背景技术
随着科技的迅速发展,人们对通信网络和信息传输的依赖性日益增加,从而致使光缆的生产与日俱增。在光缆加强芯的生产过程中,主体芯线(玻璃纱)需要经过复合型环氧树脂(胶水)的粘合,而后加热成型,生产出光缆加强芯。但是,生产过程中,通常采用盛液盆浸渍加强芯后再进行加热成型工艺,加强芯长距离的涂液会附着杂质,影响产品质量;同时,长距离的涂液会产生不必要的胶水浪费,如何改进加热固化装置以简化结构、提高产品质量、减少浪费的问题是目前业界亟待解决的需要课题。

本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单、减少劳动力、增加产品质量、提高生产效率的加热固化装置。

本发明提供了一种加热固化装置,所述加热固化装置用于加强芯制备设备,其包括:

采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:使用本发明提供的加热固化装置通过设置第一舱体和第二舱体,在第一舱体和第二舱体内设置温度传感器,第一舱体的一端设有第一模具,第二舱体的一端与第一舱体的另一端连接,第二舱体的一端设有第二模具;第二舱体的另一端设有第三模具。避免了将加强芯在一个温度固化后放入下一个温度进行固化的过程中致使加强芯损坏,从而减少劳动力、增加产品质量、提高生产效率,而且结构简单。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体 实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1为本发明的加热固化装置的结构示意图。如图1所示,所述加热固化装置包括:第一舱体21,第二舱体22和两个温度传感器23。所述第一舱体21的一端设有第一模具24。所述第二舱体22的一端与所述第一舱体21的另一端连接,所述第二舱体22的一端设有第二模具25。所述第二舱体22的另一端设有第三模具26。两个所述温度传感器23分别设置在所述第一舱体21和所述第二舱体22内,用于检测所述第一舱体21和所述第二舱体22内的温度。较现有技术中,通过将加强芯10在一个温度固化后放入下一个温度进行固化的方式,本发明实施例提供的加强芯10制备设备,通过将涂胶的加强芯10各个部分同时在不同的温度下固化的方式,避免加强芯10固化过程中受到损坏,安全性更高,增加了产品质量。具体实施时,加热固化装置2由上部分和下部分组成;所述上部分与所述下部分扣合或展开。
使用本发明提供的加热固化装置通过设置第一舱体和第二舱体,在第一舱体和第二舱体内设置温度传感器,第一舱体的一端设有第一模具,第二舱体的一端与第一舱体的另一端连接,第二舱体的一端设有第二模具;第二舱体的另一端设有第三模具。避免了将加强芯在一个温度固化后放入下一个温度进行固化的过程中致使加强芯损坏,从而减少劳动力、增加产品质量、提高生产效率,而且结构简单。
为了防止加热固化装置2内部堵塞,所述加热固化装置2进一步包括:碎屑收集器27,所述碎屑收集器27分别与第一空间和第二空间连接。其中,所述第一空间为所述第二舱体22与所述第二模具25形成的空间,所述第二空间为所述第二舱体22与所述第三模具26形成的空间。由于涂胶的加强芯10在固化的过程中会有部分胶料脱落致使加热固化装置2内部堵塞,所以碎屑收集器27得设置能够将脱落的胶料收集,确保了加强芯10的制备流程顺畅进行,提高了生产效率。在实际应用中,所述第一舱体21的长度与所述第二舱体22的长度比大于等于2:1。在实际应用中,所述第三模具26的直径小于所述第一模具24的直径,所述第一模具24的直径小于所述第二模具25的直径。
