Abstract

一种舆情公关方法、系统、用户终端及计算机可读存储介质,涉及网络公关技术领域。方法包括:获取用户的阅读信息(S101);对阅读信息进行分析,得到分析结果(S102);根据分析结果判断阅读信息是否需要被公关(S103);如果需要被公关,则选择与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息(S104);显示公关信息(S105)。该方法可以将舆情公关文推送给需要被公关的用户,避免所有人看到公关文,降低负面影响。

技术领域
本发明涉及网络公关技术领域,尤其是涉及舆情公关方法、系统、用户终端及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
在网络日益普及的今天,网络舆情危机公关事件随时可能发生,网络舆情公关是现代公共关系新的思维方式。策划思路和传播媒介,其目的是通过互联网这一高科技手段,营造政府正面形象。而网络舆情危机公关仅仅是现代公共关系的一个方面,是政府组织对产生的网络舆情危机及负面影响进行的处理。目前在线公关主要通过发通稿来解决,所有的人都会看到公关文,容易产生更大的负面影响。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种舆情公关方法、系统、用户终端及计算机可读存储介质,可以将舆情公关文推送给需要被公关的用户,避免所有人看到公关文,降低负面影响。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种舆情公关方法,包括:
获取用户的阅读信息;
对所述阅读信息进行分析,得到分析结果;
根据所述分析结果判断所述阅读信息是否需要被公关;
如果需要被公关,则选择与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息;
显示所述公关信息。
结合第一方面,本发明实施例提供了第一方面的第一种可能的实施方式,其中,所述对所述阅读信息进行分析得到分析结果的步骤,包括:
对所述阅读信息进行分析,得到所述阅读信息的情感极性;
若所述阅读信息的情感极性为负面,则确定所述阅读信息需要被公关。
结合第一方面,本发明实施例提供了第一方面的第二种可能的实施方式,其中,所述阅读信息包括历史阅读信息,所述对所述阅读信息进行分析得到分析结果包括:
对所述历史阅读信息进行回溯和语义理解,得到所述用户对负面信息的阅读信息。

显示单元,配置成显示所述公关信息。

情感极性分析子单元,配置成对所述阅读信息进行分析,得到所述阅读信息的情感极性;

第三方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种用户终端,所述用户终端中包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序代码,所述处理器执行所述 程序代码时实现本发明实施例提供的舆情公关方法的步骤。
第四方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有程序代码,所述程序代码被处理器执行时实现本发明实施例提供的舆情公关方法的步骤。
本发明实施例提供的舆情公关方法、系统、用户终端及计算机可读存储介质,获取用户的阅读信息,对阅读信息进行分析,并根据分析结果判断阅读信息是否需要被公关。若阅读信息需要被公关,则选择与该阅读信息对应的公关信息进行显示。如此,可以将公关信息推送给需要被公关的用户,避免所有用户看到公关信息,进而达到降低负面影响的效果。

目前在线公关主要通过发通稿来解决,所有的人都会看到公关文,容易产生更大的负面影响,基于此,本发明实施例提供的舆情公关方法和系统,可以将舆情公关文推送给需要被公关的用户,避免所有人看到公关文,降低负面影响。
为便于对本实施例进行理解,首先对本发明实施例所公开的舆情公关方法和系统进行详细介绍。
本发明实施例提供的舆情公关方法和系统,可应用于安装有至少一个刻阅读信息的应用程序的用户终端。在本实施例中,所述终端可以为用户使用的任何智能终端,如,智能手机、平板电脑等。
所述用户终端包括存储器以及处理器,所述存储器以及处理器通过一条或多条总线/信号线相互通信。所述存储器可用于存储软件程序及功能模块,如本发明实施例中的舆情公关方法和系统对应的程序指令/模块,处理器通过运行存储在存储器内的软件程序及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,如本发明实施例提供的舆情公关方法。实施例一:

参照图1,舆情公关方法,包括:
步骤S101,获取用户的阅读信息;
可选地,用户的阅读信息包括用户当前阅读信息和历史阅读信息。在本实施例中,用户可以通过终端打开网站或者APP(Application,应用程序),阅读信息流内容,然后点击想要阅读的具体内容,进入详情页开始阅读,阅读完以后会有阅读记录。用户终端可以通过所述阅读记录获取用户的历史阅读信息,也可直接获取用户的当前阅读信息。
步骤S102,对阅读信息进行分析,得到分析结果;
可选地,对用户的阅读信息进行语义理解的方式,可以包括关键词理解、自然语言处理、机器学习、实体标注技术等中的至少一种,从而得到阅读信息的具体内容。
可选地,步骤S103可以通过如下步骤实现:
对所述阅读信息进行分析,得到所述阅读信息的情感极性。若所述阅读信息的情感极性为负面,则确定所述阅读信息需要被公关。
步骤S103,根据分析结果判断阅读信息是否需要被公关,如果需要被公关,则执行步骤S104,如果不需要被公关,则执行步骤S106;
在本实施例中,根据阅读信息的具体内容判断是否需要被公关,比如阅读信息为负面信息,就可能需要被公关。
步骤S104,选择与阅读信息对应的公关信息;
需要说明的是,公关信息可以为图片、文字、视频、图文等各种形式,如果阅读信息为需要被公关的负面信息,则查找是否存在与该阅读信息匹配的公关文,如果存在,则选择该公关文,如果不存在,则不选择公关文,并将该阅读信息标记为待公关信息,应当理解,所述待公关信息是指需要被公关但公关信息尚未准备好的阅读信息。
因而,可选地,如果所述阅读信息需要被公关,选择与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息 的步骤可以包括如下子步骤:
步骤S201,如果需要被公关,则查找是否存在与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息。
步骤S202,若不存在与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息,则将所述阅读信息标记为待公关信息。

其中,所述关注度可以包括一下信息中的至少一个:用户对所述待公关信息的阅读时长、阅读次数和是否评论所述待公关信息。所述预设条件可以是根据实际情况进行设定,例如,当用户对所述待公关信息的关注度满足如下条件中的至少一个时,确定所述关注度达到预设条件:
用户对所述待公关信息的阅读时长达到预设时长;
用户对所述待公关信息的阅读次数达到预设次数;以及
用户评论所述待公关信息。
作为一种实施方式,假设用户之前阅读过某个负面信息,而当时该负面信息的公关文还没有准备好,要想对该负面信息进行公关,则需要获取阅读过该负面信息的用户,并根据用户对该负面信息的评论、阅读时长或阅读次数等,确定出对该负面信息比较关注的用户,从而对这些用户进行公关,将准备好的公关文推送给这些用户。
又假设某一负面信息发生在2016年2月11日,而公关稿2016年2月13日才准备好,那么可以分析出在公关稿出现前的11日到13日期间阅读过该负面信息的人群,进行精准公关,当用户在网站或App上时,可以分析用户之前是否看过上述负面信息,定向推送公关文。
在本发明实施例中,所述显示所述公关信息的步骤,可以包括:
将所述公关信息显示在所述当前阅读信息的首屏的下方。
可选地,图3为用户当前阅读的原始页面,包括第一视频新闻、第一图片新闻、第二图片新闻和第二视频新闻,假如其中第二图片新闻的内容为“三星Note7遭多国封杀”,是三星的负面新闻,当用户点击三星这篇文章后,在这条结果的后面插入与第二图片新闻对应的公关文,例如公关文的内容为“三星启动本土Note7换机计划,消费者可免费申请换货”,当用户阅读三星负面新闻(三星Note7遭多国封杀)结果返回后则可以看到此公关文,具体可参照图4。
需要说明的是,公关文也可以放到图3所示的原始信息流中其他内容的前后,只要用户可以看到该公关文。
根据本发明的示例性实施例,所述显示所述公关信息可以包括:
将所述公关信息显示在用户终端的页面;
或者,
将所述公关信息展示在所述用户当前阅读频道的信息流中。
这里,当对用户的历史阅读信息进行公关时,可以将公关文展示在用户进入阅读网站或APP的首页,也可以展示在该用户当前阅读频道的信息流中,也可以展示在该用户阅读频道的信息流的下一信息流中,使用户看到该公关文,阅读频道包括娱乐频道、体育频道、财经频道等等,只要是用户阅读的频道都可以展示上述公关文。其中,当前信息流的下一信息流是指,在当前阅读到的信息流基础上,再进行一次刷新操作所能获取到的信息流。
需要说明的是,上述舆情公关方法适用于包括移动设备、电脑设备以及其它适合展示信息流样式的终端。
本发明提供了舆情公关方法,包括获取用户的阅读信息;对阅读信息进行分析,得到分析结果;根据分析结果判断阅读信息是否需要被公关;如果需要被公关,则选择与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息;显示公关信息,从而可以将舆情公关文推送给需要被公关的用户,避免所有人看到公关文,降低负面影响。

