作为本发明的进一步改进,所述密封层与所述卡接面一体成型。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述外盒组件包括外盒体和外盒盖,所述外盒体上形成有容置腔,所述容置腔分别开口于所述外盒体的上表面和下表面上,以形成所述容置腔的上侧开口和下侧开口;所述外盒盖铰接于所述外盒体上,并能够打开和闭合所述容置腔的上侧开口;
所述内盖能够连同所述内盘一起同轴线的内置于所述容置腔中,且所述内盘还与所述容置腔的上侧开口卡扣连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述外盒体具有一为中空圆柱 体状且上下两轴侧均开口的基部、以及自所述基部下轴侧开口边缘径向朝内延伸的一圈凸边,所述基部和所述凸边一起围成所述容置腔;
所述外盒盖的一侧铰接于所述基部一侧的外壁上,所述外盒盖的另一侧上还设有第一卡钩,所述基部另一侧的外壁上还一体形成有一与所述第一卡钩相配合的第二卡钩,且所述第一卡钩能够卡扣和脱离于所述第二卡钩。
作为本发明的进一步改进,实现所述内盘还与所述容置腔的上侧开口卡扣连接的结构为:所述基部内侧壁上并靠近于其上轴侧开口的位置处形成有凹陷于所述基部内侧壁的凹坑,所述折边背向所述连接边的一侧面上一体连接有衔接边环,且所述衔接边环的外侧壁上还一体形成有一径向朝外延伸的凸肋;其中,所述折边背向所述内盘本体的一侧能够自由搭置在所述基部的上侧开口边缘上,所述凸肋能够自由插置于所述凹坑中。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述外盒盖上并靠近其一侧的位置处还定位设置有一弹性件,所述弹性件具有弹性并能够弹性抵顶于所述基部的外壁上;
另外,以所述外盒盖闭合所述容置腔上侧开口的状态为基准,所述外盒盖朝向所述容置腔的内侧面上还定位设置有一面镜片。
本发明的有益效果是:①该气垫粉盒中的内盘组件为一件式结构,简化了制作流程,降低了生产成本;②通过在第一气密边环、第二气密边环及折边相互之间所形成的多个卡接面中的至少一个上紧密包覆有由软塑胶材质制成的密封层,大大提 升了内盖与内盘之间的密封闭合效果,从而能够长时间地保证内盘中化妆品的品质。

具体实施方式
下面参照图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明。
实施例:
参阅附图3所示,其为本发明所述气垫粉盒处于闭合状态下的剖面结构示意图。所述气垫粉盒包括外盒组件1和内置于所述外盒组件1中的内盘组件2,所述内盘组件2包括内盖20、及一侧开口并用以放置化妆品的内盘21,所述内盖20与所述内盘21的开口侧相铰接并且一体注塑成型,且所述内盖20还能够打开和密封闭合所述内盘21的开口侧。
在本实施例中,以所述内盖20密封闭合所述内盘21的开口侧的状态为基准,所述内盖20具有一圆板状的内盖本体200、自所述内盖本体200边缘背向所述内盘21延伸(即朝上 延伸)形成的一圈延伸边201、以及自所述延伸边201的外侧壁径向朝外延伸形成的一圈连接边202,所述内盘21具有一为中空圆柱体状且上轴侧开口的内盘本体210(所述内盘本体的空腔即用以容置化妆品)、自所述内盘本体210的上轴侧开口边缘径向朝内延伸形成的一圈抵挡边211(用以抵挡海绵)、以及自所述内盘本体210的上轴侧开口边缘径向朝外延伸并向上折弯后形成的一圈折边212;
其中,所述连接边202的一侧与所述折边212的一侧相铰接并且一体注塑成型,所述内盖本体200能够打开和闭合所述内盘本体210的上轴侧开口(具体参阅附图5所示)。
优选的,在所述延伸边201的外侧壁上还一体形成有至少一圈朝向所述抵挡边211延伸(即朝下延伸)的第一气密边环203,且至少一圈所述第一气密边环203还同时与所述内盖本体200同轴线;在所述抵挡边211朝向所述延伸边201的一侧上还还一体设置有至少一圈朝向所述延伸边延伸(即朝上延伸)的第二气密边环213,且所述第二气密边环213还同时与所述内盘本体210同轴线;
当所述内盖本体200闭合所述内盘本体210的上轴侧开口时,至少一圈所述第一气密边环203分别与所述第二气密边环213及所述折边212相卡接,以形成多个卡接面;且在该多个卡接面中的至少一个上还紧密包覆有由软塑胶材质制成的密封层22(具体参阅附图6、8所示),且优选的,所述密封层22还与所述卡接面一体成型。通过在第一气密边环、第二气密边环及折边相互之间所形成的多个卡接面中的至少一个上紧密包覆有由软塑胶材质制成的密封层,大大提升了内盖与内 盘之间的密封闭合效果,有效保证了内盘中化妆品的品质。
