本发明涉及家电领域,特别涉及一种卷发器。
【背景技术】
卷发器是一种用来把头发烫卷的手持式电子产品,在头发造型方面有着非常广泛的运用。
传统的卷发器多设计为一头发造型的主体连接一手柄,用户通过操作手柄来使用该卷发器,该设计方式使得卷发器体积较大,结构复杂,使用极为不方便。
【发明内容】
为克服上述传统的卷发器使用不便的问题,本发明提供一种方便使用的卷发器。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案是提供一种卷发器包括一用于用户手持的壳体,所述壳体定义一以容纳头发的腔室,所述壳体和人体手部配合一侧的相对侧设置有一和所述腔室连通的开口,头发经过所述开口进入或离开所述腔室;以及一卷发装置,所述卷发装置设置于所述腔室中。
优选的,所述壳体包括底部区域、中间区域以及顶部区域,所述壳体的一面以弧面的形式从底部区域经中间区域延伸至顶部区域,所述开口沿所述弧面延伸方向开设。
优选的,所述开口形状为弧形,开口在壳体顶部区域的宽度较宽。
优选的,所述腔室的壁面在所述壳体顶部区域呈弧面。
优选的,所述壳体的顶部区域设置有和人体拇指以及食指相匹配的两凸耳,所述两凸耳分别设置于所述开口的两侧。
优选的,所述卷发装置包括一缠绕件,所述缠绕件设置于所述腔室中,待定型的头发缠绕于所述缠绕件上,该缠绕件包括一固定端和一自由端;以及一勾发部,所述勾发部设置在缠绕件从固定端到自由端的方向上距离固定端一段距离。

优选的,所述第二延伸部较第一延伸部从缠绕件固定端往缠绕件自由端方向延伸较短距离。
优选的,所述第一延伸部和第二延伸部靠近缠绕件外表面的面到缠绕件外表面的距离为1-5mm。
优选的,所述卷发器进一步包括一驱动机构和传动件,传动件的一端和所述驱动机构连接,传动件的另一端和所述本体连接,驱动机构经传动件驱动本体围绕缠绕件旋转。
优选的,所述卷发器进一步包括至少一摩擦件,所述摩擦件设置于所述缠绕件上。
优选的,所述卷发器进一步包括一夹持装置,所述夹持装置设置于所述壳体的腔室中,该夹持装置包括一打开位置和一关闭位置,在其打开位置,头发经过所述开口离开所述腔室,在其关闭位置,夹持装置夹紧头发一端。
优选的,所述夹持装置在其关闭位置时,所述卷发装置自动启动。
优选的,所述卷发装置包括一缠绕件和一勾发部,所述缠绕件设置于所述腔室中,待定型的头发缠绕于所述缠绕件上,该缠绕件包括一固定端和一自由端,所述勾发部设置在缠绕件从固定端到自由端的方向上距离固定端一段距离;所述夹持装置包括两个夹持件,所述两个夹持件对接时,两个夹持件形成一通孔,所述缠绕件穿设在所述通孔中。

本发明提供的卷发器具有以下有益效果:
1、提供的卷发器包括:一用于用户手持的壳体,所述壳体定义一以容纳头发的腔室,所述壳体和人体手部配合一侧的相对侧设置有一和所述腔室连通的开口,头发经 过所述开口进入或离开所述腔室;以及一卷发装置,所述卷发装置设置于所述腔室中。以该设计方式用户通过手掌握住壳体就能对该卷发器进行操作,无需设计其他的手柄来辅助用户握持住该卷发器,可以有效减小卷发器的尺寸。进一步的,用户通过手掌握持卷发器进行卷发操作,使用起来极为方便。用户只需握持住所述卷发器,然后将所述开口朝向所述头发,头发经开口放进所述卷发器的腔室中进行造型,头发造型后,用户握住卷发器下拉,使得造型后的头发经过所述开口离开腔室,相对于设计有手柄来辅助握持的卷发器,该设计方式结构简单,操作方便,极具人性化。
2、壳体包括底部区域、中间区域以及顶部区域,壳体的一面以弧面的形式从底部区域经中间区域延伸至顶部区域,开口沿所述弧面延伸方向开设。以该设计方式,用户需要使用卷发器在对人体头发靠近发根部份进行定型时,卷发器抵住人体头部皮肤,弧面设计的卷发器壳体接触人体头部皮肤时,由于弧面设计的壳体圆滑过渡,不会对人体头部皮肤形成刮蹭,产生不舒适感,使得用户可以获得较佳的使用体验,同时亦可以根据使用需要进行调整卷发器卷发装置离发根的距离。
3、所述腔室的壁面在所述壳体顶部区域呈弧面。以该设计方式,加热定型后的头发可以以逐步扩大的形式离开壳体的腔室,该设计方式和头发从壳体腔室出来时变蓬松的状态相匹配,使得头发可以很顺畅地离开壳体的腔室,从而保持很好的弯曲造型。
4、壳体的顶部区域设置有和人体拇指以及食指相匹配的两凸耳,所述两凸耳分别设置于所述开口的两侧。以该设计方式用户握持住壳体时,两个所述凸耳可以对用户的拇指和食指形成两个支撑点,使得用户更好地握持住卷发器的壳体,也使得用户获得较好的握持体验。
5、所述卷发装置包括一缠绕件,所述缠绕件设置于所述腔室中,待定型的头发缠绕于所述缠绕件上,该缠绕件包括一固定端和一自由端;一勾发部,所述勾发部设置在缠绕件从固定端到自由端的方向上距离固定端一段距离。以该设计方式,头发从勾发部到发梢一端都可以在缠绕件上可以起到均匀缠绕的效果,则加热的缠绕件可以该段头发进行均匀的加热,使得头发整体的加热定型效果极好。
6、卷发装置进一步包括第一延伸部和本体,所述本体设置于缠绕件的固定端,所述第一延伸部和本体连接,第一延伸部往缠绕件自由端方向延伸至勾发部,并和所述勾发部连接。以该设计方式,第一延伸部在头发在缠绕件 上缠绕的过程中,可以对头发进行压紧捋顺,使得头发更好地贴合在缠绕件上,从而获得较好的卷绕和加热定型效果。
7、卷发器进一步包括至少一第二延伸部,所述本体中间为通孔,本体经所述通孔套设在缠绕件上,所述第一延伸部和第二延伸部同设置于本体的一端。以该设计方式可以保证头发全部缠绕在缠绕件上时,头发的自由端发梢部分也可以很好地被压在缠绕件上,使得头发整体都可以很好地贴合在缠绕件上。
