Description
本发明涉及家用烤箱、微波炉、光波炉。
中国专利号201611167405X公开的《一种双旋转烧烤装置》的技术方案,提供一种适用于任意形状的烹饪腔、任意开启方式的烧烤装置的双旋转烧烤装置,解决了圆桶形烹饪腔无法阻止上盖跟随烤架旋转的技术问题,但该方案是建立在特有的传动配合和烤架底盘结构基础上的,必须对烧烤装置进行整机和烤架重新设计、制作,因此,至少己有的烧烤装置不能采用,该方案的最大的、最难以解决的不足是为了避免烤盘轴连接部渗漏,转动部件与底盘之间必须采用紧密配合,虽然其间采用了自润滑轴套,但由此产生的转动阻力仍然很大,不仅增加了能耗,而且对驱动电机的输出转矩、功率和散热条件都提出了更高的要求,造成成本的提升。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足,提供一种不需要改变己有传动装置和烤架底盘的结构、不增加能耗和成本的双旋转烧烤装置,本发明的技术方案是:一种双旋转烧烤装置,包括驱动电机、电控装置和烤架,所述的烤架包括由环形上、下盖和驱动齿轮构成的双旋转组合载具,所述的环形上盖的内壁外侧设有与上述的驱动齿轮咬合的咬齿,其特征在于:所述的环形上盖可以转动,所述的驱动电机为双向电机,烧烤时,在所述的上盖与烤架达到同步旋转时/后,转换转向。
所述的环形上盖中心处设有下垂的配重;所述的环形上盖的内壁向下延伸,用于增加上盖的转动惯量。
现有技术实现双旋转烧烤的构思是通过阻止上盖转动实现驱动齿轮与上盖的相对转动,进而实现驱动齿轮在绕烤架轴线旋转的同时绕自身轴线旋转,本发明的技术构思是:允许上盖转动,通过对电控装置控制驱动电机适时改变转向,利用上盖的惯性,使上盖与驱动齿轮的相对转动,实现双旋转烧烤。由于不需要阻止上盖转动,所以,不需要止动部件,并且与烹饪腔形状和开启方式、传动装置设计及其部件结构都无关,因此,与现有技术相比,具有更好的适用性,更便于生产和推广,并具有结构简单、成本低、节省能源等有益技术成果。

其中:1为烹饪腔、2为烤架、2.1~2.4依次为烤架的底盘、立柱、上梁和组合载具,2.41~2.43依次为组合载具的上盖、驱动齿轮和下盖,2.411~2.414依次为上盖的顶部、内壁、配重梁和配重,3为驱动电机、4为电控装置。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
参见图1-图4,本实施例包括环形烹饪腔1、双旋转烤架2、驱动电机3、电控装置4,所述的烤架2包括底盘2.1、立柱2.2、上梁2.3、组合载具2.4,其中组合载具包括环形上盖2.41、驱动齿轮2.42和下盖2.43,所述的环形上盖2.41的内壁2.412外侧设有与上述的驱动齿轮2.42咬合的咬齿,用于在驱动齿轮2.42随烤架2旋转时,使其产生绕自身轴线的旋转运动,所述的上盖2.41与在环形上盖2.41的内壁2.412的内侧设有配重梁2.413,在该梁的中心处设有下垂的配重2.414,用于增加上盖的转动惯量,烧烤时,通过电控装置4控制驱动电机3的转向,摆脱上盖2.41的跟随,使之相对上述的驱动齿轮2.42旋转运动,具体说,每当上盖2.41达到与烤架2同步旋转时/后,使驱动电机3转换转向,由于所述的上盖2.41设置成可以转动的,所以,当使驱动电机3转换转向,不会随之改变转向,而是在惯性的驱动下,继续沿之前的转向旋转一段时间,因此,使得所述的驱动齿轮2.42与上盖2.41转动方向相反,使驱动齿轮2.42在绕烤架轴线旋转的同时绕自身轴线旋转,从而在不需阻止上盖2.41转动的情况下实现双旋转烧烤。由于不需要阻止上盖2.41转动,不需要采取任何阻止其转动的措施,所以,不仅与烹饪腔的形状和开启方式无关,而且,不需要对烤架的底盘进行开孔,也不需要设置固定的转轴,所以,不需要对已有装置进行结构上的改变,因此,与现有技术相比,具有方便采用、节省开发、制造成本等有益技术效果。
实施例2
参见图5-图7,本实施例与实施例1相比,区别主要在于省去了上盖2.41的配重梁和配重,
通过向下延伸上盖2.41的内壁2.412以及加厚内壁2.412的厚度增加上盖2.41的转动惯量,好处是由于转动半径较大,所以可以较小的重量增加获得较大的转动惯量,不仅如此,而且上盖2.41的结构更加简洁,成本更低。其他未述及部分,同实施例1。
需要指出的是,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所做的等效变换,或相同实质含义的不同表述,以及直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均在本发明的专利保护范围内。
Claims (3)
- 一种双旋转烧烤装置,包括驱动电机、电控装置和烤架,所述的烤架包括由环形上、下盖和驱动齿轮构成的双旋转组合载具,所述的环形上盖的内壁外侧设有与上述的驱动齿轮咬合的咬齿,其特征在于:所述的环形上盖可以转动,所述的驱动电机为双向电机,烧烤时,在所述的上盖与烤架达到同步旋转时/后,转换转向。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种双旋转烧烤装置,其特征在于:所述的环形上盖中心处设有下垂的配重。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种双旋转烧烤装置,其特征在于:所述的环形上盖的内壁向下延伸,用于增加上盖的转动惯量。
