相较于现有技术,本发明的所述云台框架利用锁紧机构的驱动件和传动件之间的驱动连接,以及传动件和顶紧件之间的传动连接,只需操作驱动件即可同时锁紧所述云台框架的第一导杆和两个第二导杆,实现只需操作一个结构即可同时锁紧多处结构,大大提升云台框架的拆装效率以及避免漏操作。

下面结合附图,对本发明的一些实施方式作详细说明。在不冲突的情况下,下述的实施方式及实施方式中的特征可以相互组合。
请参阅图1,本发明的实施方式中拍摄装置1包括云台2和拍摄器3。所述云台2包括云台框架20和电机组件20a。所述电机组件20a安装至所述云台框架20上,用以驱动所述云台框架20转动。所述拍摄器3装设于所述云台框架20上。所述云台框架20在所述电机组件20a的驱动下改变所述拍摄器3的高度和/或方向,并使所述拍摄器3稳定保持在预设的姿态上。所述拍摄器3可采用不同型号的摄像机或照相机。
在本实施方式中,所述电机组件20a为俯仰轴电机,该俯仰轴电机驱动所述云台框架20绕俯仰轴转动。进一步的,所述云台2为三轴云台,因此所述云台2还可以包括横滚轴电机和航向轴电机以及横滚轴电机驱动的横滚轴组件和航向轴电机驱动的航向轴组件,从而使所述云台2搭载的拍摄器3能够绕俯仰轴、横滚轴和偏航轴旋转,从而实现更大角度的拍摄。
请参阅图2和图3,所述云台框架20包括第一导杆21、两个第二导杆22、两个套筒24和安装板25。两个所述第二导杆22相对设置,且分别通过所述套筒24设于所述第一导杆21的两端。所述安装板25可滑动地设于所述第一导杆21上,用以固定所述拍摄器3。所述云台框架20还包括锁紧机构4,所述锁紧机构4用以同时锁紧所述云台框架20的多个结构件。具体地,所述锁紧机构4设于所述第一导杆21上,所述安装板25设于所述锁紧机构4上。所述锁紧机构4用于锁紧所述云台框架20的安装板25和两个所述第二导杆22。
请同时参见图4,所述第一导杆21呈纵长的条形体。所述第一导杆21为两端开口的空心体。在本实施方式中,所述第一导杆21大致呈长方体。可以理解地,在其它实施方式中,所述第一导杆21也可为其它形状,如空心圆柱体。所述第一导杆21上设有收容槽211。在本实施方式中,所述收容槽211设于所述第一导杆21的中心位置。所述收容槽211贯穿所述第一导杆21的相对两侧面。在本实施方式中,所述收容槽211呈长条矩形。所述收容槽211的长度方向与所述第一导杆21的长度方向相同。
每一所述第二导杆22呈纵长的条形体。所述第二导杆22为两端开口的空心体。在本实施方式中,所述第二导杆22大致呈长方体。可以理解地,在其它实施方式中,所述第二导杆22也可为其它形状,如空心圆柱体。所述第二导杆22的一侧设有安装槽221。在本实施方式中,所述安装槽221呈矩形。所述安装槽221的长度方向与所述第二导杆22的长度方向相同。
进一步地,所述云台框架20还包括至少一个重心调节及锁定机构5。在本实施方式中,所述云台框架20包括两个重心调节及锁定机构5。两个所述重心调节及锁定机构5分别固定于两个所述第二导杆22上,用以调节所述拍摄器3的重心,以使所述拍摄器3稳定保持在预设的姿态上。可以理解地,所述重心调节及锁定机构5还可设于其它导杆上,并不限于所述第二导杆22。
请同时参见图2至图4,两个所述套筒24分别固定于所述第一导杆21的相对两端。每一所述套筒24呈条形体。所述套筒24为至少一端开口的空心体。所述套筒24的开口241的形状和尺寸分别与所述第一导杆21的横截面的形状和尺寸相适配,以套设并固定于所述第一导杆21端口处。在本实施方式中,所述套筒24大致呈长方体。可以理解地,在其它实施方式中,所述套筒24也可为其它形状,如圆柱体等。所述套筒24的侧面还设有定位槽242。所述定位槽242贯穿所述套筒24的相对两侧面,用以定位两个所述第二导杆22。具体地,每一所述套筒24通过所述定位槽242套设于一对应的所述第二导杆22的一端。
所述安装板25通过所述锁紧机构4固定于所述第一导杆21上。所述锁紧机构4的具体结构如图4和图5所示,稍后详述。所述锁紧机构4可移动地安装于所述第一导杆21上,所述安装板25与所述锁紧机构4滑动连接。具体地,所述安装板25包括连接部251和两个安装部252。两个所述安装部252分别设于所述连接部251的两侧,且与所述连接部251共同构成近似“十”字型。
所述连接部251与所述锁紧机构4滑动连接。所述连接部251呈长条形。在本实施方式中,所述连接部251大致呈长方体。可以理解地,在其它实施方式中,所述连接部251也可为其它形状。所述连接部251包括底板2511、两个侧壁2512和两个延伸壁2513。在本实施方式中,所述底板2511长方体。两个所述侧壁2512分别设于所述底板2511的相对两侧,且与所述底板2511垂直设置。两个所述侧壁2512的底面与所述底板2511的底面齐平。在本实施方式中,两个所述侧壁2512分别设于所述底板2511的两个长边侧面,且其长度等于所述底板2511的长度。两个所述延伸壁2513分别由所述侧壁2512顶端的内侧相对凸伸形成。每一所述延伸壁2513与对应的所述侧壁2512,以及所述底板2511共同围设形成一纵长的滑槽2514。
