因此,急需一种便于用户日常拆卸清理且不易孳生霉菌的、清洁卫生的进水盒组件。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种便于用户在日常使用洗衣机过程进行拆卸清洁的进水盒组件,该进水盒组件不易在内部结构中残留污垢,利于保持进水盒组件的内部卫生,避免孳生霉菌,使洗衣卫生健康。
为了解决所述的技术问题,达到所述的技术效果,本发明采用的基本思路如下:
一种进水盒组件,包括水槽、位于水槽上部的注水盒上盖和置于水槽内部的洗涤剂盒,注水盒上盖具有进水口,并且:
洗涤剂盒上部开口和注水盒上盖之间设有可取放的注水盒下盖;
注水盒下盖将洗涤剂盒上部开口与注水盒上盖隔离,水经注水盒下盖流入洗涤剂盒。
以上所述的进水盒组件设有可取放的注水盒下盖,在进水盒组件正常使用的情况下,注水盒下盖将洗涤剂盒的上部开口与注水盒上盖隔离,避免进水过程中洗涤剂在水流的冲击作用下迸溅到注水盒上盖;
由于注水盒上盖被可拆卸的注水盒下盖隔离,因此没有被迸溅出来的洗涤剂污染,当需要清洁进水盒组件时,只需要将注水盒下盖从进水盒组件中拿出来,对注水盒下盖进行清洗,即可有效解决洗涤剂或污垢在进水盒组件的注水盒上盖和注水盒下盖残留、沉积的问题。并且该进水盒组件的结构简单,清洁方便快捷,容易安装,避免用户繁琐地清洁进水盒组件。
优选地,注水盒下盖可拆卸式地连接在水槽上或者洗涤剂盒上。
优选地,注水盒下盖滑动连接在水槽上或洗涤剂盒上。
优选地,水槽或者洗涤剂盒的侧壁内侧设有滑轨,注水盒下盖的侧边与滑轨配合并相对滑动。
以上的优选设计便于将注水盒下盖从进水盒组件的结构中取出、放入,使拆卸和安装更加简便。
滑轨结构可以确保注水盒下盖与水槽或洗涤剂盒之间组装更可靠,避免注水盒下盖安装错位或者安装后易晃动,并且使注水盒下盖的拉出或推进更加顺畅。另外,该进水盒组件设置结构简单、节省材料和空间,适用性好。
优选地:
水槽内部设有可取放的内置水槽,内置水槽的底部具有出水口;
洗涤剂盒置于内置水槽中;
注水盒下盖和内置水槽配合一体,并且将洗涤剂盒与水槽两侧壁、注水盒上盖隔离。
注水盒下盖和内置水槽配合,将洗涤剂盒与水槽两侧壁、注水盒上盖隔离开来,可以防止洗涤剂迸溅到水槽两侧壁和注水盒上盖,降低洗涤剂迸溅到难以拆卸清理部位的可能性,防护更加全面,清洁时只需将内置水槽和注水盒下盖取出来进行清洗即可确保进水盒组件的清洁度,避免孳生霉菌,更加健康卫生。
优选地,内置水槽滑动连接于水槽的内部。
优选地:
水槽的侧壁内侧设有滑轨,内置水槽的侧壁上部边缘设有外延结构;
外延结构与滑轨配合使内置水槽能相对于水槽滑动。
以上优选的技术方案便于将内置水槽从水槽的结构中拉出或推进,使拆卸和安装更加简便。滑轨结构可以确保两者之间组装更可靠、避免内置水槽晃动,并且使内置水槽的拉出或推进更加顺畅。并且该进水盒组件设置结构简单、节省材料和空间,而且可以增大洗涤剂或添加剂的储放量,适用性好。
优选地:
内置水槽的侧壁内侧设有滑轨,注水盒下盖的侧边设有能相对于滑轨滑动的部件;
洗涤剂盒的侧壁设有外延结构,内置水槽的侧壁内侧设有突出部件,突出部件与外延结构的底部配合并支撑洗涤剂盒,并且洗涤剂盒能相对于突出部件滑动。
以上的设置便于将洗涤剂盒拉出或推进内置水槽,使注水盒下盖的安装和拆卸更加方便,使整个进水盒组件的内部结构拆卸和安装更加快捷,缩短用户清洁时花费的时间。另外,该进水盒组件借助设置在洗涤剂盒和内置水槽的自身结构上的部件或结构使两者组装配合更稳定,避免洗涤剂盒晃动,并且使洗涤剂盒的拉出或推进更加顺畅。该进水盒组件借助自身的结构特点实现相对滑动,不需要额外设置单独的辅助结构,更加牢固可靠,并且节省材料、降低成本。
优选地,注水盒下盖的上表面设置有引导水流方向的水道,水道中设有喷孔,水流由喷孔进入洗涤剂盒。
