另外,在所述延伸边的外侧壁上还一体形成有至少一圈朝向所述抵挡边延伸的第一气密边环,至少一圈所述第一气密边环还同时与所述第一本体同轴线;在所述抵挡边朝向所述延伸边的一侧面上还一体形成有至少一圈朝向所述延伸边延伸的第二气密边环,且至少一圈所述第二气密边环还同时与所述第二本体同轴线;当所述第一本体闭合所述第二本体的上侧开口时,至少一圈所述第一气密边环分别与至少一圈所述第二气密边环及所述第二本体上侧相卡接,以形成多个卡接面;且在该多个卡接面中的至少一个上还紧密包覆有由软塑胶材质制成的密封层。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述密封层与所述卡接面一体成型。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一气密边环为两圈,所 述第二气密边环为一圈;
两圈所述第一气密边环一起合围成一供所述第二气密边环插置的第一沟槽,所述第二气密边环与所述第二本体上侧一起合围成一供位于外侧的一所述第一气密边环插置的第二沟槽,且在两个所述第一气密边环的周壁、所述第二气密边环的周壁、所述第一沟槽的内周壁、所述第二沟槽的内周壁中的至少一处上紧密包覆有所述密封层。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一气密边环和第二气密边环各为一圈;
所述第二气密边环与所述第二本体上侧一起合围成一供所述第一气密边环插置的第二沟槽,且在所述第二沟槽的内周壁和所述第一气密边环的周壁上择一的紧密包覆有所述密封层。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述外盒组件包括外盒体和外盒盖,所述外盒体上形成有容置腔,所述容置腔分别开口于所述外盒体的上、下表面上,以形成所述容置腔的上侧开口和下侧开口;所述外盒盖铰接于所述外盒体上,并能够打开和闭合所述容置腔的上侧开口;
所述中套能够连同所述内盘一起同轴线的内置于所述容置腔中,且所述中套还与所述容置腔的上侧开口卡扣连接,所述内盘还能够相对于所述容置腔的下侧开口伸出或回缩。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述外盒体具有一上下两侧均开口的中空圆柱体状的基部、以及一体形成于所述基部下侧开口边缘并径向朝内延伸的一圈凸边,所述基部和所述凸边一起围成所述容置腔;
所述外盒盖的一侧通过铰链铰接于所述基部一侧的外壁上,所述外盒盖的另一侧上还设有第一卡钩,所述基部另一侧的外壁上还一体形成有一与所述第一卡钩相配合的第二卡钩,且所述第一卡钩能够卡扣和脱离于所述第二卡钩。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述基部内侧壁上并靠近于其上侧开口的位置处形成有凹陷于所述基部内侧壁的凹坑;所述折边朝向所述基部的外侧壁上还沿所述基部径向朝外延伸形成有两圈凸肋,两圈所述凸肋呈上下布置,位于下方的一凸肋的径向宽度小于位于上方的另一凸肋的径向宽度,且位于下方的一凸肋还能够自由插置于所述凹坑中,位于上方的另一凸肋还能够自由搭置在所述基部的上侧开口边缘上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述外盒盖上并靠近其一侧的位置处还定位设置有一L型后扣肋,所述L型后扣肋具有弹性并能够弹性抵顶于所述基部的外壁上;
另外,以所述外盒盖闭合所述容置腔上侧开口的状态为基准,所述外盒盖朝向所述容置腔的内侧面上还定位设置有一面镜片。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述内盘具有一内盘本体,所述内盘本体为上侧开口的中空圆柱体结构,该中空圆柱体结构的外侧壁上形成有外螺纹段,且所述第二本体的内侧壁上形成有与所述外螺纹段相配合的内螺纹段;
另外在所述第二本体内侧壁上并介于所述抵挡边和内螺纹段之间的位置处还嵌设有多条气密筋。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述内盘本体的底部外壁上凹设有一供动力源放置的容置槽;