两个所述安装部252用于固定所述拍摄器3。两个所述安装部252分别设于所述侧壁2512的外侧。两个所述安装部252的底面均与所述底板2511的底面齐平。所述拍摄器3固定于所述安装部252的底面。
进一步地,所述云台框架20还可包括第三导杆23。所述第三导杆23的形状与所述第一导杆21相似。所述第三导杆23与所述第一导杆21相对设置,且位于两个所述第二导杆22之间。所述第三导杆23连接两个所述第二导杆22,以使云台框架20更加稳固。具体地,所述第一导杆21、两个所述第二导杆22和所述第三导杆23共同围成一个四边形框体。可以理解地,在其它实施方式中,所述第三导杆23也可省略,如所述第二导杆22的部分为实体结构。
进一步地,所述云台框架20还可包括两个连接杆26。每一所述连接杆26设于所述第二导杆22和所述第三导杆23之间,用以连接所述第二导杆22和所述第三导杆23。可以理解地,在其它实施方式中,所述连接杆26也可省略。
进一步地,所述云台框架20还可包括承载台27。所述承载台27通过锁固件28固定于所述第三导杆23上。所述承载台27用以承载所述拍摄器3的部分重量。可以理解地,在其它实施方式中,所述承载台27和锁固件28也可省略。
进一步地,所述云台框架20还可包括两个端盖29。两个所述端盖29分别固定于两个所述第二导杆22的顶端,用以封闭所述第二导杆22。可以理解地,在其它实施方式中,所述端盖29也可省略。
为方便说明,定义如图2所示的方向X、方向Y和方向Z,所述方向X、方向Y和方向Z三者之间两两垂直。
请参见图2、图4和图5,所述锁紧机构4包括驱动件42、传动件43、至少一个顶紧件45和抵持件49。所述传动件43设置于所述第一导杆21上并能够沿所述第一导杆21沿第一方向(与方向Z相反的方向)运动。所述顶紧件45设置于所述第一导杆21上并能够沿所述第一导杆21沿第二方向(方向X)运动。所述顶紧件45与所述传动件43传动配合。所述传动件43沿所述第一方向运动时能够驱动所述顶紧件45沿所述第二方向运动。所述抵持件49设置于所述传动件43一侧。所述驱动件42与所述抵持件49连接。操作所述驱动件42时,所述驱动件42能够带动所述抵持件49沿所述第一方向相反的方向(方向Z)运动并抵持所述第一导杆21,同时能够带动所述传动件43沿所述第一方向运动,使所述传动件43驱动所述顶紧件45沿所述第二方向运动以顶紧所述第二导杆22。
在本实施方式中,所述锁紧机构4包括两个所述顶紧件45。两个所述顶紧件45分别设于所述传动件43的两端,并与所述传动件43通过传动连接。所述锁紧机构4还包括滑动件44。所述滑动件44可移动地安装于所述传动件43上,以将所述传动件43限位于所述第一导杆21内。所述抵持件49包括抱紧件46和连接件47。所述驱动件42的依次穿过所述传动件43、滑动件44和抱紧件46,并与所述连接件47连接。
在本实施方式中,所述驱动件42采用螺接件,所述驱动件42与所述抵持件49螺合连接。可以理解地,在其它实施方式中,所述驱动件42也可采用其它结构件,如螺柱、伸缩套杆等。
具体地,所述驱动件42包括旋转部421、连接段422和螺接部423。所述连接段422设于所述旋转部421和所述螺接部423之间。在本实施方式中,所述旋转部421、连接段422和螺接部423均呈圆柱体。所述连接段422用以穿设所述滑动件44和抱紧件46,并与其转动连接。所述螺接部423用以螺接所述连接件47。所述驱动件42还设有凸起部424。所述凸起部424自所述旋转部421外周边垂直向外延伸形成。所述连接段422抵接所述凸起部424。安装时,所述凸起部424的抵持所述滑动件44。进一步地,所述锁紧机构4还包括旋钮41。所述旋钮41固定于所述驱动件42的旋转部421上,用以转动所述驱动件42。
所述传动件43呈纵长的条形体。所述传动件43的形状与所述第一导杆21的收容槽211的形状相适配。所述传动件43收容于所述第一导杆21的收容槽211内。在本实施方式中,所述传动件43大致呈长方体。所述传动件43的厚度略小于所述第一导杆21的厚度。所述传动件43上设有导向槽431。所述导向槽431正对所述第一导杆21的收容槽211。在本实施方式中,所述导向槽431设于所述传动件43的中心位置。所述导向槽431贯穿所述传动件43的相对两侧。在本实施方式中,所述导向槽431呈矩形。所述导向槽431的长度方向与所述传动件43的长度方向相同。
所述传动件43的两端还分别设有嵌合槽432。两个所述嵌合槽432位于所述导向槽431的两端,并与其间隔设置。所述嵌合槽432自所述传动件43的端面向内凹陷形成。所述嵌合槽432包括斜面4321和平面4322。所述斜面4321和平面4322共同构成所述嵌合槽432,用以部分收容所述顶紧件45。所述斜面4321和平面4322相交并形成一个锐角。
