本发明涉及美发装置,特别涉及一种蒸汽美发器一种蒸汽美发器的使用方法。
【背景技术】
直发器可以通过热烫头发将头发拉直从而起到为头发定型的作用,使头发看上去变直变顺,因此直发器已成为广大爱美女性钟爱的美发装置。
目前市面上直发器包括上、下手柄的直发器,其通过在两个手柄设置两块PTC发热器(Positive Temperature Coefficient,正温度系数热敏电阻器),将头发热烫加热并拉直,然而这种直发器将头发热烫拉直的过程中,由于直发器温度高,头发若很干燥的话,很容易损伤头发,将头发烧焦、拉伤而导致头发烫坏。所以,有必要研发出一款可以拉直头发的同时保持头发湿润状态的直发器。
除此之外,市面上的直发器的上、下两个手柄为平板状,头发在拉直时只受到上、下两个方向的作用,对于头发的加热效果不好,且在将头发拉直的过程中起不到梳理头发的作用,对于打结的头发若直接热烫会使头发按照打结的状态定型。所以,有必要研发出一款可以拉直头发的同时对头发进行梳理且对于头发拉直效果更好的直发器。
【发明内容】
为了克服现有技术问题,本发明提供了一种新型的蒸汽美发器一种蒸汽美发器的使用方法。
本发明解决技术问题的方案是提供一种蒸汽美发器,用于加热整理毛发,包括一第一手柄,该第一手柄包括:一蒸汽发生器,通过加热使液体产生蒸汽,湿润放于该手柄上的毛发;一液体容器,盛放用于湿润毛发的液体;及一泵,可控式抽取液体容器内的液体至蒸汽发生器内;该蒸汽发生器、液体容器和泵均设置在所述手柄上。
优选地,所述的第一手柄其中一面产生一蒸汽喷发区,相对的一面设置蒸汽 发生器、液体容器和泵且该三者一线相连。
优选地,所述的泵导通连接蒸汽发生器和液体容器。
优选地,进一步包括一第二手柄,该第二手柄与该第一手柄通过一连接部实现打开和闭合。
优选地,所述的第一手柄与第二手柄相对的表面上设置多个齿梳;且所述的第二手柄与第一手柄相对的表面上亦设置多个齿梳;所述的两个手柄的齿梳交叉错位设置。
优选地,所述泵与液体容器之间形成一吸水通道,所述泵与蒸汽发生器之间形成一出水通道,该泵的吸水和出水动作交替间歇进行。
优选地,第一手柄内设置一触发器,第二手柄内设置一感应器,该触发器触发该感应器后,该泵开始运行。
优选地,进一步包括一第二手柄,第二手柄和第一手柄通过连接轴连接,并可绕连接轴转动,实现第二手柄和第一手柄打开与闭合;所述的第一手柄其中一面产生一蒸汽喷发区,相对的一面设置蒸汽发生器、液体容器和泵,蒸汽发生器设置在第一手柄的前段,液体容器设置在第一手柄的后段,泵设置在第一手柄的中段,泵通过水管同时导通连接蒸汽发生器和液体容器,在该第二手柄和第一手柄闭合的过程中,通过霍尔开关控制所述的泵进行转动。
优选地,第一手柄和/或第二手柄的边缘设置一圈密封条,该密封条为隔热材质。
本发明解决技术问题的又一方案是提供一种蒸汽美发器的使用方法,包括:步骤S1,提供一如权利要求1所述的蒸汽美发器;步骤S2,使毛发位于第一手柄的齿梳间;及步骤S3,蒸汽发生器开始对第一手柄上的毛发喷蒸汽。
优选地,所述的第一手柄其中一面产生一蒸汽喷发区,相对的一面设置蒸汽发生器、液体容器和泵;所述的泵同时导通连接所述的蒸汽发生器和液体容器;步骤S3包括:步骤S31,泵从液体容器中抽取液体;步骤S32,泵将液体输送至蒸汽发生器;及步骤S33,蒸汽发生器将液体变成水蒸汽状态喷向毛发。
优选地,所述蒸汽美发器上设置一开关装置和IC电路,该两者电性相连,该开关装置中设置无蒸汽、大蒸汽和小蒸汽的状态选择,IC电路可以提前预定泵的运转时间,当运转时间长则形成大蒸汽,当运转时间短则形成小蒸汽,若不运转则为无蒸汽状态。
优选地,使用蒸汽美发梳之前,在开关装置上选择大蒸汽/小蒸汽/无蒸汽其 中一者,当感应器感应到上手柄与下手柄有即将合上的动作时,便启动泵开始运转,根据使用者不同的选择来决定蒸汽的时间和蒸汽的大小。
本发明解决技术问题的又一方案是提供一种蒸汽美发器,用于拉直整理毛发,包括一上手柄和一下手柄,该两者通过一连接部实现打开和闭合,所述的下手柄与上手柄相对的表面上分别设置多个下齿梳,且所述的上手柄与下手柄相对的表面上设置多个上齿梳,上手柄与下手柄闭合时,上齿梳与下齿梳对位于其间的毛发进行拉直。
优选地,当上手柄与下手柄闭合时,所述的上齿梳与下齿梳交叉错位设置。
优选地,当上手柄与下手柄闭合时,所述上齿梳与下齿梳的端部分别齐平。
优选地,上齿梳包括多个上夹齿,下齿梳包括多个下夹齿,每相邻两个上夹齿之间的距离大于其对应的下夹齿的尺寸,每相邻两个下夹齿之间的距离大于其对应的上夹齿的尺寸。

与现有技术相比,本发明第一实施例蒸汽美发器通过设置一下手柄,并在下手柄设置蒸汽发生器和水箱,在蒸汽发生器与水箱之间设置一水泵,且该三者一体连通设置在下手柄中,使水箱内的水可以通过水泵按实际需要输送至蒸汽发生器生成水蒸汽,使该蒸汽美发器在加热拉直头发时为头发补充水分,在湿润头发过程中防止头发加热过程中过于干燥引起头发烧焦、拉伤和烫坏。
通过在上手柄上设置加热的上夹齿,在下手柄上设置加热的下夹齿,使头发放入上手柄和下手柄之间时,可以受到左右两个方向的挤压和加热,使头发从左右两个方向得到加热的热量。通过设置上底板和下底板,将上夹齿设置在上底板上且两者为导热材质,将下夹齿设置在下底板上且两者为导热材质,使头发放入上手柄和下手柄之间时,同时受到上下两个方向的挤压和加热。通过上夹齿、下夹齿、上底板和下底板的共同加热和挤压,使头发同时受到上下左右方向的挤压和加热,是头发从上下左右多个方向得到加热的热量,对于头发的拉直力度和加热效果都有提高,拉直效果更好。
通过设置一连接轴,使该上手柄和下手柄的尾部绕着连接轴活动,从而使该两者的前段在贴合与分离状态间转换。
