本申请要求于2016年12月28日提交中国专利局、申请号为201611238914.7、发明名称为“一种喷绘机及其偏心轮”的中国专利申请的优先权,以及于2016年12月28日提交中国专利局、申请号为201621463560.1、申请名称为“一种喷绘机及其偏心轮”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及数码印花技术领域,特别是涉及一种偏心轮。此外,本发明还涉及一种包括上述偏心轮的喷绘机。
喷绘机是一种大型打印机系列的产品,没有印刷、写真机清晰度高,但是现在推出的喷绘机,清晰度有很大的提高。喷绘机使用溶剂型或UV固化型墨水,其中溶剂型墨水具有强烈的气味和腐蚀性,在打印的过程中墨水通过腐蚀而渗入到打印材质的内部,使得图像不容易掉色,所以具有防水、防紫外线、防刮等特性。
现有技术中,喷绘机中的喷头安装于底座上,底座安装于小车底板的喷头槽中,底座上安装有螺丝,喷头在喷头槽内向前向后或向左向右移动通过调整螺丝的位置调节,调节不方便,不易控制,移动不灵活,定位不精准,使用不方便,不能将喷头移到想要的位置来完成喷头的机械套色。
综上所述,如何有效地解决喷头在喷头槽内的移动不易调节、控制不方便等问题,是目前本领域技术人员急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种偏心轮,该偏心轮有效地解决了喷头在喷头槽内的移动不易调节、控制不方便等问题;本发明的另一目的是提供一种包括上述偏心轮的喷绘机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种喷绘机的偏心轮,包括安装于小车底座上用于驱动喷头在喷头槽内前后移动和左右移动的两组偏心轮本体,所述偏心轮本体的外边缘到旋转中心的距离渐变,所述偏心轮本体的外边缘与所述喷头的侧边接触,其中一组所述偏心轮本体设置于所述喷头的前后移动方向上,另一组所述偏心轮本体设置于所述喷头的左右移动方向上。
优选地,所述偏心轮本体的偏心量最大位置、偏心量最小位置以及旋转中心位于一条直线上,从所述偏心量最小位置到所述偏心量最大位置所述偏心轮本体的曲率半径渐增。
优选地,所述偏心轮本体在偏心量最大位置和偏心量最小位置处开设有切槽。
优选地,所述偏心轮本体在偏心量最大位置处的切槽的上端面开设有标识孔。
优选地,所述偏心轮本体安装于底座上,所述底座和所述偏心轮本体在旋转中心处开设有通孔,所述底座通过螺丝穿过所述通孔与所述小车底板固定。

本发明还提供一种喷绘机,包括小车底板、设置于所述小车底板上的喷头、以及驱动所述喷头移动的偏心轮,所述偏心轮具体为上述任一项所述的偏心轮。

本发明还提供一种喷绘机,包括小车底板、设置于小车底板上的喷头、以及驱动喷头移动的偏心轮,该偏心轮具体为上述任一种偏心轮。由于上述的偏心轮具有上述技术效果,具有该偏心轮的喷绘机也应具有相应的技术效果。

