有鉴于此,确有必要对现有的灯具安装结构进行改进,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种连接器、灯具安装结构及灯具,以快速高效地将灯具安装到安装基础上,解决灯具安装到安装基础上效率较低的问题。

本申请的有益效果是:本申请通过在固定座上设置第一连接器、在连接座上设置第二连接器,且第二连接器的电气配合部能够直接插入第一连接器的插槽内与其电气连接部电性接触,即能够利用电气配合部和电气连接部实现第一连接器和第二连接器的导向对位,从而在将第一连接器和第二连接器匹配连接时,无需用户反复尝试进行对位,提高了组装效率。

具体实施方式
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本申请进行详细描述。
如图1至图3所示,本申请揭示了一种灯具100,包括由固定座10和连接座20组成的灯具安装结构、固定在连接座20上的驱动模块30、与驱动模块30电性连接的光源模块40以及与连接座20组装固定的边框组件50和面罩60。其中,所述固定座10配置为与安装基础机械及电性连接,同时配置为与连接座20匹配实现机械及电性连接;所述驱动模块30配置为给光源模块40供电,并驱动光源模块40;所述面罩60配置为将光源模块40的出射光自所述面罩60射出,从而点亮周围环境。
本申请的灯具100优选为安装于天花板的矩形吸顶灯,对应地,固定座10、连接座20、边框组件50及面罩60也都对应的设置成矩形;当然,本申请的灯具100也可为圆形吸顶灯或其他形状的吸顶灯,此时,只需对固定座10、连接座20、边框组件50及面罩60的形状及具体的结构做出相应的调整即可。为了方便描述,以下说明书部分将以矩形吸顶灯为例进行举例说明,但不应以此为限。
如图4至图7并结合图2所示,所述固定座10呈矩形状设置,包括相对设置的两个长边11和相对设置的两个短边12,固定座10的四个角处均设有安装孔101,以便螺钉(未图示)穿过安装孔101将固定座10固定至天花板。固定座10的两个长边11和两个短边12共同围设形成一开孔13,该开孔13既能够方便将固定座10安装至天花板,也方便固定座10与连接座20之间的装配。其中一个长边11上设有接线端子组件14,该接线端子组件14一方面与预先埋设在天花板内的电线连接,另一方面与下文中所说的第一连接器17电性连接,从而可利用第一连接器17与第二连接器24的电性连接、以及第二连接器24与驱动模块30的电性连接,使驱动模块30通电。
接线端子组件14包括本体141及收容于本体141内的至少两个端子(未图示),其中两个端子分别对应预埋的电线的正负极,以便实现接线端子组件14与预埋电线的电性连接。本申请的优选实施例中,端子设有3个,分别为正极端子、负极端子及接地端子。连接时,直接将预埋的电线插入本体141的插孔142内,与收容在本体141的插孔142内的端子电性连接即可。当然,在本申请的其他实施例中,也可以不设置接线端子组件14,直接将第一连接器17与预埋的电线电性连接,然后再利用第一连接器17与第二连接器24的电性连接、 以及第二连接器24与驱动模块30的电性连接,来使驱动模块30通电。
连接座20也呈矩形状设置并设有机械连接部,以与固定座10的两个短边12机械连接。具体来讲,所述机械连接部包括固定于连接座20并可相对于连接座20旋转的旋转件21以及固定于连接座20并可相对于连接座20在水平方向上产生位移的滑动组件22,其中,旋转件21配置为将连接座20与固定座10相连且连接座20能够朝向固定座10移动,滑动组件22配置为与固定座10可滑动连接,以使连接座20通过固定座10固定于天花板。
