150的槽宽时,安装槽150的底壁宽度相应地减小。此时,连接板173会伸入至室内腔110或者室外腔120内。为了防止伸入至室内腔110或者室外腔120的连接板173与室内机组件20和室外机组件30发生结构干涉。在室内腔110和室外腔120临近安装槽150的位置的下端设置有枢转轴190,枢转轴190可以转动。
进一步地,连接板173为可卷缩的弹性钢片,并且连接板173的两端缠设在枢转轴190上。例如,当减小安装槽150的槽宽时,安装槽150的底壁宽度相应减小,此时余出的连接板173伸入至室内腔110和室外腔120内部,并且可以卷绕在枢转轴190上,从而防止了连接板173与室内机组件20和室外机组件30之间的相互干涉。
根据本发明的一个实施例,如图12所示,连接板173可以包括两个,两个连接板173的一端分别与安装槽150的相对侧壁的底部垂直相连,且两个连接板173沿上下方向叠设。
例如,图12中的示例所示,安装槽150的下端设置有两块沿上下方向层叠设置的连接板173,以形成连接板173的底壁。其中,两个连接板173中、位于下方的连接板173与室内外罩171连接,位于上方的连接板173与室外外罩172连接。两块连接板173之间可以沿左右方向(如图12中所示的左右方向)相对滑动,从而可以调节安装槽150的槽宽和安装槽150底壁宽度。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,如图13所示,连接板173可以包括两个,两个连接板173的一端分别与安装槽150的相对侧壁的底部相连,且两个连接板173中的一个与安装槽150的侧壁底部可枢转地相连。
例如,图13中的示例所示,在安装槽150的下方设置有两块连接板173,其中位于左侧的连接板173可以转动。当需要加大安装槽150的槽宽时,可以将左侧的安装板旋转至水平位置,并将室外外罩172从左向右(如图13中所示的左右方向)滑动以增加安装槽150的槽宽;当需要减小安装槽150的槽宽时,若安装槽150的槽宽调整至一个连接板173的宽度,可以将另一个连接板173收回,即将伸入至室内腔110的安装板旋转贴靠至室内腔110的侧壁上。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图14所示,连接板173可以包括两个,两个连接板173的一端分别与安装槽150的侧壁的底部相连,且每个连接板173具有开口朝向对侧的滑动腔,外罩还包括滑板200,滑板200的两端分别插接在两个连接板173的滑动腔内。
例如图14中的示例所示,位于安装槽150的底部设置有两块连接板173,连接板173可以为具有内部腔的板壳结构。位于右侧的连接板173的右端与室外外罩172的侧壁垂直固定连接,位于左侧的连接板173的左端与室内外罩171的侧壁固定连接。两块连接板173的开口相对,在两块连接板173的内部设置有可以沿左右方向(如图14中所示的左右方向)滑动的滑板200。由此,可以通过将滑板200滑入至连接板173的内部或拉出连接板173的外部来调整安装槽150的槽宽。
可选地,如图5所示,壳体10的纵截面形状可以大致形成“凹”形。由此,可以通过室内外罩171的右侧壁、室外外罩172的左侧壁以及连接板173形成凹槽状的安装槽150。当将空调装置100安装在墙体时,安装槽150的左侧壁可以与墙体的室内壁止抵,安装槽150的右侧壁与墙体的是外壁止抵,防止空调装置100发生左右方向的窜动,从而增强了空调装置100固定的稳固性。
根据本发明的一个实施例,空调装置100安装在墙体上的窗口时、槽宽根据墙体厚度可调,且室内机组件20位于墙体一侧的室内,室外机组件30位于墙体另一侧的室外。
例如,空调装置100可以安装在具有窗口的墙体上,其中,墙体上的窗户可以形成上下推拉式结构,空调装置100可以安装在墙体上的上侧窗框上,安装时,如图12所示,安装槽150的槽宽可以根据墙体的厚度进行相应地调节,安装完成后,空调装置100的安装槽150的左侧壁(即室内外罩171的右侧壁)与墙体室内壁贴合,安装槽150的右侧壁(即室外外罩172的左侧壁)与墙体室外壁贴合,防止空调装置100反生窜动,不会影响上下推拉式窗户的操作,且由于连接板173与底盘160之间的距离较小,占用空间较小,不会影响窗户的密封性,保证窗户具有足够的推拉延展性。再者,空调装置100装配在墙体上时,室内机组件20位于室内,室外机组件30位于室外,室内机组件20与室外机组件30被墙体隔开。由此,可以减小室外机组件30工作时产生的噪音,提高产品的用户体验。
