Description

全密闭显示单元 技术领域
本发明涉及显示单元领域,特指一种全密闭显示单元。
背景技术
现有的显示单元通常是将显示模组装设在一外壳体内,往往该外壳体的尺寸设计成远大于显示模组的尺寸,一方面为显示模组提供安装和容置的空间,另一方面也为显示模组提供较好的散热功能。现有的显示单元的散热结构是在机壳上相对的侧部装设风扇,通过风扇引入外部空气从而形成对流以对显示模组进行散热,但是这样由于进入了外部空气,势必会导致机壳内空气的洁净度较差,从而会影响显示模组的显示效果和使用寿命。
为此本发明的申请人提出一在先专利申请(专利授权公告号为:CN205681747U,发明创造名称为:一种密闭型显示终端),该密闭型显示终端通过设置形成密闭空间的外部壳体确保显示模组工作环境的洁净度,为显示模组的显示效果和使用寿命提供有力保障。但是由于该密闭型显示终端的循环风扇装设在显示模组和壳体之间、以及显示模组的安装方式,使得该显示终端不能满足轻薄化要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种全密闭显示单元,解决现有技术中显示单元因非密闭结构而影响显示效果和使用寿命的问题以及密闭结构不能满足轻薄化要求的问题。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:
本发明提供了一种全密闭显示单元,包括:
由多个安装条围合拼接形成的安装框,相邻的两个安装条之间密封连接,所述安装框上形成有前侧开口和后侧开口,所述安装框的内侧面设有安装结构;
装设于所述后侧开口处、且与所述安装框密封连接的背板;
装设于所述前侧开口处、且与所述安装框密封连接的防护玻璃,所述防护玻璃、所述安装框以及所述背板内部形成密闭空间;以及
通过所述安装结构装设于所述安装框上的显示模组。
采用全密闭显示单元,其内部形成的密闭空间为显示模组提供了良好的工作环境,能够确保工作环境内的空气洁净度以保证显示模组的显示效果和使用寿命。采用拼装结构形成显示单元,使得显示单元的尺寸可控,能够根据轻薄化要求进行设计,且在安装条上形成有安装显示模组的安装结构,使得该显示单元的尺寸与显示模组的尺寸相近,符合轻薄化要求。
本发明全密闭显示单元的进一步改进在于,所述安装条靠近所述前侧开口处设有供容置所述显示模组的驱动板的通道。
本发明全密闭显示单元的进一步改进在于,所述显示模组和所述背板之间形成有第一空间,所述驱动板从所述通道中穿入至所述第一空间内。
本发明全密闭显示单元的进一步改进在于,所述显示模组和所述背板之间形成有第一空间,所述通道上开设有与所述第一空间连通的连通口,所述连通口处装设有向所述通道内送风的风扇。
本发明全密闭显示单元的进一步改进在于,相邻两个安装条之间的通道相连通从而于所述安装框内形成连通的风道,所述风扇于所述风道内形成循环气流。
本发明全密闭显示单元的进一步改进在于,所述显示模组与所述防护玻璃之间形成有第二空间,所述通道上开设有与所述第二空间连通的通风口,所述风扇于所述通道、所述第二空间以及所述第一空间之间形成循环气流。
本发明全密闭显示单元的进一步改进在于,所述安装框上的前侧开口处进一步形成:
一相对远离所述背板的第一安装台,用于安装所述防护玻璃;
一相对靠近所述背板的第二安装台,用于安装所述显示模组的液晶面板;
设于所述防护玻璃与所述液晶面板之间的OCA胶片;以及
压屏条,用于自外部将所述防护玻璃压装固定于所述第一安装面上。
本发明全密闭显示单元的进一步改进在于,所述防护玻璃的四周通过压屏条与所述安装框密封连接,所述防护玻璃与所述压屏条之间夹设有密封条,所述压屏条与所述安装框的外侧面通过连接螺钉紧固连接,所述安 装框的安装条内对应所述连接螺钉处开设有隔离槽,通过所述隔离槽隔离所述密闭空间和所述连接螺钉。
本发明全密闭显示单元的进一步改进在于,所述背板由多个背板单元拼接而成,所述背板单元的端部设有拼接部,相邻的两个背板单元通过拼接部相对接进而通过连接螺钉紧固连接,相邻的两个背板单元中的一个拼接部于所述密闭空间内对应所述连接螺钉设置有隔离槽,通过所述隔离槽隔离所述密闭空间和所述连接螺钉。
本发明全密闭显示单元的进一步改进在于,所述显示模组和所述背板之间形成有第一空间,所述第一空间内装设有风扇支架,所述风扇支架上装设有多个散热风扇。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
