以下结合附图对本公开的部分实施例进行详细说明,应当理解,以下所说明的实施例仅用于说明和解释本公开的方案,并不用于限定本公开的方案。
图1是本公开的实施例提供的一种SIP终端呼叫转接方法的流程图,如图1所示,所述SIP终端呼叫转接方法包括:步骤S101, 在初始呼叫方终端与初始应答方终端进行通话期间,所述初始呼叫方终端向所述初始应答方终端发起转接请求;步骤S102:所述初始应答方终端根据所述转接请求,释放与所述初始呼叫方终端的通话,并作为呼叫替代终端,向所述转接请求中指定的第三方终端发起呼叫;步骤S103:所述第三方终端摘机,所述初始应答方终端与所述第三方终端进行通话。
在一些实施例中,步骤S101包括:在初始呼叫方终端与初始应答方终端进行通话期间,所述初始呼叫方终端向所述初始应答方终端发起盲转转接请求,所述盲转转接请求中包含用于向所述初始应答方终端指示要转接的第三方终端的号码。该情况下,步骤S102包括:所述初始应答方终端根据所述盲转转接请求,生成用于释放与所述初始呼叫方终端的通话的释放消息,并将所述释放消息发送给所述初始呼叫方终端,所述初始呼叫方终端根据所述释放消息挂机后,所述初始应答方终端根据所述盲转转接请求,生成用于呼叫第三方终端的呼叫消息,并作为呼叫替代终端将所述呼叫消息发送给所述第三方终端。该情况下,步骤S103包括:所述第三方终端根据所述呼叫消息摘机,所述初始应答方终端与所述第三方终端进行通话。
在一些实施例中,步骤S101包括:在所述初始呼叫方终端与所述初始应答方终端进行通话期间,所述初始呼叫方终端还与所述第三方终端进行通话,然后,所述初始呼叫方终端向所述初始应答方终端发起询问转转接请求,所述询问转转接请求中包含用于向所述初始应答方终端指示要转接的第三方终端的号码以及用于指示所述第三方终端进行通话替换的消息。该情况下,步骤S102包括:所述初始应答方终端根据所述询问转转接请求,生成用于释放与所述初始呼叫方终端的通话的释放消息,并将所述释放消息发送给所述初始呼叫方终端,所述初始呼叫方终端根据所述释放消息挂机后,所述初始应答方终端根据所述询问转转接请求,生成包含指示第三方终端进行通话替换的信息且用于呼叫第三方终端的呼叫消息,并作为呼叫替代终端将所述呼叫消息发送给所述第三方终端。该情况下,步骤S103包括:所述第三方终端摘机,生成用于释放与所述初始呼叫方终端的通话的 释放消息,并将所述释放消息发送给所述初始呼叫方终端,所述初始呼叫方终端根据所述释放消息挂机后,所述初始应答方终端与所述第三方终端进行通话。
图2是本公开的实施例提供的一种SIP终端呼叫转接系统的示意图,如图2所示,所述SIP终端呼叫转接系统包括初始呼叫方终端201、初始应答方终端202和第三方终端203,其中,所述初始呼叫方终端201配置为在与所述初始应答方终端202进行通话期间,向所述初始应答方终端202发起转接请求,所述初始应答方终端202配置为根据所述转接请求,释放与所述初始呼叫方终端201的通话,并作为呼叫替代终端,向所述转接请求中指定的第三方终端203发起呼叫,所述第三方终端203摘机后,所述初始应答方终端202与所述第三方终端203进行通话。
在一些实施例中,所述初始呼叫方终端201配置为在与所述初始应答方终端202进行通话期间,向所述初始应答方终端202发起盲转转接请求,所述盲转转接请求中包含用于向所述初始应答方终端202指示要转接的第三方终端203的号码。该情况下,所述初始应答方终端202配置为根据所述盲转转接请求,生成用于释放与所述初始呼叫方终端201的通话的释放消息,并将所述释放消息发送给所述初始呼叫方终端201,所述初始呼叫方终端201根据所述释放消息挂机后,所述初始应答方终端202根据所述盲转转接请求,生成用于呼叫所述第三方终端203的呼叫消息,并作为呼叫替代终端将所述呼叫消息发送给所述第三方终端203,所述第三方终端203根据所述呼叫消息摘机,所述初始应答方终端202与所述第三方终端203进行通话。