所述滑动件44安装于所述传动件43的导向槽431上并收容于所述第一导杆21内。具体地,所述滑动件44部分收容于所述导向槽431内。在所述锁紧机构4未锁紧时,所述滑动件44可沿着所述导向槽431滑动,以调整和改变所述拍摄器3在方向X上的位置。
所述滑动件44包括第一固定件441和第二固定件442。所述第一固定件441和所述第二固定件442固定连接以穿设于所述导向槽431中并卡接于所述导向槽431的开口两端。所述第一固定件441和所述第二固定件442分别位于所述传动件43的相对两侧。
具体地,所述第一固定件441包括第一抵持部4411和第一接合部4412。所述第一抵持部4411呈平面板。在本实施方式中,所述第一抵持部4411大致呈长方体,但不限于此。所述第一接合部4412自所述第一抵持部4411的一侧的中间垂直向外延伸形成。在本实施方式中,所述第一固定件441的横向截面呈T形。所述第一接合部4412的高度小于所述传动件43的高度。所述第一接合部4412收容于所述传动件43的导向槽431内,同时,所述第一抵持部4411抵持所述传动件43的一侧表面。所述第一固定件441上还设有穿孔4413,用以穿设所述驱动件42。优选地,所述穿孔4413设于所述第一固定件441的中心。所述穿孔4413贯穿所述第一抵持部4411和第一接合部4412。
所述第二固定件442的形状与所述第一固定件441相似。所述第二固定件442包括第二抵持部4421和第二接合部4422。所述第二抵持部4421呈平面板。在本实施方式中,所述第二抵持部4421大致呈长方体,但不限于此。所述第二接合部4422自所述第二抵持部4421的一侧的中间垂直向外延伸形成。在本实施方式中,所述第二固定件442的横向截面呈T形。所述第二接合部4422和所述第一接合部4412相对固定。所述第一接合部4412和所述第二接合部4422的高度和等于所述传动件43的高度,所述第一接合部4412和所述第二接合部4422的各自高度可视具体情况进行分配。所述第二接合部4422收容于所述传动件43的导向槽431内,同时,所述第二抵持部4421抵持所述第一导杆21的下表面。所述第二固定件442上还设有穿孔4423,用以穿设所述驱动件42。优选地,所述穿孔4423设于所述第二固定件442的中心。所述穿孔4423贯穿所述第二抵持部4421和第二接合部4422。
两个所述顶紧件45分别可移动地收容于所述第一导杆21内,且分别位于所述传动件43的相对两端。每一所述顶紧件45包括抵持端451和顶紧端452。所述抵持端451和顶紧端452相互背对设置。所述抵持端451朝向所述传动件43,且部分收容于所述传动件43的嵌合槽432内。所述抵持端451的端面呈斜面,且与所述嵌合槽432的斜面4321相契合。所述顶紧端452朝向所述第二导杆22,用以顶紧所述第二导杆22。
在本实施方式中,通过所述嵌合槽432的斜面4321和所述抵持端451的端面之间的斜面连接实现所述顶紧件45和所述传动件43之间的传动连接。可以理解地,在其它实施方式中,也可采用其它方式实现所述顶紧件45和所述传动件43之间的传动连接,如齿轮传动。
进一步地,所述锁紧机构4还可包括两个套件48。每一所述套件48为两端开口的空心体,用以套设所述顶紧件45。所述套件48收容并固定于所述第一导杆21内靠近两端的部位。在本实施方式中,所述套件48连同位于所述第一导杆21同一端的套筒24一同固定于所述第一导杆21上。所述套件48的长度小于所述顶紧件45的长度,以使所述顶紧件45的两端可从所述套件48的两端开口伸出。可以理解地,在其它实施方式中,所述套件48也可省略。
所述抱紧件46位于所述第一导杆21的下方。所述抱紧件46包括抱紧面461和抵持面462。所述抱紧面461和所述抵持面462相互背对设置。所述抱紧面461朝向所述第一导杆21设置。所述抱紧面461的形状与所述第一导杆21的底面和部分侧面相适配。安装时,所述抱紧面461抵贴所述第一导杆21的外表面。所述抵持面462朝向所述连接件47设置。所述抵持面462的形状与所述连接件47的上表面相适配。在本实施方式中,所述抵持面462为平面。安装时,所述抵持面462抵贴所述连接件47。所述抱紧件46上还设有穿孔463,用以穿设所述驱动件42。优选地,所述穿孔463设于所述抱紧件46的中心。所述穿孔463贯穿所述抱紧件46。
