发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种蒸汽精油无辐射护理电吹风,其具有始终能够对使用者的头发进行较为有效的护理的优势。

一种蒸汽精油无辐射护理电吹风,如图1所示,包括风筒1以及设置于风 筒1上的风嘴2。风筒1内部开设有供空气流经的风道,风道的两端分别为进风口以及出风口,风嘴2设置于风筒1的出风口处。
如图1、图3所示,风道包括风腔3以及位于风腔3上方的精油腔4,且风腔3与精油腔4于风嘴2内部交汇。风腔3内部设置有电机5以及扇叶6,电机5通过支架与风腔3内壁固定连接,且电机5的输出轴朝向风筒1的进风口一侧。扇叶6同轴连接于电机5的输出轴上。使用时,将电机5与外部电源电连接,电机5带动扇叶6转动,扇叶6带动空气由进风口处流动向出风口一侧。同时,将电机5与外部电源电连接的输入线(图中未示出)与输出线(图中未示出)形成双绞线的形态,从而抵消从输入线和输出线产生的电磁波,减少了该电吹风工作时产生的电磁辐射。
精油腔4由靠近风嘴2一侧的混合腔41以及背离风嘴2一侧的蒸汽腔42组成。蒸汽腔42内部设置有蒸汽发生器10,蒸汽发生器10用于生成蒸汽并将蒸汽排入至混合腔41中。
如图2、图3所示,蒸汽发生器10包括储水箱101、水泵102以及加热架103。储水箱101横向滑移连接于风筒1内部,且储水箱101的滑移方向平行于蒸汽腔42的长度方向。储水箱101顶部上固定连接有限位块14,且限位块14背离出风口一侧。限位块14顶面上凸设有若干半球状的防滑凸起15。风筒1顶面上开设有供限位块14放入的限位槽13,且限位槽13横向贯穿于风筒1带有进风口的侧壁。在储水箱101滑入至风筒1内部时,限位槽13与限位块14配合用以限制储水箱101的极限滑移位置。水泵102设置于风筒1内部,且水泵102的进水口处设置有联通储水箱101的进水管11,水泵102的出水口处设置有出水管12,出水管12伸入至加热架103中。水泵102的输水量控制在每秒0.05毫升至0.1毫升,且水泵102的输水量在此范围内时,蒸汽发生器10单位时间内产生的水蒸气体积较大。加热架103内部填充有用于吸附水的储水棉24,且储水棉24需选用耐高温,耐腐蚀的棉。加热架103包括螺钉连接于蒸汽腔42内部的架体1031、嵌设于架体1031内部的加热件1032。使用时,将加热件1032 与外界电源电连接,加热件1032通电时产生热量,且用于加热出水管12中的水。
如图3、图4所示,风筒1顶部设置有储油箱7,且储油箱7位于出风口一侧,储油箱7内部填充有储油棉8。储油箱7包括箱体71以及盖设于箱体71顶部的箱盖72,箱体71底部上开设有出油孔9,出油孔9内部固定连接有控油管22。控油管22的一端凸出于箱体71的底壁,控油管22的另一端贯穿于风筒1并伸入至混合腔41内部。控油管22侧壁上开设有若干辅助油槽23,若干辅助油槽23以控油管22中心轴线为中心呈圆周阵列分布。辅助油槽23的一端贯穿于控油管22的顶端,辅助油槽23的另一端沿控油管22轴向延伸且位于箱体71底壁的上方。箱体71内部还形成有沿竖直方向延伸的气道20,且气道20靠近蒸汽腔42一侧,气道20用于将混合腔41与外界联通。箱盖72顶部上穿设有注油孔16,且注油孔16位于出风口一侧,注油孔16用于将箱体71的内腔与外界联通。注油孔16内部设置有堵头17,且堵头17用于将注油孔16封闭。箱盖72顶部上还开设有凹槽18,且凹槽18位于出风口一侧。凹槽18槽底处开设有将箱体71的内腔与外界联通的进气孔19、将凹槽18与气道20联通的通孔。凹槽18内部设置有盖板21,且盖板21可以于凹槽18内部翻动,当盖板21翻动至与凹槽18的槽底抵触时,盖板21将进气孔19以及通孔遮盖。
蒸汽精油无辐射护理电吹风的具体使用过程如下:将设置于风筒1内部的电机5与外界电源联通,电机5带动扇叶6转动,扇叶6转动时控制空气从进风口处进入到风腔3内部,之后风腔3内部的空气经由出风口进入到风嘴2中,最终空气从风嘴2处排出至外界。与此同时,将水泵102与外界电源电连接,水泵102通过进水管11将储水箱101内部的水吸入,接着水泵102对内部的水进行加压,之后水泵102将内部的水注入到出水管12中。与此同时,将加热件1032与外界电源电连接,加热件1032对出水管12内部的水进行加热,使得出水管12内部的水加热雾化形成水蒸气并进入到混合腔41内部。混合腔41中的部分水蒸气进入到气道20内部并驱动盖板21向上翻动。当盖板21翻动至与凹 槽18槽底分离时,进气孔19联通箱体71的内腔以及外界,且箱体71内部的精油从出油孔9处进入到混合腔41内部。