进一步优选的,根据实际需要,可将所述第一气密边环203设计为两圈,将所述第二气密边环213设计为一圈;两圈所述第一气密边环203一起合围成一供所述第二气密边环213插置的第一沟槽,所述第二气密边环213与所述折边212一起合围成一供位于外侧的一所述第一气密边环203插置的第二沟槽,且在两个所述第一气密边环203的周壁、所述第二气密边环213的周壁、所述第一沟槽的内周壁、所述第二沟槽的内周壁中的至少一处上紧密包覆有所述密封层22。
或者,根据实际需要,还可将所述第一气密边环203和第二气密边环213各为一圈;所述第二气密边环213与所述折边212一起合围成一供所述第一气密边环203插置的第二沟槽,且在所述第二沟槽的内周壁和所述第一气密边环203的周壁上择一的紧密包覆有所述密封层22。
在本实施例中,所述外盒组件1包括外盒体10和外盒盖11,所述外盒体10上形成有容置腔,所述容置腔分别开口于所述外盒体10的上表面和下表面上,以形成所述容置腔的上侧开口和下侧开口;所述外盒盖11铰接于所述外盒体10上,并能够打开和闭合所述容置腔的上侧开口;
所述内盖20能够连同所述内盘21一起同轴线的内置于所述容置腔中,且所述内盘21还与所述容置腔的上侧开口卡扣连接。
优选的,所述外盒体10具有一为中空圆柱体状且上下两轴侧均开口的基部100、以及自所述基部100下轴侧开口边缘径向朝内延伸的一圈凸边101,所述基部100和所述凸边101 一起围成所述容置腔;所述外盒盖11的一侧铰接于所述基部100一侧的外壁上,所述外盒盖11的另一侧上还设有第一卡钩,所述基部100另一侧的外壁上还一体形成有一与所述第一卡钩相配合的第二卡钩,且所述第一卡钩能够卡扣和脱离于所述第二卡钩(具体参阅附图4所示)。
进一步优选的,实现所述内盘21还与所述容置腔的上侧开口卡扣连接的结构为:所述基部100内侧壁上并靠近于其上轴侧开口的位置处形成有凹陷于所述基部100内侧壁的凹坑102,所述折边212背向所述连接边202的一侧面上一体连接有衔接边环214,且所述衔接边环214的外侧壁上还一体形成有一径向朝外延伸的凸肋215;其中,所述折边212背向所述内盘本体210的一侧能够自由搭置在所述基部100的上侧开口边缘上,所述凸肋215能够自由插置于所述凹坑102中(具体参阅附图4、6、9所示)。
进一步优选的,在所述外盒盖11上并靠近其一侧的位置处还定位设置有一弹性件12,所述弹性件12具有弹性并能够在所述外盒盖的带动下弹性抵顶于所述基部100的外壁上,即所述弹性件能够使外盒盖弹性打开;
另外,以所述外盒盖11闭合所述容置腔上侧开口的状态为基准,所述外盒盖11朝向所述容置腔的内侧面上还定位设置有一面镜片13(具体参阅附图4所示)。
此外,本发明所述气垫粉盒的使用方法为:先打开外盒盖11,再将内盘组件2从外盒体10中顶出,最后再打开内盖20,即可使用。
综上所述,相较于现有技术,本发明所述气垫粉盒具有以 下优点:①该气垫粉盒中的内盘组件为一件式结构,简化了制作流程,降低了生产成本;②通过在第一气密边环、第二气密边环及折边相互之间所形成的多个卡接面中的至少一个上紧密包覆有由软塑胶材质制成的密封层,大大提升了内盖与内盘之间的密封闭合效果,从而能够长时间地保证内盘中化妆品的品质。
上述实施方式仅例示性说明本发明的功效,而非用于限制本发明,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种气垫粉盒,包括外盒组件(1)和内置于所述外盒组件(1)中的内盘组件(2),其特征在于:所述内盘组件(2)包括内盖(20)、及一侧开口并用以放置化妆品的内盘(21),所述内盖(20)与所述内盘(21)的开口侧相铰接并且一体注塑成型,且所述内盖(20)还能够打开和密封闭合所述内盘(21)的开口侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的气垫粉盒,其特征在于:以所述内盖(20)密封闭合所述内盘(21)的开口侧的状态为基准,所述内盖(20)具有一圆板状的内盖本体(200)、自所述内盖本体(200)边缘背向所述内盘(21)延伸形成的一圈延伸边(201)、以及自所述延伸边(201)的外侧壁径向朝外延伸形成的一圈连接边(202),所述内盘(21)具有一为中空圆柱体状且上轴侧开口的内盘本体(210)、自所述内盘本体(210)的上轴侧开口边缘径向朝内延伸形成的一圈抵挡边(211)、以及自所述内盘本体(210)的上轴侧开口边缘径向朝外延伸并向上折弯后形成的一圈折边(212);