参照图2,舆情公关系统,包括:
获取单元10,配置成获取用户的阅读信息;
具体地,用户的阅读信息包括用户当前阅读信息和历史阅读信息,这里,用户通过终端打开网站或者APP(Application,应用程序),阅读信息流内容,然后点击想要阅读的具体内容,进入详情页开始阅读,阅读完以后会有阅读记录,获取单元就可以获取用户的阅读信息。
分析单元20,配置成对阅读信息进行分析,得到分析结果;
判断单元30,配置成根据分析结果判断阅读信息是否需要被公关;
选择单元40,配置成在需要被公关的情况下,选择与阅读信息对应的公关信息;
需要说明的是,公关信息可以为图片、文字、视频、图文等各种形式,在阅读信息为需要被公关的负面信息的情况下,查找与该阅读信息匹配的公关文,若查找到,则选择该公关文,若未查找到,则将该阅读信息标记为待公关信息。
可选地,所述选择单元40在所述阅读信息需要被公关的情况下选择与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息的方式,包括:
如果需要被公关,则查找是否存在与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息;
若不存在与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息,则将所述阅读信息标记为待公关信息;
若存在与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息,则选择所述公关信息。可选地,在存在待公关信息的情况下,所述舆情公关系统10还可以包括公关单元。

其中,情感极性分析子单元配置成对所述阅读信息进行分析,得到所述阅读信息的情感极性。
公关确定子单元配置成在所述阅读信息的情感极性为负面时,确定所述阅读信息需要被公关。