8、所述第二延伸部较第一延伸部从缠绕件固定端往缠绕件自由端方向延伸较短距离。以该设计方式,既能保证第二延伸部对头发的挤压捋顺,同时也便于第一延伸部对头发的卷绕。
9、所述第一延伸部和第二延伸部靠近缠绕件外表面的面到缠绕件外表面的距离为1-5mm。以该设计方式,可以很好地控制缠绕件对头发的加热定型效果,通过设定第一延伸部和第二延伸部靠近缠绕件外表面的面到缠绕件外表面之间的距离可以使得头发层加热时,头发层贴合缠绕件的部分和远离缠绕件表面的部分温差不会太大,从而整个头发层都可以获得较好的加热定型效果。
10、所述卷发器进一步包括至少一摩擦件,所述摩擦件设置于所述缠绕件上。该摩擦件可以在头发在缠绕件上缠绕的过程中增大头发和缠绕件的摩擦力,头发不会在缠绕件上随意跑动,而是逐步均匀地在缠绕件上缠绕,从而获得较好的缠绕效果。
11、所述卷发器进一步包括一夹持装置,所述夹持装置设置于所述壳体的腔室中,该夹持装置包括一打开位置和一关闭位置,在其打开位置,头发经过所述开口离开所述腔室,在其关闭位置,夹持装置夹紧头发一端。以该设计方式,夹持装置在卷绕定型头发的过程中夹持固定住头发一端,使得卷发装置对头发具有较好的卷绕效果。进一步的,由于头发的一端有夹持装置夹持固定住,则无论卷发器如何晃动,在卷发器腔室中的头发都不会发生松散,不会影响头发的加热定型,从而头发获得较好的定型效果。进一步的,由于头发的一端有夹持装置的夹持固定,卷发器在对头发进行加热定型的过程中无需保持固定不动,则卷发器具有较佳的操作性能。
12、两个所述夹持件上设置有弹性件,两个所述夹持件处于关闭位置时,所述弹性件和所述缠绕件接触。弹性件的设置使得夹持装置可以对头发形成较好的夹持紧固作用并防止夹持装置对头发造成损伤。
13、所述卷发器进一步包括显示面板和按钮,所述显 示面板和按钮设置于所述壳体底部。以该设计方式,显示面板和按钮不会占据到壳体的握持区域,不会影响到握持,不会影响到卷发器整体的美观,进一步的方便于用户通过显示面板显示使用状态和参数设置以使用该卷发器。

为了使本发明的目的,技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参阅图1、图2,本发明的第一实施例提供一种卷发器20,所述卷发器20包括壳体21、卷发装置10以及夹持装置24。所述壳体21界定一腔室22,卷发装置10设置在所述壳体21的腔室22中。壳体21上开设有一个和腔室22连通的开口23,待造型的头发通过开口23进入壳体21的腔室22中,并卷绕在卷发装置10上。夹持装置24设置于壳体21内部并在壳体21的腔室22中对头发的一端形成夹持定位以便于头发在卷发装置10上卷绕和造型。
请参阅图3,所述卷发装置10包括驱动机构11、勾发件12以及缠绕件13。勾发件12和缠绕件13均和所述驱动机构11连接。连接后,缠绕件13相对于驱动机构11静止,勾发件12则由驱动机构11驱动相对于缠绕件13转动,勾发件12相对于缠绕件13转动的过程中勾住头发,并牵引该头发缠绕在缠绕件13上。
请参阅图4,所述驱动机构11包括驱动器111、前盖112、后盖113以及传动件114。前盖112和驱动器111连接,前盖112远离驱动器111的一面的中间部位设置有一连接件1121,该连接件1121用于和所述缠绕件13连接。后盖113和前盖112紧固连接形成一个容腔,后盖113的中间部位开设有一通孔1131,前盖112和后盖113连接时,前盖112和后盖113形成的容腔经过所述通孔1131和外界形成连通。连接件1121穿设在所述后盖113的通孔1131中,缠绕件13亦穿设过后盖113的通孔1131和连接件1121连接。所述传动件114的形状大致为一个圆环状,该传动件114的中间部位为一套孔1141,传动件114经过所述套孔1141套设在连接件1121上,传动件114可围绕连接件1121转动。本实施例中,驱动器111为一个齿轮 箱,其包括输出齿轮1111,传动件114一端面的四周设置有轮齿,所述轮齿和所述驱动器111的输出齿轮1111配合,则驱动器111经所述输出齿轮1111驱动传动件114围绕连接件1121旋转。
请参阅图5-6,所述缠绕件13为圆柱形,其包括一固定端132和一自由端134,缠绕件13的固定端132设置有一固定孔133,缠绕件13经过所述固定孔133和前盖112中间的连接件1121配合紧固使得缠绕件13固定在所述前盖112上。
请参阅图7,所述卷发器20进一步包括摩擦件136,前述缠绕件13包括一端盖137,所述缠绕件13上开设有至少一个和缠绕件13延伸方向平行且连通缠绕件13表面的槽135,摩擦件136穿设在所述槽135中,穿设后端盖137封住所述缠绕件13,使得所述摩擦件136卡设在槽125中。所述槽135可以为一个、两个或多个,所述摩擦件136个数为和所述槽135相匹配的一个、两个或多个。优选的,所述槽135为两个,且沿所述缠绕件13呈对称设置,所述摩擦件136为两个,分别穿设在所述槽135中。该摩擦件136用于前述勾发件12勾住头发并引导头发缠绕在缠绕件13上时增大头发和缠绕件13表面的摩擦力,使得头发能够均匀地并更好的贴附在缠绕件13上。相对于传统的表面光滑的缠绕件而言,头发在缠绕件13上缠绕时不会在缠绕件13上随意滑动造成缠绕不均,该设计方式可以使得头发在缠绕件13上缠绕均匀,起到很好的缠绕效果。所述摩擦件136可以为胶条、条形毛刷或条形毛毡。可以理解,所述摩擦件136不局限设置为缠绕件13上开设有槽137,摩擦件136穿设在槽137中,也可以设置为缠绕件13上不开设有所述槽137,摩擦件136贴设在缠绕件13表面,只要摩擦件136设置于缠绕件13上,能够增大缠绕件13和头发的摩擦力即可。
