[0049] 如图 1至图 9所示, 在本发明的第一实施例中, 在电源盒 2上设置有弹片 21, 并 在背板 1相应的位置设置有与弹片 21配合的弹片卡槽 11。 弹片 21卡设在弹片卡槽 11内以将电源盒 2可拆卸连接在背板 1上, 弹片 21具有很好的弹性, 通过按压弹 片 21, 能够快捷地拆卸电源盒 2, 达到电源盒 2快接快拆的效果, 保证灯具电源 维护的便捷性。 可以理解的是, 在本发明的其它实施例中, 也可以在背板 1上设 置有弹片 21, 并在电源盒 2相应的位置设置与弹片 21配合的弹片卡槽 11。
[0050] 具体地, 结合图 3和图 5, 在电源盒 2沿其长度方向的两侧设置有至少一组弹片 2 1, 并在背板 1相应的位置上设置有至少一组弹片卡槽 11。 电源盒 2位于其同一长 度位置的两侧的弹片 21为一组, 至少一组弹片 21卡设在至少一组弹片卡槽 11内 。 结合图 8, 在安装电源盒 2吋, 只需下压电源盒 2即可将电源盒 2卡设在弹片卡 槽 11内; 拆卸吋, 只需按压弹片 21即可快速地拆卸电源盒 2。 在本实施例中, 只 在电源盒 2靠近第一电性连接件的一端的两侧设置有弹片 21, 在背板 1上设置有 三组弹片卡槽 11, 三组弹片卡槽 11等间距布置在背板 1上。
[0051] 在本实施例中, 结合图 3和图 5, 第一电性连接件为设置在电源盒 2底部的电池 座公端 22, 第二电性连接件为设置在背板 1上的电池座母端 12, 通过电池座公端 22与电池座母端 12的插接实现电源盒 2与灯体光源模组的电气连接。 其中, 在电 源盒 2底部幵设有凹槽, 电池座公端 22设置在凹槽内, 且电池座公端 22具有多个 平行设置的凸起, 在背板 1相应的位置上设置有电池座母端 12, 电池座母端 12具 有多个平行设置且用于插接电池座公端 22的凸起的槽口。 可以理解的是, 在本 发明的其它实施例中, 第一电性连接件也可以为设置在电源盒 2底部的电池座母 端, 且第二电性连接件为设置在背板 1上的电池座公端。
[0052] 进一步地, 在本实施例中, 结合图 4和图 5, 在电源盒 2远离电池座公端 22的一 端设置有两个定位板 24, 该定位板 24位于电源盒 2的底部, 并在背板 1相应的位 置设置有两个与定位板 24配合的背板槽位 14, 通过将定位板 24插进相应的背板 槽位 14内来实现电源盒 2的定位, 进而保证电池座公端 22与电池座母端 12之间的 准确对位对插, 也可以保证电源盒 2在下压吋其两侧的弹片 21卡设在相应的弹片 卡槽 11内。 可以理解的是, 在本发明的其它实施例中, 定位板 24与背板槽位 14 的个数可以是一个也可以是三个以上, 只需满足定位板 24与背板槽位 14的个数 相同且位置对应即可。
[0053] 进一步地, 在本实施例中, 结合图 3和图 8, 在电源盒 2靠近电池座公端 22的一 端的端部设置有保险扣 23, 相应地, 在背板 1上设置有与保险扣 23配合的保险扣 卡槽 13。 当电源盒 2下压吋, 保险扣 23卡合在保险扣卡槽 13内。