通过设置两个手柄(上手柄和下手柄)且在其内分别设置PTC加热器,使头发可以夹在两个手柄之间加热烫直。通过在上手柄上设置上齿梳、在下手柄上设置下齿梳,且上齿梳与下齿梳朝内相对设置,使该蒸汽美发器在烫直头发过程中将头发放置于上齿梳和下齿梳之间,不仅对头发进行梳理从而防止头发打结,且起到对头发进行挤压按摩的功能。通过在上齿梳上设置导热的上板梳、在下齿梳上设置导热的下板梳,使头发放在上板梳和下板梳之间时对头发的加热面积增大。通过在上板梳的周围设置一圈上保护齿和在下板梳周围设置一圈下保护齿,且该上保护齿和下保护齿为不导热的材质,避免使用者在使用蒸汽美发器加热头发时接触到皮肤引起烫伤。通过将每相邻两个上夹齿之间的距离设置为大于其底部的最大尺寸,每相邻两个下夹齿之间的距离设置为大于其底部的最大尺寸,每相邻两个上保护齿之间的距离大于其底部的最大尺寸,每相邻两个下保护齿之间的距离大于其底部的最大尺寸,使上夹齿与下夹齿可以上下交叉啮合,将上保护齿与下保护齿同时上下交叉啮合,从而使上齿梳与下齿梳在互相啮合时其对头发的挤压作用更充分,加热面积增大从而使加热效果更好,当头发位于上齿梳和下齿梳之间时,上夹齿和下夹齿将头发挤向侧面,使头发更加紧贴受热面,该蒸汽美发器相对于头发运动时,阻力使其可以同时烫直更多的头发,使拉直头发的效 率更高。
通过在水泵与水箱之间形成一吸水通道,在水泵与蒸汽直发器之间形成一出水通道,水泵的吸水和出水动作交替间歇进行,从而使该水泵向蒸汽直发梳的输水速度较慢,避免该蒸汽美发器喷出来的水蒸汽过多而聚集成流。
通过在上手柄和下手柄内部分别设置霍尔开关和磁铁,当上手柄与下手柄贴合时霍尔开关感应磁场的变化时将水抽入至蒸汽发生器,且上手柄和下手柄一有合上的动作时,水流便从水箱流入蒸汽发生器生成水蒸汽状态,这样设计更加人性化。
通过在水泵中设置第一鸭嘴单向阀和第二鸭嘴单向阀,使水泵通过两条独立且互不干扰的管道实现从水箱抽水并输送至蒸汽发生器。通过设置一伸缩体,使其内部容纳腔可以储存从水箱抽入的水,且当其拉伸时实现抽水,当其压缩时实现出水,使该水泵可以源源不断的将水箱中的水输送至蒸汽发生器。通过在水泵中将减速马达连接偏心轮,使伸缩体可以实现拉伸与压缩状态之间的转换。通过在连接部件上设置内环且内环上设置小孔,使伸缩体内的水可以通过该小孔流出。通过使用减速马达,使其可以控制流量,从而使流量和速度相对较慢。
通过在蒸汽发生器的下盖上设置水通道,该水通道与第一入水口连通,水通道的侧面分别设置多条侧通道与水通道连通,使水泵输送至蒸汽发生器内的水可以分散成多条水流,另外通过在蒸汽发生器上进一步设置一吸水棉,水泵中的水从第一入水口输入至水通道,并通过旁边的侧通道将水输送至吸水棉在其上散开同时高温加热生成水蒸汽,该吸水棉使水散开后加热,在此起到了缓冲作用,避免水以水滴状滴向加热板时由于高温加热而瞬间爆炸成气体状。
通过在水箱的连接口处连接一软管和吸水端,将软管设置为硅胶等软性材质,吸水端设置为金属等密度较大的材质,当使用该蒸汽美发器时,水会随着蒸汽美发器的不同角度放置而在水箱中晃动,由于重力作用,水一直位于水箱内的最低处,位于其内的吸水端会随着水的晃动而运动,软管为软性材质,所以该软管可随着吸水端的移动而变形,而吸水端为相对重的部件,吸水端在水中会配合水的流动性从而在水箱中找到有利于吸水的最低位置。通过将水箱设置成可拆卸安装在下手柄上,使水箱在注水时更方便。
通过上手柄的边缘设置一圈上密封条,下手柄的边缘设置一圈下密封条,该上密封条和下密封条为橡胶等隔热材质,其不仅用于装饰,且可以防止外部的水通过手柄边缘的缝隙进入到内部结构中,起到了防水防潮的作用,除此之外,由 于其为不导热材质,可以避免使用过程中不小心碰触到上手柄和下手柄而引起烫伤。

为了使本发明的目的,技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施实例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参阅图1和图2,本发明第一实施例蒸汽美发器1用于将头发拉直,其包括上手柄15和下手柄11,该上手柄15与下手柄11上下设置且该两者的末端通过一带有压簧的连接轴13转动连接(在所有实施例中,上、下、左、右、内、外等位置限定词仅限于指定视图上的相对位置,而非绝对位置),该上手柄15和下手柄11的尾部绕着连接轴13活动,从而使该两者的前段在贴合与分离状态间转换。上手柄15和下手柄11的前段分别为上直发部位150和下直发部位110,该上直发部位150和下直发部位110内部分别设置PTC加热器,其分别用于加热后对头发进行拉直处理,同时,上直发部位150内部设置NTC(Negative Temperature CoeffiCient,负温度系数热敏电阻器),当温度升高时,该NTC的电阻减小,所以该NTC主要用于防止温度过热且其可以控制不同的设置温度;该上直发部位150和下直发部位110相对的位置分别设置上齿梳151和下齿梳113,上齿梳151和下齿梳113相对设置(即朝向内侧)且当两者贴合时彼此交叉。上手柄15的边缘设置一圈上密封条160,下手柄11的边缘设置一圈下密封条180,该上密封条160和下密封条180为橡胶等隔热材质,其不仅用于装饰,且可以防止外部的水通过手柄边缘的缝隙进入到内部结构中,起到了防水防潮的作用,除此之外,由于其为不导热材质,可以避免使用过程中不小心碰触到上手柄15和下手柄11而引起烫伤。作为一种变形,密封条的位置也可以在上手柄15和下手柄11其中一处的边缘,即上手柄15和/或下手柄11的边缘设置一圈密封条,根据实际生产需要设置。作为一种变形,该连接轴13位置不作限定,其也可设置在上手柄15与下手柄11的中段,该连接轴13处也可以采取设置弹簧等装置使该上手柄15与下手柄11在贴合与分离状态间转换。作为另一种变形,该上直发部位150与下直发部位110可同时设置PTC加热器,也可在上直发部位150和下直发部位110的任意一者内设置PTC加热器。作为一种变形,PTC加热器也可以是MCH(Metal Ceramics Heater,金属陶瓷发热体), 或者其他的发热元器件,在此不作限定。