以上的设置可以使水流均匀地进入到洗涤剂盒中,一方面可以提高洗涤剂的溶解或稀释效果,提高水流的利用效率;另一方面避免水流四处迸溅,防止进水盒组件中犄角处残留水分而致使霉菌的孳生。
优选地,注水盒上盖的进水口设置为三个,并且三个进水口均设置在注水盒上盖的后端;
三个进水口与注水盒下盖的上表面的水道配合,使由左侧的进水口导入的自来水流向注水盒下盖的右侧,由右侧的进水口导入的自来水流向注水盒下盖的左侧,由中间的进水口导入的自来水流向注水盒下盖的中间部位。
上述的技术方案使水流分布更加均匀,可以使洗涤剂的溶解或稀释更加彻底,确保洗涤剂均匀投放,提升衣物洗净效果。
优选地,注水盒下盖的上表面靠近两侧边的水道中设置具有将水流导向内置水槽的侧壁 内侧的喷孔。
以上的喷孔可以在进水过程中,借助喷出的水流将迸溅到侧壁上的部分洗涤剂冲洗掉,减轻后续的清洁工作。
本发明所述的进水盒组件和现有技术相比具有下列有益效果:
所述的进水盒组件便于用户在日常使用时自行进行拆卸清洁和维护,不需要为了清洗而进行拆卸洗衣机台面板等繁琐的工作,也不必求助专业技术人员。用户可以轻松地徒手完成拆卸、清洁和组装工作,快捷便利,因此用户可以经常清理进水盒组件,避免进水盒组件中残留洗涤剂或沉积其他污垢,不易孳生霉菌或产生异味,提高进水盒组件的清洁度,洗衣健康卫生。
本发明的另一重要目的在于提供一种洗衣机,所述的洗衣机具有如上内容所述的任意一种进水盒组件。
所述洗衣机的进水盒组件易于拆卸、清洁和安装,可以避免用户繁琐地清洁进水盒组件,不易孳生霉菌,避免对洗涤的衣物造成污染,洗衣卫生健康,提升用户使用感受。

实施例一
一种进水盒组件,包括上部设有注水盒上盖2的水槽1、洗涤剂盒4,注水盒上盖2具有进水口,水槽1的内部设有可取放的内置水槽5,内置水槽5具有出水口501;
洗涤剂盒4置于内置水槽5中,内置水槽5包括两个侧壁、后壁和底壁,将洗涤剂盒4与水槽1的两侧壁、后壁隔离。
或者,在其他的实施例中,内置水槽5包括两个侧壁、后壁、底壁和顶部,将洗涤剂盒4与水槽1的两侧壁、后壁及注水盒上盖2隔离,当然本领域技术人员应当想到的是,此时的内置水槽5的顶部结构设置与进水口相配合,以实现自来水顺利进入到洗涤剂盒4中,此处不予赘述。
本发明所述的侧壁是指以洗衣机正面为参照,内置水槽的左、右壁。
内置水槽5与水槽1的内部空间匹配并置于水槽1的内部。
内置水槽5的出水口501设置在其底部的后侧,当洗涤剂盒4中进水达到较高为水位时,溢出的水可以通过出水口501流出,然后再由设置在水槽1上的外部出水口101进入到洗涤筒中。
可以将内置水槽5套放于水槽1中而不另行设置辅助使两者发生相对运动的结构,或者设置类似于滑道的辅助结构使两者发生相对滑动,只要可以达到便于将内置水槽5抽拉或推 进的效果即可。
内置水槽5滑动连接于水槽1的内部。
作为优选地,水槽1侧壁的内侧设有滑轨,内置水槽5的侧壁上部边缘设有外延结构,外延结构与滑轨配合并使内置水槽5能相对于水槽1进行滑动。
该设计便于将内置水槽5从水槽1中拉出或推进,使拆卸和安装更加简便。滑轨结构可以确保两者之间组装更准确可靠、避免内置水槽5发生晃动,并且使内置水槽5的拉出或推进更加顺畅。
所述的进水盒组件设有可取放的内置水槽5,在进水盒组件正常使用的情况下,内置水槽5将洗涤剂盒4与水槽1的两侧壁隔离,或者内置水槽5将洗涤剂盒4与水槽1的两侧壁及注水盒上盖2隔离,避免进水过程中洗涤剂在水流的冲击作用下迸溅到水槽1的两侧壁和注水盒上盖2;当需要清洁进水盒组件时,只需要将内置水槽5从进水盒组件中拿出来,对内置水槽5进行清洗,即可防止污垢在进水盒组件中沉积,避免孳生霉菌、产生异味。
该进水盒组件的结构简单,清洁方便快捷,而且还容易安装,避免用户繁琐地清洁进水盒组件。
用于容纳洗涤剂或其他添加剂的洗涤剂盒4与内置水槽5的内部空间匹配并置于内置水槽5中。