在本实施例中缠绕件13是可加热的,卷发器20经过缠绕件13对缠绕在缠绕件13上的头发80进行加热定型。在其他一些实施例中,也可以是在壳体21靠近腔室22的壁面上设置有加热元件,加热元件对缠绕在缠绕件13上的头发80提供热量进行加热定型。
请参阅图8-10,所述传动件114包括传动段1142和连接段1143,传动段1142和连接段1143通过机械配合连接或者一体成型,优选为一体成型。传动段1142远离连接段1143的端面上设置有轮齿1144,所述轮齿1144具体为在传动段1142的远离连接端1143的端面的四周的边缘环设,驱动件111通过前述输出齿轮1111和所述传动件114上的轮齿1144配合驱动传动件114转动。连接段1142 的端面上环设有若干个凸台1145,勾发件12和所述传动件14连接的一端的端面上环设有若干个凹槽125,所述凹槽125的形状大小以及位置设置和所述凸台1145的形状大小以及位置设置相匹配,则传动件14经过所述凸台1145和凹槽125的配合和所述勾发件12连接,从而转动的传动件114带动勾发件12转动勾住头发。可以理解所述传动件14经过凸台1145和凹槽125的配合和所述勾发件12的连接是为可拆卸连接,非常便于传动件14和勾发件12的拆卸和更换。
进一步的,所述驱动机构11也可以不包括所述传动件114,所述勾发件12和所述驱动器11配合的一端可以设置有轮齿,则所述驱动器111经过所述输出齿轮1111和所述勾发件12的轮齿的配合直接驱动所述勾发件12旋转。
请参阅图11,所述勾发件12包括本体122、第一延伸部123a、第二延伸部123b以及勾发部124。所述本体122是一个中间开孔的圆柱形筒体,勾发件12经过本体122中间开设的孔套设在前述的缠绕件13上,前述凹槽125即设置于本体122上,勾发件12经本体122和前述传动件114连接。所述第一延伸部123a和第二延伸部123b环设在本体122和前述传动件114配合的一端的相对端。第一延伸部123a和第二延伸部123b用于勾发部124勾卷头发在缠绕件13上缠绕的过程中挤压所述头发,使得头发很好地贴附在所述缠绕件13上,不会发生松散。所述第一延伸部123a从本体122延伸至靠近前述缠绕件13的自由端134并和所述勾发部124连接,则勾发部124定位于靠近缠绕件13的自由端134。
所述第二延伸部123b较第一延伸部123a从本体122往缠绕件13的自由端134方向延伸较短距离。所述第二延伸部123b的个数可以为一个、两个或多个,优选为两个,两个所述第二延伸部123b和第一延伸部123a等角度环设在本体122远离驱动机构11的一端。
可以理解,两个所述第二延伸部123b和第一延伸部123a在本体122等角度的设置可以起到很好有益效果,这样可以保证,当头发全部缠绕在缠绕件13上时,头发的自由端发梢部分也可以很好地被压在缠绕件13上。可以理解,当第二延伸部123b个数设置过少,头发的末梢部分可能由于头发本身的应力作用翘起而未贴附在所述缠绕件13上,导致头发的卷绕效果不好,进而翘起的头发不能被缠绕件13加热定型,导致头发的定型效果不好。进一步的,所述第二延伸部123b较第一延伸部123a在缠绕件13固定端132往缠绕件13自由端134方向延伸较短 距离,也即第二延伸部123b和第一延伸部123a相比具有较短的长度。具体的,所述第二延伸部123b的长度为第一延伸部123a长度的三分之一到二分之一。以该设计方式,既能保证第二延伸部123b对头发发梢部分的挤压捋顺,同时也便于第一延伸部123a对头发的卷绕。可以理解,当所述第二延伸部123b和第一延伸部123a具有一样的长度或者第二延伸部123b延伸至靠近所述勾发部124位置,则第二延伸部123b将会对头发的卷绕过程形成阻碍,容易导致头发发生打结,不利于头发顺利地在缠绕件13上进行卷绕。
在本实施例的一些变形实施例中,所述勾发部124也可以直接和本体122连接。此时,勾发部124位于缠绕件13靠近驱动机构11的一端,而不是设置于缠绕件13的自由端134。可以理解,所述勾发部124也可以设置于相对于缠绕件13的任意位置。
在本实施例的一些变形实施例中,所述缠绕件13也可以是由驱动机构驱动旋转,所述勾发部124设置于缠绕件13上,缠绕件13旋转带动所述勾发部124旋转以勾住头发,使头发缠绕在缠绕件13上。
请参阅图12-13,定义头发80包括一个固定端81和一个自由端82,所述固定端81指头发80和人体头部连接的一端,所述自由端82则指人体头发的发梢部分。头发80被所述卷发装置10卷绕的过程中,头发80的固定端81由前述夹持装置24夹持定位住。驱动机构11驱动勾发部124围绕缠绕件13旋转,勾发部124旋转的过程中勾住头发80,勾发部124配合第一延伸部123a对所述头发80形成一环绕缠绕件13的力,由于头发80的固定端81为所述夹持装置24夹持定位住,则头发80从固定端81到自由端82一段在勾发部124和第一延伸部123a的力的作用下沿如图12所示的A方向被牵引向缠绕件13,并全部缠绕在缠绕件13上。
请一并图12、图13、图14A和图14B,需要说明的是,传统的卷发装置的勾发部103设置于靠近缠绕件101的固定端1011,传统的卷发装置在卷绕头发80的过程中,头发80的固定端81被阻挡件103阻挡住。则头发80被围绕缠绕件101旋转的勾发部102勾住后,头发80从勾发部102位置到自由端82的一段,即图14A中所示的L1,在勾发部102力的作用下被引导到如图14B所示的缠绕件101的A处,并全部在缠绕件101的A处进行卷绕。该卷发方式容易造成头发80从勾发部102到自由端82的一段L1全部在缠绕件101的A处卷绕时造成头发的堆积,导致卷绕效果不好。进一步,由于头发80在缠绕件101的 A处形成堆积,则缠绕件101对卷绕在缠绕件101上的头发80进行加热定型时,容易造成靠近缠绕件101表面的头发80温度较高,而其他部分头发由于堆积,距离缠绕件101表面较远,温度较低,也即由于头发80在缠绕件101A处卷绕堆积,造成头发80加热不均,进而使得头发80的加热定型效果极为不好,部分卷曲,部分不卷,同时固定端到自由端一端的头发实质得不到卷曲。