请进一步参阅图3,该上手柄15的内部设置一主PCB板155,其上面设置一IC电路,该IC电路上设置一霍尔开关1551,该下手柄11上与霍尔开关1551相对应的位置设置一磁铁1111,当上直发部位150与下直发部位110之间彼此贴合与分离时,霍尔开关1551通过磁铁1111的高度可以感应到磁场的变化。另外,主PCB板155上设置一适配器1112,其可以将100-240V电压转换为IC和水泵上减速马达所需要的直流电压。该上手柄15外部设置一开关装置157和显示屏159,其电性连接于IC电路,该开关装置157通过主PCB板155控制PTC加热器的开启与关闭,该显示屏159用于显示操作命令等信息。作为一种变形,该霍尔开关1551可以为任意具有感应功能的感应器,磁铁1111为任意具有触发功能的触发器。
请参阅图4,上齿梳151包括上板梳152和上保护齿154,上保护齿154位于上板梳152的周围,该上板梳152位于上直发部位150的中间部位,其包括一椭圆形的上底板1521,该上底板1521上设置多个上夹齿1522,该多个上夹齿1522彼此间隔一定的距离排布,且多个上夹齿1522与上底板1521一体成型。该上板梳152整体为导热材料,其与PTC加热器热导通,当头发位于多个上夹齿1522之间时,其可使头发均匀加热。该上夹齿1522为底部较粗尖部较细的凸柱状,即底部的尺寸大于尖端的尺寸,这样的设计更符合梳子的齿形设计。多个上保护齿154呈环状环绕在上板梳152的边缘,每个上保护齿154呈凸柱状,该多个上保护齿154为不导热且硬质的材质,其主要用于将头发理顺均匀并分成多股,起到将头发定位和导向的作用,同时其也防止使用时将上板梳152不小心接触皮肤引起烫伤。在本实施例中,上底板1521的形状不作限定,其可为椭圆形也可以为其他形状,根据实际生产需要设置。作为一种变形,上齿梳151可以只设置上板梳152,是否设置上保护齿154可根据实际生产需要选择。作为另一种变形,上板梳152的上夹齿1522形状不作限定,其也可以为上下相同等粗的凸柱。

请进一步参阅图6和图7,当上手柄15与下手柄11闭合时,上夹齿1522与下夹齿1122彼此交叉错位,即上夹齿1522插入下夹齿1122之间的空隙同时下夹齿1122插入上夹齿1522之间的空隙;上保护齿154与下保护齿114彼此交叉错位,即上保护齿154插入下保护齿1122之间的空隙同时下保护齿114插入上保护齿154之间的空隙。此时,要保证相邻两个下夹齿1122之间的距离大于其周围的(即与其对应的)上夹齿1522的尺寸,每相邻两个上夹齿1522之间的距离大于其周围的(即与其对应的)下夹齿1122的尺寸;两个下保护齿114之间的距离大于其周围的(即与其对应的)上保护齿154的尺寸,两个上保护齿154之间的距离大于其周围的(即与其相对应的)下保护齿114的尺寸。除此之外,上保护齿154的高度不高于上夹齿1522的高度,下保护齿114的高度不高于下夹齿1122的高度。作为一种变形,可以将该蒸汽美发器1设置为当上手柄15与下手柄11贴合时,上齿梳151与下齿梳113之间彼此不交叉,上夹齿1522与下夹齿1122的尖端彼此齐平。当头发位于上齿梳151和下齿梳113之间时,上夹齿1522和下夹齿1122将头发挤向侧面,使头发更加紧贴受热面,该蒸汽美发器1相对于头发运动时,阻力使其可以同时烫直更多的头发,使拉直头发的效率更高。
请参阅图8,该下手柄11的外部设置一下外盖118和水箱119,该下外盖118覆盖下手柄11的前段与中段,该水箱119为一种液体容器,其用于盛装各种喷头发的液体,其位于下手柄11的尾段。
请进一步参阅图9和图10,该下手柄11的前段内部设置一蒸汽发生器115,该蒸汽发生器115位于第二PTC发热器外侧,中段内部设置一水泵10,水泵10用于将水箱119内的水抽入至蒸汽发生器115进而生成水蒸汽,霍尔开关1551专门控制水泵10的开闭。下齿梳113的旁边设置多个蒸汽孔116,该多个蒸汽孔116连通于 蒸汽发生器115并将其生成的水蒸汽由此排出。该蒸汽孔116采用橡胶等软性隔热的材质,所以当水蒸汽从该蒸汽孔116喷出时,部分水蒸汽会在空气中液化成水珠,蒸汽孔116为软性材质便可以起到密封的作用,从而防止水珠回流。该蒸汽发生器115包括一第一入水口1152,其与中段的水泵10通过一水管117连接。作为另一种变形,该蒸汽孔116的位置不作限定,该蒸汽孔116处为蒸汽喷发区,该蒸汽喷发区可以设置于下齿梳113的一侧/两侧/多侧,其也可以设置在下直发部位110上的其他位置。
请进一步参阅图11和图12,水箱119可拆卸式设置在尾段,其包括一外盖1191和一内盖1192,该内盖1192外部设置一注水槽11921,该注水槽11921上设置一注水口11923用于注水,同时设置一出气口11925,当为水箱119注水时,为了维持内部气压平衡,气体从出气口11925排出。注水槽11921的上面设置一密封盖11922将水箱119密封,该密封盖11922为硅胶材质,其可以防止水箱119漏水。内盖1192上进一步设置一单向孔11924,该单向孔11924处设置一单向阀1195,该单向阀1195为硅胶材质,当水泵10将水箱119内的水抽走时,水箱119内部的压强减小,此时若继续抽水会使水泵10的抽水力度加大,所以很有必要将水箱110内的压强保持平衡,所以设置该单向阀1195,空气可以从单向孔11924进入水箱119内部,但气体在此处只可以单向流通,却不会从水箱119内部排向外面,且水也不会从此处向外流出,该单向阀1195起和单向孔11924起到了平衡水箱119内外的压强的作用且其可以在内盖1192上自动密封。