本发明公开的组织收集分离装置中,进液部连接水刀类设备的回流管,抽吸液态废液及切割组织于组织收集分离装置中,进行液态废液与切割组织的分离时,进液部的末端设于凹槽内,当拔出回流管时,有效防止液态废液流出;通孔排出组织收集分离装置中的空气,不需要连接负压。

具体实施方式
以下将以图式揭露本发明的多个实施方式,为明确说明起见,许多实务上的细节将在以下叙述中一并说明。然而,应了解到,这些实务上的细节不应用以限制本发明。也就是说,在本发明的部分实施方式中,这些实务上的细节是非必要的。此外,为简化图式起见,一些习知惯用的结构与组件在图式中将以简单的示意的方式绘示之。
本发明为有关于一种组织收集分离装置的相关设计。第一方面,本发明的组织收集分离装置非常适用于各种外科微创手术中,以便利用组织收集分离装置收集医用废液,如切割的组织,再如医用射流等等,不需要接入负压;同时,将医用废液中的切割组织分离;第二方面,本发明组织收集分离装置也适用于其他同原理且有待回收废液并进行固液分离的对象上。为使本发明更易于理解,以下,参照附图以具体实施例来说明本发明的组织收集分离装置的实施形态,及其所带来的好处。
组织收集分离装置用于将医用废液中的液态废液与切割组织进行分离,其 包括:主体部3、过滤部4以及盖体2。主体部3用于收集医用废液,其上表面开设有开口部31;过滤部4用于将医用废液中的液态废液与切割组织进行分离,盖体2用于闭塞主体部3上表面的开口部31。
图2是本发明的提手平行盖体本体部的宽度所在方向时盖体的立体结构示意图,图3是本发明的提手平行盖体本体部的长度所在方向时盖体的立体结构示意图,图4是本发明的盖体的底部结构示意图。
盖体2形成为与组织收集分离装置中主体部3的上表面的开口部31匹配的形状及大小,于图2、图3及图4所示的实施形态中,盖体本体部21的俯视图轮廓在俯视图中是呈矩形状。
盖体2包括形成大致平板状的盖体本体部21、于盖体本体部21表面内凹形成的一具有槽壁220的凹槽22、成型于凹槽22槽壁220的通孔23以及末端241设于凹槽22内的进液部24。一实施例中,盖体2还包括一提手26及一封盖27,提手26用于提动盖体2闭塞主体部3的开口部31,封盖27用于密封凹槽22,其中,提手的设置方式有两种,一种实施形态如图2,提手平行盖体本体部21的宽度所在方向,另一种实施形态如图3所示,提手平行盖体本体部21的长度所在方向。
盖体本体部21由决定盖体本体部21外周轮廓形状的周缘区域211以及包围凹槽22周围的周围区域212两个区域所构成。
于图图2、图3及图4所示的盖体2中,凹槽22具体配设在远离盖体本体部21中心位置的位置上,图2、图3及图4所示的配设位置为其中一实施形态的最佳配设位置,医用废液由进液部24流进主体部3的其中一端,再缓慢覆盖主体部3底部并充满整个主体部3,有利于主体部3内气体的排出,当然,其他实施形态中,若不考虑主体部3内部气体的上述排出效果,凹槽22还可以配设在盖体本体部21的中心位置。
凹槽22的槽壁220具有:一底壁221及围绕底壁221而设的一侧壁222;进液部24的末端241连通于凹槽22的底壁221;通孔23成型于凹槽22的侧 壁222。进液部24的末端241连通于凹槽22的底壁221,通孔23设置于凹槽22的侧壁222,当拔出连接于进液部24的水刀类设备的回流管时,若有医用废液流入凹槽22内,防止流入凹槽22内的医用废液堵住通孔23的大部分,影响主体部3内气体的排出。或者其他未用图示示出的实施形态中,凹槽22的侧壁222的轮廓可以为倒置的圆台状,或圆筒状,或圆锥状等,还可以为具有侧壁222和底壁221的不规则立体形状。于图2及图3中所示的盖体2中的凹槽22的形状,凹槽22环设于进液部24的末端241;凹槽22的俯视面为圆环形,凹槽22的侧壁222为向凹槽22外部凸出的圆弧面。