本发明涉及一种电池正极材料干燥装置,具体是一种锂电池正极材料用回转型干燥装置。
背景技术
锂离子蓄电池具有比能量高,自放电低,工作电压高,对环境友好及无记忆效应等特点,具有越来越广阔的应用。而作为锂离子电池的正极材料主要是锰酸锂,钴酸锂,三元,磷酸铁锂及参杂或改性物。目前锂电池对锰酸锂正极材料的要求越来越高,特别是对锰酸锂含有水分要求越来越严。锰酸锂材料中的水分不仅对锂电池的制作工艺造成一定的影响,同时还会极大的影响锂电池的循环寿命。目前主要的厂家都是使用双锥回旋真空干燥设备进行干燥,但物料在现有的双锥回转真空干燥机内,由于本身物料含有一定的水分,在旋转的过程中,使物料成块状,水分难以散发,这样需要比较长的时间才能使物料完全干燥。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种锂电池正极材料用回转型干燥装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种锂电池正极材料用回转型干燥装置,包括底座、储料箱和抽气装置;所述底座的上表面上设有第一支柱、第二支柱和液压升降装置;所述第一支柱固定在底座上表面的左部,第一支柱的左部设有第一支撑板;所述第一支撑板的左端设有支座,支座上安装有电机,电机的主轴上设有联轴器,电机的主轴通过联轴器安装有转轴,转轴上设有变速器,转轴通过第一轴承安装在第一支柱的顶部,转轴的右端固定在储料箱的左端;所述第二支柱固定在底座上表面的右部,第二支柱的右侧设有第二支撑板,第二支撑板上固定有抽气装置;所述液压升降装置的顶部设有液压升降杆,液压升降杆的顶部固定在储液槽的底部;所述储料箱放置在储液槽的上部,储料箱上设有输料管,储料箱内设有物料打散装置;所述物料打散装置共有六个,均固定在储料箱内,物料打散装置由主打散杆和副打散杆组成;所述主打散杆固定在储料箱内,主打散杆上设有副打散杆;所述抽气装置上连接有输气管,输气管的顶部连接有连接件,连接件的左部连接有空心管,空心管通过第一轴承安装在第二支柱的顶部,第一轴承设置在通孔内,通孔设置在在第二支柱的顶部,空心管的左端连接在储料箱的右端;所述连接件由固定管、外壳、安装圈、密封圈、活动管和第二轴承组成;所述固定管连接在输气管的顶部,固定管的顶部固定有外壳,外壳的左部设有安装圈,安装圈内设有第二轴承,第二轴承中安装有活动管,活动管的左端连接在空心管的右端。

本发明结构简单,功能齐全,设计合理,使用方便;该锂电池正极材料用回转型干燥装置中储液槽内储存内液体,储液槽下部的液压升降装置能带动储液槽上升,使储料箱浸入到液体内,螺旋加热管能将液体加热,进而对储料箱内的物料进行加热,才有液体对储料箱进行加热,使加热更加平稳;电机能通过转轴带动储料箱转动,便于干燥的进行;抽气装置能将储料箱内的空气和水蒸气抽出,提高了干燥效率;物料打散装置能通过储料箱的旋转,将物料打散,同时起搅拌作用,便于物料的干燥。