如图9-图11所示,室内机组件20可以包括蒸发器210,室外机组件30可以包括冷凝 器310和压缩机320,压缩机320与冷凝器310之间、蒸发器210与冷凝器310之间、压缩机320与蒸发器210之间通过冷媒管路(图中未示出)相连。
例如,图9中的示例所示,位于室内的室内外罩171上设置有进风口230和出风口240。如图6、图9和图10所示,位于空调室内腔110内,与进风口230和相对位置设置有蒸发器210,在蒸发器210的右侧设置有风轮机220,驱动室内空气在空调室内腔110内流动,使室内空气与蒸发器210进行热量交换。在空调室外腔120内设置有压缩机320和冷凝器310,压缩机320与冷凝器310之间、蒸发器210与冷凝器310之间、压缩机320与蒸发器210之间通过冷媒管路相连,进行冷媒的流动传热,其中室外腔120内还设有叶轮以及用于驱动叶轮转动的电机,从而对室外腔120内的各部件进行散热,从而提高空调装置100的工作性能。
当然,空调装置100的壳体10的底壁140也可以向壳体内腔凹陷以形成沿上下方向延伸的安装槽,同时,该安装槽的槽宽可以根据与空调装置100适配的墙体或窗框的宽度进行调节,对此,本发明不再赘述。
下面参照图1-图14以四个具体的实施例详细描述根据本发明实施例的空调装置100。值得理解的是,下述描述仅是示例性说明,而不是对本发明的具体限制。
实施例1:
如图1-图11所示,空调装置100包括:壳体10、室内机组件20和室外机组件30。
其中,如图2、图5和图6所示,壳体10大体为长方体结构,壳体10包括外罩170和底盘160,外罩170罩设在底盘160上。外罩170包括室内外罩171和室外外罩172,底盘160包括室内底盘161和室外底盘162。室内外罩171与室内底盘161之间限定出室内腔110,室内机组件20设在室内腔110内。室外外罩172与室外底盘162之间限定出室外腔120,室外机组件30设在室外腔120内。室内外罩171与室外外罩172之间设置有连接板173,连接板173为可卷缩的弹性钢片。连接板173与底盘160之间限定出安装通道180,安装通道180连通室内腔110和室外腔120。
如图5所示,壳体10与底盘160限定出“凹”字形安装槽150,安装槽150沿左右方向(如图5中所示的左右方向)的宽度可以调整。室内外罩171的右侧壁、室外外罩172的左侧壁以及连接板173构成安装槽150的侧壁和底壁。
如图2和图3所示,位于室内外罩171的下方上设置有外罩滑扣1711,相应地,位于室外外罩172的下方设置有与外罩滑扣1711相适配的外罩滑槽1721。通过外罩滑扣1711和外罩滑槽1721之间的滑动配合,室外外罩172可以相对于室内外罩171沿左右方向(如图2和图3中所示的左右方向)滑动,从而调整安装槽150的槽宽。
如图5和图7所示,位于室内底盘161的右端设置有底盘滑扣1611,相应地,位于室外底盘162的左端设置有与底盘滑扣1611相适配的底盘滑槽1621。通过底盘滑扣1611和底盘滑槽1621之间的滑动连接,底盘160可以根据安装槽150的槽宽调整底盘160沿左右方向(如图5和图7中所示的左右方向)的长度。位于室内底盘161的右端以及位于室外底盘162的左端设置有两根枢转轴190,连接板173卷绕在枢转轴190上。连接板173可以通过卷绕在枢转轴190上或者从枢转轴190上舒展铺开,以调整连接板173沿左右方向的长度,即安装槽150的底壁可以通过枢转轴190和连接板173来调整。
如图6、图9-图11所示,室内机组件20设置在室内腔110内,室内机组件20包括蒸发器210、风轮机220等部件。室内外罩171上设置有进风口230和出风口240,风轮机220可以驱动室内空气在室内和室内腔110循环流动,室内空气经过蒸发器210进行热量交换。室外机组件30设置在室外腔120内,室外机组件30包括:冷凝器310和压缩机320等。压缩机320与冷凝器310之间、蒸发器210与冷凝器310之间、压缩机320与蒸发器210之间通过冷媒管路相连。