请一并参阅图12、图13、图15A和图15B,相比之下,本发明提供的卷发装置的勾发部124定位于相邻缠绕件13的自由端134,则卷发装置在卷绕头发80的过程中,头发80固定端81到自由端82的一段,即图15A中所示的L2,在勾发部124和第一延伸部123a的配合下逐步均匀地从缠绕件13的自由端134缠绕至缠绕件13的固定端132。进一步的,缠绕件13在对头发进行加热的过程中,由于头发80是在缠绕件13上均匀缠绕,加热的缠绕件13可以对整段头发80进行均匀的加热,使得头发80整体的加热定型效果极好,且头发81固定端81到自由端82一段均可被加热弯曲定型。可以理解,本发明卷发装置的勾发部124不局限为定位在相邻缠绕件13的自由端134,只要勾发部124设置在缠绕件13从固定端132到自由端134的方向上偏移缠绕件13固定端132任意一段距离的位置上均有和现有的勾发部在缠绕件固定端的设置相比起到较好的缠绕效果。优选的,所述勾发部124位于缠绕件13中部到缠绕件13自由端134的任意位置。
进一步的,头发80缠绕在缠绕件13时形成的头发层位于缠绕件13的外表面和第一延伸部123a以及第二延伸部123b靠近缠绕件13的表面之间。则第一延伸部123a和第二延伸部123b在旋转过程中,对卷绕在缠绕件13上较为蓬松的头发80可以进行压紧捋顺,使得头发80更好的贴附在缠绕件13上,从而获得较好的缠绕效果。
进一步的,第一延伸部123a和第二延伸部123b的设置可以使得卷发装置10很好地控制头发80卷绕在缠绕件13表面形成的头发层的厚度,也即第一延伸部123a和第二延伸部123b靠近缠绕件13外表面的面到缠绕件13外表面之间的距离限定了卷绕在缠绕件13表面头发层的厚度。以该设计方式,可以很好地控制缠绕件13对头发80的加热定型效果,通过设定第一延伸部123a和第二延伸部123b靠近缠绕件13外表面的面到缠绕件13外表面之间的距离可以使得头发层加热时,头发层贴合缠绕件13的部分和远离缠绕件13表面的部分温差不会太大,从而整个头发层都可以获得较好的加热定型效果。可以理解,如果不设置有第一延伸部123a和第二延伸部123b头发层 的厚度进行限定,则当头发层的厚度较厚时,容易造成头发层贴合缠绕件13表面的部分和远离缠绕件13表面的部分温差较大,导致靠近缠绕件13表面的头发完成加热定型时远离缠绕件13表面的头发未达到较好的加热定型效果,或者远离缠绕件13表面的头发完成加热定型时,靠近缠绕件13表面的头发由于过热造成头发的损伤。具体的,所述第一延伸部123a和第二延伸部123b靠近缠绕件13表面的面到缠绕件13表面的距离为1-5mm,优选为2-3mm。
再者,由于缠绕件13上设置有摩擦件136,该摩擦件136可以在头发80在缠绕件13上缠绕的过程中增大头发80和缠绕件13的摩擦力,头发80不会在缠绕件13上随意跑动,而是逐步均匀地在缠绕件13上缠绕,从而获得较好的缠绕效果。
请参阅图16-20,所述夹持装置24设置在前述壳体21腔室22中,该夹持装置24包括一个打开状态和一个关闭状态,在其打开状态,头发80经过所述开口23离开腔室22,在其关闭状态,夹持装置24在壳体21的腔室22处夹持紧固头发80,便于头发的卷绕和造型。
所述夹持装置24包括两个相对设置的夹持件241,该两个夹持件241包括一个打开位置和一个关闭位置。在其打开位置,两个所述夹持件241远离壳体21的腔室22,处于壳体21内部。在其关闭位置,两个所述夹持件241在壳体21的腔室22处形成对接,对头发80形成夹持固定。可以理解,为便于头发80的卷绕,两个所述夹持件241相对于前述勾发部124靠近前述缠绕件13的自由端134。优选的,每个所述夹持件241设置有半圆区域2417,两个所述夹持件241对接时,所述半圆区域2417形成一通孔,所述通孔形成的区域刚好允许缠绕件13穿设其中,该设计方式可以使得两个所述夹持件241和缠绕件13共同配合形成对头发80的夹持,防止勾发部124牵引头发80在缠绕件13上缠绕的时候头发80发生打转。进一步的,两个所述夹持件241的设置方式优选为两个所述夹持件241对接时,两个夹持件241夹持住缠绕件13的自由端134。
可以理解,所述夹持件241不局限为两个,可以为多个,只要夹持件241设置成包括一个打开位置和一个关闭位置,能够夹紧和松开头发80的一端即可。
在一些实施例中,所述两个夹持件241上设置有弹力件,具体的,所述弹力件可以为但不局限于弹簧,卷发器20不使用状态下,两个夹持件241由弹力件的弹力作用弹性偏离在壳体21内部,处于其打开位置。卷发器20使 用时,用户手指按压夹持件241,弹簧压缩,两个所述夹持件241在壳体21的腔室22中形成对接,处于其关闭位置。
