Cette invention concerne un dispositif modulaire d'évacuation des eaux usées au niveau du plancher pour un bâtiment, le dispositif comprenant un réservoir de collecte d'eau (10), un tuyau de raccordement vertical (40) à travers le réservoir de collecte d'eau (10) et au moins une entrée d'eaux usées (13) disposée sur un couvercle supérieur (11) du réservoir de collecte d'eau, le tuyau de raccordement vertical (40) étant pourvu d'une sortie d'eau (41) disposée à l'intérieur du réservoir de collecte d'eau (10), et l'entrée d'eaux usées (13) étant en communication avec la sortie d'eau (41) par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme de joint hydraulique. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de construction d'installation pour le dispositif modulaire d'évacuation des eaux usées au niveau du plancher pour un bâtiment.