在安装空调装置100时,可以将空调装置100安装在窗体的上方框架上。空调装置100的底壁140与窗体上方的框架止抵,安装槽150向上夹设在窗体上方的墙体上。根据墙体的具体厚度,调整安装槽150的宽度,使安装槽150的左侧壁与墙体的室内壁相贴合,安装槽150的右侧壁与墙体的室外壁相贴合,安装槽150的底壁与墙体相抵,从而在上下左右方向固定空调装置100,防止空调装置100反生窜动。
由此,通过将室内腔110和室外腔120间隔连通设置,可以通过室内腔110和室外腔120之间的安装槽150方便高效地将空调装置100夹设在墙体和窗框之间。而且,室内腔110和室外腔120之间连通,便于布置联通管路和线路,无需对窗体和墙体进行打孔。另外,空调装置100的安装槽150的宽度可调,由此,可以根据墙体的具体厚度对安装槽150的宽度进行适配调节,防止空调装置100反生窜动,增强了空调装置100装配的稳定性。
实施例2:
如图12所示,与实施例1不同,在该实施例中,空调装置100具有两块连接板173,两块连接板173沿上下方向(如图12中所示的上下方向)层叠设置。位于下方的连接板173与室内外罩171垂直连接,位于上方的连接板173与室外外罩172垂直连接。两块连接板173沿左右方向可滑动,由此,可以根据墙体的具体厚度,调整安装槽150的槽宽。
实施例3:
如图13所示,与实施例1不同,在该实施例中,空调装置100具有两块连接板173。其 中位于左侧的连接板173可以转动,当连接板173转动至水平方向时,可以将连接板173从室内腔110拉出,增强空调装置100的安装槽150的底壁宽度。当减小安装槽150的底壁宽度时,连接板173可以伸入至室内腔110内,并可转动贴合至室内外罩171的右侧壁上。由此,使结构简单化,并可调整安装槽150的槽宽。
实施例4:
如图14所示,与实施例1不同,在该实施例中,空调装置100具有两块连接板173,两块连接板173为具有滑动腔的板壳结构,两块连接板173的一端连接在壳体10上,另一端为滑动腔的开口,滑动腔的开口相对设置。位于滑动腔内,设置有滑板200,滑板200设置在两块连接板173之间,且滑板200可以在滑动腔内滑动,以根据墙体的厚度调整安装槽150的槽宽。
由此,根据本发明实施例的空调装置100,通过将室内腔110和室外腔120间隔连通设置,可以通过室内腔110和室外腔120之间的安装槽150方便高效地将空调装置100夹设在窗框上侧墙体上。而且,室内腔110和室外腔120之间连通,便于布置联通管路和线路,无需对窗体和墙体进行打孔。
另外,空调装置100的安装槽150的宽度可调,由此,可以根据墙体的具体厚度对安装槽150的宽度进行适配调节,即可安装在不同厚度的墙体,调节灵活、方便,适用范围广,且可以防止空调装置100反生窜动,增强了空调装置100装配的稳定性。再者,空调装置100安装完成后,室内机组件20与室外机组件30被墙体隔开,可以减小室外机组件30工作时产生的噪音,提高产品的用户体验。
根据本发明实施例的空调装置100,其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种空调装置,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体内限定有间隔开布置且相互连通的室内腔和室外腔,所述壳体顶壁或底壁的中部向所述壳体内腔凹陷以在所述壳体外限定出安装槽,所述安装槽位于所述室内腔和所述室外腔之间且在所述室内腔和所述室外腔的分布方向上的槽宽可调;
    室内机组件,所述室内机组件设在所述室内腔内;
    室外机组件,所述室外机组件设在所述室外腔内且与所述室内机组件相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调装置,其特征在于,所述壳体的顶壁向所述壳体内腔凹陷以限定出所述安装槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的空调装置,其特征在于,所述壳体包括:
    底盘;