具体的,所述壳体21内部可以设置有第一端盖211和第二端盖212,第一端盖211和第二端盖212紧固连接,连接后第一端盖211和第二端盖212形成一个容腔。每个所述夹持件241包括一夹持部2412和一延伸部2413,所述夹持部2412设置于第一端盖211和第二端盖212形成的容腔中,所述延伸部2413经所述缺口2121延伸出第一端盖211和第二端盖212形成的容腔。每个所述夹持件241上设置有两个固定件2414,所述两个固定件2414上各安设有一个弹簧2415。安设后,两个所述夹持件241上设置的四个弹簧2414呈两行两列阵列排布。所述第二端盖212进一步包括挡圈2122,所述四个弹簧2415远离所述固定件2414的一端抵住所述挡圈2122。挡圈2122在第二端盖212的中间区域设置成台阶2123,该台阶2123形成的空间正好使得挡圈2122可以抵住所述弹簧2414却可以使夹持件241经过台阶2123形成的空间位移到夹持装置241的关闭位置。所述第二端盖212还包括四个立柱2124,夹持件241对应的位置上设置有四个限位槽2416,立柱2124卡设在限位槽2416中,则所述立柱2124和夹持件241对接的端面共同限制了所述夹持件241的行程空间。
在其他一些实施例中,所述卷发器20可以包括控制器(图未示),卷发器20的壳体21上设置有开关,所述夹持装置24内设置有一驱动件,驱动件和所述夹持装置24连接,该驱动器用于驱动夹持装置24关闭或打开。开关、驱动器均和所述控制器电性连接。用户通过控制开关向控制器传输控制信号,控制器根据开关传输的信号以控制驱动件驱动夹持装置的打开或关闭。
在其他一些实施例中,上述的开关可以设置成一压力传感器,用户通过施加在壳体21上的力的大小来控制夹持装置24的关闭和打开。具体的,用于可以在控制器里设置有压力阈值,用户在壳体21上施加压力时,压力传感器检测用户在壳体21上施加的压力,并将检测的压力数据传输给控制器,控制器将压力传感器传输的数据和控制器内部设定的阈值相比对,当压力传感器传输的压力值大于控制器内部设定的阈值时,控制器控制驱动器驱动夹持装置关闭,当压力传感器传输的压力值小于控制器内部设定的阈值时,控制器控制驱动器驱动夹持装置打开。
请参阅图21,所述夹持装置24用于卷发器20在对头发80进行造型的过程中夹紧头发80的固定端81。相 对于传统的卷发器设置阻挡件200以防止头发80在卷绕的过程中发生打转而言,本发明设置如前所述的夹持装置24具备明显的有益效果。传统的阻挡件200虽然在卷发装置对头发80进行卷绕的过程中可以对头发80的一端形成阻挡,防止头发80发生打转,有利于头发80的卷绕。但是在头发80定型的过程中,由于阻挡件200只是在头发80的一端在垂直于头发80的延伸的方向上对头发形成阻挡,并未在垂直于头发80的延伸的方向上对头发形成固定,也未在头发80的延伸的方向上对头发80形成固定,则所述的传统的卷发器头发80在加热定型的过程中,卷发器必须保持不动,一旦定型过程中卷发器晃动,头发8即在头发80延伸方向上产生位移或在垂直头发延伸方向上车产生位移,则会导致头发80发生松散,头发80不能很好地缠绕在缠绕件13上,导致定型效果不好。进一步的,实际使用过程中,传统的卷发器为保持较好的定型效果,卷发器必须保持不动,操作性能较差。相比之下,本发明中由于夹持装置24是夹持住头发80,首先使得卷发器20对头发80具有较好的卷绕效果。进一步的,无论卷发器20如何晃动,都不影响头发80的定型,从而头发80获得较好的定型效果。可以理解,由于无需保持固定不动,所述卷发器20具有较佳的操作性能。
进一步的,为了使得夹持装置24可以对头发80形成较好的夹持紧固作用并防止夹持装置24对头发80造成损伤,两个所述夹持件241对接的面上设置有弹性件,两个所述夹持件241在其关闭位置时,所述弹性件和所述缠绕件13接触,配合缠绕件13共同对头发80的一端形成夹持固定。所述弹性件具体可以为胶条、PVC条。
请参阅图22,本发明中的一实施例中,所述卷发装置10的启动方式设置为,当夹持装置24在其关闭位置时,也即两个所述夹持件241在其关闭位置时,所述卷发装置10自动启动勾卷头发80并对头发80进行烫卷。具体的,所述卷发器20内部设置有一电路板300和控制器(图未示),所述电路板300、控制器以及前述驱动机构11之间电性连接,所述电路板300上设置有两个霍尔开关301,两个所述夹持件241上各设置有一磁铁,两个所述夹持件241在其关闭位置时,两个所述夹持件241上设置的磁铁的位置和所述霍尔开关301的位置相对应,则两个所述夹持件241在其关闭位置时,夹持件241上设置的磁铁触发所述霍尔开关301,所述控制器根据霍尔开关301传递的信号控制驱动机构11运转对头发80进行卷绕和加热定型。
请一并参阅图1、图3、图23-24,本实施例中,用户 以手握持所述壳体21设置有开口23一侧的相对侧的方式使用该卷发器20,所述壳体21包括一底部区域211、一中间区域212以及一顶部区域213,壳体21的一面以弧面214的形式从底部区域211经中间区域212延伸至顶部区域213。前述的卷发装置10设置于壳体21的腔室22内部时,卷发装置10的驱动机构11位于所述壳体21的底部区域211,相应的,缠绕件13位于壳体21的中间区域212,而缠绕件13的自由端134则定位于壳体21中间区域212和顶部区域213的连接处。前述开口23从壳体21的底部区域211沿弧面215的延伸方向一直开设至壳体21的顶部区域213,故形成一弧形开口,弧形开口的设置和头发放到开口处的弯曲形态相匹配,使得用户可以非常容易的将整束头发经弧形开口放进壳体21的腔室22,进而便于头发的卷绕,使得卷发器20具有较佳的操作性能。进一步的,以该设计方式,但用户需要使用卷发器20在对人体头发靠近发根部份进行定型时,卷发器20抵住人体头部皮肤,弧面设计的卷发器壳体21接触人体头部皮肤时,由于弧面设计的壳体圆滑过渡,不会对人体头部皮肤形成刮蹭,产生不舒适感,使得用户可以获得较佳的使用体验,同时亦可以根据使用需要进行调整卷发器卷发装置离发根的距离。