  4. 一种自动喷涂装置,其特征在于:其带有权利要求1至3任一项所述的干燥或预热装置,自动喷涂装置包括喷嘴、涡轮机,所述涡轮机用于雾化喷嘴尖端的液体,还用来生产温暖的空气;所述自动喷涂装置还包括系统清除按钮,系统清除按钮用来清除喷涂的动作,激发加热原件预热。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的自动喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述自动喷涂装置包括若干个产品容器、与所述若干个产品容器一一对应连接的电磁阀,与每个所述电磁阀对应连接的若干个管道,所述若干个管道分别设置有止回阀,若干个所述止回阀通过管道与歧管连接,所述歧管与喷嘴连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的自动喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述涡轮机装置设置在歧管内,能将歧管内的液体雾化后再经喷嘴喷出。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的自动喷涂装置,其特征在于:其还包 括高容量低压喷雾系统,高容量低压喷雾系统包括喷头、容器、低压空气源、止回阀、歧管,所述容器和所述喷头之间通过高温透明管连接,所述容器和所述喷头之间的高温透明管之间设置有止回阀;所述低压空气源与高温硅胶管的一端连接,高温硅胶管的另一端连接有倒钩,所述倒钩与所述容器之间用高温透明管连接,所述高温透明管之间设置有止回阀;所述喷头包括喷嘴和与所述喷嘴连接的歧管,所述歧管和高温透明管之间用接头连接;所述低压空气源经过管道对容器内部加压,通过止回阀将溶液从容器排出,通过歧管到喷嘴,所述低压空气源通过计量连续移动的空气的体积确保从容器压力以恒定的流量到歧管再到喷嘴,确保消耗预定体积的溶液。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的自动涂覆设备,其特征在于:所述高容量低压喷雾系统还设置有水库,所述容器从所述水库中采水,所述容器和高温透明管通过容器接头连接,所述容器还设置有采水针、容器盖、O形环;低压空气源在空气压力下产生气帽压力到喷嘴的尖端;所述低压空气源设置有空气计量装置,用来计量低压空气源的空气移动量。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的自动涂覆设备,其特征在于:空气压力从低压空气源供应,通过高温硅胶管进入倒钩,该倒钩被加工成包含一个倒钩配件;配有高温透明管,提供通过止回阀的路径,容器接头附在水库底部,容器与容器盖一起插入水库中并通过橡胶O形环被密封;采水针与容器接头螺纹连接产生空气压力;该压力使容器中的液体溶液移动,通过止回阀、容器接头至高温透明管装入度接头,进入到喷雾歧管,通过喷嘴离开。