所述连接件47螺接于所述驱动件42的螺接部423,用以滑动连接所述安装板25。所述连接件47包括滑动部471和凸起部472。所述滑动部471呈平面板。在本实施方式中,所述滑动部471大致呈长方体,但不限于此。所述滑动部471收容于所述安装板25的滑槽2514内,且可沿着所述滑槽2514移动,以调整和改变所述拍摄器3在方向Y上的位置。所述凸起部472自所述滑动部471的一侧的中间垂直向外延伸形成。在本实施方式中,所述连接件47的横向截面呈倒T形。所述凸起部472的宽度小于所述滑动部471的宽度。所述凸起部472位于所述安装板25的两个所述延伸壁2513之间,并朝向所述抱紧件46。所述连接件47上还设有穿孔473,用以螺接所述驱动件42。优选地,所述穿孔473设于所述连接件47的中心。在本实施方式中,所述穿孔473贯穿所述滑动部471和凸起部472。
请同时参见图2、图4和图5,所述锁紧机构4安装时:将两个所述套件48分别从所述第一导杆21的两端插入内部,并固定于所述第一导杆21靠近两端的部位;将所述传动件43置于所述第一导杆21的收容槽211内,同时,将所述第一固定件441和第二固定件442相对固定,使得所述第一抵持部4411抵持所述传动件43的一侧表面和所述第一导杆21的上表面,所述第二抵持部4421抵持所述传动件43的另一侧表面和所述第一导杆21的下表面;将两个所述顶紧件45分别从所述第一导杆21的两端插入内部的套件48内,并使所述抵持端451部分收容于传动件43的嵌合槽432内;将旋钮41固定于所述驱动件42的一端,使所述驱动件42的另一端一次穿过所述第一固定件441的穿孔4413、所述第二固定件442的穿孔4423、所述抱紧件46的穿孔463和所述连接件47的穿孔473,并使所述驱动件42的螺接部423与所述连接件47的穿孔473旋合螺接,此时所述凸起部424的底面抵持所述第一固定件441的顶面;安装所述套筒24、第二导杆22和安装板25:将两个所述套筒24分别套设于所述第一导杆21的两端并固定;将两个所述第二导杆22的一端分别定位于两个所述套筒24的定位槽242内,此时,两个所述顶紧件45的顶紧端452分别抵持两个所述第二导杆22的侧面;将所述安装板25滑动安装于所述连接件47上,使得所述连接件47的滑动部471收容于所述安装板25的滑槽2514内。
在所述锁紧机构4进行锁紧动作前,可使所述滑动件44沿着所述传动件43的导向槽431移动,进而带动所述驱动件42以及套设于所述驱动件42上的连接件47在方向X上移动,从而调节和改变安装于所述安装板25上的拍摄器3的位置。
锁紧所述锁紧机构4时:旋动所述旋钮41,使得所述驱动件42的螺接部423与所述连接件47进一步螺接,此时所述连接件47向上运动,并拉紧所述安装板25,进而锁紧所述安装板25;所述连接件47向上运动的同时,推动所述抱紧件46抱紧所述第一导杆21,从而锁定所述抱紧件46;此时,因所述连接件47向上运动,所述连接件47的顶面与所述凸起部424之间的距离缩短,所述驱动件42的凸起部424压迫所述第一固定件441使其向下运动,所述第一固定件441推动所述第二固定件442向下运动,进而带动所述传动件43向下运动,因所述传动件43的两端具有斜面4321,所述传动件43在向下运动的同时,其斜面4321迫使与其契合抵接的所述顶紧件45朝向所述第二导杆22运动,进而锁紧两个所述第二导杆22。
相较于现有技术,本发明的所述云台框架20利用所述锁紧机构4的驱动件42和传动件43之间的驱动连接,传动件43和顶紧件45之间的传动连接,以及连接件47和安装板25之间的卡槽连接,只需操作驱动件42即可同时锁紧所述云台框架20的第一导杆21、两个第二导杆22和安装板25,实现只需操作一个结构即可同时锁紧多处结构,大大提升云台框架20的拆装效率以及避免漏操作。

Claims (70)

  1. 一种云台框架,用于装设负载,所述云台框架包括第一导杆和第二导杆,所述第二导杆与所述第一导杆的端部连接,其特征在于:所述云台框架还包括锁紧机构,所述锁紧机构装设于所述第一导杆上,所述锁紧机构包括:
    传动件,设置于所述第一导杆上并能够沿所述第一导杆沿第一方向运动;
    至少一个顶紧件,设置于所述第一导杆上并能够沿所述第一导杆沿第二方向运动,所述顶紧件与所述传动件传动配合,所述传动件沿所述第一方向运动时能够驱动所述顶紧件沿所述第二方向运动;
    抵持件,设置于所述传动件一侧;以及
    驱动件,与所述抵持件连接;
    其中,操作所述驱动件时,所述驱动件能够带动所述抵持件沿所述第一方向相反的方向运动并抵持所述第一导杆,同时能够带动所述传动件沿所述第一方向运动,使所述传动件驱动所述顶紧件沿所述第二方向运动以顶紧所述第二导杆。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述云台框架包括两个所述第二导杆,两个所述第二导杆分别连接于所述第一导杆的相对两端,所述锁紧机构包括两个所述顶紧件,两个所述顶紧件分别设于所述传动件的两端,用以分别顶紧两个所述第二导杆。