图2为本发明的加强芯制备设备的结构示意图。如图2所示,所述加强芯制备设备包括:涂胶装置1、加热固化装置2、卷绕机构3和驱动装置4。所述涂胶装置1具有容置空间、入口111和出口112,所述入口111和所述出口112与所述容置空间连通。所述容置空间内容纳有胶液。所述涂胶装置1用于对从所述入口111进入所述容置空间内,并从所述出口112移出的加强芯10进行涂胶。所述加热固化装置2用于对涂胶的加强芯10进行加热固化形成具有保护层的加强芯10。所述卷绕机构3用于将所述具有保护层的加强芯10卷起。所述驱动装置4与所述加强芯10连接,用于驱动所述加强芯10依次穿过所述涂胶装置1和所述加热固化装置2后所述具有保护层的加强芯10,并由所述卷绕机构3卷起。在实际应用中,为了方便加强芯10贯穿加热固化装置2,加热固化装置2由上部分和下部分组成;所述上部分与所述下部分扣合或展开。在实际应用中,驱动装置4可以为导论。
使用本发明提供的加强芯制备设备通过驱动装置4驱动加强芯10依次穿过涂胶装置1形成涂有胶液的加强芯10后,经加热固化装置2加热固化形成具有保护层的加强芯10,最后由卷绕机构3卷起,使得加强芯10的制备流程顺畅,从而节省时间、减少劳动力、提高了生产效率、提高产品质量、减少浪费,而且结构简单。
为了防止长距离的涂胶致使杂质粘附在加强芯10上的现象发生,所述涂胶装置1进一步包括:涂胶柱11,两个压力传感器12,风力增压器13,所述涂胶柱11具有所述容置空间、入口111和出口112。其中,涂胶柱11的高度大于1m。所述涂胶柱11竖直设置。两个所述压力传感器12分别设置在所述涂胶柱11入口111处的内侧和外侧,用于检测所述涂胶柱11入口111处内部和外部的压力值。所述风力增压器13与所述入口111对应,用于抵消所述涂胶柱11入口111处内部和外部的压力,以防所述容置空间内的胶液从所述入口111流出。具体实施时,加强芯10在驱动装置4的驱动下从入口111进入涂胶柱11的容置空间内,并与容置空间内的胶液接触,从而实现对加强芯10涂胶工艺。较现有技术,加强芯10涂胶过程中不易粘附杂质。具体实施时,压力传感器12检测涂胶柱11内 部和外部的压力,以控制风力增压器13的输出压力,以抵消所述涂胶柱11入口111处内部和外部的压力,使涂胶柱11内部和外部的压力平衡,从而防止涂胶柱11的容置空间内胶液从入口111流出,减少了胶液浪费。
为了进一步减少胶液浪费,上述发明实施了中上述的涂胶柱11上设有进液口113,所述进液口113靠近所述出口112。在本实施了中,进液口113的设置可以确保涂胶柱11的容置空间内胶液量充足,保证了加强芯10涂胶充分,提高了加强芯10质量。为了更进一步减少胶液浪费,优选的,所述入口111为锥形。其中,为了便于清洗涂胶柱11,锥形入口111可拆卸。所述出口112为喇叭状。在具体实施时,当加强芯10涂完胶液从出口112移出时,加强芯10会粘附有多量的胶液,而出口112为喇叭状得设置使得出口112具有收集多余胶液的功能,有效的避免了胶液浪费。
为了进一步确保加强芯10的质量,所述涂胶装置1进一步包括:位置传感器14和加液装置。所述位置传感器14设置在所述涂胶柱11的内壁上,用于检测所述容置空间内胶液的位置信息。所述加液装置分别与所述位置传感器14和所述进液口113连接,用于根据所述位置信息执行加液动作。在本实施例中,加液装置可根据涂胶柱11的容置空间内胶液量进行加液,能够及时补充,保证了加强芯10涂胶充分,提高了加强芯10质量。同时,灵活性较高。
为了进一步提高加强芯10的质量,所述加热固化装置2进一步包括:第一舱体21,第二舱体22和两个温度传感器23。所述第一舱体21的一端设有第一模具24。所述第二舱体22的一端与所述第一舱体21的另一端连接,所述第二舱体22的一端设有第二模具25。所述第二舱体22的另一端设有第三模具26。两个所述温度传感器23分别设置在所述第一舱体21和所述第二舱体22内,用于检测所述第一舱体21和所述第二舱体22内的温度。较现有技术中,通过将加强芯10在一个温度固化后放入下一个温度进行固化的方式,本发明实施例提供的加强芯10制备设备,通过将涂胶的加强芯10各个部分同时在不同的温度下固化的方式,避免加强芯10固化过程中受到损坏,安全性更高,增加了产品质量。