在一种具体实施方式中,本发明所提供的喷绘机的偏心轮,包括两组偏心轮本体,两组偏心轮本体安装于小车底座上,一组驱动喷头01在喷头槽内前后移动,一组驱动喷头01在喷头槽内左右移动,每组偏心轮本体的数量不受限制,可以为一个,也可以为并列的多个,具体数量可以根据具体使用情况而定。偏心轮本体的外边缘到旋转中心的距离渐变,即有最小值与最大值,偏心轮本体的外边缘与喷头01的侧边接触,其中一组偏心轮本体设置于喷头01的前后移动方向上,另一组偏心轮本体设置于喷头01的左右移动方向上,机械套色操作时通过旋转偏心轮本体顶喷头01以及对喷头01的反弹力,比如喷头压片02的反弹力,让喷头01在喷头槽内向前向后或向左向右移动,使喷头01移到想要的位置来完成喷头01的机械套色。
本发明所提供的喷绘机的偏心轮,将偏心轮本体的圆周运动转变为喷头01的直线运动,通过偏心轮本体偏心量的变化微观调整喷头01的位置,易于将喷头01移到想要的位置来完成喷头01的机械套色,调节精准度较高,易于操作,控制方便,喷头01移动较灵活,使用方便,整体结构简单,便于制作与装配,成本较低。
上述偏心轮仅是一种优选方案,具体并不局限于此,在此基础上可根据实际需要做出具有针对性的调整,从而得到不同的实施方式,偏心轮本体的偏心量最大位置2、偏心量最小位置5以及旋转中心位于一条直线上,也就是三者共线,从偏心量最小位置5到偏心量最大位置2偏心轮本体的曲率半径渐增,在偏心量最小位置5和偏心量最大位置2之间调节,把喷头01移到想要的位置来完成喷头01的机械套色。两侧可以均渐增,可以
两侧驱动,使用更加方便,避免偏心轮本体转动方向错误而不能驱动喷头01的问题。两侧的变化趋势可以相同,也可以不同,具偏心量大小可以根据具体使用情况而定。
在上述具体实施方式的基础上,本领域技术人员可以根据具体场合的不同,对偏心轮进行若干改变,偏心轮本体在偏心量最大位置2和偏心量最小位置5处开设有切槽1,借助工具,将工具卡入切槽1中,驱动工具转动偏心轮本体,便于扭动偏心轮03,操作方便。当然,切槽1开设于偏心轮本体在偏心量最大位置2和偏心量最小位置5处只是一种优选地实施方式,并不是唯一的,还可以在其它适宜的位置,比如在偏心量最大位置2和偏心量最小位置5的中间位置,切槽1的数量可以为一个,结构简单;也可以为两个,两个切槽1可以位于一条直线上,扭动偏心轮本体时较为平衡,也可以不在一条直线上,具体位置不受限制,都在本发明的保护范围内。
显然,在这种思想的指导下,本领域的技术人员可以根据具体场合的不同对上述具体实施方式进行若干改变,偏心轮本体在偏心量最大位置2处的切槽1的上端面开设有标识孔3,标识孔3用于辨识偏心轮03的偏心方向,便于辨识,可以更好地确定偏心轮03的位置,以便更好地驱动偏心轮03,减少误操作。标识孔3也可以在偏心轮本体在偏心量最小位置5处,或者其它易于辨识的位置。
需要特别指出的是,本发明所提供的偏心轮不应被限制于此种情形,偏心轮本体安装于底座上,且能够绕底座转动,底座和偏心轮本体在旋转中心处开设有通孔4,底座通过螺丝穿过通孔4与小车底板04固定,操作简单,易于固定,方便拆卸。
本发明所提供的偏心轮,在其它部件不改变的情况下,偏心轮本体为不锈钢偏心轮,比如不锈钢SUS304轮,可以防止偏心轮本体生锈,且不易磨损,使用期间不影响偏心量,可以使偏心轮本体转动较为精确,喷头01位置更为准确。
基于上述实施例中提供的偏心轮,本发明还提供了一种喷绘机,该喷绘机包括小车底板04、设置于小车底板04上的喷头01、以及驱动喷头01
移动的偏心轮03,其中偏心轮03为上述实施例中任意一种偏心轮03。由于该喷绘机采用了上述实施例中的偏心轮03,所以该喷绘机的有益效果请参考上述实施例。

- 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的偏心轮,其特征在于,所述偏心轮本体为不锈钢偏心轮。
- 一种喷绘机,包括小车底板(04)、设置于所述小车底板(04)上的喷头(01)、以及驱动所述喷头(01)移动的偏心轮(03),其特征在于,所述偏心轮(03)具体为权利要求1至6任一项所述的偏心轮(03)。
