Abstract

L'invention vise à mettre au point un dispositif du type décrit présentant des propriétés améliorées en termes de détermination de température. À cet effet, l'invention concerne un dispositif pour appareil de cuisson, en particulier un dispositif pour appareil de cuisson à induction, comprenant au moins un élément chauffant (12), qui, dans au moins un mode de chauffage, sert à faire chauffer au moins un objet (14), et une unité de commande (16) qui est conçue pour déterminer, dans ledit mode de chauffage, une température (T) de l'objet (14) chauffé par l'élément chauffant (12) à partir d'une impédance (Z0) d'un système (18) comprenant l'élément chauffant (12) et l'objet (14).