所述开口23由所述壳体21的底部区域211、中间区域212以及顶部区域213界定为底部部分、中间部分以及顶部部分。所述开口底部部分形成的凹槽用于卷发器20定型头发时对整束头发起引导作用,便于整束头发经开口的中间部分进入所述腔室22内部。所述开口的顶部部分用于定型后的头发经过开口的顶部部分离开腔室22。优选的,所述开口23越往顶部区域213延伸口径越大。该设计方式的目的在于,所述卷发器20使用时,壳体21的顶部区域213靠近人体的发根部,待定型的整束头发80在发根处较为蓬松,在顶部区域213设置有较大的开口23非常便于用户将整束头发80放进开口23便于前述勾发部124勾卷。进一步的,所述开口23在壳体21顶部区域213的顶部部分优选设置为开口23的顶部部分形成的开口轮廓大于缠绕件13自由端134的大小,以该设计方式,头发80在缠绕件13上完成加热定型后从开口23的顶部区域移出腔室22时,加热定型后的头发80可以保持卷绕在缠绕件13上的形状移出腔室22,从而保持最好的弯曲定型效果。需要说明的是,头发80完成加热定型时头发80具有较高的温度,则头发80此时离开腔室22时受到的任意阻挡物的拉扯都会使得头发80一定程度被拉直,导致不能保持较好的弯曲定型效果。可以理解,弧形的开口设置使得卷发器20整体较为美观。
进一步的,所述腔室22壁面在壳体21的顶部区域213呈弧面,以该设计方式,加热定型后的头发可以以逐步扩大的形式离开壳体21的腔室22,该设计方式和头发从壳体21的腔室22出来时变蓬松的状态相匹配,使得头发可以很顺畅地离开壳体21的腔室22,从而保持很好的弯曲造型。
进一步的,缠绕件13设置于壳体21的腔室22内部时。优选的,缠绕件13的自由端134定位于壳体21中间区域212和顶部区域213的连接处。以该设计方式,相对于传统的卷发器,缠绕件13的自由端134距离壳体21顶部区域213开口边缘具有一段距离,而不是处于开口23边缘处。则用户需要卷绕定型的头发80距离人体头部较近时,缠绕件13的自由端134和开口边缘的距离可以有效防止烫伤用户头部皮肤。
在其他一些实施例中,所述壳体21的顶部区域213设置有和人体拇指和食指相匹配的两凸耳215,两个所述凸耳215分别设置于所述开口23顶部部分的两侧,以该设计方式用户握持住壳体21时,两个所述凸耳215可以对用户的拇指和食指形成两个支撑点,使得用户更好地握持住卷发器20的壳体21,也使得用户获得较好的握持体验。进一步的两凸耳215和所述壳体21弹性连接,该凸耳215和前述夹持件241和延伸部2413相匹配,用户通过拇指和食指按压所述凸耳215即可驱动两个所述夹持件241致其关闭位置,该设计方式极其便于用户对卷发器20的操作,非常符合人机工程学,整个卷发器20使用起来极为方便舒适。进一步的,所述中间区域212以扩散形式往顶部区域213延伸,也即壳体21从中间区域212越往顶部区域213延伸其形成的轮廓区域越大。该设计的优点在于,以该设计方式用户可以更好地拿握住卷发器20,扩散延伸的顶部区域213可以很好阻止卷发器20下滑掉落的趋势,防止卷发器20滑落摔坏的危险,进一步可以使得用户获得较好的握持使用体验。
在其他一些实施例中,所述壳体21的底部区域211设置有一凸缘214,所述凸缘214和所述握持21的部顶部区域211共同约束手掌的握持区域。该设计的优点在于,顶部区域211和凸缘214可以共同形成对人体手掌的压紧感,在较低程度上形成对人体手掌的卡设,进一步地减少用户经壳体21握住卷发器21后卷发器21发生晃动的可能,使得用户拿握卷发器20的时候更加稳固。
在其他一些实施例中,为了使用户可以更好更稳固地握住卷发器20,所述壳体21的外表面轮廓上可以设置有凸起或纹路以增大人体手掌掌面和壳体21的摩擦力,使 得用户更好地拿握住卷发器20。
在其他一些实施例中,所述卷发器20的底部设置有一显示面板和按钮。以该设计方式,显示面板和按钮不会占据到壳体21的握持区域,不会影响到握持,不会影响到卷发器20整体的美观,进一步的方便于用户通过显示面板显示使用状态和参数设置以使用该卷发器20。
请参阅图25,卷发器20使用时,用户单手握住壳体21,另一只手理出待造型的一束头发80,并将该束头发放置在所述开口23处,随后手指按压所述凸耳215,凸耳215受力压缩,由于凸耳215匹配夹持装置24,则夹持装置24相应被驱动至其关闭位置将头发的固定端81夹持住,随后启动卷发装置10对头发80进行卷绕,由于头发80的固定端81被夹持装置24夹持固定住,则头发80在被卷绕的过程中,其固定端81到自由端82的一段被逐步牵引向缠绕件13的自由端134的方向移动,并最终全部卷绕于卷发装置10上,接着启动卷发器20对头发进行加热定型,头发完成加热定型后松开夹持装置24,头发经所述开口23离开腔室22即可。
卷发器20设计成用户通过手掌握住壳体21就能对该卷发器20进行操作,无需设计其他的手柄来辅助用户握持住该卷发器20。该设计的方式可以有效减小所述卷发器20的尺寸,使得卷发器20本身较为小巧。进一步的,用户通过手掌握持卷发器20进行卷发操作,使用起来极为方便舒适,非常符合人机工程学的概念。用户只需握持住所述卷发器20,然后将所述开口23朝向所述头发80,头发80经开口23放进所述卷发器20的腔室22中进行造型,头发造型后,用户握住卷发器20下拉,使得造型后的头发经过所述开口23离开腔室22,相对于设计有手柄来辅助握持的卷发器,该设计方式结构简单,操作方便,极具人性化。进一步,由于有夹持装置24的夹持,可以使得卷发装置10对头发80形成较佳的卷绕效果,从而使得头发80的定型效果较好。