在一些实施例中,所述初始呼叫方终端201配置为在与所述初始应答方终端202进行通话期间,还与所述第三方终端203进行通话,然后,所述初始呼叫方终端201向所述初始应答方终端202发起询问转转接请求,所述询问转转接请求中包含用于向所述初始应答方终端202指示要转接的第三方终端203的号码以及用于指示所述第三方终端203进行通话替换的消息。该情况下,所述初始应答方终端202配置为根据所述询问转转接请求,生成用于释放与所述初始呼叫方终 端201的通话的释放消息,并将所述释放消息发送给所述初始呼叫方终端201,所述初始呼叫方终端201根据所述释放消息挂机后,所述初始应答方终端202根据所述询问转转接请求,生成包含指示所述第三方终端203进行通话替换的信息且用于呼叫所述第三方终端203的呼叫消息,并作为呼叫替代终端将所述呼叫消息发送给所述第三方终端203,所述第三方终端203根据所述呼叫消息摘机,生成用于释放与所述初始呼叫方终端201的通话的释放消息,并将所述释放消息发送给所述初始呼叫方终端201,所述初始呼叫方终端201根据所述释放消息挂机后,所述初始应答方终端202与所述第三方终端203进行通话。
图3是本公开的实施例提供的一种SIP终端呼叫盲转的示意图,如图3所示,所述SIP终端呼叫盲转涉及SIP信令INVITE和REFER。所述INVITE消息可以用来创建SIP会话、修改会话等,如果携带了Replaces头部,还可以用于通话替换。所述REFER消息是用来指示呼叫转接的信息,由业务方发起呼叫转接时使用。
如图3所示,所述SIP终端呼叫盲转例如包括以下步骤1-5。
1.用户设备A与用户设备B进行通话,用户设备A保持与用户设备B的通话连接。
2.用户设备A向用户设备B发送REFER消息,其中Refer-To头部中的统一资源标识符(uniform resource identifier,URI)为用户设备C的号码,即,要求将用户设备A与用户设备B的通话转接为用户设备C与用户设备B的通话。
3.用户设备B收到REFER消息后,得知要进行呼叫转接,向用户设备A发送202状态码,并向用户设备A发出BYE消息以让用户设备A退出通话,从而释放用户设备A与用户设备B的通话连接。
4.因为REFER消息的Refer-To头部中的URI为用户设备C的号码,也就是说要将呼叫要转接到用户设备C,于是用户设备B向用户设备C发出INVITE消息,以创建用户设备B到用户设备C的呼叫,用户设备C振铃并回复180进行响应。
5.用户设备C摘机并向用户设备B回复200 OK消息,用户设备 B向用户设备C发送ACK消息,从而用户设备B与用户设备C进行通话。
图4是本公开的实施例提供的一种SIP终端呼叫询问转的示意图,如图4所示,所述SIP终端呼叫询问转涉及SIP信令INVITE和REFER。所述INVITE消息可以用来创建SIP会话、修改会话等,如果所述INVITE消息携带了Replaces头部,还可以用于通话替换。所述REFER消息是用来指示呼叫转接的信息,由业务方发起呼叫转接时使用。
如图4所示,所述SIP终端呼叫询问转例如包括以下步骤1-7。
1.用户设备A与用户设备B通话,用户设备A保持与用户设备B的通话连接。
2.用户设备A与用户设备C通话,用户设备A保持与用户设备C的通话连接。
3.用户设备A向用户设备B发出REFER消息,其中Refer-To头部中的URI为用户设备C的号码,REFER消息还包含Replaces参数(Replaces=AC),要求将用户设备A的与用户设备B的通话转接到用户设备C。
4.用户设备B收到REFER消息后,得知要进行呼叫转接,向用户设备A发送202状态码,并向用户设备A发出BYE消息以释放用户设备A与用户设备B的通话。
5.用户设备A向用户设备B回复200 OK消息,然后,用户设备B根据REFER消息中的内容向用户设备C发出INVITE消息(包含Replaces参数,Replaces=AC)。
6.用户设备C收到包含Replaces参数的INVITE消息后,向用户设备B回复200 OK消息,用户设备B向用户设备C发送ACK消息,用户设备C根据Replaces参数内容向用户设备A发送BYE消息以释放用户设备A与用户设备C的通话,从而进行通话替换。
7.用户设备A向用户设备C回复200 OK消息,从而用户设备B与用户设备C通话。