在洗涤剂盒4的侧壁设有外延结构,内置水槽5的侧壁内侧设有突出部件,突出部件与外延结构的底部配合并支撑洗涤剂盒4,并且洗涤剂盒4能相对于突出部件发生滑动。
洗涤剂盒4未作特别说明的其他结构特点和现有技术的常规洗涤剂盒是相同或相似的,比如进水、出水的一些结构设置,不是本发明研究的重点,并且本领域技术人员都熟知这些技术,在此不予赘述。
以上的设置便于将洗涤剂盒4拉出或推进内置水槽,使拆卸和安装更加简便。借助设置在洗涤剂4盒和内置水槽5的自身结构上的部件或结构使两者组装配合相对较稳定,避免洗涤剂盒4晃动,并且使洗涤剂盒4的拉出或推进更加顺畅。
另外,该进水盒组件借助自身的结构特点实现相对滑动,不需要额外设置单独的辅助结构,更加牢固可靠,并且节省材料、降低成本。
本实施例的内置水槽5包括两个侧壁、后壁和底壁,内置水槽5的上部设有注水盒下盖3,注水盒下盖3与内置水槽5是可拆卸式安装的,为了使注水盒下盖3的拆卸和组装更加便 利,将注水盒下盖3滑动连接于内置水槽5上。
设有两个侧壁、后壁和底壁并且上部设有注水盒下盖3的内置水槽5,可以防止洗涤剂迸溅到水槽1的两侧壁和注水盒上盖2,降低洗涤剂迸溅到难以拆卸清理部位的可能性,防护更加全面。
将注水盒下盖3与内置水槽5可拆卸式安装,可以分别对内置水槽5和注水盒下盖3进行单独清洗,清洁更加彻底、全面,进一步降低污垢残留的可能性。
作为优选地,内置水槽5的侧壁内侧设有滑轨,注水盒下盖3的侧边设有能相对于滑轨滑动的部件,具体连接方式的示意图参见图3。
以上的设置便于将注水盒下盖3从内置水槽5中拉出或推进,使拆卸和安装更加简便。并且使两者组装配合相对较稳定,避免注水盒下盖3发生晃动,更加牢固可靠,并且节省材料、降低成本。滑轨可以确保注水盒下盖3的安装更加准确,并且使注水盒下盖3和内置水槽5之间组装得更可靠,防止两者发生错位形成缝隙而导致洗涤剂从缝隙中迸溅出去,在不易拆卸清理的部件上残留而给清洁带来不便。
注水盒下盖3的上表面设置有引导水流的水道,水道中设有喷孔,水流由喷孔进入洗涤剂盒。
以上的设置可以使水流均匀地进入到洗涤剂盒4中,一方面可以提高洗涤剂的溶解或稀释效果,提高水流的利用效率;另一方面避免水流四处迸溅,导致进水盒组件中犄角处残留水分而致使霉菌的孳生。
作为优选地,注水盒上盖的进水口设置为三个,并且三个进水口均设置在注水盒上盖的后端;
三个进水口与注水盒下盖的上表面上的水道配合,使由左侧的进水口导入的自来水流向注水盒下盖的右侧,由右侧的进水口导入的自来水流向注水盒下盖的左侧,由中间的进水口导入的自来水流向注水盒下盖的中间部位。
上述的技术方案可以使洗涤剂的溶解或稀释更加彻底。
作为优选地,注水盒下盖的上表面靠近两侧边的水道中设置具有将水流导向内置水槽的侧壁的喷孔。
以上的喷孔可以在进水过程中,借助喷出的水流将部分迸溅到侧壁上的洗涤剂冲洗掉,减轻后续的清洁工作。

实施例二
本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:注水盒下盖3滑动连接在水槽1上。
参见图2,水槽1的侧壁内侧上设有滑道,注水盒下盖3的两侧边设有可与滑道匹配并能发生相对滑动的结构,注水盒下盖3滑动连接在水槽1上。
该注水盒下盖3与洗涤剂盒4、内置水槽5相配合,可以避免洗涤剂在进水过程中迸溅到注水盒上盖2和水槽1的两侧壁,防止污垢沉积和孳生霉菌。
或者,也可以不设置内置水槽5,只需要通过调节洗涤剂盒4的尺寸大小或形状,使洗涤剂盒4与注水盒下盖3匹配合适,达到避免洗涤剂迸溅到水槽1的两侧壁和注水盒上盖2的效果。
本实施例还提供一种洗衣机,其具有如前所述的进水盒组件。
所述洗衣机的进水盒组件易于拆卸、清洁和安装,可以避免用户繁琐地清洁进水盒组件,不易孳生霉菌,不会对洗涤的衣物造成污染,洗衣卫生健康,提升用户使用感受。
实施例三
