Abstract
L'invention concerne un disque de dégrossissage conçu pour usiner des surfaces de matériau, comprenant un corps de base en forme de disque pourvu d'un évidement central à travers lequel passe un axe de rotation et permettant la fixation directe ou indirecte d'un arbre d'entraînement d'un outil, au moins une couche d'abrasion qui comporte un premier mélange de matières renfermant au moins un premier agent additif à action abrasive, et un noyau de stabilisation qui est conçu pour stabiliser le disque de dégrossissage, est associé à la ou aux couche(s) d'abrasion et qui est disposé de manière adjacente à l'évidement central de façon à effectuer un mouvement rotatif. Le noyau de stabilisation comprend un deuxième mélange de matières comportant au moins un deuxième agent additif à action abrasive différent du premier agent additif à action abrasive.
