  • the present invention relates to cold rolled steel sheets used in cylindrical cans for battery cases of electric vehicles and the like, and more particularly, to cold rolled steel sheets excellent in high temperature characteristics and room temperature processability, and a method of manufacturing the same.
  • a battery can material is widely used as a battery case material for a secondary battery in the electric vehicle field, including not only a primary battery but also a mobile device such as a mobile phone and a power tool.
  • Heat resistance characteristics can be evaluated by various methods. For example, electric vehicle manufacturers apply a method of evaluating the stability of a cell by charging a battery case to a temperature of about 600 ° C. and then applying heat resistance characteristics at a constant temperature. It is emerging as an important management factor.
  • sag resistance is also regarded as an important management factor.
  • Sag refers to the characteristic that sagging occurs due to the material change of the material repeatedly exposed to high temperature. If this phenomenon occurs, it is difficult to maintain the shape of the molded part, and if the thermal stress is concentrated on a specific part, the high temperature strength is lowered, and if the product shape is deformed or severely broken, breakage may occur.

Description

본 발명의 일 측면에 따르는 냉연강판은 중량%로, C:0.0005~0.003%, Mn:0.30~0.70%, Al:0.02~0.10%, P:0.003~0.020%, N:0.002~0.006%, S:0.015% 이하(0% 포함), V:0.01~0.05%, B:0.0005~0.0035%, W:0.04~0.10%, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고; 하기 관계식(1)로 표시되는 상기 V와 B에 대한 C 및 N의 유효 원자비가 0.00009~0.00069이고;
(V*1.2B)/(C+N)
본 발명의 바람직한 다른 일 측면에 따르는 냉연강판의 제조방법은 중량%로, C:0.0005~0.003%, Mn:0.30~0.70%, Al:0.02~0.10%, P:0.003~0.020%, N:0.002~0.006%, S:0.015% 이하(0% 포함), V:0.01~0.05%, B:0.0005~0.0035%, W:0.04~0.10%, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 하기 관계식(1)로 표시되는 상기 V와 B에 대한 C 및 N의 유효 원자비가 0.00009~0.00069인 강 슬라브를 가열하는 슬라브 가열단계;

가열된 슬라브를 900~950℃의 마무리 압연온도조건으로 열간압연하여 열연강판을 얻는 열간압연단계;
상기 열연강판을 560~680℃에서 권취하는 권취단계;