内盖1192上进一步设置一母卡扣1196,其连接下手柄11上对应位置的子卡扣,用于将水箱119固定在下手柄11上。外盖1191上设置一连接口11911,该连接口11911连接一软管1193和吸水端1194,该软管1193与吸水端1194位于水箱119内部且该两者一体相连,软管1193为硅胶等软性材质,吸水端1194为金属等密度较大的材质,当使用该蒸汽美发器1时,水会随着蒸汽美发器1的不同角度放置而在水箱119中晃动,由于重力作用,水一直位于水箱119内的最低处,位于其内的吸水端1194会随着水的晃动而运动,软管1193为软性材质,所以该软管1193可随着吸水端1194的移动而变形,而吸水端1194为相对重的部件,吸水端1194在水中会配合水的流动性从而在水箱119中找到有利于吸水的最低位置。作为一种变形,水箱119也可以安装在下手柄11内,其具体位置根据实际生产需要设置。作为一种变形,水箱119也可以固定于下手柄15上而非可拆卸式,根据实际生产需要设置。作为一种变形,水箱119通过卡扣结构可拆卸安装于下手柄11上的方式并不限于此,其也可以通过其他方式实现水箱119 可拆卸式安装,根据实际情况选择设置。
请进一步参阅图13、图14、图15和图16,水泵10包括减速马达101,其用于为水泵10提供动力,本实施例之所以使用减速马达101,是因为该减速马达101可以控制流量,从而使流量和速度相对较慢。该减速马达101的右边为输出轴1011,该输出轴1011连接一偏心轮102,该偏心轮102包括一粗轮1021和一细轮1022且该两者一体相连,细轮1022与粗轮1021的圆心偏离。该粗轮1021与输出轴1011固定连接,通过输出轴1011将减速马达10的动力传给偏心轮102,当偏心轮102转动时,细轮1022沿减速马达101轴心做圆形轨迹转动。该水泵10进一步包括一伸缩体104,该伸缩体104与细轮1022垂直,其包括两个凸环体1042依次相连,该伸缩体104内部为一容纳腔,且该伸缩体104为橡胶等软性材质,其可通过拉伸使其内部容量变大和缩小,该伸缩体104的上端设置一连接头1041,该连接头1041处设置一轴承103固定连接于其内,细轮1022插入轴承103内旋转时减小了摩擦阻力。伸缩体104的下面设置连接座1043,水泵10进一步包括压块105,其中间为一圆孔1051,伸缩体104的连接座1043设置在圆孔1051内与压块105固定连接,该压块105起到了压紧伸缩体104的作用。在本实施例中,伸缩体104上凸环体1042的数量不作限定,其可为任意多个,根据实际生产需要设置,且作为一种变形,该伸缩体104的外部可以不设置凸环体1042,只要其可以实现上下拉伸即可,所以该伸缩体104为任意形状的拉伸部件,可以为其他任意弹性材料做成的可实现容纳水和伸缩功能的拉伸部件。
水泵10进一步包括一连接部件107,该连接部件107包括一底座1072,该底座1072的大小与压块105相对应,底座1072上设置一环体1071,该环体1071为一凸起的圆圈,其外环大小和形状正好和压块105的圆孔1051大小相对应,使得压块105正好套在该环体1071上,从而使压块105和连接部件107彼此镶嵌呈一体。环体1071内部设置一内环1073,该内环1073为一圆环且与连接部件107一体相连,该内环1073上设置一小孔1074,该小孔1074与内环1074中间的空洞1076之间不导通,即小孔1074与内环1074中间的空洞1076之间为两条通道。水泵10进一步包括第一密封圈108,该第一密封圈108放置于连接部件107的下面,其起到防止漏气漏水的作用。
连接部件107的下面设置一流通部件109,该流通部件109包括一连接体1091和位于其左侧并依次排列的两个环盖1093,该连接体1091的上面呈平面状,其大小与连接部件107相匹配。该流通部件109的左边两个环盖1093中间伸出一出水口 10922、右边设置一吸水口10911,该吸水口10911与水箱119的软管1193相连。该连接体1091的上面设置一通水端10912,该通水端10912与吸水口10911在流通部件109内部通过一吸水通道1095连通;通水端10912的旁边设置一注水孔洞10921,该注水孔洞10921与出水口10922在流通部件109内部通过一出水通道1097连通,该出水通道1097与吸水通道1095为两条互不相通的通道。
该水泵10进一步包括一第一鸭嘴单向阀106,该第一鸭嘴单向阀106包括第一嘴部1061和第一底环1062,第一底环1062为环体,第一嘴部1061为单向阀,水流和气流只能从第一底环1062流向第一嘴部1061而不能逆流。该第一鸭嘴单向阀106的第一底环1062与流通部件109上的通水端10912相连通,且其第一嘴部1061穿过连接部件1177伸向伸缩体104内。当连接部件107、第一鸭嘴单向阀106与流通部件109组装上时,第一底环1062正好内嵌在连接部件107的内环1073边缘,使该两者紧密无缝隙的固定连接,同时,通水端10912通过第一底环1062伸向第一鸭嘴单向阀106内且该通水端10912与第一鸭嘴单向阀106紧密无缝隙的固定连接,与此同时,连接部件107上的小孔1074与流通部件109上的注水孔洞10921相通,小孔1074与注水孔洞10921贴合,且注水孔洞10921正好位于小孔1074的边缘内,亦即注水孔洞10921的孔径小于小孔1074的孔径(所谓孔径,是指物体孔道的形状和大小),此时,小孔1074大于注水孔洞10921的部分正好落在连接体1091上面无孔洞的位置,使得从小孔1074流出的水正好流入注水孔洞10921且不会漏向别处。