参阅图1,本发明提供了一种全密闭显示单元,相比于通常的外壳体内装设显示模组的显示单元,本发明的全密闭显示单元一方面由于密闭性能,为显示模块提供了洁净度高的工作环境,提高显示模组的显示效果以及使用寿命,另一方面该全密闭显示单元采用安装条拼装形成的安装框作为外壳,且安装框的内侧面设置安装结构安装显示模组,使得该全密闭显示单元整体轻薄化,符合轻薄化要求。另外,本发明的全密闭显示单元还在安装条上开设了通道,通过该通道容置显示模组的驱动板,使得该全密闭显示单元能够做得轻薄,现有的通常是外壳体内装设显示模组的显示单元,一般将该驱动板置于外壳体的外部或者在外壳内部多留设一定的空间,这样就导致外壳体无法密闭或者无法轻薄化。本发明全密闭显示单元中的通道具有多种功能,一方面能容置驱动板,为显示模组的驱动板提供容置空间,且不会影响显示单元的密闭性能,另一方面该通道将驱动板安置在密闭空间内,能够避免有害物质及水汽的侵蚀,还能够屏蔽电磁(EMC,Electro Magnetic Compatibility)干扰,对驱动板起到有效的保护,又一方面还能够作为通风散热的风道,为显示模组提供内循环气流以进行散热。下面结合附图对本发明全密闭显示单元进行说明。
如图1至图4所示,本发明的全密闭显示单元30包括安装框31、背板32、防护玻璃33以及显示模组35,安装框31由多个安装条311围合拼接形成,相邻的两个安装条311之间密封连接,安装框31上形成有前侧开口312和后侧开口313,该安装框31的内侧面315设有安装结构。背板32装设在安装框31的后侧开口313处,将安装框31的后侧开口封盖,该背板32与安装框31密封连接。防护玻璃33装设在安装框31的前侧开口312处,将安装框31的前侧开口312封盖,该防护玻璃33与安装框31密封连接,防护玻璃33、安装框31以及背板32内部形成密闭空间34。显示模组35通过安装框31内侧面315上的安装结构装设在安装框31上,且该显示模组35靠近防护玻璃33设置,显示模组35置于密闭空间34内。
如图2所示,相邻的两个安装条311的端部相互邻接,通过角接件317连接固定,在安装条311的外侧面设置有适配于角接件317的凹槽,以容置角接件317,使得安装条311通过角接件317固定后,角接件317置于凹槽内,安装条311的外侧面保持平整。较佳地,安装框31包括四个安装条311,四个安装条311端部相互邻接形成方形的安装框31,当然安装条311的长 度可依据显示单元30的设计尺寸进行选择。
本发明的显示模组35可以为液晶显示模组,包括液晶面板,该液晶面板可为业界定义的open cell,该open cell是在cell的基础上配置各类接口以便外界信号源等,而cell是在两玻璃板间填充液晶从而形成一密闭的液晶组件,外管与普通的薄片玻璃无异。该液晶显示模组较佳为LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,薄膜晶体管液晶显示器件),更进一步地,其较佳适用于DLED(Direct Light Emitting Diode)的直下式光源布设方式。
如图5和图6所示,显示了全密闭显示单元中安装框中一安装条的剖视图,作为本发明的第一实施例,该显示单元30中的安装条311靠近前侧开口312处设有供容置与显示模组35连接的驱动板352的通道3111,该通道3111开设在安装条311的内部,用于容置驱动板352。在第一实施例中,显示模组35通过安装结构装设在安装框31的安装条311的内侧面315时,该驱动板352通过内侧面315上开设的与通道3111连通的开口穿入至通道3111内,并置于通道3111内。该通道3111由于开设在安装条311的内部,其与安装条311内侧面315处的密闭空间34通过供驱动板352穿入的开口相连通,但由于该通道3111与安装条311的外侧面316不连通,能够确保密闭空间34的密闭性能。