请参阅图26,本发明的第二实施例提供一种卷发器30,所述卷发器30内部设置有一卷发装置301,所述卷发装置301和前述卷发装置10具有相同结构。,所述卷发器30进一步包括一壳体31,所述壳体31定义一腔室32,所述壳体31上开设有第一开口33,带定型的头发80经过第一开口33进入所述腔室32。所述卷发装置301设置于所述腔室32中,所述卷发装置301包括一缠绕件3011,缠绕件3011包括一自由端3012,壳体31靠近所述缠绕件3011自由端3012的位置开设有第二开口34,定型后的头发80经过第二开口34离开所述腔室32。
在其他一些实施例中,所述卷发器30在靠近第二开口34处设置有前述的夹持装置24。所述卷发器30进一步包括第一手柄35、第二手柄36以及面板37,第一手柄35连接至所述壳体31,第二手柄36连接至所述面板37,第一手柄35和第二手柄36枢轴连接,用户手握第一手柄35以及第二手柄36以使用该卷发器30。所述夹持装置24的驱动方式可以设置为,第一手柄35和第二手柄36闭合时,所述夹持装置24被驱动至其关闭位置对头发80形成夹持,第一手柄35和第二手柄36打开时,夹持装置24被驱动致其打开位置,头发80经第二开口34离开所述腔室32。相对于现有的使用阻挡件的卷发器,夹持装置24的设置,使得卷发装置301可以获得较佳的卷绕效果和定型效果,整个卷发器30整体具备较佳的操作性能。
请参阅图27,本发明的第三实施例提供一种卷发器40,所述卷发器40内部设置有一卷发装置401,所述卷发装置401和前述卷发装置10具有相同的结构。,所述卷发器40进一步包括一壳体41,所述壳体41定义一腔室42以容纳待定型的头发80,所述卷发装置401设置于所述腔室42中。所述壳体41上开设有一和所述腔室42连通的第一开口43,待定型的头发80经过第一开口43进入所述腔室42。所述壳体41上还开设有一和所述腔室42连通的第二开口44,定型后的头发80经过所述第二开口44离开所述腔室42。,所述卷发装置401包括一缠绕件4011,该缠绕件4011包括一自由端4012,所述第二开口44定位于靠近缠绕件4011的自由端4012。所述第二开口44和第一开口43连通,该第二开口44呈环形,其环绕所述缠绕件4011的自由端4012,该设计的优点在于,定型后的头发80经过第二开口44离开腔室42时,头发80可以保持较好的弯曲度。
进一步的,该卷发器40还包括前述的夹持装置24,所述夹持装置24设置于所述第二开口44所在的端面,该夹持装置24在卷发装置401对头发进行卷绕时,夹紧头发80的固定端81,该设计可以防止卷发装置401在卷绕头发80的过程中,防止头发80发生打转,从而起到较好的卷发效果。进一步的,所述夹持装置24在头发80进行加热定型的过程中紧固住头发80,相对于传统的卷发器只设置一阻挡件,头发80在加热定型的过程中晃动卷发器时,头发会发生松散。以该设计方式,夹持装置24是夹紧头发80,从而头发80在加热定型的过程中,无论卷发器40怎么晃动,头发80都不会发生松散,从而获得较好的定型效果。
请参阅图28,本发明的第四实施例提供一种卷发器 50,所述卷发器50和所述卷发器40不同的地方仅在于该卷发器50的壳体51的内部不设置有前述夹持装置24,代替的,所述壳体51上设置有固持件52,所述固持件52用于和用户的手配合,使得用户可以经过所述固持件52稳固地拿握住卷发器50。该设计的优点是,用户稳固的拿住所述卷发器50时,用户的拇指可以腾出来,这样用户使用所述卷发器50时,用户可以用拇指在第二开口54的端面53上将前述头发80的固定端81按压住,使得头发80被很好的卷绕在所述卷发装置10上进行定型。
请参阅图29,在其他一些实施例中,前述第二开口54的端面53上可设置有一收集区56,所述收集区56便于用户用拇指将头发80的一端拨拢收集在收集区56处,从而对头发80的一端形成更好的按压。
请参阅图30,在本实施例的一些变形实施例中,提供的卷发器60上设置的固持件62不限制为上述所提到的设计结构,所述固持件62可以设计为一整体的C形结构,如日常生活中所见的杯耳。
本实施例提供的卷发器50的使用过程,用户将单只手除拇指外的四个手指穿设在所述固持件52中,再以掌面贴附所述卷发器50的侧壁,即可单手稳固地拿握住所述卷发器50,随后,用户将待造型的头发80经第一开口55放进卷发器50,随后,用户用拇指将头发80的固定端81收拢并按压住,启动开关,头发80固定端81到发梢部分随即被设置于卷发器50内部的卷发装置10卷绕并加热定型,所述头发80加热定型结束后,用户松开拇指,随后将所述卷发器50下捋,则定型好的头发80经所述第二开口54离开卷发器50,从而完成造型。
从上述的使用过程可知,该卷发器50具备非常人性化的设计,首先用户可以单手稳固地拿握住所述卷发器50,且该卷发器50在使用过程中,用户通过使用拇指按压住所述头发80,则头发80在被所述卷发装置10卷绕的过程中,用户可以经过拇指感受到头发80在卷发器50内部遭受的应力情况。头发80定型完成后,用户通过下捋所述卷发器50即可使所述定型好的头发80经过所述第二开口54离开卷发器50。整个卷发器50的使用过程,和用户具有很好的交互反馈,极具人性化。
请参阅图31,本发明的第五实施例提供一种卷发方法S10,所述卷发方法包括如下步骤:
(i)提供一用于使用者手握的壳体;
(ii)于壳体和手配合的一侧的相对侧提供一开口,将一束头发放置于壳体开口,头发经壳体开口进入壳体定义的腔室;及
(iii)腔室内部设置一卷发装置,启动卷发装置卷绕头发,并对头发加热定型。
所述卷发器还包括一个夹持装置,所述卷发起的使用方法进一步包括启动卷发装置前驱动夹持装置夹紧头发一端。