该水泵10进一步包括第二鸭嘴单向阀121,该第二鸭嘴单向阀121包括第二嘴部1211和第二底环1212,第二底环1212为环体,第二嘴部1211为单向阀,水流和气流只能从第二底环1212流向第二嘴部1211而不能逆流。流通部件109的出水口10922穿过一垫圈120,并通过第二底环1212伸向第二鸭嘴单向阀121内且该出水口10922与第二鸭嘴单向阀121紧密无缝隙的固定连接。该垫圈120用于压紧第二底环1212防止在出水通道处散开,同时起到密封的作用。水泵进一步包括一连接器122,该连接器122为一桶状容纳腔,其左端设置一出水端1222,其右端的孔径与流通部件109的两个环盖10931大小匹配,两个环盖1093之间设置一密封环1094用来防止漏水,其起到密封和压紧的作用。该连接器122的出水端1222与蒸汽发生器115的第一入水口1152通过一水管连接。作为一种变形,第一密封圈108和垫圈120处可以通过防水胶等其他方式来密封和压紧,根据实际生产情况而定。
在水泵10中,作为一种变形,流通部件109可省略,即在流通部件109的位置 处直接设置两根互不相通的吸水通道和出水通道,吸水通道的一端与第一鸭嘴单向阀106的第一底环1062紧密连接,其另一端与水箱119的软管1193紧密连接;出水通道的一端连接于连接部件107上的小孔1074且与其孔径相对应,其另一端与第二鸭嘴单向阀121的第二底环1212紧密连接。与此同时,将吸水通道与出水通道固定,且设置一平面装置固定住连接部件107的底座1072下面。作为另一种变形,压块105、连接部件107、密封圈108和流通部件109都省略,吸水通道的一端连通第一底环1062,出水通道的一端连通第二底环1212且其另一端伸向伸缩体104内,该另一端与第一嘴部1061伸向伸缩体104内且伸缩体104下面除了该另一端和第一底环1062这两条通道外都为密封状态。作为一种变形,伸缩体104上面的连接头1041可以连接其他使其上下伸缩的电动装置,即减速马达101和偏心轮102的组合可以以其他方式实现相同的功能。作为一种变形,第一鸭嘴单向阀106和/或第二鸭嘴单向阀121可以为任意单向阀,此单向阀可以承载气体、液体等流体介质,该流体可以从单向阀的入口流向出口,却不可实现相反方向的流动。
请参阅图17和图18,蒸汽发生器115包括一上盖1154和一下盖1155,该两者上下互相贴合设置,下盖1155上设置一吸水槽1156,上盖上设置一空洞11541与吸水槽1156形状匹配。该下盖1155包括水通道11551,该水通道11551与第一入水口1152连通,水通道11551的侧面分别设置多条侧通道11552,该多条侧通道11552与水通道11551连通。该蒸汽发生器115上进一步设置一吸水棉1153,该吸水棉1153为高温棉或其他吸水材质,当上盖1154与下盖1155组合成一体时,将吸水棉1153镶嵌在吸水槽1156中,该吸水棉1153的大小正好与上盖1154的孔洞11541和吸水槽1156相匹配,使吸水棉1153紧贴多条侧通道11552。当该蒸汽发生器115工作时,水泵10中的水从第一入水口1152输入至水通道11551,并通过旁边的侧通道1152将水输送至吸水棉1153在其上散开同时高温加热生成水蒸汽,该吸水棉1153使水散开后加热,在此起到了缓冲作用,避免水以滴流状高温加热而瞬间爆炸成气体状。
开关装置157通过主PCB板155控制,该开关装置157中设置无蒸汽、大蒸汽和小蒸汽的状态选择,IC电路可以提前预定减速马达101的运转时间,当运转时间长则形成大蒸汽,当运转时间短则形成小蒸汽,若不运转则为无蒸汽状态,水泵10停止的时间都是通过主PCB板的程序来控制。除了控制蒸汽量以及开关蒸汽功能以外,主PCB板可以调节和控制上板梳152和下板梳112的温度,可以控制蒸汽发生器115的温度,其也是开关总电源,控制PTC加热器的开启与关闭。
请参阅图19、图20和图21,本发明第二实施例提供一种蒸汽美发器1的使用方法流程,(以下流程中提到的机械结构请参阅本发明第一实施例提供的蒸汽美发器1的视图及编号),其包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:水箱119注水并安装于下手柄11。
将密封盖11922取下,通过注水口11923注水,此时水箱119内的气体从出气口11925排出,待水箱119即将装满后,将密封盖11922放入注水槽11921密封。将水箱119的连接口11911与水泵10的吸水口10911连接,并将母卡扣1196与下手柄11上的子卡扣连接固定。
步骤S2:使头发20形成多股位于下齿梳113之间。
该蒸汽美发器1未使用时,其上直发部位150与下直发部位110处于分开的状态,将头发20放在下直发部位110上,下保护齿114将头发20分成多股。
步骤S3:将上手柄15与下手柄11合上。
通过开关装置157启动PTC加热器并将上手柄15与下手柄11贴合,此时,由于上板梳152和下板梳112为导热材料,该上板梳152与下板梳112交叉合并时对头发20进行挤压,头发20位于上板梳152和下板梳112之间有力度地向旁边加热部位紧贴,从而使烫头发20的效果更好。
在此步骤中,该蒸汽美发器1的元件之间的工作流程分为以下步骤:
步骤S31:霍尔开关1551启动。
当上手柄15与下手柄11有合上的动作时,霍尔开关1551通过下手柄11上的磁铁1111而感应到磁场的变化后开始启动。
步骤S32:水泵10的减速马达101启动。
霍尔开关1551触发减速马达101开始工作,减速马达101启动,其输出轴1011开始旋转带动与其连接的偏心轮102转动,粗轮1021绕自身中心轴(即自转轴)旋转,由于细轮1022的圆心偏离粗轮1021的圆心,所以细轮1022绕着粗轮1021的自转轴以圆形轨迹运动。由于轴承103固定在伸缩体104的连接头1041内,细轮1022与轴承103大小匹配且细轮1022可在轴承103内旋转,细轮1022的转动带动伸缩体104上下运动,即该伸缩体104在拉伸与收缩状态间转换。所以,当上手柄15和下手柄11一有合上的动作时,水泵10在IC电路的控制下,水流便从水箱119流入蒸汽发生器115生成水蒸汽状态并喷向头发20。