另外在所述内盘本体的外侧壁上还形成有一沿所述内盘本体周向延伸的摩擦环带,所述摩擦环带位于所述外螺纹段的下方。
本发明的有益效果是:①本申请一方面通过在第一、二中套上相对设置第一、二气密边环,并特别在第一气密边环、第二气密边环及第二本体上侧相互之间所形成的多个卡接面中的至少一个上紧密包覆有由软塑胶材质制成的密封层,很好提升了第一中套与第二中套之间的密封闭合效果;另一方面通过在第二本体内侧壁上设置多条气密筋,很好提升了第二本体与内盘之间的密封闭合效果;因此,本申请通过上述双重气密设计大大优化了内盘组件的气密密封效果,从而能够长时间地保证内盘内的化妆品品质;②不同于现有技术中的粉盒使用方法,本申请所述的气垫粉盒采用将内盘直接从容置腔中旋出使用,或者采用将内盘连同中套一起从容置腔中向上顶出后,再将内盘和中套旋分开进而使用;使用方法十分的便捷、新颖。

下面参照图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明。
实施例:
该简易型气垫粉盒包括外盒组件1和由硬塑胶材质制成的内盘组件2,所述内盘组件2包括中套20和带有开口并用以放置化妆品的内盘21,所述中套20能够密封连接于所述内盘21的开口侧上,且所述中套20还能够连同所述内盘21一起同轴线的内置于所述外盒组件1中;所述中套20由第一中套201和第二中套202组成,以所述中套20密封连接于所述内盘21开口侧上的状态为基准,所述第一中套201具有一圆板状的第一本体2010、自所述第一本体2010边缘背向所述内盘21延伸(即朝上延伸)形成的一圈延伸边2011、以及自所述延伸边2011的外侧壁径向朝外延伸形成的一圈连接边2012,所述第二中套202具有一上下两侧均开口的中空圆柱体状的第二本体2020、自所述第二本体2020上侧开口边缘径向朝外延伸并向下折弯后形成的一圈折边2021、以及自所述第二本体2020的内侧壁径向朝内延伸形成的一圈抵挡边2022,其中,所述第二本体2020密封连接于所述内盘21开口侧上,所述连接边2012的一侧与所述折边2021的一侧相铰接并且一体注塑成型,所述第一本体2010能够打开和闭合所述第二本体2020的上侧开口;
另外,在所述延伸边2011的外侧壁上还一体形成有至少一圈朝向所述抵挡边2022(即朝下)延伸的第一气密边环2013,至少一圈所述第一气密边环2013还同时与所述第一本体2010同轴线;在所述抵挡边2022朝向所述延伸边2011的一侧面上还一体形成有至少一圈朝向所述延伸边(即朝上)延伸的第二气密边环2023,且至少一圈所述第二气密边环2023还同时与所述第二本体2020同轴线;当所述第一本体2010 闭合所述第二本体2020的上侧开口时,至少一圈所述第一气密边环2013分别与至少一圈所述第二气密边环2023及所述第二本体2020上侧相卡接,以形成多个卡接面;且在该多个卡接面中的至少一个上还紧密包覆有由软塑胶材质制成的密封层22,通过在第一、二中套上相对设置第一、二气密边环,并特别在第一气密边环、第二气密边环及第二本体上侧相互之间所形成的多个卡接面中的至少一个上紧密包覆有由软塑胶材质制成的密封层,大大提升了第一中套与第二中套之间的密封闭合效果,有效保证了内盘中化妆品的品质。
在本实施例中,所述密封层22与所述卡接面一体成型,即所述第一中套201、第二中套202和密封层22为一体式结构。
在本实施例中,可将所述第一气密边环2013设计为两圈,将所述第二气密边环2023设计为一圈;两圈所述第一气密边环2013一起合围成一供所述第二气密边环2023插置的第一沟槽,所述第二气密边环2023与所述第二本体2020上侧一起合围成一供位于外侧的一所述第一气密边环2013插置的第二沟槽,且在两个所述第一气密边环2013的周壁、所述第二气密边环2023的周壁、所述第一沟槽的内周壁、所述第二沟槽的内周壁中的至少一处上紧密包覆有所述密封层22(具体可参阅附图7、图8c、图8d、图8e、图8f、图8g、图8h、图8i、图8j、图8k、图8l和图8m所示)。