精油进入到混合腔41内部时,受热雾化并与水蒸气混合。最后混合腔41内部的混合气进入到风嘴2中并在风的作用下离开风嘴2。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种蒸汽精油无辐射护理电吹风,其特征是:包括风筒(1)、设置于所述风筒(1)的出风口处的风嘴(2),所述风筒(1)的内部开设有风腔(3)以及位于所述风腔(3)上方的精油腔(4),且所述风腔(3)与所述精油腔(4)交汇于所述风嘴(2);所述风腔(3)内部设置有电机(5),所述电机(5)的输出端处设置有扇叶(6),所述扇叶(6)转动时带动所述风筒(1)内部的空气流动向出风口一侧;所述精油腔(4)包括混合腔(41)以及蒸汽腔(42),且所述混合腔(41)位于出风口一侧,所述风筒(1)顶部设置有用于存放精油的储油箱(7),所述储油箱(7)内部设置有储油棉(8),所述储油箱(7)底部开设有联通所述混合腔(41)的出油孔(9);所述蒸汽腔(42)内部设置有蒸汽发生器(10)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽精油无辐射护理电吹风,其特征是:所述蒸汽发生器(10)包括设置于风筒(1)内部的储水箱(101)、水泵(102)以及加热架(103);所述水泵(102)的进水口处设置有联通所述储水箱(101)的进水管(11),所述水泵(102)的出水口处设置有出水管(12),且所述出水管(12)伸入至所述加热架(103)内部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的蒸汽精油无辐射护理电吹风,其特征是:所述加热架(103)包括固定连接于所述蒸汽腔(42)内部的架体(1031)、嵌设于所述架体(1031)内部的加热件(1032)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的蒸汽精油无辐射护理电吹风,其特征是:所述加热架(103)内部填充有储水棉(24)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的蒸汽精油无辐射护理电吹风,其特征是:所述风筒(1)顶部开设有联通所述蒸汽腔(42)的限位槽(13),且所述限位槽(13)横向贯穿于所述风筒(1)带有进风口的侧壁;所述储水箱(101)滑移连接于所述蒸汽腔(42)的内部,所述储水箱(101)顶部固定连接有限位块(14),且所述限位块(14)用于抵触所述限位槽(13)的内槽壁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的蒸汽精油无辐射护理电吹风,其特征是:所述限位块(14)的顶面上固定连接有若干防滑凸起(15)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽精油无辐射护理电吹风,其特征是:所述储油箱(7)包括连接于所述风筒(1)顶部的箱体(71)以及盖设于所述箱体(71)上方的箱盖(72),所述箱盖(72)上开设有注油孔(16),所述注油孔(16)内部嵌设有堵头(17)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的蒸汽精油无辐射护理电吹风,其特征是:所述箱盖(72)上开设有凹槽(18),且所述凹槽(18)靠近所述风筒(1)的进风口一侧;所述凹槽(18)底部开设有联通所述箱体(71)的进气孔(19),所述箱体(71)内部形成有气道(20),且所述气道(20)一端联通至所述混合腔(41),所述气道(20)另一端联通至所述凹槽(18),所述凹槽(18)内部翻转设置有盖板(21),且所述盖板(21)用于将所述进气孔(19)以及所述气道(20)遮盖。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽精油无辐射护理电吹风,其特征是:所述储油箱(7)的出油孔(9)内部固定连接控油管(22),且所述控油管(22)一端伸入所述风筒(1)内部并联通所述混合腔(41),所述控油管(22)另一端凸出于所述储油箱(7)的内壁。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的蒸汽精油无辐射护理电吹风,其特征是:所述控油管(22)侧壁上开设有若干辅助油槽(23),且若干辅助油槽(23)以控油管(22)的轴线为中心周向均匀分布。
