Description

一种加强芯涂液设备 技术领域
本发明涉及加强芯技术领域,具体地涉及一种加强芯涂液设备。
背景技术
随着科技的迅速发展,人们对通信网络和信息传输的依赖性日益增加,从而致使光缆的生产与日俱增。在光缆加强芯的生产过程中,主体芯线(玻璃纱)需要经过复合型环氧树脂(胶水)的粘合,而后加热成型,生产出光缆加强芯。但是,生产过程中,往往将涂液直接装在箱中,在箱体一侧开槽,将加强芯穿过开槽后涂液,这样容易使液体从空隙中流出,造成环境污染,并且对开槽的密封性要求高,开槽处的密封塞需要经常更换,增加生产成本。因此,如何改进加强芯涂液设备以简化结构、提高产品质量、减少浪费的问题是目前业界亟待解决的需要课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单、产品质量高、减少浪费的加强芯涂液设备。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种加强芯涂液设备,所述加强芯涂液设备包括:盛液箱,所示盛液箱内设有涂液;
导轮组,所述导轮组包括至少两个导轮;所述导轮组用于引导加强芯;
涂液轮,所述涂液轮设置在所述盛液箱内,且所述涂液轮位于至少两个所述导轮之间;所述涂液轮的第一部分浸没在所述涂液内;
加强芯从所述导轮组中的一个导轮穿入,经过所述涂液轮的第一部分N次后,从所述导轮组中的另一个导轮穿出;其中,N≥1,N为正整数。
进一步地,所述导轮组包括:第一导论和第二导论;所述第一导论和
所述第二导论分别位于所述涂液轮两侧;
加强芯的一端从所述第一导论的第一面穿入,从所述涂液轮的第一部分穿出,从所述第二导论的第一面穿入,从所述第二导论的第二面穿出,从所述涂液轮的第一部分穿入,从所述第一导论的第一面穿入,从所述第一导论的第二面穿出,从所述涂液轮的第一部分穿入,从所述第二导论的第一面穿出;
其中,所述第一导论的第一面与所述第二导论的第一面位于同侧,所述第一导论的第二面、所述涂液轮的第一部分、及所述第二导论的第二面位于同侧。
进一步地,所述加强芯涂液设备包括:液面检测装置,所述液面检测装置设置在所述盛液箱内,用于检测所述盛液箱内涂液的液面高度。
进一步地,所述液面检测装置为红外测距仪。
进一步地,所述加强芯涂液设备包括:报警装置,所述报警装置与所述液面检测装置电连接。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:使用本发明提供的加强芯涂液设备通过设置包含至少两个导轮的导轮组,将涂液轮设置在至少两个导轮之间,且涂液轮的第一部分浸没在所述涂液内。加强芯从导轮组中的一个导轮穿入,经过涂液轮的第一部分N次后,从导轮组中的另一个导轮穿出,从而实现对加强芯进行多次涂液,使加强芯涂液充分且均匀,提高了产品质量。同时,较现有技术,减少了环境污染,减少了资源浪费。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1为本发明的加强芯涂液设备的结构示意图。结合图1和图2所示,所述加强芯涂液设备包括:盛液箱1、导轮组2和涂液轮3。所述盛液箱1内设有涂液5。所述导轮组2包括至少两个导轮。所述导轮组2用于引导加强芯6。所述涂液轮3设置在所述盛液箱1内,且所述涂液轮3位于至少两个所述导轮之间;所述涂液轮3的第一部分浸没在所述涂液5内。加强芯6从所述导轮组2中的一个导轮穿入,经过所述涂液轮3的第一部分N次后,从所述导轮组2中的另一个导轮穿出。其中,N≥1,N为正整数。其中,所述涂液轮3的第一部分而非所述涂液轮3的全部。