    其中,所述连接边(202)的一侧与所述折边(212)的一侧相铰接并且一体注塑成型,所述内盖本体(200)能够打开和闭合所述内盘本体(210)的上轴侧开口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的气垫粉盒,其特征在于:在所述延伸边(201)的外侧壁上还一体形成有至少一圈朝向所述抵挡边(211)延伸的第一气密边环(203),且至少一圈所述第一气密边环(203)还同时与所述内盖本体(200)同轴线;在所述抵挡边(211)朝向所述延伸边(201)的一侧上还还一 体设置有至少一圈朝向所述延伸边延伸的第二气密边环(213),且所述第二气密边环(213)还同时与所述内盘本体(210)同轴线;
    当所述内盖本体(200)闭合所述内盘本体(210)的上轴侧开口时,至少一圈所述第一气密边环(203)分别与所述第二气密边环(213)及所述折边(212)相卡接,以形成多个卡接面;且在该多个卡接面中的至少一个上还紧密包覆有由软塑胶材质制成的密封层(22)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的气垫粉盒,其特征在于:所述第一气密边环(203)为两圈,所述第二气密边环(213)为一圈;两圈所述第一气密边环(203)一起合围成一供所述第二气密边环(213)插置的第一沟槽,所述第二气密边环(213)与所述折边(212)一起合围成一供位于外侧的一所述第一气密边环(203)插置的第二沟槽,且在两个所述第一气密边环(203)的周壁、所述第二气密边环(213)的周壁、所述第一沟槽的内周壁、所述第二沟槽的内周壁中的至少一处上紧密包覆有所述密封层(22)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的气垫粉盒,其特征在于:所述第一气密边环(203)和第二气密边环(213)各为一圈;
    所述第二气密边环(213)与所述折边(212)一起合围成一供所述第一气密边环(203)插置的第二沟槽,且在所述第二沟槽的内周壁和所述第一气密边环(203)的周壁上择一的紧密包覆有所述密封层(22)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的气垫粉盒,其特征在于:所述密封层(22)与所述卡接面一体成型。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的气垫粉盒,其特征在于:所述外盒组件(1)包括外盒体(10)和外盒盖(11),所述外盒体(10)上形成有容置腔,所述容置腔分别开口于所述外盒体(10)的上表面和下表面上,以形成所述容置腔的上侧开口和下侧开口;所述外盒盖(11)铰接于所述外盒体(10)上,并能够打开和闭合所述容置腔的上侧开口;
    所述内盖(20)能够连同所述内盘(21)一起同轴线的内置于所述容置腔中,且所述内盘(21)还与所述容置腔的上侧开口卡扣连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的气垫粉盒,其特征在于:所述外盒体(10)具有一为中空圆柱体状且上下两轴侧均开口的基部(100)、以及自所述基部(100)下轴侧开口边缘径向朝内延伸的一圈凸边(101),所述基部(100)和所述凸边(101)一起围成所述容置腔;
    所述外盒盖(11)的一侧铰接于所述基部(100)一侧的外壁上,所述外盒盖(11)的另一侧上还设有第一卡钩,所述基部(100)另一侧的外壁上还一体形成有一与所述第一卡钩相配合的第二卡钩,且所述第一卡钩能够卡扣和脱离于所述第二卡钩。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的气垫粉盒,其特征在于:实现所述内盘(21)还与所述容置腔的上侧开口卡扣连接的结构为:所述基部(100)内侧壁上并靠近于其上轴侧开口的位置处形成有凹陷于所述基部(100)内侧壁的凹坑(102),所述折边(212)背向所述连接边(202)的一侧面上一体连接有衔接边环(214),且所述衔接边环(214)的外侧壁上还一体形成有 一径向朝外延伸的凸肋(215);其中,所述折边(212)背向所述内盘本体(210)的一侧能够自由搭置在所述基部(100)的上侧开口边缘上,所述凸肋(215)能够自由插置于所述凹坑(102)中。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的气垫粉盒,其特征在于:在所述外盒盖(11)上并靠近其一侧的位置处还定位设置有一弹性件(12),所述弹性件(12)具有弹性并能够弹性抵顶于所述基部(100)的外壁上;
    另外,以所述外盒盖(11)闭合所述容置腔上侧开口的状态为基准,所述外盒盖(11)朝向所述容置腔的内侧面上还定位设置有一面镜片(13)。