显示模组35包括液晶面板351、光学膜片353以及灯板354,在安装条311的内侧面315上形成有对应的安装结构,包括有用于安装液晶面板351的第二安装台3117、用于安装光学膜片353的安装槽3118以及用于安装灯板354的安装面3119,该第二安装台3117呈L型,即在承托液晶面板351端部的台面上立设有用于抵靠或阻挡该液晶面板351端部的挡边,液晶面板351的端部置于第二安装台3117上,结合图19所示,该液晶面板351的端部通过限位胶条44固定于第二安装台3117上,该限位胶条44采用硅胶材料制成,限位胶条44呈L形状,包括有相互垂直连接的第一胶条边和第二胶条边,第一胶条边压设在液晶面板351端部的外表面,第二胶条边置于液晶面板351的端部和第二安装台3117的挡边之间,利用限位胶条44将液晶面板351限位固定于第二安装台3117上。光学膜片353的端部插设于安装槽3118内,该光学膜片353对应灯板354的一侧贴设有扩散板,扩散板与光学膜片353一起插设于安装槽3118内,灯板354的端部置于安装面3119上并与安装面3119通过螺钉紧固连接。液晶面板351包括有液晶玻璃,在液晶玻璃的端部设有集线端口,该集线端口上连 接有COF(Chip On Flex,(驱动IC放在柔性线路板上的)覆晶薄膜),在COF上面有处理芯片,COF的长度通常是原厂出厂时固定的。通过COF连接驱动板352,该驱动板352为PCB(Printed Circuit Board,印刷电路板),在第一实施例中,该PCB放置在通道3111内,由于COF的长度有限,该PCB通常无法放置到显示模组35的背后,故而安装条311在靠近前侧开口312处开设通道3111,该前侧开口213处装设防护玻璃33,而液晶面板351会靠近防护玻璃33设置,这样就能够将PCB放置在通道3111内了。
为描述方便,定义显示模组35的液晶面板351与防护玻璃相靠近的一侧为显示模组35的前部356,灯板354与背板32相靠近的一侧为显示模组35的背部355。
防护玻璃33装设在安装框31的前侧开口312处,结合图5至图7所示,防护玻璃33的四周通过压屏条37与安装框31密封连接,防护玻璃33与压屏条37之间夹设有密封条41,通过密封条41起到密封作用,以确保显示单元30的密闭空间34的密闭性,该密封条41采用硅胶制成。压屏条37与安装框31的外侧面316通过连接螺钉43紧固连接,该安装框31的安装条311内对应连接螺钉43处开设有隔离槽3114,隔离槽3114将密闭空间34和连接螺钉43隔离开,避免连接螺钉43破坏密闭空间34的密闭性。具体地,如图6所示,安装条311的端侧形成有第一安装台3116,该第一安装台3116用于安装防护玻璃33,防护玻璃33的端部套设密封条41,该密封条41呈U型状,套设在防护玻璃33的端部以起到密封的作用。该防护玻璃33的端部套设好密封条41后置于安装条311的第一安装台3116上,结合图5所示,该套设有密封条41的防护玻璃33的端部紧密抵靠于安装条311的第一安装台3116上,该第一安装台3116呈L型,即在承托防护玻璃33端部的台面上立设有用于抵靠或阻挡该防护玻璃33端部的挡边,防护玻璃33端部的外表面与第一安装台3116的挡边的端面平齐。压屏条37呈L形状,包括有第一压边371和第二压边372,第一压边371贴设在防护玻璃33端部的外侧面上,第二压边372贴设在安装条311的外侧面316上,通过第一压边371压紧防护玻璃33的端部,挤压端部处的密封条41以达到密封的连接效果,再通过第二压边372与安装条311连接固定,结合图7所示,第二压边372贴设于安装条311的外侧面316,通过连接螺钉43紧固连接于安装条311上,安装条311的外侧面316为 第二压边372设有凹槽,使得第二压边372贴设于凹槽内后其外表面与安装条311的外表面平齐。为确保密闭空间34的密闭性,该安装条311在连接螺钉43的设置处开设有隔离槽3114,通过隔离槽3114隔离密封空间34和连接螺钉43,避免连接螺钉43的连接缝隙破坏密闭空间34的密闭性。在本实施例中,该隔离槽3114的底壁为通道3111的侧壁的一部分,该隔离槽3114顶壁设有连接孔供连接螺钉43连接,顶壁设有一定的厚度以提高连接螺钉43连接强度,确保连接的紧固可靠。
背板32装设在安装框31的后侧开口313处,如图5和图6所示,安装框31的安装条311于后侧开口313处形成有嵌槽3115,该嵌槽3115形成于安装条311的端部,嵌槽3115内填设有密封条42,背板32的端部置于密封条42上并通过连接螺钉43与安装条311紧固连接,安装条311对应该连接螺钉43处也开设有隔离槽3114,通过隔离槽3114隔离密闭空间34和连接螺钉43,以确保密闭空间的密闭性。密封条42置于嵌槽3115内,背板32的端部置于密封条42上,该背板32的端部挤压密封条42并与嵌槽3115的端面相贴,再通过连接螺钉43紧固连接,通过密封条42起到了密封的效果,该密封条42采用硅胶制成,且隔离槽3114的设置避免了连接螺钉43对密闭性的破坏。