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述顶紧件包括抵持端,所述抵持端朝向所述传动件,所述抵持端与所述传动件传动连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述抵持端的端面呈斜面,所述传动件的两端分别设有斜面,所述抵持端的端面与所述传动件的斜面相契合,所述顶紧件和所述传动件通过斜面传动连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述传动件的两端还分别设有平面,所述斜面和对应的平面共同构成嵌合槽,所述顶紧件的抵持端收容于所述嵌合槽内。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述嵌合槽自所述传动件的端面向内凹陷形成,所述斜面和平面形成一个锐角。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述驱动件包括螺接部,所述螺接部与所述抵持件螺合连接,所述螺接部沿预定方向转动时,所述驱动件能够带动所述抵持件抵持所述第一导杆。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述驱动件还包括连接段,所述螺接部设于所述连接段的一端,所述连接段穿设于所述传动件内。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述驱动件还包括凸起部,所述凸起部自所述连接段的侧面向外延伸形成,所述螺接部沿预定方向转动时,所述凸起部抵持所述传动件并带动所述传动件沿第一方向运动。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述驱动件还包括旋转部,所述旋转部设于所述连接段远离所述螺接部的一端,所述锁紧机构还包括旋钮,所述旋钮固定于所述旋转部上,用以旋动所述螺接部。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述传动件收容于所述第一导杆内,所述传动件上设有导向槽,所述驱动件穿过所述第一导杆和所述导向槽以与所述抵持件连接。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构还包括滑动件,所述滑动件安装于所述导向槽上并收容于所述第一导杆内,所述锁紧机构未锁紧时,所述滑动件能够沿着所述导向槽滑动。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述滑动件与所述抵持件共同连接于所述驱动件上,操作所述驱动件时,所述驱动件能够推动所述滑动件以挤压所述传动件朝向所述第一方向运动。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述滑动件包括第一固定件和第二固定件,所述第一固定件和所述第二固定件固定连接以穿设于所述导向槽中并卡接于所述导向槽的开口两端。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述抵持件包括抱紧件和连接件,所述抱紧件设于所述第一导杆和所述连接件之间,所述驱动件穿过所述传动件和所述抱紧件并与所述连接件驱动连接。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述抱紧件包括背对设置的抱紧面和抵持面,所述抱紧面朝向所述导杆,所述抵持面朝向所述连接件,操作所述驱动件时,所述连接件抵持所述抵持面,所述抱紧面抱紧所述第一导杆。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述云台框架还包括安装板,所述安装板用于固定所述负载,所述安装板连接于所述连接件上,操作所述驱动件时,所述驱动件能够带动所述连接件抵持所述安装板以锁紧所述安装板。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述安装板中形成滑槽,所述连接件滑动地部分收容于所述滑槽内。
  19. 如权利要求2所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述第一导杆上设有收容槽,所述传动件和两个所述顶紧件收容于所述收容槽内。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述云台框架还包括两个套筒,两个所述套筒分别固定于所述第一导杆的相对两端,用以将每一个所述第二导杆和与其相对的所述第一导杆的一端连接。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述套筒为至少一端开口的空心体,所述套筒套设并固定于所述第一导杆的端口处,所述套筒的侧面设有定位槽,所述定位槽贯穿所述套筒以定位所述第二导杆。