步骤S33:水泵10从水箱119抽水。
当伸缩体104拉伸时,其内部容纳腔的体积增大压强减小,伸缩体104通过出 水通道和吸水通道开始吸气,所以此时第一鸭嘴单向阀106开启,第二鸭嘴单向阀121关闭,出水通道内的水和/或气都不会被吸入伸缩体104内,通过吸水通道将水箱119内的水吸入伸缩体104的容纳腔内。
步骤S34:水泵10将水输送至蒸汽发生器115。
当伸缩体104压缩时,其内部容纳腔的的体积减小压强增大,此时从伸缩体104的容纳腔向流通部件109的力导致第一鸭嘴单向阀106处于关闭状态而第二鸭嘴单向阀121处于开启状态,此时容纳腔内的水通过小孔1074经由出水通道传送至第二鸭嘴单向阀121,并进而传送至连接器122的出水端1222,并通过第一入水口1152传送至蒸汽发生器115。
步骤S35:蒸汽发生器35将水生成喷蒸汽状态。
水泵10中的水从第一入水口1152输入至水通道11551,并通过旁边的侧通道1152将水输送至吸水棉1153在其上散开同时高温加热生成水蒸汽,并通过蒸汽孔116将水蒸汽以蒸汽状喷出,对头发20起到湿润作用。
步骤S4:加热头发20并喷蒸汽。
上板梳152的每个上夹齿1522和上底板1521同时发热对头发20进行热烫,下板梳112的每个下夹齿1122和下底板1121同时发热对头发20进行热烫。蒸汽发生器115将水蒸汽从蒸汽孔116喷出从而对头发20起到湿润作用。
步骤S5:拉动蒸汽美发器1。
上直发部位150与下直发部位110贴合状态下,将其在头发20上拉动,蒸汽美发器1顺着头发20从发根到发尾缓慢拖动将头发20拉直,拉动时沿着头发20朝一个方向拉动。使头发20在上板梳151与下板梳112之间有效的热烫。使用者沿着头发20的方向拉动该蒸汽美发器1将头发20拉直,当一缕头发20拉直准备换另一缕头发20时,将上直发部位150与下直发部位110分开,接下来将另一缕头发20以同样的方式拉直,以此类推,该蒸汽直发装置1在拉直每一缕头发20时都重复着上述的步骤。
在本实施例中,步骤S5可根据实际情况选择省略。除此之外,使用蒸汽美发器1之前,可以在开关装置157上选择大蒸汽/小蒸汽/无蒸汽其中一者,那么当霍尔开关1551感应到上手柄11与下手柄15有即将合上的动作时,便启动减速马达101使水泵10开始运转,根据使用者不同的选择来决定蒸汽的时间和蒸汽的大小。
请参阅图22,在本发明第三实施例中,该蒸汽美发器3的上直发部位350的内侧为可导热的平板,即该上直发部位350上不设置任何齿梳。除此之外,本发明 第二实施例蒸汽美发器2的其他结构与功能和第一实施例中相同。
请参阅图23,在本发明第四实施例中,该蒸汽美发器4的下直发部位410的内侧为可导热的平板,平板上面设置多个蒸汽孔416,其位置设置在平板的边缘,也可以设置在中间任意位置。除此之外,本发明第四实施例蒸汽美发器4的其他结构与功能和第一实施例中相同。
请参阅图24,在本发明第五实施例中,该蒸汽美发器5仅包括一下手柄51,该下手柄51的手柄处设置一开关组511,该开关组511控制其内部PTC发热器的加热以及水泵与内部蒸汽发生器的开启与关闭,该开关组511的位置不作限定,其可以设置在该蒸汽美发器5上的其他位置,根据实际生产需要设置,除此之外,该下手柄51的结构与功能和第一实施例中下手柄11相同。
与现有技术相比,本发明第一实施例蒸汽美发器1通过设置一下手柄11,并在下手柄11设置蒸汽发生器115和水箱119,在蒸汽发生器115与水箱119之间设置一水泵10,且该三者一体连通设置在下手柄11中,使水箱119内的水可以通过水泵10按实际需要输送至蒸汽发生器115生成水蒸汽,使该蒸汽美发器1在加热拉直头发时为头发补充水分,在湿润头发过程中防止头发加热过程中过于干燥引起头发烧焦、拉伤和烫坏。
通过在上手柄15上设置加热的上夹齿1522,在下手柄11上设置加热的下夹齿1122,使头发20放入上手柄15和下手柄11之间时,可以受到左右两个方向的挤压和加热,使头发从左右两个方向得到加热的热量。通过设置上底板1521和下底板1121,将上夹齿1522设置在上底板1521上且两者为导热材质,将下夹齿1122设置在下底板1121上且两者为导热材质,使头发20放入上手柄15和下手柄11之间时,同时受到上下两个方向的挤压和加热。通过上夹齿1522、下夹齿1122、上底板1521和下底板1121的共同加热和挤压,使头发同时受到上下左右方向的挤压和加热,是头发从上下左右多个方向得到加热的热量,对于头发的拉直力度和加热效果都有提高,拉直效果更好。
通过设置一连接轴13,使该上手柄15和下手柄11的尾部绕着连接轴13活动,从而使该两者的前段在贴合与分离状态间转换。