如图5和图8所示,背板32包括多个背板单元321,由多个背板单元321拼接形成背板32,背板单元321的端部设有拼接部322,相互连接的两个背板单元321通过拼接部322相互配合实现密封连接,具体地,相互拼接的两个背板单元321中的第一背板单元321上的拼接部322包括一个向外侧凸伸的连接板和一个向内侧凸伸的L型条,该L型条形成有一插接槽,而第二背板单元321的拼接部322包括于端部处向前凸伸的与插接槽适配的插接条,还包括于端部处形成的设于内侧的隔离槽323,该第一背板单元321和第二背板单元321的拼接部322相互拼接时,插接条插设于插接槽内,连接板贴设于第二背板单元321的端部并与插接条之间形成夹设密封条324的空间,密封条324起到密封作用,该密封条324采用硅胶制成。连接板和第二背板单元321的端部通过连接螺钉325紧固连接,该连接螺钉325的端部置于隔离槽323内,通过隔离槽323将连接螺钉325与密闭空间34相隔离,避免了连接螺钉325对密闭性的破坏。为提高显示单元30的散热效果,该背板32的内外表面均设置有散热翅片,以通过内外的热交换实现散热效果。
如图9所示,显示了全密闭显示单元的第二实施例,该第二实施例与第一实施例的区别在于,防护玻璃33和显示模组35的液晶面板351之间紧密贴合有OCA(光学胶,Optically Clear Adhesive)胶片,以提高显示单元30的显示效果。之所以可在防护玻璃33和液晶面板351的液晶玻璃之间设置OCA胶片,结合图6所示,是由于第一实施例中的安装框的结构,即安装框31上的前侧开口312处进一步形成有第一安装台3116和第二安装台3117,且防护玻璃33通过自外部压装的压屏条37固定在第一安装台3116上,具体地该第一安装台3116相对远离背板32设置,第二安装台3117相对靠近背板32设置,第一安装台3116用于安装防护玻璃33,第二安装台3117用于安装显示模组35的液晶面板351,第一安装台3116和第二安装台3117的设置使得防护玻璃33和液晶面板351的液晶玻璃之间的间距较小,使得防护玻璃33和液晶面板351的液晶玻璃之间能够贴设OAC胶片,进一步地压屏条37自外部将防护玻璃33压装固定在第一安装面3116上。在第二实施例中,密封条41为L型结构,贴设于防护玻璃端部处的端面和外侧面。结合图10和图11所示,在防护玻璃33和显示模组35的液晶面板351之间紧密贴合OCA胶片时,先将液晶面板351和防护玻璃33通过OCA胶片贴合在一起,而后在装设于安装框31上,再通过压屏条37一起压装固定。本发明的显示单元30由于设置了通道3111容置驱动板352,使得防护玻璃33和液晶面板351之间的间隙做到很小,从而能够在防护玻璃33和液晶面板351之间实施OCA胶片的贴合,利用贴OCA胶片提高图像质量,使得显示效果具有高对比度(High Contrast)、高亮度(Higher Brightness)以及无时差角度(No Parallax)。该CCF膜的厚度只有3μm至5μm,而传统的液晶面板和防护玻璃之间的间距较大,无法使用OCA胶片,通常的液晶面板通过压屏条安装,该压屏条的厚度通常为0.5mm至1mm,为保护液晶面板,通常在压屏条和液晶面板之间还垫设有泡棉,该泡棉的厚度通常为0.2mm至1mm,从而使得液晶面板和防护玻璃之间至少有0.7mm的间隙,该间隙导致其无法使用OCA胶片,现有通常采用水胶或果冻胶贴合液晶面板和防护玻璃。所以本发明贴合有OCA胶片的显示单元的显示效果要优于传统的显示单元的显示效果。
如图12所示,显示了全密闭显示单元的第三实施例,该第三实施例与第二实施例相比区别在于,显示模组35和背部32之间形成有第一空间 342,驱动板351从通道3111中穿入至第一空间342内,这样能够利用第一空间342较大的空间为驱动板351带来较好的散热效果,该第一空间342相对于通道3111空间较大,散热效果较好,能够降低驱动板352的工作温度。具体地,该通道3111上开设与第一空间342连通的连通口3112,该连通口3112靠近显示模组35的背部355设置,驱动板352从连通口3112处穿出并置于第一空间342内。在第三实施例中,由于液晶面板351的液晶玻璃的集线端口连接的线的长度满足要求,所以将驱动板352从通道3111中穿出到显示模组35的背部355处并置于第一空间342中,而将线置于通道3111中,这样能够降低驱动板352的工作温度,提高显示单元30的可靠性。将该驱动板352悬置在显示模组35的背部355处的第一空间342中,能够适用于各种品牌的open cell的应用,具有较宽的适用范围。