图2及3所示的实施形态,若拔出连接于进液部24的水刀类设备的回流管时,流入凹槽22内的医用废液即使过多,堵住通孔23中的大部分,但相对于直筒状结构或圆锥状结构,主体部3内气体可流通的截面积相对较大,气体排出效果更佳。设于凹槽22侧壁222的通孔23,可以为多个,如图2、图3及图4所示为18个,通孔23的个数并不受图2、图3及图4所示的个数的限制,通孔23的个数具体可以根据主体部3的容量以及凹槽22的大小具体配置。当通孔23为多个时,多个通孔23均匀有序排列于凹槽22的侧壁222;每一通孔23具有一面向进液部24的开口端231,开口端231的底部232延伸至凹槽22底壁221与凹槽22侧壁222的交接处223,开口端231的顶部233靠近凹槽22侧壁222的上周缘224。需要说明的是,多个通孔23的开设方式,并未限定为图2及图3所示的开设方式,多个通孔23还可以横向围绕凹槽22的侧壁222有序或无序或均匀或不均匀的排列,如:每个通孔23平行于凹槽22的底壁221而设,每个通孔23距离凹槽22底壁221的距离相等;或者,每个通孔23平行于凹槽22的底壁221而设,每个通孔23距离凹槽22底壁221的距离不等;或者,每个通孔23平行于凹槽22的底壁221而设,相邻两个通孔23之间的间距相等;或者,每个通孔23平行于凹槽22的底壁221而设,相邻两个通孔23之间的间距不等;或者,每个通孔23与凹槽22的底壁221呈夹角而设,相邻两个通孔23相互平行且间距相等;或者,每个通孔23与凹槽22的底壁221呈 夹角而设,相邻两个通孔23相互不平行且间距不相等,以及其他设置方式,这里不一一举例。通孔23采用图2及图3所示的开设方式,相对于上述其他实施形态中的开设方式,当拔出连接于进液部24的回流管时,若有相同容量的医用废液流入凹槽22内,堵住通孔23的大部分时,图2及图3所示的开设方式中,通孔23中可用于气体流通面积相对其他实施形态通孔23中可用于气体流通面积更大,更有利于气体的排出。
另一实施形态中,盖体2还包括:多个排气用的膜体25;膜体25的数目与通孔23的数目相同,每一膜体25对应覆盖住一通孔23。膜体25为排气膜,排气膜则优选为疏水性排气膜,疏水性排气膜具备不吸收水分且透气性优良的特性,其对空气的阻力而言,相对于一般排气膜更小。膜体25防水透气,防止外部固体微粒穿透通孔23进入主体部3内,起到阻菌的作用。
进液部24的俯视图轮廓于图2及图3中呈圆环状,进液部24整体呈直管状,但本发明并不以图2及图3所示的形状为限,进液部24的俯视图轮廓还可以呈圆形、方形、三角形或其他不规则形状,无论进液部24的俯视图轮廓为何种形状,进液部24的末端241位于凹槽22内部,最佳进液部24的末端241位于凹槽22底部的中心位置。除此之外,其他实施形态中,进液部24还可以为弯管状,当进液部24为弯管状,进液部24的俯视投影面中,进液部24的顶端位于凹槽22内。如此,当拔出连接于进液部24的水刀类设备的回流管时,医用废液不会流出,而是流入凹槽22内部,杜绝外部污染。
图5及图6为本发明的组织收集分离装置的立体结构图;图7是本发明的组织收集分离装置的分解结构图;图8为废液收集袋33套入废液收集桶32内组织收集分离装置的结构图;图9为过滤部4为过滤桶42时组织收集分离装置的结构图。图5及图6中所示的组织收集分离装置,区别点在于,盖体2上提手26的设置方式不同,图5中,提手26平行盖体本体部21的宽度所在方向设置,图6中,提手26平行盖体本体部21的长度所在方向。图8及图9所示的组织收集分离装置,区别点在于,图8中,过滤部4为过滤网或过滤板 41,图9中,过滤部4为过滤桶42。
组织收集分离装置由盖体2以及主体部3所构成,盖体2的结构与上述所述的各种实施形态中的结构相同,这里中不再赘述。主体部3具有开口部31,盖体2设于主体部3的开口部31,用于闭塞主体部3的开口部31。