通过设置两个手柄(上手柄15和下手柄11)且在其内分别设置PTC加热器,使头发20可以夹在两个手柄之间加热烫直。通过在上手柄15上设置上齿梳151、在下手柄上设置下齿梳113,且上齿梳151与下齿梳113朝内相对设置,使该蒸汽美发器1在烫直头发20过程中将头发20放置于上齿梳151和下齿梳113之间,不仅 对头发20进行梳理从而防止头发打结,且起到对头发进行挤压按摩的功能。通过在上齿梳151上设置导热的上板梳152、在下齿梳113上设置导热的下板梳112,使头发20放在上板梳152和下板梳112之间时对头发的加热面积增大。通过在上板梳152的周围设置一圈上保护齿154和在下板梳112周围设置一圈下保护齿114,且该上保护齿154和下保护齿114为不导热的材质,避免使用者在使用蒸汽美发器1加热头发时接触到皮肤引起烫伤。通过将每相邻两个上夹齿1522之间的距离设置为大于其底部的最大尺寸,每相邻两个下夹齿1122之间的距离设置为大于其底部的最大尺寸,每相邻两个上保护齿154之间的距离大于其底部的最大尺寸,每相邻两个下保护齿114之间的距离大于其底部的最大尺寸,使上夹齿与下夹齿1122可以上下交叉啮合,将上保护齿154与下保护齿114同时上下交叉啮合,从而使上齿梳151与下齿梳113在互相啮合时其对头发的挤压作用更充分,加热面积增大从而使加热效果更好,当头发位于上齿梳151和下齿梳113之间时,上夹齿1522和下夹齿1122将头发挤向侧面,使头发更加紧贴受热面,该蒸汽美发器1相对于头发运动时,阻力使其可以同时烫直更多的头发,使拉直头发的效率更高。
通过在水泵10与水箱119之间形成一吸水通道1095,在水泵10与蒸汽直发器115之间形成一出水通道1097,水泵10的吸水和出水动作交替间歇进行,从而使该水泵10向蒸汽直发梳115的输水速度较慢,避免该蒸汽美发器1喷出来的水蒸汽过多而聚集成流。
通过在上手柄15和下手柄11内部分别设置霍尔开关1551和磁铁1111,当上手柄15与下手柄11贴合时霍尔开关1551感应磁场的变化时将水抽入至蒸汽发生器115,且上手柄15和下手柄11一有合上的动作时,水流便从水箱119流入蒸汽发生器115生成水蒸汽状态,这样设计更加人性化。
通过在水泵10中设置第一鸭嘴单向阀106和第二鸭嘴单向阀121,使水泵10通过两条独立且互不干扰的管道实现从水箱119抽水并输送至蒸汽发生器115。通过设置一伸缩体104,使其内部容纳腔可以储存从水箱119抽入的水,且当其拉伸时实现抽水,当其压缩时实现出水,使该水泵10可以源源不断的将水箱119中的水输送至蒸汽发生器115。通过在水泵10中将减速马达101连接偏心轮102,使伸缩体104可以实现拉伸与压缩状态之间的转换。通过在连接部件107上设置内环1073且内环1073上设置小孔1074,使伸缩体104内的水可以通过该小孔1074流出。通过使用减速马达101,使其可以控制流量,从而使流量和速度相对较慢。
通过在蒸汽发生器115的下盖1155上设置水通道11551,该水通道11551与第 一入水口1152连通,水通道11551的侧面分别设置多条侧通道1155与水通道11551连通,使水泵10输送至蒸汽发生器115内的水可以分散成多条水流,另外通过在蒸汽发生器115上进一步设置一吸水棉1153,水泵10中的水从第一入水口1152输入至水通道11551,并通过旁边的侧通道1152将水输送至吸水棉1153在其上散开同时高温加热生成水蒸汽,该吸水棉1153使水散开后加热,在此起到了缓冲作用,避免水以水滴状滴向加热板时由于高温加热而瞬间爆炸成气体状。
通过在水箱119的连接口11911处连接一软管1193和吸水端1194,将软管1193设置为硅胶等软性材质,吸水端1194设置为金属等密度较大的材质,当使用该蒸汽美发器1时,水会随着蒸汽美发器1的不同角度放置而在水箱119中晃动,由于重力作用,水一直位于水箱119内的最低处,位于其内的吸水端1194会随着水的晃动而运动,软管1193为软性材质,所以该软管1193可随着吸水端1194的移动而变形,而吸水端1194为相对重的部件,吸水端1194在水中会配合水的流动性从而在水箱119中找到有利于吸水的最低位置。通过将水箱119设置成可拆卸安装在下手柄11上,使水箱119在注水时更方便。
通过上手柄15的边缘设置一圈上密封条160,下手柄11的边缘设置一圈下密封条180,该上密封条160和下密封条180为橡胶等隔热材质,其不仅用于装饰,且可以防止外部的水通过手柄边缘的缝隙进入到内部结构中,起到了防水防潮的作用,除此之外,由于其为不导热材质,可以避免使用过程中不小心碰触到上手柄15和下手柄11而引起烫伤。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种蒸汽美发器,用于加热整理毛发,其特征在于:包括一第一手柄,该第一手柄包括:
    一蒸汽发生器,通过加热使液体产生蒸汽,湿润放于该手柄上的毛发;
    一液体容器,盛放用于湿润毛发的液体;及
    一泵,可控式抽取液体容器内的液体至蒸汽发生器内;
    该蒸汽发生器、液体容器和泵均设置在所述手柄上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:所述的第一手柄其中一面产生一蒸汽喷发区,相对的一面设置蒸汽发生器、液体容器和泵且该三者一线相连。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:所述的泵导通连接蒸汽发生器和液体容器。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:进一步包括一第二手柄,该第二手柄与该第一手柄通过一连接部实现打开和闭合。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:所述的第一手柄与第二手柄相对的表面上设置多个齿梳;且所述的第二手柄与第一手柄相对的表面上亦设置多个齿梳;所述的两个手柄的齿梳交叉错位设置。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:所述泵与液体容器之间形成一吸水通道,所述泵与蒸汽发生器之间形成一出水通道,该泵的吸水和出水动作交替间歇进行。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:第一手柄内设置一触发器,第二手柄内设置一感应器,该触发器触发该感应器后,该泵开始运行。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:进一步包括一第二手柄,第二手柄和第一手柄通过连接轴连接,并可绕连接轴转动,实现第二手柄和第一手柄打开与闭合;所述的第一手柄其中一面产生一蒸汽喷发区,相对的一面设置蒸汽发生器、液体容器和泵,蒸汽发 生器设置在第一手柄的前段,液体容器设置在第一手柄的后段,泵设置在第一手柄的中段,泵通过水管同时导通连接蒸汽发生器和液体容器,在该第二手柄和第一手柄闭合的过程中,通过霍尔开关控制所述的泵进行转动。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:第一手柄和/或第二手柄的边缘设置一圈密封条,该密封条为隔热材质。