    外罩,所述外罩罩设在所述底盘上且与所述底盘之间限定出所述室内腔和所述室外腔,所述外罩顶壁的中部向所述壳体内腔凹陷以限定出所述安装槽,且所述安装槽的底壁与所述底盘之间限定出安装通道,所述安装通道分别与所述室内腔和所述室外腔连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空调装置,其特征在于,所述底盘在所述槽宽方向上的尺寸可根据所述安装槽的槽宽调整。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的空调装置,其特征在于,所述底盘包括:
    室内底盘,所述室内机组件设在所述室内底盘上;
    室外底盘,所述室外机组件设在所述室外底盘上,所述室外底盘与所述室内底盘中其中的一个相对其中另一个可活动以调整所述底盘在所述槽宽方向上的尺寸。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空调装置,其特征在于,所述室内底盘和所述室外底盘中的其中一个上设有沿所述槽宽方向延伸的底盘滑槽,其中另一个上设有可在所述底盘滑槽内滑动的底盘滑扣。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的空调装置,其特征在于,所述外罩包括:
    室内外罩,所述室内外罩与所述底盘限定出所述室内腔;
    室外外罩,所述室外外罩与所述室内外罩间隔开布置且相对于所述室内外罩可活动,所述室外外罩与所述底盘限定出所述室外腔;
    连接板,所述连接板设在所述室内外罩与所述室内外罩之间且与所述底盘限定出所述安装通道,所述连接板在所述室内腔和所述室外腔的分布方向上的宽度尺寸可调。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的空调装置,其特征在于,所述室内外罩和所述室外外罩中的其中一个上设有沿所述槽宽方向延伸的外罩滑槽,其中另一个上设有可在所述外罩滑槽内滑动的外罩滑扣。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的空调装置,其特征在于,所述室内腔和所述室外腔的邻近所述安装槽位置分别设有连接轴,所述连接板的两端分别与所述连接轴相连,且两个所述连接轴的至少一个为枢转轴,所述连接板形成可卷缩的弹性钢片。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的空调装置,其特征在于,所述连接板包括两个,两个所述连接板的一端分别与所述安装槽的相对侧壁的底部垂直相连,且两个所述连接板沿上下方向叠设。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的空调装置,其特征在于,所述连接板包括两个,两个所述连接板的一端分别与所述安装槽的相对侧壁的底部相连,且两个所述连接板中的一个与所述安装槽的侧壁底部可枢转地相连。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的空调装置,其特征在于,所述连接板包括两个,两个所述连接板的一端分别与所述安装槽的侧壁的底部相连,且每个所述连接板具有开口朝向对侧的滑动腔,
    所述外罩还包括滑板,所述滑板的两端分别插接在两个所述连接板的滑动腔内。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的空调装置,其特征在于,所述壳体的纵截面形状大致形成“凹”形。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的空调装置,其特征在于,所述空调装置安装在墙体上的窗口时、所述槽宽根据所述墙体厚度可调,且所述室内机组件位于所述墙体一侧的室内,所述室外机组件位于所述墙体另一侧的室外。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14中任一项所述的空调装置,其特征在于,所述室内机组件包括蒸发器,所述室外机组件包括冷凝器和压缩机,所述压缩机与所述冷凝器之间、所述蒸发器与所述冷凝器之间、所述压缩机与所述蒸发器之间通过冷媒管路相连。