本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:注水盒下盖3滑动连接在洗涤剂盒4上。
参见图4,洗涤剂盒4的两侧壁内侧上设有滑道,注水盒下盖3的两侧边设有可与滑道匹配并能发生相对滑动的结构,注水盒下盖3滑动地连接在洗涤剂盒4上。
该注水盒下盖3与洗涤剂盒4、内置水槽5相配合,可以避免洗涤剂在进水过程中迸溅到注水盒上盖2和水槽1的两侧壁,防止污垢沉积和孳生霉菌。
或者,也可以不设置内置水槽5,只需要通过调节洗涤剂盒4的尺寸大小或形状,使洗 涤剂盒4与注水盒下盖3匹配合适,达到避免洗涤剂迸溅到水槽1的两侧壁和注水盒上盖2的效果。
在需要清洁的时候,可以将洗涤剂盒4和注水盒下盖3整体抽拉出来,然后将注水盒下盖3从洗涤剂盒4上抽拉出来,即完成拆卸,便于彻底清洗,防止洗涤剂或污垢残留,避免霉菌孳生,提高进水盒组件的清洁度。
本实施例还提供一种洗衣机,其具有如前所述的进水盒组件。
所述洗衣机的进水盒组件易于拆卸、清洁和安装,可以避免用户繁琐地清洁进水盒组件,不易孳生霉菌,不会对洗涤的衣物造成污染,洗衣卫生健康,提升用户使用感受。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种进水盒组件,包括水槽、位于水槽上部的注水盒上盖和置于水槽内部的洗涤剂盒,注水盒上盖具有进水口,其特征在于:
    洗涤剂盒上部开口和注水盒上盖之间设有可取放的注水盒下盖;
    注水盒下盖将洗涤剂盒上部开口与注水盒上盖隔离,水经注水盒下盖流入洗涤剂盒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种进水盒组件,其特征在于:注水盒下盖可拆卸式地连接在水槽上或者洗涤剂盒上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种进水盒组件,其特征在于:注水盒下盖滑动连接在水槽上或洗涤剂盒上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种进水盒组件,其特征在于:水槽或者洗涤剂盒的侧壁内侧设有滑轨,注水盒下盖的侧边与滑轨配合并相对滑动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种进水盒组件,其特征在于:
    水槽内部设有可取放的内置水槽,内置水槽的底部具有出水口;
    洗涤剂盒置于内置水槽中;
    注水盒下盖和内置水槽配合一体,并且将洗涤剂盒与水槽侧壁、注水盒上盖隔离。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种进水盒组件,其特征在于:内置水槽滑动连接于水槽的内部。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的一种进水盒组件,其特征在于:
    水槽的侧壁内侧设有滑轨,内置水槽的侧壁上部边缘设有外延结构;
    外延结构与滑轨配合使内置水槽能相对于水槽滑动。
  8. 根据权利要求5-7任一项所述的一种进水盒组件,其特征在于:
    内置水槽的侧壁内侧设有滑轨,注水盒下盖的侧边设有能相对于滑轨滑动的部件;
    洗涤剂盒的侧壁设有外延结构,内置水槽的侧壁内侧设有突出部件,突出部件与外延结构的底部配合并支撑洗涤剂盒,并且洗涤剂盒能相对于突出部件滑动。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种进水盒组件,其特征在于:
    注水盒下盖的上表面设置有引导水流方向的水道,水道中设有喷孔,水流由喷孔进入洗涤剂盒。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于:具有如权利要求1-9任一项所述的进水盒组件。