  10. 一种蒸汽美发器的使用方法,其特征在于,包括:
    步骤S1,提供一如权利要求1所述的蒸汽美发器;
    步骤S2,使毛发位于第一手柄的齿梳间;及
    步骤S3,蒸汽发生器开始对第一手柄上的毛发喷蒸汽。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的蒸汽美发器的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的第一手柄其中一面产生一蒸汽喷发区,相对的一面设置蒸汽发生器、液体容器和泵;所述的泵同时导通连接所述的蒸汽发生器和液体容器;步骤S3包括:
    步骤S31,泵从液体容器中抽取液体;
    步骤S32,泵将液体输送至蒸汽发生器;及
    步骤S33,蒸汽发生器将液体变成水蒸汽状态喷向毛发。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的蒸汽美发器的使用方法,其特征在于:所述蒸汽美发器上设置一开关装置和IC电路,该两者电性相连,该开关装置中设置无蒸汽、大蒸汽和小蒸汽的状态选择,IC电路可以提前预定泵的运转时间,当运转时间长则形成大蒸汽,当运转时间短则形成小蒸汽,若不运转则为无蒸汽状态。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的蒸汽美发器的使用方法,其特征在于:使用蒸汽美发器之前,在开关装置上选择大蒸汽/小蒸汽/无蒸汽其中一者,当感应器感应到上手柄与下手柄有即将合上的动作时,便启动泵开始运转,根据使用者不同的选择来决定蒸汽的时间和蒸汽的大小。
  14. 一种蒸汽美发器,用于拉直整理毛发,其特征在于:包括一上手柄和一下手柄,该两者通过一连接部实现打开和闭合,所述的下手柄与上手柄相对的表面上分别设置多个下齿梳,且所述的上手柄与下 手柄相对的表面上设置多个上齿梳,上手柄与下手柄闭合时,上齿梳与下齿梳对位于其间的毛发进行拉直。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:当上手柄与下手柄闭合时,所述的上齿梳与下齿梳交叉错位设置。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:当上手柄与下手柄闭合时,所述上齿梳与下齿梳的端部分别齐平。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:上齿梳包括多个上夹齿,下齿梳包括多个下夹齿,每相邻两个上夹齿之间的距离大于其对应的下夹齿的尺寸,每相邻两个下夹齿之间的距离大于其对应的上夹齿的尺寸。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:上手柄和/或下手柄分别包括一加热器,该加热器加热上夹齿和/或下夹齿。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:进一步包括一其上设置有上夹齿的上底板和/或其上设置有下夹齿的下底板,且加热器通过加热该上底板和/或下底板实现上夹齿和/或下夹齿的加热。
  20. 如权利要求17所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:上夹齿和/或下夹齿周围设置一圈保护齿,该保护齿不导热。
  21. 如权利要求14所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:下手柄内设置一蒸汽发生器,通过加热使液体产生蒸汽,湿润放于上齿梳与下齿梳之间的毛发,该蒸汽发生器设置一入水口,该入水口连通一水通道将液体注入蒸汽发生器内,该水通道通过多个侧通道将水流分多路注入至蒸汽发生器内。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:该蒸汽发生器进一步包括一吸水棉,该吸水棉紧贴多条侧通道。
  23. 如权利要求21所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:下手柄进一步包括一泵,该泵可控式抽取液体容器内的液体至蒸汽发生器内,该泵包括一吸水口与出水端,吸水口用于抽取液体,出水端用于将抽取的液体输出至蒸汽发生器。
  24. 如权利要求14所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:下手柄进一 步包括一液体容器,盛放用于湿润毛发的液体,该液体容器可拆卸式安装于和/或固定于下手柄上。
  25. 如权利要求14所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:下手柄上设置多个蒸汽孔,该蒸汽孔为隔热材质。
  26. 如权利要求14所述的蒸汽美发器,其特征在于:上手柄和/或下手柄的边缘设置一圈密封条,该密封条为隔热材质。