或者,在本实施例中,还可将所述第一气密边环2013和第二气密边环2023各设计为一圈;所述第二气密边环2023与所述第二本体2020上侧一起合围成一供所述第一气密边环 2013插置的第二沟槽,且在所述第二沟槽的内周壁和所述第一气密边环2013的周壁上择一的紧密包覆有所述密封层22(具体可参阅附图8a和图8b所示)。
在本实施例中,参阅附图2和图3所示,所述外盒组件1包括外盒体10和外盒盖11,所述外盒体10上形成有容置腔,所述容置腔分别开口于所述外盒体10的上、下表面上,以形成所述容置腔的上侧开口和下侧开口;所述外盒盖11铰接于所述外盒体10上,并能够打开和闭合所述容置腔的上侧开口;
所述中套20能够连同所述内盘21一起同轴线的内置于所述容置腔中,且所述中套20还与所述容置腔的上侧开口卡扣连接,所述内盘21还能够相对于所述容置腔的下侧开口伸出或回缩。
进一步优选的,所述外盒体10具有一上下两侧均开口的中空圆柱体状的基部100、以及一体形成于所述基部100下侧开口边缘并径向朝内延伸的一圈凸边101,所述基部100和所述凸边101一起围成所述容置腔;
所述外盒盖11的一侧通过铰链铰接于所述基部100一侧的外壁上,所述外盒盖11的另一侧上还设有第一卡钩,所述基部100另一侧的外壁上还一体形成有一与所述第一卡钩相配合的第二卡钩,且所述第一卡钩能够卡扣和脱离于所述第二卡钩。另外,在所述外盒盖11上并靠近其一侧的位置处还定位设置有一L型后扣肋12,所述L型后扣肋12具有弹性并能够在所述外盒盖的带动下弹性抵顶于所述基部100的外壁上,即所述L型后扣肋能够使外盒盖弹性打开;
此外,以所述外盒盖11闭合所述容置腔上侧开口的状态 为基准,所述外盒盖11朝向所述容置腔的内侧面上还定位设置有一面镜片13。
进一步优选的,实现所述中套20还与所述容置腔的上侧开口卡扣连接的结构为:所述基部100内侧壁上并靠近于其上侧开口的位置处形成有凹陷于所述基部100内侧壁的凹坑;所述折边2021朝向所述基部100的外侧壁上还沿所述基部径向朝外延伸形成有两圈凸肋2024,两圈所述凸肋2024呈上下布置,位于下方的一凸肋的径向宽度小于位于上方的另一凸肋的径向宽度(径向宽度即为所述凸肋沿基部径向延伸的宽度),且位于下方的一凸肋还能够自由插置于所述凹坑中,位于上方的另一凸肋还能够自由搭置在所述基部100的上侧开口边缘上。
在本实施例中,实现所述第二本体2020密封连接于所述内盘21开口侧上的结构为:所述内盘21具有一内盘本体210,所述内盘本体210为上侧开口的中空圆柱体结构,所述内盘的空腔即用以容置化妆品,该中空圆柱体结构的外侧壁上形成有外螺纹段,且所述第二本体2020的内侧壁上形成有与所述外螺纹段相配合的内螺纹段;所述第二本体2020与所述内盘21开口侧密封螺接,一方面能够长时间地保持内盘内的化妆品品质,另一方面又使用便捷、新颖。当然,除螺纹连接外,内盘与中套之间还可采用卡接方式组合等,其为本领域技术人员所熟知的技术手段,故在此不做详述。
另外,优选的,在所述第二本体2020内侧壁上并介于所述抵挡边2022和内螺纹段之间的位置处还嵌设有多条气密筋23,通过设置多条气密筋,可优化第二本体与内盘之间的密封 闭合效果。
进一步优选的,在所述内盘本体210的底部外壁上凹设有一供动力源放置的容置槽211,用户可通过将手指或硬币等置于所述容置槽中,从而实现带动内盘本体相对容置腔旋进或者旋出。此外,所述内盘本体的上侧开口边缘还径向朝内延伸形成有一圈抵顶凸边212,以所述中套20密封螺接于内盘本体210开口侧上的状态为基准,所述抵顶凸边212与所述抵挡边2022相互抵接。
另外在所述内盘本体210的外侧壁上还形成有一沿所述内盘本体周向延伸的摩擦环带213,所述摩擦环带213位于所述外螺纹段的下方。
通过上述设置,本发明所述的简易型气垫粉盒的使用方法主要有两种:一种是将内盘21直接从容置腔中旋出使用(参阅附图4所示);另一种是先打开外盒盖11,并将内盘21连同中套20一起从容置腔中向上顶出后,再将内盘21和中套20旋分开(参阅附图5所示),进而使用。