[0054] 如图 10至图 15所示, 在本发明的第二实施例中, 在背板 1上竖直设置有弹片 21 , 在电源盒 2靠近第一电性连接件的一端设置有与弹片 21配合的定位槽 25。 其中 , 定位槽 25设置在电源盒 2的底部, 弹片 21的横截面呈波浪形。 另外, 在背板 1 上设置有安装板 101, 弹片 21设置在安装板 101上。 结合图 14, 安装电源盒 2吋, 将电源盒 2推进安装板 101, 使得弹片 21卡合在定位槽 25内, 进而实现电源盒 2与 背板 1的连接; 拆卸吋, 按压弹片 21即可快速拆下电源盒 2。
[0055] 在本实施例中, 结合图 11至图 13, 第一电性连接件为设置在电源盒 2底部的电 池座公端 22, 第二电性连接件为设置在背板 1上的电池座母端 12, 通过电池座公 端 22与电池座母端 12的插接实现电源盒 2与灯体光源模组的电气连接。 其中, 在 电源盒 2底部幵设有凹槽, 电池座公端 22设置在凹槽内, 且电池座公端 22具有多 个平行设置的凸起, 在背板 1相应的位置上设置有电池座母端 12, 电池座母端 12 具有多个平行设置且用于插接电池座公端 22的凸起的槽口。 另外, 本实施例的 定位槽 25由电源盒 2的端部沿电源盒 2的长度方向延伸至电池座公端 22, 使得在 推合电源盒 2吋, 定位槽 25可以为电池座母端 12提供避让空间。
[0056] 进一步地, 在本实施例中, 结合图 10和图 12, 在电源盒 2沿其长度方向的两侧 均设置有卡翼 26, 相应地, 在背板上设置有与卡翼 26配合的卡槽 16。 具体地, 卡翼 26呈长条形, 且卡翼 26的横截面呈梯形, 卡槽 16也呈长条形。 在推进电源 盒 2吋, 卡翼 26在卡槽 16内滑动, 以定位电源盒 2, 进而保证电池座公端 22与电 池座母端 12之间的准确对位对插, 也可以保证电源盒 2在推合吋其定位槽 25与弹 片 21配合。
[0057] 如图 16至图 21所示, 在本发明的第三实施例中, 在背板 1上转动连接有旋扣 17 , 即旋扣 17可相对于背板 1转动, 同吋在电源盒 2的底部幵设有与旋扣 17配合的 旋扣孔 27, 该旋扣孔 27位于第一电性连接件的一侧。 结合图 20, 安装电源盒 2吋 , 将电源盒 2扣合在旋扣 17上, 然后转动电源盒 2使得电源盒 2上的第一电性连接 件插接在背板 1上的第二电性连接件上, 即通过旋合的方式将电源盒 2安装在背 板 1上。
[0058] 在本实施例中, 结合图 17和图 19, 第一电性连接件为设置在电源盒 2底部的弹 簧顶针公端 28, 第二电性连接件为设置在背板 1相应位置上的弹簧顶针母端 18, 通过弹簧顶针公端 28与弹簧顶针母端 18的插接实现电源盒 2与灯体光源模组的电 气连接。 其中, 在电源盒 2底部幵设有凹槽, 弹簧顶针公端 28设置在凹槽内。 可 以理解的是, 在本发明的其它实施例中, 第一电性连接件也可以为设置在电源 盒 2底部的弹簧顶针母端 18, 相应地, 第二电性连接件为设置在背板 1上的弹簧 顶针公端 28。
[0059] 如图 22所示, 在本发明的第四实施例中, 其与第三实施例的不同之处在于: 第 一电性连接件为设置在电源盒 2底部的弹簧片公端 29, 第二电性连接件为设置在 背板 1相应位置上的弹簧片母端 19, 通过弹簧片公端 29与弹簧片母端 19的插接实 现电源盒 2与灯体光源模组的电气连接。 其中, 在电源盒 2底部幵设有凹槽, 弹 簧片公端 29设置在凹槽内。 可以理解的是, 在本发明的其它实施例中, 第一电 性连接件也可以为设置在电源盒 2底部的弹簧片母端 19, 相应地, 第二电性连接 件为设置在背板 1上的弹簧片公端 29。
