如图3所示,汽化室12还包括汽化室上壳122、密封圈123、汽化室下壳124、发热体压板125以及第一温度传感器126,第一温度传感器126与主控线路板电性连接,汽化室上壳122与汽化室下壳124相接设置形成收容第一发热体121、发热体压板125以及第一温度传感器126的收容空间,且汽化室上壳122与汽化室下壳124之间的相接处设有密封圈123,以确保其密封性能,汽化室上壳122连通有导管141,汽化室下壳122设有蒸汽出口及蒸汽出口密封圈127。具体地,发热体压板125由螺丝结构以将第一发热体121锁紧在汽化室下壳122上,汽化室上壳122的内部表层以及汽化室下壳124的内部表层需喷涂二氧化硅并做高温处理,以增强其耐高温性能。第一发热体121与汽化室下壳122之间涂有导热膏以增加导热性能。工作时,第一发热体121通电发热借用导热膏将热能传递到汽化室下壳124,汽化室下壳124温度升高,其内部表面涂层温度跟随升温,当温度升到预设温度时,第一温度传感器126将温度信号传达给主控线路板15,操作汽化指令后,导管141由汽化室上壳122输入清水,清水进入到已经获得高温的汽化室12内部,此时水与高温的二氧化硅在高温条件下发生物理分子反应,清水在汽化室内部瞬间转化成汽化澎胀,产生的蒸汽将从低气压的蒸汽出口喷出。由于水进入汽化室12内部前是常温,所以汽化室12会在水进行汽化过程中温度变低,当温度低到程序设定值时,第一温度传感器126会发送信号给主控线路板15并由主控线路板15自动控制给第一发热体121通电加热,以保持汽化室12有足够的热量温度来完成汽化过程。
如图4所示,泵组件142包括泵座1421、带齿轮组14221的动力马达1422、 软管座1423、带若干泵珠14241的泵轮盘1424、挤压软管1425、泵盖1426以及软管压板1427,动力马达1422装配在泵座1421的动力端,泵轮盘1424及挤压软管1425通过软管座1423、泵盖1426及软管压板1427的配合装配在泵座1421的挤压腔端,动力马达1422与泵轮盘1424驱动连接。工作时,给动力马达1422接通相应电源,动力马1422工作转动经过齿轮组14211减速后由齿轮组14211输出轴带动泵轮盘1424,依泵轮盘1424中心轴线转动。泵轮盘1424单向输出转动,泵座1421的挤压腔端内,单层有两个泵珠14241,呈对角直线设置,泵轮盘1424转动时,泵珠14241与泵轮盘1424由台阶位做相对反向转动,同时在泵座1421的挤压腔端内挤压挤压软管1425,以撵压的方式,在泵珠14241与泵座1421的挤压腔端内,使得第一泵珠与对角直线的第二泵珠之间的挤压软管1425内形成瞬时真空,此时可以将这个瞬时真空内的汽体或液体使用独立体积化输送到挤压软管1425的出口处,在送到出口处前同步第一泵珠及第二泵珠圆周的另一边是自由空间,第一边瞬时真空,另一边为自由空间,当第一边输送到出口处后,立即转为自由空间,这个时间内可以借前一个真空带动管内液体或空气在自由空间连续而不回流,以此工作方式循环工作,达到挤压软管1425内空间输送流动性液体的目的。第一层与第二层或更多层的泵轮盘同步工作,以此可达到同步控制,而同步工作的两种或更多种液体的配比方式,可根据需要来调整相应的挤压软管1425的外径和内径,以与泵珠14241的直径相匹配,实现撵压式瞬时真空来达到瞬时真空体积方式输送流体。其输送的速度可通过改变动力马达1422的转速或齿轮组14221的减速比来调整得到所要的速度。
本蒸汽精油直发梳子1使用前,需确保可拆卸式液体容箱16内的储水层及储液层分别装满水和所用精油,当其按下功能按键组10的电源键开机后,泵组 件142的动力马达会短时间初始工作,将储水层的水经过导管141输送到汽化室12的内部,同时,汽化室12内的第一发热体121以及五金梳齿板17内侧的第二发热体171开始同步加热。当第二温度传感器感应到五金梳齿板17的温度被第二发热体171加热到其预设温度值时,会反馈给主控线路板15,使得五金梳齿板17的温度在主控线路板15的控制下保持在其预设温度值不变;当第一温度传感器126感应到汽化室12内的温度被第一发热体121加热到其预设温度值时,同样会反馈给主控线路板15,使得汽化室12内的温度在主控线路板15的控制下保持在其预设温度值不变,此时显示屏19闪动的加热符号停闪,表示准备工作已就绪,可以开始实现蒸汽喷雾功能。当其按下功能按键组10的喷雾功能键后,导管在泵组件142的作用下,分别将储水层内的水和储液层内的精油同步传输到混合室13中,同时,输入到汽化室12中的水在汽化室12里发生高压高温化学反应,使液态水在汽化室12内瞬间转化成高压高温的水蒸汽分子,再从蒸汽出口喷出,此时的气体已经被蒸汽分子化,当其在混合室中再加上水或精油一起综合,瞬间使蒸汽分子和水或精油混合,转变成水蒸汽或含精油分子蒸汽再同步喷出,以实现蒸汽护理头发、精油护理头发等功能。同时,由于五金梳齿板17的温度已被加热到预设温度,当其在整理头发、梳直头发、梳干头发的同时,可加速头皮血液循环,达到头部按摩功能。