本实施例提供的卷发方法,用户是以手握持卷发器的方式进行卷发,相对于传统的使用手柄操作卷发器卷发的方式,本实施例提供的卷发方法操作极其简单,方便,人性化。
进一步,所述卷发器还包括一夹持装置,该夹持装置在卷发装置对头发进行卷绕前夹紧头发的一端,使得头发的卷绕效果较好。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的原则之内所作的任何修改,等同替换和改进等均应包含本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种卷发器,其特征在于,包括:
    一用于用户手持的壳体,所述壳体定义一以容纳头发的腔室,所述壳体和人体手部配合一侧的相对侧设置有一和所述腔室连通的开口,头发经过所述开口进入或离开所述腔室;以及一卷发装置,所述卷发装置设置于所述腔室中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述壳体包括底部区域、中间区域以及顶部区域,所述壳体的一面以弧面的形式从底部区域经中间区域延伸至顶部区域,所述开口沿所述弧面延伸方向开设。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述开口形状为弧形,开口在壳体顶部区域的宽度较宽。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述腔室的壁面在所述壳体顶部区域呈弧面。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述壳体的顶部区域设置有和人体拇指以及食指相匹配的两凸耳,所述两凸耳分别设置于所述开口的两侧。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述卷发装置包括一缠绕件,所述缠绕件设置于所述腔室中,待定型的头发缠绕于所述缠绕件上,该缠绕件包括一固定端和一自由端;以及一勾发部,所述勾发部设置在缠绕件从固定端到自由端的方向上距离固定端一段距离。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述勾发部位于缠绕件中部到缠绕件自由端的任意位置。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述壳体包括底部区域、中间区域以及顶部区域,所述缠绕件自由端定位于壳体顶部区域和壳体中间区域的连接处。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述卷发器进一步包括第一延伸部,所述第一延伸部从相邻缠绕件固定端处延伸至勾发部并和所述勾发部连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的卷发器,其特征在 于:所述卷发器进一步包括本体和至少一第二延伸部,所述本体中间为通孔,本体经所述通孔套设在缠绕件上,所述第一延伸部和第二延伸部同设置于本体的一端。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述第二延伸部较第一延伸部从缠绕件固定端往缠绕件自由端方向延伸较短距离。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述第一延伸部和第二延伸部靠近缠绕件外表面的面到缠绕件外表面的距离为1-5mm。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述卷发器进一步包括一驱动机构和传动件,传动件的一端和所述驱动机构连接,传动件的另一端和所述本体连接,驱动机构经传动件驱动本体围绕缠绕件旋转。
  14. 如权利要求6所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述卷发器进一步包括至少一摩擦件,所述摩擦件设置于所述缠绕件上。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述卷发器进一步包括一夹持装置,所述夹持装置设置于所述壳体的腔室中,该夹持装置包括一打开位置和一关闭位置,在其打开位置,头发经过所述开口离开所述腔室,在其关闭位置,夹持装置夹紧头发一端。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述夹持装置在其关闭位置时,所述卷发装置自动启动。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述卷发装置包括一缠绕件和一勾发部,所述缠绕件设置于所述腔室中,待定型的头发缠绕于所述缠绕件上,该缠绕件包括一固定端和一自由端,所述勾发部设置在缠绕件从固定端到自由端的方向上距离固定端一段距离;所述夹持装置包括两个夹持件,所述两个夹持件对接时,两个夹持件形成一通孔,所述缠绕件穿设在所述通孔中。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的卷发器,其特征在于:两个所述夹持件上设置有弹性件,两个所述夹持件对接时,所述弹性件和所述缠绕件接触。
  19. 如权利要求15所述的卷发器,其特征 在于:所述夹持装置定位于缠绕件的自由端、缠绕件中端或远离缠绕件自由端的一端。
  20. 如权利要求1所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述卷发器进一步包括显示面板和按钮,所述显示面板和按钮设置于所述壳体底部。