根据本公开的实施例提供的方案,可以实现例如将用户设备A 与用户设备B的通话转接为用户设备B与用户设备C的通话,而不需要由SIP服务器进行主要控制,这降低了对SIP服务器的要求,而且,不需要构建IMS网络环境,组网方案也较为简单,适合对网络成本控制较严的场景,比如适合低成本中小型企业网环境。
虽然以用户设备A作为呼叫转接业务发起方为例描述了本公开的实施例,但是,本公开不限于此,本领域技术人员可以根据需要选择呼叫转接业务发起方并对本公开的实施例进行相应的修改。本公开的各实施例可以进行任意组合,且本公开的各实施例中的特征可部分省略。根据需要,本公开的各实施例还可以包括额外的技术特征。
本公开中的终端可以通过软件、硬件或其结合实现,本公开对此不进行具体限定,例如,根据需要,本公开中的终端可以通过执行计算机程序的处理器实现。
尽管上文对本公开进行了详细说明,但是本公开不限于此,本领域技术人员可以根据本公开的原理对本公开的方案进行各种修改和变型,凡按照本公开的原理所作的修改和变型都应当理解为落入本公开的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种会话初始协议(SIP)终端呼叫转接方法,包括步骤:
    S101,在初始呼叫方终端(201)与初始应答方终端(202)进行通话期间,所述初始呼叫方终端(201)向所述初始应答方终端(202)发起转接请求;
    S102,所述初始应答方终端(202)根据所述转接请求,释放与所述初始呼叫方终端(201)的通话,并作为呼叫替代终端,向所述转接请求中指定的第三方终端(203)发起呼叫;
    S103,第三方终端(203)摘机,所述初始应答方终端(202)与所述第三方终端(203)进行通话。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,步骤S101包括:
    在初始呼叫方终端(201)与初始应答方终端(202)进行通话期间,所述初始呼叫方终端(201)向所述初始应答方终端(202)发起盲转转接请求,所述盲转转接请求中包含用于指示所述初始应答方终端(202)要转接的第三方终端(203)的号码。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,步骤S101包括:
    在所述初始呼叫方终端(201)与所述初始应答方终端(202)进行通话期间,所述初始呼叫方终端(202)还与所述第三方终端(203)进行通话,然后,所述初始呼叫方终端(201)向所述初始应答方终端(202)发起询问转转接请求,所述询问转转接请求中包含用于指示所述初始应答方终端(202)要转接的第三方终端(203)的号码以及用于所述第三方终端(203)进行通话替换的信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,步骤S102包括:
    所述初始应答方终端(202)根据所述盲转转接请求,生成用于释放与所述初始呼叫方终端(201)的通话的释放消息,并将所述释放消息发送给所述初始呼叫方终端(201),在所述初始呼叫方终端 (201)根据所述释放消息挂机后,所述初始应答方终端(202)根据所述盲转转接请求,生成用于呼叫第三方终端(203)的呼叫消息,并作为呼叫替代终端将所述呼叫消息发送给所述第三方终端(203)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,步骤S102包括:
    所述初始应答方终端(202)根据所述询问转转接请求,生成用于释放与所述初始呼叫方终端(201)的通话的释放消息,并将所述释放消息发送给所述初始呼叫方终端(201),所述初始呼叫方终端(201)根据所述释放消息挂机后,所述初始应答方终端(202)根据所述询问转转接请求,生成包含指示第三方终端(203)进行通话替换的信息且用于呼叫第三方终端(203)的呼叫消息,并作为呼叫替代终端将所述呼叫消息发送给所述第三方终端(203)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,步骤103包括:
    所述第三方终端(203)根据所述呼叫消息摘机,所述初始应答方终端(202)与所述第三方终端(203)进行通话。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,步骤103包括:
    所述第三方终端(203)摘机,生成用于释放与所述初始呼叫方终端(201)的通话的释放消息,并将所述释放消息发送给所述初始呼叫方终端(201),所述初始呼叫方终端(201)根据所述释放消息挂机后,所述初始应答方终端(202)与所述第三方终端(203)进行通话。
  8. 一种会话初始协议(SIP)终端呼叫转接系统,包括初始呼叫方终端(201)、初始应答方终端(202)和第三方终端(203),其中:
    所述初始呼叫方终端(201)配置为在与所述初始应答方终端(202)进行通话期间,向所述初始应答方终端(202)发起转接请求;
    所述初始应答方终端(202)配置为根据所述转接请求释放与所 述初始呼叫方终端(201)的通话,并作为呼叫替代终端,向所述转接请求中指定的所述第三方终端(203)发起呼叫,所述第三方终端(203)摘机后,所述初始应答方终端(202)与所述第三方终端(203)进行通话。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其中,所述初始呼叫方终端(201)配置为在与所述初始应答方终端(202)进行通话期间,向所述初始应答方终端(202)发起盲转转接请求,所述盲转转接请求中包含用于向所述初始应答方终端(202)指示要转接的第三方终端(203)的号码。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的系统,其中,所述初始应答方终端(202)配置为根据所述盲转转接请求,生成用于释放与所述初始呼叫方终端(201)的通话的释放消息,并将所述释放消息发送给所述初始呼叫方终端(201),所述初始呼叫方终端(201)根据所述释放消息挂机后,所述初始应答方终端(202)根据所述盲转转接请求,生成用于呼叫所述第三方终端(203)的呼叫消息,并作为呼叫替代终端将所述呼叫消息发送给所述第三方终端(203)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的系统,其中,所述第三方终端(203)根据所述呼叫消息摘机,所述初始应答方终端(202)与所述第三方终端(203)进行通话。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其中,所述初始呼叫方终端(201)配置为在与所述初始应答方终端(202)进行通话期间,还与所述第三方终端(203)进行通话,然后,所述初始呼叫方终端(201)向所述初始应答方终端(202)发起询问转转接请求,所述询问转转接请求中包含用于向所述初始应答方终端(202)指示要转接的所述第三方终端(203)的号码以及用于指示所述第三方终端(203)进行通话替换的消息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的系统,其中,所述初始应答方终端(202)配置为根据所述询问转转接请求,生成用于释放与所述初始呼叫方终端(201)的通话的释放消息,并将所述释放消息发送给所述初始呼叫方终端(201),所述初始呼叫方终端(201)根据所述释放消息挂机后,所述初始应答方终端(202)根据所述询问转转接请求,生成包含指示所述第三方终端(203)进行通话替换的信息且用于呼叫所述第三方终端(203)的呼叫消息,并作为呼叫替代终端将所述呼叫消息发送给所述第三方终端(203)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的系统,其中,所述第三方终端(203)根据所述呼叫消息摘机,生成用于释放与所述初始呼叫方终端(201)的通话的释放消息,并将所述释放消息发送给所述初始呼叫方终端(201),所述初始呼叫方终端(201)根据所述释放消息挂机后,所述初始应答方终端(202)与所述第三方终端(203)进行通话。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法。