  22. 如权利要求2所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述云台框架还包括第三导杆,所述第三导杆与所述第一导杆相对设置,且位于两个所述第二导杆之间以连接两个所述第二导杆;所述第一导杆、两个所述第二导杆和所述第三导杆共同围成一个四边形框体。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的云台框架,其特征在于,所述云台框架还包括至少一个重心调节及锁定机构,所述重心调节及锁定机构固定于所述云台框架的至少一个导杆上,用以调节所述云台框架的重心。
  24. 一种云台,包括电机组件,其特征在于,所述云台还包括用于装设负载的云台框架,所述电机组件固定于所述云台框架上并能够驱动所述云台框架转动,所述云台框架包括第一导杆和第二导杆,所述第二导杆与所述第一导杆的端部连接,所述云台框架还包括锁紧机构,所述锁紧机构装设于所述第一导杆上,所述锁紧机构包括:
    传动件,设置于所述第一导杆上并能够沿所述第一导杆沿第一方向运动;
    至少一个顶紧件,设置于所述第一导杆上并能够沿所述第一导杆沿第二方向运动,所述顶紧件与所述传动件传动配合,所述传动件沿所述第一方向运动时能够驱动所述顶紧件沿所述第二方向运动;
    抵持件,设置于所述传动件一侧;以及
    驱动件,与所述抵持件连接;
    其中,操作所述驱动件时,所述驱动件能够带动所述抵持件沿所述第一方向相反的方向运动并抵持所述第一导杆,同时能够带动所述传动件沿所述第一方向运动,使所述传动件驱动所述顶紧件沿所述第二方向运动以顶紧所述第二导杆。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的云台,其特征在于,所述云台框架包括两个所述第二导杆,两个所述第二导杆分别连接于所述第一导杆的相对两端,所述锁紧机构包括两个所述顶紧件,两个所述顶紧件分别设于所述传动件的两端,用以分别顶紧两个所述第二导杆。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的云台,其特征在于,所述顶紧件包括抵持端,所述抵持端朝向所述传动件,所述抵持端与所述传动件传动连接。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的云台,其特征在于,所述抵持端的端面呈斜面,所述传动件的两端分别设有斜面,所述抵持端的端面与所述传动件的斜面相契合,所述顶紧件和所述传动件通过斜面传动连接。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的云台,其特征在于,所述传动件的两端还分别设有平面,所述斜面和对应的平面共同构成嵌合槽,所述顶紧件的抵持端收容于所述嵌合槽内。
  29. 如权利要求28所述的云台,其特征在于,所述嵌合槽自所述传动件的端面向内凹陷形成,所述斜面和平面形成一个锐角。
  30. 如权利要求24所述的云台,其特征在于,所述驱动件包括螺接部,所述螺接部与所述抵持件螺合连接,所述螺接部沿预定方向转动时,所述驱动件能够带动所述抵持件抵持所述第一导杆。
  31. 如权利要求30所述的云台,其特征在于,所述驱动件还包括连接段,所述螺接部设于所述连接段的一端,所述连接段穿设于所述传动件内。
  32. 如权利要求31所述的云台,其特征在于,所述驱动件还包括凸起部,所述凸起部自所述连接段的侧面向外延伸形成,所述螺接部沿预定方向转动时,所述凸起部抵持所述传动件并带动所述传动件沿第一方向运动。
  33. 如权利要求31所述的云台,其特征在于,所述驱动件还包括旋转部,所述旋转部设于所述连接段远离所述螺接部的一端,所述锁紧机构还包括旋钮,所述旋钮固定于所述旋转部上,用以旋动所述螺接部。
  34. 如权利要求24所述的云台,其特征在于,所述传动件收容于所述第一导杆内,所述传动件上设有导向槽,所述驱动件穿过所述第一导杆和所述导向槽以与所述抵持件连接。
  35. 如权利要求34所述的云台,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构还包括滑动件,所述滑动件安装于所述导向槽上并收容于所述第一导杆内,所述锁紧机构未锁紧时,所述滑动件能够沿着所述导向槽滑动。
  36. 如权利要求35所述的云台,其特征在于,所述滑动件与所述抵持件共同连接于所述驱动件上,操作所述驱动件时,所述驱动件能够推动所述滑动件以挤压所述传动件朝向所述第一方向运动。
  37. 如权利要求35所述的云台,其特征在于,所述滑动件包括第一固定件和第二固定件,所述第一固定件和所述第二固定件固定连接以穿设于所述导向槽中并卡接于所述导向槽的开口两端。
  38. 如权利要求24所述的云台,其特征在于,所述抵持件包括抱紧件和连接件,所述抱紧件设于所述第一导杆和所述连接件之间,所述驱动件穿过所述传动件和所述抱紧件并与所述连接件驱动连接。