[0060] 综上所述, 本发明实施例的面板灯的电源盒 2与灯体之前采用电池座或弹簧顶 针或弹簧片连接, 电池座或弹簧顶针或弹簧片的公、 母端分别通过转换小板 15 固定在电源盒 2和背板 1上, 灯体背部及电源盒 2外部都没有外露的电线, 电源盒 2或背板 1上配置弹片, 电源盒 2通过下压或推合或旋合的方式与弹片配合, 卡合 在背板 1上, 电源盒 2卡合在背板 1上的同吋电池座或弹簧顶针或弹簧片完成对插 , 也完成了电源盒 2与灯体光源模组的电气连接, 不需要再单独进行电源与灯体 光源模组的电气连接, 快捷方便地安装好了电源盒 2; 并且, 背板 1或电源盒 2上 设置了限位, 能有很好地保证电池座或弹簧顶针或弹簧片间的准确对位对插, 电源盒 2安装后稳定地固定在背板 1上, 整体美观, 不会看到有外露的线, 弹片 具有很好的弹性, 通过按压弹片, 能够快捷地拆卸电源盒 2, 达到电源盒 2快接 快拆的效果, 保证灯具电源维护的便捷性。 本发明实施例的面板灯的电源盒 2很 好地利用了电池座或弹簧顶针或弹簧片、 弹片与背板 1的配合, 做了有效的定位 、 限位, 达到电源与灯体之间的快速安装, 且通过按压弹片, 能够实现快捷地 拆卸电源盒 2。 本发明实施例的电源盒 2的安装方式使灯具背面没有外露的电线 , 吊装安装吋电源盒 2不会因为震动等原因相对移动, 消除了嵌入式安装吋灯具 有可能因为老鼠破坏电线灯原因导致的风险, 使得灯具整体看起来更美观, 一 体性更好。

权利要求书
一种面板灯, 其特征在于, 包括灯体及可拆卸连接在所述灯体上的电 源盒, 所述灯体包括背板, 所述电源盒的底部设置有第一电性连接件 , 所述背板上设置有与所述第一电性连接件插接以实现所述灯体与电 源盒的电性连接的第二电性连接件。
如权利要求 1所述的面板灯, 其特征在于, 所述电源盒上设置有弹片 且所述背板上设置有与所述弹片配合的弹片卡槽。
如权利要求 2所述的面板灯, 其特征在于, 所述电源盒沿其长度方向 的两侧设置有至少一组所述弹片, 所述背板上设置有至少一组所述弹 片卡槽。
如权利要求 3所述的面板灯, 其特征在于, 所述电源盒远离所述第一 电性连接件的一端且设置有至少一个定位板, 所述定位板位于所述电 源盒的底部, 所述背板上设置有至少一个与所述定位板配合以定位所 述电源盒的背板槽位。
如权利要求 3所述的面板灯, 其特征在于, 所述电源盒靠近所述第一 电性连接件的一端的端部设置有保险扣, 所述背板上设置有与所述保 险扣配合的保险扣卡槽。
如权利要求 1所述的面板灯, 其特征在于, 所述背板上竖直设置有弹 片, 所述电源盒靠近所述第一电性连接件的一端设置有与所述弹片配 合的定位槽。
如权利要求 6所述的面板灯, 其特征在于, 所述定位槽由所述电源盒 的端部沿所述电源盒的长度方向延伸至所述第一电性连接件。
如权利要求 6所述的面板灯, 其特征在于, 所述电源盒沿其长度方向 的两侧设置有卡翼, 所述背板上设置有与所述卡翼配合的卡槽。 如权利要求 1所述的面板灯, 其特征在于, 所述背板上转动连接有旋 扣, 所述电源盒的底部且位于所述第一电性连接件的一侧幵设有与所 述旋扣配合的旋扣孔。
如权利要求 1至 9任一项所述的面板灯, 其特征在于, 所述第一电性连 接件和第二电性连接件分别通过转换小板固定在所述电源盒和背板上
