Abstract

Le procédé de transformations des fractions légères de combustibles à haute teneur en cendres y compris les schistes bitumineux et la lignite comprend la pyrolyse de la partie organique du combustible solide à haute teneur en cendres et sa séparation en résidu de coke et de cendres et un mélange gaz-vapeur. La nouveauté consiste en ce que pour purifier l'huile de circulation lourde des cendres on utilise dans le système de condensation de mélange de gaz et de vapeur un évaporateur à rotor et à film, et l'huile à haute teneur en cendres qui se forme est dirigée vers une opération de pyrolyse secondaires directement dans le réacteur. Cela permet d'obtenir un produit commercialisable à faible teneur en impuretés de cendres (moins de 0,02 %) sans dépenses supplémentaires pour l'organisation de filtrage et d'ensevelissement des restes, d'augmenter la production des fractions légères d'huiles de schiste et d'évacuer les cendres selon un schéma standard.