为了防止加热固化装置2内部堵塞,所述加热固化装置2进一步包括:碎屑收集器27,所述碎屑收集器27分别与第一空间和第二空间连接。其中,所述第一空间为所述第二舱体22与所述第二模具25形成的空间,所述第二空间为所述第二舱体22与所述第三模具26形成的空间。由于涂胶的加强芯10在固化的过程中会有部分胶料脱落致使加热固化装置2内部堵塞,所以碎屑收集器27得设置能够将脱落的胶料收集,确保了加强芯10的制备流程顺畅进行,提高了生产效率。在实际应用中,所述第一舱体21的长度与所述第二舱体22的长度比大于等于2:1。在实际应用中,所述第三模具26的直径小于所述第一模具24的直径,所述第一模具24的直径小于所述第二模具25的直径。
为了高效收集具有保护层的加强芯10,如图2所示,所述卷绕机构3进一步包括:疏导装置31和卷绕装置32。所述疏导装置31包括第一支架311、总导轮312和分导轮313,所述总导轮312和所述分导轮313设置在所述第一支架311上。所述总导轮312具有N个异形轴承,所述异形轴承的表面为凹形用于引导N股加强芯10。所述分导轮313用于将所述N股加强芯10分成M组,其中,N≥M≥1,N、M为正整数。所述卷绕装置32包括第二支架321、落料支架322、气缸323、双向电机324、至少两个落料轮325和至少两个导向轮326。所述落料支架322位于所述第二支架321上,所述第二支架321的两侧分别设有所述导向轮326。至少两个所述落料轮325设置在所述落料支架322两侧用于连接所述具有保护层的加强芯10,所述双向电机324设置在所述落料支架322上,通过传动件与所述落料轮325连接。所述气缸323设置在所述落料支架322上,用于驱动所述落料支架322相对所述第二支架321移动。在实际应用中,N可以为8,M可以为2。
为了便于记录加强芯10的长度,所述卷绕机构3进一步包括:计数器和弹性件。所述计数器设置在所述落料轮325的一侧,用于记录所述落料轮325的旋转圈数。具体实施时,在落料轮325的一侧上设有通孔,计数器检测到通孔计数加一,最终,计数器计数乘以落料轮325的周长即为加强芯10的长度。在实际应用中,计数器采用光电传感器。为了确保加 强芯10与落料轮325紧密缠绕,优选的,所述弹性件与所述落料轮325的一侧连接,用于在所述落料轮325与所述具有保护层的加强芯10处于拉紧状态下,使所述落料轮325转动。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种加热固化装置,用于加强芯制备设备,其特征在于,包括:
    第一舱体,所述第一舱体的一端设有第一模具;
    第二舱体,所述第二舱体的一端与所述第一舱体的另一端连接,所述第二舱体的一端设有第二模具;所述第二舱体的另一端设有第三模具;
    两个温度传感器,两个所述温度传感器分别设置在所述第一舱体和所述第二舱体内,用于检测所述第一舱体和所述第二舱体内的温度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加热固化装置,其特征在于,所述加热固化装置还包括:
    碎屑收集器,所述碎屑收集器分别与第一空间和第二空间连接;
    其中,所述第一空间为所述第二舱体与所述第二模具形成的空间,所述第二空间为所述第二舱体与所述第三模具形成的空间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的加热固化装置,其特征在于,所述第一舱体的长度与所述第二舱体的长度比大于等于2:1。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的加热固化装置,其特征在于,
    所述第三模具的直径小于所述第一模具的直径,所述第一模具的直径小于所述第二模具的直径。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的加热固化装置,其特征在于,所述加热固化装置由上部分和下部分组成;所述上部分与所述下部分扣合或展开。