  39. 如权利要求38所述的云台,其特征在于,所述抱紧件包括背对设置的抱紧面和抵持面,所述抱紧面朝向所述导杆,所述抵持面朝向所述连接件,操作所述驱动件时,所述连接件抵持所述抵持面,所述抱紧面抱紧所述第一导杆。
  40. 如权利要求38所述的云台,其特征在于,所述云台框架还包括安装板,所述安装板用于固定所述负载,所述安装板连接于所述连接件上,操作所述驱动件时,所述驱动件能够带动所述连接件抵持所述安装板以锁紧所述安装板。
  41. 如权利要求40所述的云台,其特征在于,所述安装板中形成滑槽,所述连接件滑动地部分收容于所述滑槽内。
  42. 如权利要求25所述的云台,其特征在于,所述第一导杆上设有收容槽,所述传动件和两个所述顶紧件收容于所述收容槽内。
  43. 如权利要求42所述的云台,其特征在于,所述云台框架还包括两个套筒,两个所述套筒分别固定于所述第一导杆的相对两端,用以将每一个所述第二导杆和与其相对的所述第一导杆的一端连接。
  44. 如权利要求43所述的云台,其特征在于,所述套筒为至少一端开口的空心体,所述套筒套设并固定于所述第一导杆的端口处,所述套筒的侧面设有定位槽,所述定位槽贯穿所述套筒以定位所述第二导杆。
  45. 如权利要求25所述的云台,其特征在于,所述云台框架还包括第三导杆,所述第三导杆与所述第一导杆相对设置,且位于两个所述第二导杆之间以连接两个所述第二导杆;所述第一导杆、两个所述第二导杆和所述第三导杆共同围成一个四边形框体。
  46. 如权利要求45所述的云台,其特征在于,所述云台框架还包括至少一个重心调节及锁定机构,所述重心调节及锁定机构固定于所述云台框架的至少一个导杆上,用以调节所述云台框架的重心。
  47. 一种拍摄装置,包括拍摄器,其特征在于,所述拍摄装置还包括云台,所述云台包括云台框架和用于驱动所述云台框架的电机组件,所述拍摄器固定于所述云台框架上,所述电机组件用以改变所述拍摄器的高度和/或方向,并使所述拍摄器稳定保持在预设的姿态上;所述云台框架包括第一导杆和第二导杆,所述第二导杆与所述第一导杆的端部连接,所述云台框架还包括锁紧机构,所述锁紧机构装设于所述第一导杆上,所述锁紧机构包括:
    传动件,设置于所述第一导杆上并能够沿所述第一导杆沿第一方向运动;
    至少一个顶紧件,设置于所述第一导杆上并能够沿所述第一导杆沿第二方向运动,所述顶紧件与所述传动件传动配合,所述传动件沿所述第一方向运动时能够驱动两个所述顶紧件沿所述第二方向运动;
    抵持件,设置于所述传动件一侧;以及
    驱动件,与所述抵持件连接;
    其中,操作所述驱动件时,所述驱动件能够带动所述抵持件沿所述第一方向相反的方向运动并抵持所述第一导杆,同时能够带动所述传动件沿所述第一方向运动,使所述传动件驱动所述顶紧件沿所述第二方向运动以顶紧所述第二导杆。
  48. 如权利要求47所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述云台框架包括两个所述第二导杆,两个所述第二导杆分别连接于所述第一导杆的相对两端,所述锁紧机构包括两个所述顶紧件,两个所述顶紧件分别设于所述传动件的两端,用以分别顶紧两个所述第二导杆。
  49. 如权利要求48所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述顶紧件包括抵持端,所述抵持端朝向所述传动件,所述抵持端与所述传动件传动连接。
  50. 如权利要求49所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述抵持端的端面呈斜面,所述传动件的两端分别设有斜面,所述抵持端的端面与所述传动件的斜面相契合,所述顶紧件和所述传动件通过斜面传动连接。
  51. 如权利要求50所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述传动件的两端还分别设有平面,所述斜面和对应的平面共同构成嵌合槽,所述顶紧件的抵持端收容于所述嵌合槽内。
  52. 如权利要求51所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述嵌合槽自所述传动件的端面向内凹陷形成,所述斜面和平面形成一个锐角。
  53. 如权利要求47所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述驱动件包括螺接部,所述螺接部与所述抵持件螺合连接,所述螺接部沿预定方向转动时,所述驱动件能够带动所述抵持件抵持所述第一导杆。
  54. 如权利要求53所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述驱动件还包括连接段,所述螺接部设于所述连接段的一端,所述连接段穿设于所述传动件内。
