本发明的封水装置设置在外桶的外部,通过封水密封部与挡水装置的动密封接触形成排水腔室,不用再在外桶上设计出复杂的密封结构,封水装置的安装简单,且不改变外桶的结构或者外桶结构改变较小。
进一步地,本发明的封水装置可以为水封密封件,同时实现了外桶与內桶轴之间的密封以及封水装置与挡水装置之间的密封,集成度较高,设计小型化,安装工艺简单。
本发明的封水装置上开设出水口,出水口连通至水位检测装置实现了洗衣机的水位检测。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一种洗衣机进行详细描述:
实施例一
如图1-图8所示,本实施例的一种洗衣机,包括:
外桶400;
內桶300,可转动的设置在外桶400内;
內桶轴520,穿过外桶400的底部与內桶300连接用于驱动內桶300转动;
在洗涤/漂洗过程中,所述的内桶300为盛水桶,内桶300与外桶400之间无水;
所述内桶300的底部外侧设置挡水装置330;所述的内桶轴520上套设封水装置530,封水装置530设置在外桶400的底部外侧,包括穿过外桶400的底部与挡水装置330动密封接触的封水密封部531;所述封水装置530与挡水装置330之间形成排水腔室600,内桶300的底部开设连通排水腔室600的排水孔320,封水装置530上开设有连通排水腔室600的出水口533。
本实施例的洗衣机在洗涤/漂洗过程中,所述的内桶300内盛水,内桶300与外桶400之间无水,即本发明的洗衣机的内桶为桶壁上无孔的不漏水内桶,内部盛水用于洗涤衣物。这样,不仅节省了洗衣的用水量,而且杜绝了内桶300与外桶400之间滋生污垢,避免衣物污染,提高洗涤效果,提升用户体验。
进一步地,本实施例的洗衣机为了实现排水,在內桶300的底部开设排水孔320,通过挡水装置330与封水装置530的密封配合确保水由排水腔室600中排出,而不会充满內桶300与外桶400之间。本实施例洗衣机的排水方式不仅保证了內桶300与外桶400之间无水,而且更加便于泥沙等固体杂物的排出,提高衣物洗涤的洁净程度。
本实施例的封水装置530设置在外桶400的外部,通过封水密封部531与挡水装置330的动密封接触形成排水腔室600,不用再在外桶400上设计出复杂的密封结构,封水装置530的安装简单,且不改变外桶400的结构或者外桶结构改变较小。
进一步地,由于洗衣机一般都通过减速离合装置500来控制洗衣机的內桶、波轮的转动,以切换洗衣程序。减速离合装置500包括內桶轴520和波轮轴510,內桶轴520为中空轴,波轮轴510可转动的设置在內桶轴520内,內桶轴520穿过外桶400的底部与內桶300的底部连接以带动內桶转动,波轮轴510穿过外桶400的底部和內桶300的底部与波轮100连接。因此,考虑到现有减速离合器500的安装方式,內桶轴520与外桶400的底部之间一般需要设置密封装置进行密封。本实施例的洗衣机考虑到减速离合器500的这一安装特点,作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述外桶400的底部开设外桶安装口,内桶轴520穿过外桶安装口与内桶300连接;所述的封水装置530套设在内桶轴520上,封水装置530与内桶轴520之间、封水装置530与外桶安装口之间分别密封设置,封水装置530的封水密封部531穿过外桶安装口与挡水装置330动密封接触。
本实施例的洗衣机根据减速离合装置500的安装特点,通过封水装置530同时实现了外桶400与內桶轴520之间的密封以及封水装置530与挡水装置330之间的密封,集成度 较高,设计小型化,安装工艺简单。
具体地,为了实现封水装置530与外桶400之间的密封、与內桶轴520之间的密封以及与挡水装置330之间的密封,本实施例所述的封水装置530还包括用于密封安装在外桶安装口上的安装密封部532和用于与内桶轴520之间动密封接触的接触密封部534。本实施例所述的出水口533设置在封水装置530上且位于接触密封部534与封水密封部531之间,以实现出水口533与排水腔室600的连通。
进一步地,本实施例位于所述外桶安装口四周的外桶400的底部局部朝向外桶内部内凹形成用于安装封水装置530的外桶安装部420,更加便于封水装置530的安装。
为了实现封水装置530与外桶400之间的密封,本实施例所述的外桶安装部420包括沿外桶安装口周向设置的环形凸起430,所述安装密封部532与封水密封部531之间形成环形凹槽,所述的环形凸起430与环形凹槽过盈配合进行密封安装。本实施例的封水装置530与外桶400之间的安装方式简单有效,确保了两者之间的密封连接。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,挡水装置330为设置在内桶300的底部外侧且位于排水孔320外围的一圈挡水筋;所述封水装置530的封水密封部531与挡水筋的外壁之间动密封接触。挡水装置330结构简单,通过与封水装置530的封水密封部531之间动密封接触即实现密封,另外,可将挡水筋的内径设计的较小,以减小两者之间的磨损,可靠性更高,延长使用寿命。
进一步地,所述内桶300的底部中心开设用于连接内桶轴520的内桶安装口;所述的排水孔320包括多个,分布在内桶安装口的外圈;所述的挡水装置330为设置在内桶300的底部外侧且包围住所有排水孔320的环形挡水筋。本实施例的环形挡水筋与內桶300的底部同心设置,这样可使环形挡水筋与內桶300同步转动,避免偏心,确保与封水装置530之间的动密封。
为了实现将水由排水腔室600排出,本实施例所述的出水口533连接第一管路,第一管路连通至排水控制装置。
本实施例的排水控制装置可以连接至洗衣机的排水阀或者排水泵,排水阀或者排水泵连接排水软管,通过控制排水装置与洗衣机的排水阀或者排水泵同时开启进行排水。
本实施例的另一种控制排水方式,所述內桶300的上部开设一圈脱水孔310,所述外桶400的底部开设排水口410,所述排水口410、所述出水口533均连通至排水控制装置。本实施例的排水控制装置具有两个进水端和一个出水端,出水端连接排水软管,这样通过控制相应的进水端开启以实现排水。