图5及图6所示的用于收集医用废液的主体部3,主体部3为废液收集桶32,废液收集桶32具有开口部331,废液收集桶32的开口部331位于废液收集桶32的上表面,盖体2扣合于废液收集桶32的开口部331,废液收集桶32其俯视图呈矩形的角筒形状,但废液收集桶32的形状并未限定为图5及图6所示的形状,除了可以是一端有底的圆筒形状、一端有底的椭圆筒形状或三角筒形状,甚至是其他不规则筒形状。当主体部3为废液收集桶32时,废液收集桶32的面积较小的相对的两侧边顶部还分别开设有一把持位321,盖体2扣合于废液收集桶32的开口部331时,废液收集桶32的两个把持位321高出盖体2。当主体部3为废液收集桶32时,过滤部4可以为过滤板或过滤网41,如图8所示,还可以为过滤桶42,如图9所示。当过滤部4为过滤板或过滤网41时,过滤板或过滤网41平行于废液收集桶32的底部设于废液收集桶32内部,过滤板或过滤网41的周缘连接于废液收集桶32的内壁,具体地,过滤板或过滤网41的周缘可以固定地连接于废液收集桶32的内壁,最佳为可拆卸地连接于废液收集桶32的内壁,或者,过滤网的周缘还可以固定或可拆卸地连接在盖体本体部21的周缘区域211。当过滤部4为过滤桶42时,过滤桶42套设于废液收集桶32内,过滤桶42可以与盖体本体部21的周缘区域211固定连接,还可以通过螺纹等可拆卸式地连接于盖体本体部21的周缘区域211。
另外,主体部3也不限定为图5及图6所示的废液收集桶32,还可以为一次性废液收集袋33,如图8所示,废液收集袋33具有开口部322;废液收集袋33的开口部322连接于盖体本体部21的周缘区域211。废液收集袋33的开口部322可以固定的连接于盖体本体部21的周缘区域211,还可以可拆卸地连接于盖体本体部21的周缘区域211。当废液收集袋33的开口部322固 定的连接于盖体本体部21的周缘区域211,盖体2及废液收集袋33为一次性使用;当废液收集袋33的开口部322可拆卸地连接于盖体本体部21的周缘区域211,一实施形态中,废液收集袋33的开口部322上设有一连接体,如带有连接螺纹的连接体,对应地,盖体本体部21的底部设有与连接螺纹相匹配的纹路,用于连接连接体,如此,实现废液收集袋33与盖体本体部21的可拆卸式连接。当主体部3为废液收集袋33时,过滤部4可以为过滤板或过滤网41,如图8所示,还可以为过滤桶42,如图9所示。当过滤部4为过滤板或过滤网41时,过滤板或过滤网41的周缘连接于废液收集袋33的内壁,具体地,过滤板或过滤网41的周缘可以固定或可拆卸地连接于废液收集袋33的内壁,或者,过滤网的周缘还可以固定或可拆卸地连接在盖体本体部21的周缘区域211。当过滤部4为过滤桶42时,过滤桶42套设于废液收集袋33内,过滤桶42可以与盖体本体部21的周缘区域211固定连接,还可以通过螺纹等可拆卸式地连接于盖体本体部21的周缘区域211。
或者,另一实施形态中,如图8,由于废液收集袋33易被外界尖锐物件划破,造成医用废液外漏,污染环境,组织收集分离装置的主体部3包括:废液收集袋33及废液收集桶32,其中废液收集袋33套入废液收集桶32内,该实施形态中,废液收集袋33的开口部322固定的连接于盖体本体部21的周缘区域211,或,废液收集袋33的开口部322可拆卸地连接于盖体本体部21的周缘区域211。该实施形态中,当过滤部4为过滤板或过滤网41时,过滤板或过滤网41的周缘连接于废液收集袋33的内壁,具体地,过滤板或过滤网41的周缘可以固定或可拆卸地连接于废液收集袋33的内壁,或者,过滤网的周缘还可以固定或可拆卸地连接在盖体本体部21的周缘区域211。当过滤部4为过滤桶42时,过滤桶42套设于废液收集袋33内,过滤桶42可以与盖体本体部21的周缘区域211固定连接,还可以通过螺纹等可拆卸式地连接于盖体本体部21的周缘区域211。