  55. 如权利要求54所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述驱动件还包括凸起部,所述凸起部自所述连接段的侧面向外延伸形成,所述螺接部沿预定方向转动时,所述凸起部抵持所述传动件并带动所述传动件沿第一方向运动。
  56. 如权利要求54所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述驱动件还包括旋转部,所述旋转部设于所述连接段远离所述螺接部的一端,所述锁紧机构还包括旋钮,所述旋钮固定于所述旋转部上,用以旋动所述螺接部。
  57. 如权利要求47所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述传动件收容于所述第一导杆内,所述传动件上设有导向槽,所述驱动件穿过所述第一导杆和所述导向槽以与所述抵持件连接。
  58. 如权利要求57所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构还包括滑动件,所述滑动件安装于所述导向槽上并收容于所述第一导杆内,所述锁紧机构未锁紧时,所述滑动件能够沿着所述导向槽滑动。
  59. 如权利要求58所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述滑动件与所述抵持件共同连接于所述驱动件上,操作所述驱动件时,所述驱动件能够推动所述滑动件以挤压所述传动件朝向所述第一方向运动。
  60. 如权利要求58所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述滑动件包括第一固定件和第二固定件,所述第一固定件和所述第二固定件固定连接以穿设于所述导向槽中并卡接于所述导向槽的开口两端。
  61. 如权利要求47所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述抵持件包括抱紧件和连接件,所述抱紧件设于所述第一导杆和所述连接件之间,所述驱动件穿过所述传动件和所述抱紧件并与所述连接件驱动连接。
  62. 如权利要求61所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述抱紧件包括背对设置的抱紧面和抵持面,所述抱紧面朝向所述导杆,所述抵持面朝向所述连接件,操作所述驱动件时,所述连接件抵持所述抵持面,所述抱紧面抱紧所述第一导杆。
  63. 如权利要求61所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述云台框架还包括安装板,所述安装板用于固定所述负载,所述安装板连接于所述连接件上,操作所述驱动件时,所述驱动件能够带动所述连接件抵持所述安装板以锁紧所述安装板。
  64. 如权利要求63所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述安装板中形成滑槽,所述连接件滑动地部分收容于所述滑槽内。
  65. 如权利要求48所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述第一导杆上设有收容槽,所述传动件和两个所述顶紧件收容于所述收容槽内。
  66. 如权利要求65所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述云台框架还包括两个套筒,两个所述套筒分别固定于所述第一导杆的相对两端,用以将每一个所述第二导杆和与其相对的所述第一导杆的一端连接。
  67. 如权利要求66所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述套筒为至少一端开口的空心体,所述套筒套设并固定于所述第一导杆的端口处,所述套筒的侧面设有定位槽,所述定位槽贯穿所述套筒以定位所述第二导杆。
  68. 如权利要求48所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述云台框架还包括第三导杆,所述第三导杆与所述第一导杆相对设置,且位于两个所述第二导杆之间以连接两个所述第二导杆;所述第一导杆、两个所述第二导杆和所述第三导杆共同围成一个四边形框体。
  69. 如权利要求68所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述云台框架还包括至少一个重心调节及锁定机构,所述重心调节及锁定机构固定于所述云台框架的至少一个导杆上,用以调节所述云台框架的重心。
  70. 如权利要求47所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述拍摄器采用摄像机或照相机。