综上所述,相较于现有技术,本申请所述的简易型气垫粉盒具有以下优点:①本申请一方面通过在第一、二中套上相对设置第一、二气密边环,并特别在第一气密边环、第二气密边环及第二本体上侧相互之间所形成的多个卡接面中的至少一个上紧密包覆有由软塑胶材质制成的密封层,很好提升了第一中套与第二中套之间的密封闭合效果;另一方面通过在第二本体内侧壁上设置多条气密筋,很好提升了第二本体与内盘之间的密封闭合效果;因此,本申请通过上述双重气密设计大大优化了内盘组件的气密密封效果,从而能够长时间地保证内盘内 的化妆品品质;②不同于现有技术中的粉盒使用方法,本申请所述的气垫粉盒采用将内盘直接从容置腔中旋出使用,或者采用将内盘连同中套一起从容置腔中向上顶出后,再将内盘和中套旋分开进而使用;使用方法十分的便捷、新颖。
上述实施方式仅例示性说明本发明的功效,而非用于限制本发明,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种简易型气垫粉盒,该气垫粉盒包括外盒组件(1)和由硬塑胶材质制成的内盘组件(2),所述内盘组件(2)包括中套(20)和带有开口并用以放置化妆品的内盘(21),所述中套(20)能够密封连接于所述内盘(21)的开口侧上,且所述中套(20)还能够连同所述内盘(21)一起同轴线的内置于所述外盒组件(1)中;其特征在于:所述中套(20)由第一中套(201)和第二中套(202)组成,以所述中套(20)密封连接于所述内盘(21)开口侧上的状态为基准,所述第一中套(201)具有一圆板状的第一本体(2010)、自所述第一本体(2010)边缘背向所述内盘(21)延伸形成的一圈延伸边(2011)、以及自所述延伸边(2011)的外侧壁径向朝外延伸形成的一圈连接边(2012),所述第二中套(202)具有一上下两侧均开口的中空圆柱体状的第二本体(2020)、自所述第二本体(2020)上侧开口边缘径向朝外延伸并向下折弯后形成的一圈折边(2021)、以及自所述第二本体(2020)的内侧壁径向朝内延伸形成的一圈抵挡边(2022),其中,所述第二本体(2020)密封连接于所述内盘(21)开口侧上,所述连接边(2012)的一侧与所述折边(2021)的一侧相铰接并且一体注塑成型,所述第一本体(2010)能够打开和闭合所述第二本体(2020)的上侧开口;
    另外,在所述延伸边(2011)的外侧壁上还一体形成有至少一圈朝向所述抵挡边(2022)延伸的第一气密边环(2013),至少一圈所述第一气密边环(2013)还同时与所述第一本体(2010)同轴线;在所述抵挡边(2022)朝向所述延伸边(2011) 的一侧面上还一体形成有至少一圈朝向所述延伸边延伸的第二气密边环(2023),且至少一圈所述第二气密边环(2023)还同时与所述第二本体(2020)同轴线;当所述第一本体(2010)闭合所述第二本体(2020)的上侧开口时,至少一圈所述第一气密边环(2013)分别与至少一圈所述第二气密边环(2023)及所述第二本体(2020)上侧相卡接,以形成多个卡接面;且在该多个卡接面中的至少一个上还紧密包覆有由软塑胶材质制成的密封层(22)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的简易型气垫粉盒,其特征在于:所述密封层(22)与所述卡接面一体成型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的简易型气垫粉盒,其特征在于:所述第一气密边环(2013)为两圈,所述第二气密边环(2023)为一圈;
    两圈所述第一气密边环(2013)一起合围成一供所述第二气密边环(2023)插置的第一沟槽,所述第二气密边环(2023)与所述第二本体(2020)上侧一起合围成一供位于外侧的一所述第一气密边环(2013)插置的第二沟槽,且在两个所述第一气密边环(2013)的周壁、所述第二气密边环(2023)的周壁、所述第一沟槽的内周壁、所述第二沟槽的内周壁中的至少一处上紧密包覆有所述密封层(22)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的简易型气垫粉盒,其特征在于:所述第一气密边环(2013)和第二气密边环(2023)各为一圈;