其他实施形态中,于组织收集分离装置中,进液部24上还连接一设有气 囊的连接管,水刀类设备的回流管通过连接管与进液部24连接,通过挤压气囊产生的负压,控制进液部24中流入的医用废液。
上所述仅为本发明的实施方式而已,并不用于限制本发明。对于本领域技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原理的内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包括在本发明的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种组织收集分离装置,其特征在于,包括:
    用以收集医用废液的主体部,所述主体部具有开口部;
    设于所述主体部内,用以分离医用废液中切割组织的过滤部;以及
    盖体,所述盖体闭塞所述开口部,所述盖体包括:
    盖体本体部;
    于所述盖体本体部表面内凹形成的一凹槽,所述凹槽具有槽壁;
    通孔,其成型于所述凹槽的槽壁;以及
    进液部,所述进液部的末端设于所述凹槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的组织收集分离装置,其特征在于,所述凹槽的槽壁具有:一底壁及围绕所述底壁而设的一侧壁;所述进液部的末端连通于所述凹槽的底壁;所述通孔成型于所述凹槽的侧壁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的组织收集分离装置,其特征在于,所述凹槽环设于所述进液部的末端;所述凹槽的俯视面为圆环形,所述凹槽的侧壁为向所述凹槽外部凸出的圆弧面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的组织收集分离装置,其特征在于,所述通孔为多个,多个所述通孔均匀有序排列于所述凹槽的侧壁;每一所述通孔具有一面向所述进液部的开口端,所述开口端的底部延伸至凹槽底壁与凹槽侧壁的交接处,顶部靠近凹槽侧壁的上周缘。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的组织收集分离装置,其特征在于,所述盖体还包括:多个排气用的膜体;所述膜体的数目与所述通孔的数目相同,每一所述膜体对应覆盖住一所述通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的组织收集分离装置,其特征在于,所述盖体还包括:一两端固定于所述盖体本体部的提手;所述提手平行所述盖体本体部的宽度所在方向,或,所述提手平行所述盖体本体部的长度所在方向。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的组织收集分离装置,其特征在于,所述主体部包括:废液收集袋,所述废液收集袋具有开口部;所述废液收集袋的开口部连接于所述盖体本体部的周缘区域。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的组织收集分离装置,其特征在于,所述废液收集袋的开口部可拆卸地连接于所述盖体本体部的周缘区域。
  9. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的组织收集分离装置,其特征在于,所述主体部包括:废液收集桶,所述废液收集桶具有开口部;所述盖体扣合于所述废液收集桶的开口部。
  10. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的组织收集分离装置,其特征在于,所述过滤部包括:
    一周缘连接于所述主体部内壁的过滤网;
    一周缘连接于所述主体部内壁的过滤板;或
    一套设于所述主体部内的过滤桶。