本实施例提供的蒸汽精油直发梳子,其上壳外侧设置的可拆卸式液体容箱内置储水层及储液层,可分别储放水及精油,通过导管及泵组件的配合,储水层的水可分别引到汽化室及混合室,而储液层的精油可引到混合室,引到汽化室的水在汽化室里发生高压高温化学反应,使液态水在汽化室内瞬间转化成高压高温的水蒸汽分子,再从蒸汽出口喷出,此时的气体已经被蒸汽分子化,当其在混合室中再加上水或精油一起综合,瞬间使蒸汽分子和水或精油混合,转 变成水蒸汽或含精油分子蒸汽再同步喷出,以实现蒸汽护理头发、精油护理头发等功能,同时,第二发热体可同步加热五金梳板,使之在整理头发、梳直头发、梳干头发的同时,加速头皮血液循环,达到头部按摩功能,可见,本蒸汽精油直发梳子其集整理头发、梳直头发、梳干头发、蒸汽护理头发、精油护理头发、头部按摩等多功能于一身。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种蒸汽精油直发梳子,其特征在于,包括壳体以及内置于所述壳体中的汽化室、混合室、泵组件与主控线路板,所述壳体包括相接设置的上壳及下壳,所述上壳的外侧嵌有可拆卸式液体容箱,所述下壳的外侧设置有五金梳齿板以及环绕所述五金梳齿板设置的防烫梳齿,所述可拆卸式液体容箱内置储水层及储液层,所述储水层通过导管及泵组件的配合分别将水引到所述汽化室及所述混合室,所述储液层通过导管及泵组件的配合将精油引到所述混合室,所述汽化室内置第一发热体以及连通至所述混合室的蒸汽出口,所述混合室设有若干连通至所述下壳的外侧的出气孔,所述五金梳齿板的内侧设有第二发热体,所述主控线路板分别与所述泵组件、所述第一发热体以及所述第二发热体电性连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的蒸汽精油直发梳子,其特征在于,所述上壳与所述下壳的相接处设有装饰密封条。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的蒸汽精油直发梳子,其特征在于,所述五金梳齿板包括若干五金梳齿,每一所述五金梳齿的外侧包裹有硅胶层,每一所述五金梳齿的端部设有防烫点。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的蒸汽精油直发梳子,其特征在于,所述上壳的外侧设有与所述可拆卸式液体容箱相适配的容置槽,所述可拆卸式液体容箱通过卡扣结构安置于所述容置槽中。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的蒸汽精油直发梳子,其特征在于,所述汽化室还包括汽化室上壳、密封圈、汽化室下壳、发热体压板以及第一温度传感器,所述第一温度传感器与所述主控线路板电性连接,所述汽化室上壳与所述汽化室下壳相接设置形成收容所述第一发热体、所述发热体压板以及所述第一温度传感器的收容空间,且所述汽化室上壳与所述汽化室下壳之间的相接处设有所述密 封圈,所述汽化室上壳连通有所述导管,所述汽化室下壳设有所述蒸汽出口及蒸汽出口密封圈。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的蒸汽精油直发梳子,其特征在于,所述汽化室上壳的内部表层以及所述汽化室下壳的内部表层需喷涂二氧化硅并做高温处理。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的蒸汽精油直发梳子,其特征在于,所述第一发热体与所述汽化室下壳之间涂有导热膏。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的蒸汽精油直发梳子,其特征在于,所述泵组件包括泵座、带齿轮组的动力马达、软管座、带若干泵珠的泵轮盘、挤压软管、泵盖以及软管压板,所述动力马达装配在所述泵座的动力端,所述泵轮盘及所述挤压软管通过所述软管座、所述泵盖及所述软管压板的配合装配在所述泵座的挤压腔端,所述动力马达与所述泵轮盘驱动连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的蒸汽精油直发梳子,其特征在于,所述五金梳齿板的内侧还设有第二温度传感器,所述第二温度传感器与所述主控线路板电性连接。
  10. 如权利要求1-9所述的蒸汽精油直发梳子,其特征在于,所述上壳的外侧还设有显示屏及功能按键组,所述显示屏及所述功能按键组分别与所述主控线路板电性连接。