本实施例的洗衣机在脱水时,洗涤水由脱水孔310脱出进入到外桶400后由排水口410排出,此时排水装置与排水口410相连通的进水端开启,或者两个进水端同时开启进行脱水排水。
本实施例的洗衣机在洗涤或者漂洗过程中的排水,排水装置与出水口533相连通的进水端开启,进行排水。
该排水方式所采用的排水控制装置可以为具有两个进水端、一个出水端的排水阀或者排水泵。
本实施例內桶300上靠近平衡环的一端设置一圈脱水孔310,平衡环内侧部分伸入到內桶300内部,而脱水孔310设置正对着平衡环,这样平衡环可以遮挡这一圈脱水孔310,可保持內桶300观感上的无孔。
本实施例所述的出水口533连接第二管路,第二管路连通至水位检测装置,实现了无孔洗衣机的水位检测。另外,第二管路与出水口533保持常开,以进行水位检测,同时在排水时,可将进入水位检测装置的气室内的水排出。
本实施例的出水口533上连接有出水管540,出水管540分别连接第一管路和第二管路。
本实施例的减速离合装置500还包括上端盖550和下端盖560,上端盖550与下端盖560之间形成用于容纳减速轮系的容纳腔室。本实施例的內桶轴520和波轮轴510穿过上端盖550伸入到容纳腔室内与减速轮系相连接,內桶轴520的另一端设置內桶轴盘521以与內桶300的底部连接。
实施例二
本实施例与上述实施例一的区别仅在于,提供了一种具体封水装置,具体地:
本实施例的封水装置为套设在内桶轴520上用于内桶轴520与外桶400之间的密封的水封密封件,水封密封件密封安装在外桶400的底部,水封密封件具有与内桶轴520之间动密封接触的第一封水唇;所述封水密封部531为同心设置在第一封水唇外的第二封水唇,第二封水唇与挡水装置330动密封接触;所述的出水口533设置在水封密封件上且位于第一封水唇与第二封水唇之间。
由于现有的减速离合装置500为了实现內桶轴520与外桶400之间的密封,都需要设置水封密封件,本实施例以水封密封件为基础,将封水装置的封水密封部531集成到水封密封件上,在进行外桶密封同时实现了封水密封部531与挡水装置330之间的动密封接触。本实施例充分考虑到减速离合装置500的结构及安装特点,集成度较高,设计小型化,安装工艺简单。
为了考虑到水封密封件还要与挡水装置330之间密封形成排水腔室600,本强加大外桶安装口,同时加大水封密封件,密封安装方式保持不变。
进一步地,为了确保本实施例的水封密封件加大后的整体强度,所述的水封密封件内嵌有金属骨架。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机,包括:
    外桶;
    內桶,可转动的设置在外桶内;
    內桶轴,穿过外桶的底部与內桶连接用于驱动內桶转动;
    在洗涤/漂洗过程中,所述的内桶为盛水桶,内桶与外桶之间无水;
    其特征在于,所述内桶的底部外侧设置挡水装置;所述的内桶轴上套设封水装置,封水装置设置在外桶的底部外侧,包括穿过外桶的底部与挡水装置动密封接触的封水密封部;所述封水装置与挡水装置之间形成排水腔室,内桶的底部开设连通排水腔室的排水孔,封水装置上开设有连通排水腔室的出水口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述外桶的底部开设外桶安装口,内桶轴穿过外桶安装口与内桶连接;所述的封水装置套设在内桶轴上,封水装置与内桶轴之间、封水装置与外桶安装口之间分别密封设置,封水装置的封水密封部穿过外桶安装口与挡水装置动密封接触。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的封水装置还包括用于密封安装在外桶安装口上的安装密封部和用于与内桶轴之间动密封接触的接触密封部;所述的出水口设置在封水装置上且位于接触密封部与封水密封部之间。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,位于所述外桶安装口四周的外桶的底部局部朝向外桶内部内凹形成用于安装封水装置的外桶安装部;
    优选地,所述的外桶安装部包括沿外桶安装口周向设置的环形凸起,所述安装密封部与封水密封部之间形成环形凹槽,所述的环形凸起与环形凹槽过盈配合进行密封安装。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的挡水装置为设置在内桶的底部外侧且位于排水孔外围的一圈挡水筋;所述封水装置的封水密封部与挡水筋的外壁之间动密封接触。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述内桶的底部中心开设用于连接内桶轴的内桶安装口;所述的排水孔包括多个,分布在内桶安装口的外圈;所述的挡水装置为设置在内桶的底部外侧且包围住所有排水孔的环形挡水筋。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的封水装置为套设在内桶轴上用于内桶轴与外桶之间的密封的水封密封件,水封密封件密封安装在外桶的底部,水封密封件具有与内桶轴之间动密封接触的第一封水唇;所述封水密封部为同心设置在第一封水唇外的第二封水唇,第二封水唇与挡水装置动密封接触;所述的出水口设置 在水封密封件上且位于第一封水唇与第二封水唇之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的水封密封件内嵌有金属骨架。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的出水口连接第一管路,第一管路连通至排水控制装置;
    优选地,所述內桶的上部开设一圈脱水孔,所述外桶的底部开设排水口,所述排水口、所述出水口均连通至排水控制装置。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的出水口连接第二管路,第二管路连通至水位检测装置。