    所述第二气密边环(2023)与所述第二本体(2020)上侧一起合围成一供所述第一气密边环(2013)插置的第二沟槽,且在所述第二沟槽的内周壁和所述第一气密边环(2013)的周 壁上择一的紧密包覆有所述密封层(22)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的简易型气垫粉盒,其特征在于:所述外盒组件(1)包括外盒体(10)和外盒盖(11),所述外盒体(10)上形成有容置腔,所述容置腔分别开口于所述外盒体(10)的上、下表面上,以形成所述容置腔的上侧开口和下侧开口;所述外盒盖(11)铰接于所述外盒体(10)上,并能够打开和闭合所述容置腔的上侧开口;
    所述中套(20)能够连同所述内盘(21)一起同轴线的内置于所述容置腔中,且所述中套(20)还与所述容置腔的上侧开口卡扣连接,所述内盘(21)还能够相对于所述容置腔的下侧开口伸出或回缩。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的简易型气垫粉盒,其特征在于:所述外盒体(10)具有一上下两侧均开口的中空圆柱体状的基部(100)、以及一体形成于所述基部(100)下侧开口边缘并径向朝内延伸的一圈凸边(101),所述基部(100)和所述凸边(101)一起围成所述容置腔;
    所述外盒盖(11)的一侧通过铰链铰接于所述基部(100)一侧的外壁上,所述外盒盖(11)的另一侧上还设有第一卡钩,所述基部(100)另一侧的外壁上还一体形成有一与所述第一卡钩相配合的第二卡钩,且所述第一卡钩能够卡扣和脱离于所述第二卡钩。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的简易型气垫粉盒,其特征在于:所述基部(100)内侧壁上并靠近于其上侧开口的位置处形成有凹陷于所述基部(100)内侧壁的凹坑;所述折边(2021)朝向所述基部(100)的外侧壁上还沿所述基部径向朝外延伸 形成有两圈凸肋(2024),两圈所述凸肋(2024)呈上下布置,位于下方的一凸肋的径向宽度小于位于上方的另一凸肋的径向宽度,且位于下方的一凸肋还能够自由插置于所述凹坑中,位于上方的另一凸肋还能够自由搭置在所述基部(100)的上侧开口边缘上。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的简易型气垫粉盒,其特征在于:在所述外盒盖(11)上并靠近其一侧的位置处还定位设置有一L型后扣肋(12),所述L型后扣肋(12)具有弹性并能够弹性抵顶于所述基部(100)的外壁上;
    另外,以所述外盒盖(11)闭合所述容置腔上侧开口的状态为基准,所述外盒盖(11)朝向所述容置腔的内侧面上还定位设置有一面镜片(13)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的简易型气垫粉盒,其特征在于:所述内盘(21)具有一内盘本体(210),所述内盘本体(210)为上侧开口的中空圆柱体结构,该中空圆柱体结构的外侧壁上形成有外螺纹段,且所述第二本体(2020)的内侧壁上形成有与所述外螺纹段相配合的内螺纹段;
    另外在所述第二本体(2020)内侧壁上并介于所述抵挡边(2022)和内螺纹段之间的位置处还嵌设有多条气密筋(23)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的简易型气垫粉盒,其特征在于:在所述内盘本体(210)的底部外壁上凹设有一供动力源放置的容置槽(211);
    另外在所述内盘本体(210)的外侧壁上还形成有一沿所述内盘本体周向延伸的摩擦环带(213),所述摩擦环带(213)位于所述外螺纹段的下方。