如图13所示,显示了全密闭显示单元的第四实施例,该第四实施例与第一实施例相比区别在于,显示模组35和背板32之间形成有第一空间342,通道3111上开设有与第一空间342连通的连通口3112,连通口3112处装设有向该通道3111内送风的风扇39。利用风扇39通过连通口3112向通道3111内送风以对通道3111内进行散热。在该风道3111内容置有驱动板352时,利用风扇39的送风可以对驱动板352进行散热。更进一步地,在第四实施例中,显示模组35和防护玻璃33之间形成有第二空间341,通道3111上开设有与第二空间341连通的通风口3113,风扇39于通道3111、第二空间341以及第一空间342形成循环气流,以对显示单元30内的所有元件进行散热。较佳地,该循环气流可从位于顶部的安装条311处的通道3111进入,流经通道3111进入到第二空间341中,从第二空间341的顶部向下运动,进而从底部的安装条311处的通道3111进入到第一空间342,在第一从空间342的底部向上运动,从而形成了密闭空间内的循环气流,实现了降温散热的作用。该循环气流还可以从任意的安装条311上的通道3111进入,通过通道3111送入到空间341中,在从空间341中经过任意的安装条311上的通道3111进入到空间342中,也能够形成内部的循环气流。在第四实施例中,防护玻璃33和液晶面板351之间留设有一定的间距以形成第二空间341,该空间341供循环气流通过以达到散热的效果。
如图14所示,显示了全密闭显示单元的第五实施例,该第五实施例与第一实施例和第二实施例相比区别在于,显示模组35和背板32之间形 成有第一空间342,通道3111上开设有与第一空间342连通的连通口3112,连通口3112处装设有向该通道3111内送风的风扇39。利用风扇39通过连通口3112向通道3111内送风以对通道3111内进行散热。在该风道3111内容置有驱动板352时,利用风扇39的送风可以对驱动板352进行散热。更进一步地,在第五实施例中,结合图15和图16所示,相邻的两个安装条311之间的通道3111相连通从而于安装框31内形成连通的风道314,风扇39在风道314内形成循环气流,以实现散热效果。在安装框31的内部形成有连通的风道314,利用循环气流在风道314内循环运动实现降温散热的效果。该第五实施例的区别技术特征即可在第一实施例的基础上设置也可以在第二实施例的基础上设置,图14显示为在第二实施例的基础上设置的结构。
如图17和图18所示,下面对本发明的一较佳实施方式进行说明,该较佳实施方式可应用于上述各种实施例中。在该较佳实施方式中,显示模组35和背板32之间形成有第一空间342,该第一空间342用于装设功能模块,在该安装空间342内装设有软性排线(FFC,Flexible Flat Cable,又称柔性扁平铜线)21、与软性排线21连接的T-con(Timing Controller)22,还装设有主机板23和显示驱动板24。液晶面板351连接的驱动板352与软性排线21连接,软性排线21的长度可以根据实际情况定制,软性排线21与T-con22连接,该T-con22通过LVDS(Low Voltage Differential Signaling,低压差分信号技术传输数字视频信号)线连接主机板23和显示驱动板24。本发明中的T-con22、驱动板352、连接液晶面板的集线端口和驱动板352的线以及液晶玻璃总称为open cell(液晶面板)。更进一步地,该第一空间342内装设有风扇支架38,该风扇支架38与安装条311的内侧面固定连接,同样地,该安装条311对应连接的螺钉设置有隔离槽,以确保密闭空间的密闭性。在风扇支架38上装设有多个散热风扇381,利用散热风扇381对显示模组35以及装设在安装空间342中的功能模块进行散热。
本发明全密闭显示单元的有益效果为:
本发明的全密闭显示单元在安装框上设计了通道,该通道具有多种功能:通道用于容置显示玻璃的驱动板,且不会影响显示单元的密闭性;通道的设置,使得显示模组能够安装在安装条的内侧面上,进而使得显示单元能够轻薄化;通道对驱动板起到保护作用,能够避免有害物质及水汽的 侵蚀,还能够屏蔽电磁干扰;通道作为通风散热的风道,为显示单元提供了内循环气流以进行散热。