使用本发明提供的加强芯涂液设备通过设置包含至少两个导轮的导轮组2,将涂液轮3设置在至少两个导轮之间,且涂液轮3的第一部分浸没在所述涂液5内。加强芯6从导轮组2中的一个导轮穿入,经过涂液5轮3的第一部分N次后,从导轮组2中的另一个导轮穿出,从而实现对加强芯6进行多次涂液5,使加强芯6涂液5充分且均匀,提高了产品质量。同时,较现有技术,减少了环境污染,减少了资源浪费。
进一步的,上述发明实施例中所述的导轮组2可以包括两个导轮、三个导轮或五个导轮,本发明实施例不做具体限定。具体实施时,以导轮组2包括两个导轮为例:导轮组2包括:第一导轮21和第二导轮22。所述第一导轮21和所述第二导轮22分别位于所述涂液轮3两侧。加强芯6的一端从所述第一导轮21的第一面穿入,从所述涂液轮3的第一部分穿出,从所述第二导轮22的第一面穿入,从所述第二导轮22的第二面穿出,从所述涂液轮3的第一部分穿入,从所述第一导轮21的第一面穿入,从所述第一导轮21的第二面穿出,从所述涂液轮3的第一部分穿入,从所述第二导轮22的第一面穿出。其中,所述第一导轮21的第一面与所述第二导轮22的第一面位于同侧,所述第一导轮21的第二面、所述涂液5轮3 的第一部分、及所述第二导轮22的第二面位于同侧。
进一步的,上述发明实施例中所述的加强芯涂液设备还包括:液面检测装置4,所述液面检测装置4设置在所述盛液箱1内,用于检测所述盛液箱1内涂液5的液面高度。具体实施时,所述液面检测装置4为红外测距仪。在实际应用中,液面检测装置4检测盛液箱1内的涂液5液面高度,处于涂液轮3的转轴之下,涂液轮3的下边缘之上的位置。
进一步的,上述发明实施例中所述的加强芯涂液设备还包括:报警装置。所述报警装置与所述液面检测装置4电连接。当液面检测装置4检测到盛液箱1内的涂液5液面高度低于预定高度时,液面检测装置4向报警装置发出报警信息,报警装置根据报警信息进行报警。其中,报警装置可以为警灯或警铃。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种加强芯涂液设备,其特征在于,包括:
    盛液箱,所示盛液箱内设有涂液;
    导轮组,所述导轮组包括至少两个导轮;所述导轮组用于引导加强芯;
    涂液轮,所述涂液轮设置在所述盛液箱内,且所述涂液轮位于至少两个所述导轮之间;所述涂液轮的第一部分浸没在所述涂液内;
    加强芯从所述导轮组中的一个导轮穿入,经过所述涂液轮的第一部分N次后,从所述导轮组中的另一个导轮穿出;其中,N≥1,N为正整数。
  2. 根据权利要求2所述的加强芯涂液设备,其特征在于,所述导轮组包括:第一导论和第二导论;所述第一导论和所述第二导论分别位于所述涂液轮两侧;
    加强芯的一端从所述第一导论的第一面穿入,从所述涂液轮的第一部分穿出,从所述第二导论的第一面穿入,从所述第二导论的第二面穿出,从所述涂液轮的第一部分穿入,从所述第一导论的第一面穿入,从所述第一导论的第二面穿出,从所述涂液轮的第一部分穿入,从所述第二导论的第一面穿出;
    其中,所述第一导论的第一面与所述第二导论的第一面位于同侧,所述第一导论的第二面、所述涂液轮的第一部分、及所述第二导论的第二面位于同侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的加强芯涂液设备,其特征在于,所述加强芯涂液设备还包括:
    液面检测装置,所述液面检测装置设置在所述盛液箱内,用于检测所述盛液箱内涂液的液面高度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的加强芯涂液设备,其特征在于,所述液面检测装置为红外测距仪。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的加强芯涂液设备,其特征在于,所述加强 芯涂液设备还包括:
    报警装置,所述报警装置与所述液面检测装置电连接。