所述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
最后应说明的是:以上所述实施例,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制,本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,其依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改或可轻易想到变化,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改、变化或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明实施例技术方案的精神和范围,都应涵盖在本发明的保 护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的舆情公关方法、系统、用户终端及计算机可读存储介质,获取用户的阅读信息,对阅读信息进行分析,并根据分析结果判断阅读信息是否需要被公关。若阅读信息需要被公关,则选择与该阅读信息对应的公关信息进行显示。如此,可以将公关信息推送给需要被公关的用户,避免所有用户看到公关信息,进而达到降低负面影响的效果。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种舆情公关方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用户的阅读信息;
    对所述阅读信息进行分析,得到分析结果;
    根据所述分析结果判断所述阅读信息是否需要被公关;
    如果需要被公关,则选择与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息;
    显示所述公关信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的舆情公关方法,其特征在于,所述对所述阅读信息进行分析得到分析结果的步骤,包括:
    对所述阅读信息进行分析,得到所述阅读信息的情感极性;
    若所述阅读信息的情感极性为负面,则确定所述阅读信息需要被公关。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的舆情公关方法,其特征在于,所述阅读信息包括历史阅读信息,所述对所述阅读信息进行分析得到分析结果的步骤,包括:
    对所述历史阅读信息进行回溯和语义理解,得到所述用户对负面信息的阅读信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的舆情公关方法,其特征在于,所述阅读信息包括当前阅读信息,所述对所述阅读信息进行分析得到分析结果的步骤,包括:
    对所述当前阅读信息进行语义理解,得到理解结果,并将所述理解结果作为所述分析结果。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的舆情公关方法,其特征在于,所述对所述阅读信息进行分析的方式包括以下方式中的至少一种:
    关键词理解、自然语言处理、机器学习和实体标注技术。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的舆情公关方法,其特征在于,所述如果需要被公关则选择与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息的步骤,包括:
    如果需要被公关,则查找是否存在与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息;
    若不存在与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息,则将所述阅读信息标记为待公关信息;
    若存在与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息,则选择所述公关信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述舆情公关方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取待公关信息的发布时间作为第一时间;
    获取所述待公关信息所对应的公关信息的发布时间作为第二时间;
    获取所述用户在所述第一时间与所述第二时间之间的历史阅读信息,并查找所述历史阅读信息中是否包括所述待公关信息;
    若包括所述待公关信息,则显示所述待公关信息对应的公关信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的舆情公关方法,其特征在于,所述若包括所述待公关信息则显示所述待公关信息对应的公关信息的步骤,包括:
    若包括所述待公关信息,则获取并统计所述用户在所述第一时间与所述第二时间之间对所述待公关信息的关注度;
    在所述关注度达到预设条件时,显示所述待公关信息对应的公关信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的舆情公关方法,其特征在于,所述关注度包括以下信息中的至少一个:阅读时长、阅读次数和是否评论。
  10. 根据权利要求1~9任一项所述的舆情公关方法,其特征在于,所述显示所述公关信息的步骤,包括:
    将所述公关信息显示在所述当前阅读信息的首屏的下方。
  11. 根据权利要求1~10任一项所述的舆情公关方法,其特征在于,所述显示所述公关信息的步骤,包括:
    将所述公关信息显示在用户终端的页面;
    或者,
    将所述公关信息展示在所述用户当前阅读频道的信息流中。
  12. 一种舆情公关系统,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,配置成获取用户的阅读信息;
    分析单元,配置成对所述阅读信息进行分析,得到分析结果;
    判断单元,配置成根据所述分析结果判断所述阅读信息是否需要被公关;
    选择单元,配置成在需要被公关的情况下,选择与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息;
    显示单元,配置成显示所述公关信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的舆情公关系统,其特征在于,所述分析单元包括:
    情感极性分析子单元,配置成对所述阅读信息进行分析,得到所述阅读信息的情感极性;
    公关确定子单元,配置成在所述阅读信息的情感极性为负面时,确定所述阅读信息需要被公关。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的舆情公关系统,其特征在于,所述阅读信息包括历史阅读信息,所述分析单元对所述阅读信息进行分析得到分析结果的方式,包括:
    对所述历史阅读信息进行回溯和语义理解,得到所述用户对负面信息的阅读信息。
  15. 根据权利要求12~14任一项所述的舆情公关系统,其特征在于,所述阅读信息包括当前阅读信息,所述分析单元对所述阅读信息进行分析得到分析结果的方式,包括:
    对所述当前阅读信息进行语义理解,得到理解结果,并将所述理解结果作为所述分析结果。
  16. 根据权利要求12~15任一项所述的舆情公关系统,其特征在于,所述分析单元对所述阅读信息进行分析的方式包括以下方式中的至少一种:
    关键词理解、自然语言处理、机器学习和实体标注技术。
  17. 根据权利要求12~16任一项所述的舆情公关系统,其特征在于,所述选择单元在所述阅读信息需要被公关时选择与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息的方式,包括:
    如果需要被公关,则查找是否存在与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息;
    若不存在与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息,则将所述阅读信息标记为待公关信息;
    若存在与所述阅读信息对应的公关信息,则选择所述公关信息。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的舆情公关系统,其特征在于,所述舆情公关系统还包括:
    公关单元,配置成获取待公关信息的发布时间作为第一时间,获取所述待公关信息所对应的公关信息的发布时间作为第二时间,获取所述用户在所述第一时间与所述第二时间之间的历史阅读信息并查找所述历史阅读信息中是否包括所述待公关信息,若包括所述待公关信息,则显示所述待公关信息对应的公关信息。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的舆情公关系统,其特征在于,所述公关单元在所述历史阅读信息中包括所述待公关信息时显示所述待公关信息对应的公关信息的方式,包括:
    若包括所述待公关信息,则获取并统计所述用户在所述第一时间与所述第二时间之间对所述待公关信息的关注度;
    在所述关注度达到预设条件时,显示所述待公关信息对应的公关信息。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的舆情公关系统,其特征在于,所述关注度包括以下信息中的至少一个:阅读时长、阅读次数和是否评论。
  21. 根据权利要求12~20任一项所述的舆情公关系统,其特征在于,所述显示单元显示所述公关信息的方式,包括:
    将所述公关信息显示在所述当前阅读信息的首屏的下方。
  22. 根据权利要求12~21任一项所述的舆情公关系统,其特征在于,所述显示单元显示所述公关信息的方式,包括:
    将所述公关信息显示在用户终端的页面;
    或者,
    将所述公关信息显示在所述用户当前阅读频道的信息流中。
  23. 一种用户终端,所述用户终端中包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序代码,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述程序代码时实 现权利要求1~11任一项所述方法的步骤。
  24. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有程序代码,其特征在于,所述程序代码被处理器执行时实现权利要求1~11任一项所述方法的步骤。