全密闭的结构设计,虽然构件之间利用连接螺钉连接,但是在连接螺钉处设置有隔离槽,通过隔离槽能够避免连接螺钉对密闭性的破坏,确保显示单元的密闭性。密闭性为显示单元中的显示模组提供了洁净度高的工作环境,能够提高显示模组的显示效果以及使用寿命。
以上结合附图实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域中普通技术人员可根据上述说明对本发明做出种种变化例。因而,实施例中的某些细节不应构成对本发明的限定,本发明将以所附权利要求书界定的范围作为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种全密闭显示单元,其特征在于,包括:
    由多个安装条围合拼接形成的安装框,相邻的两个安装条之间密封连接,所述安装框上形成有前侧开口和后侧开口,所述安装框的内侧面设有安装结构;
    装设于所述后侧开口处、且与所述安装框密封连接的背板;
    装设于所述前侧开口处、且与所述安装框密封连接的防护玻璃,所述防护玻璃、所述安装框以及所述背板内部形成密闭空间;以及
    通过所述安装结构装设于所述安装框上的显示模组。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的全密闭显示单元,其特征在于,所述安装条靠近所述前侧开口处设有供容置所述显示模组的驱动板的通道。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的全密闭显示单元,其特征在于,所述显示模组和所述背板之间形成有第一空间,所述驱动板从所述通道中穿入至所述第一空间内。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的全密闭显示单元,其特征在于,所述显示模组和所述背板之间形成有第一空间,所述通道上开设有与所述第一空间连通的连通口,所述连通口处装设有向所述通道内送风的风扇。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的全密闭显示单元,其特征在于,相邻两个安装条之间的通道相连通从而于所述安装框内形成连通的风道,所述风扇于所述风道内形成循环气流。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的全密闭显示单元,其特征在于,所述显示模组与所述防护玻璃之间形成有第二空间,所述通道上开设有与所述第二空间连通的通风口,所述风扇于所述通道、所述第二空间以及所述第一空间之间形成循环气流。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的全密闭显示单元,其特征在于,所述安装框上的前侧开口处进一步形成:
    一相对远离所述背板的第一安装台,用于安装所述防护玻璃;
    一相对靠近所述背板的第二安装台,用于安装所述显示模组的液晶面板;
    设于所述防护玻璃与所述液晶面板之间的OCA胶片;以及
    压屏条,用于自外部将所述防护玻璃压装固定于所述第一安装面上。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的全密闭显示单元,其特征在于,所述防护玻璃的四周通过压屏条与所述安装框密封连接,所述防护玻璃与所述压屏条之间夹设有密封条,所述压屏条与所述安装框的外侧面通过连接螺钉紧固连接,所述安装框的安装条内对应所述连接螺钉处开设有隔离槽,通过所述隔离槽隔离所述密闭空间和所述连接螺钉。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的全密闭显示单元,其特征在于,所述背板由多个背板单元拼接而成,所述背板单元的端部设有拼接部,相邻的两个背板单元通过拼接部相对接进而通过连接螺钉紧固连接,相邻的两个背板单元中的一个拼接部于所述密闭空间内对应所述连接螺钉设置有隔离槽,通过所述隔离槽隔离所述密闭空间和所述连接螺钉。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的全密闭显示单元,其特征在于,所述显示模组和所述背板之间形成有第一空间,所述第一空间内装设有风扇支架,所述风扇支架上装设有多个散热风扇。