本申请中,所述旋转件21为呈U形设置的旋转把手,该旋转把手21包括相对设置的第一杆211和第二杆212以及连接第一杆211和第二杆212的第三杆213,第一杆211的末端折弯形成第一固定杆214,第二杆212的末端折弯形成第二固定杆215,且第一固定杆214与第二固定杆215相对设置。对应的,连接座20上设有两个连接件23,每个连接件23内均开设有连接孔231,第一固定杆214和第二固定杆215分别穿过对应的连接孔231与连接件23卡扣连接,同时第一固定杆214和第二固定杆215还能够在对应的连接孔231内转动。因旋转把手21为U形的杆状结构,故在安装时,可直接扳动第一杆211和第二杆212,将第一固定杆214和第二固定杆215插入对应的连接孔231内并与对应的连接件23进行折弯固定,此时即完成了旋转把手21的安装。安装完成后,可借助第一固定杆214和第二固定杆215在对应连接孔231内的转动而带动旋转把手21整体旋转。
所述固定座10设有固定件15,所述旋转把手21与所述固定件15卡扣连接,以便通过旋转把手21将连接座20和固定座10悬挂连接。具体地,所述固定件15内设有固定槽151,旋转把手21的第三杆213限位在固定槽151内。所述固定座10上还设有定位件16,所述定位件16的一端与所述固定件15转动连接、另一端配置为可转动,所述定位件16内设有定位槽161,以使得旋转把手21的第三杆213能够同时限位在固定槽151和定位槽161内。
具体的,固定件15与固定座10一体成型设置,固定槽151呈开放式设置,以方便第三杆213进入固定槽151。定位件16的一端通过转轴(未图示)与固定件15相连,另一端为自由端,用于配合固定第三杆213。定位件16的另一端设有卡勾162,该卡勾162用于与定位槽161相互配合来共同固定旋转把手21的第三杆213。当旋转把手21的第三杆213进入固定槽151后,可通过转动定位件16来将第三杆213同时限位在定位槽161内,实现对第三杆213的限位固定。
本申请中,固定件15形成于两个长边11的内侧,定位件16设置有两个,以对旋转把手21的第三杆213的两端分别进行固定。当然,固定件15也可以与固定座10组装固定,定位件16和固定件15的数量也可以均只设置为一个,直接对第三杆213的中间部位进行固定即可。
如图8至图11并结合图5与图6所示,所述滑动组件22包括靠近固定座10的短边12边缘处设置的定位部221,所述短边12上对应设有配合部121,当滑动组件22与固定座10机械连接时,定位部221与配合部121相互限位固定。较佳地,所述定位部221为具有倾斜 状的引导面222的滑块,所述配合部121为设于短边12上的开槽,滑块221适于在开槽121内伸入或伸出,比如:当滑动组件22与固定座10机械连接时,滑块221在其引导面222的引导下滑入开槽121并与开槽121的内壁面卡扣连接。
所述滑动组件22还包括沿上下方向组装配合的上盖223和下盖224以及收容在由上盖223和下盖224形成的收容空间(未标号)内的滑动件226和弹性件227,滑块221设于滑动件226并暴露于上盖223和下盖224的外部,即暴露于下文所说的容纳空间225。弹性件227的一端与滑动件226连接、另一端与下盖224的内侧壁连接,从而在挤压滑块221时,滑动件226能够朝向收容空间内滑动并推动弹性件227使弹性件227被压缩,滑块221从开槽121中滑出;而在释放滑块221后,弹性件227则能够推动滑动件226复位,使滑块221伸入开槽121并恢复至暴露于容纳空间225。
优选的,本申请的滑块221与滑动件226一体设置,一方面方便注塑成型,另一方面使得滑动件226和滑块221之间的配合稳定性最佳。当然,也可以在保证滑动件226和滑块221的稳定性较佳的情况下,将滑动件226与滑块221组装固定,此处不作限制。
为了保证弹性件227的工作稳定性,滑动件226上设有第一定位柱2261,且该第一定位柱2261与滑块221相对设置在滑动件226的两端,下盖224的内侧壁上设有第二定位柱2241。本申请的弹性件227优选为弹簧,该弹簧227的一端套设在第一定位柱2261上并与滑动件226相抵接、另一端套设在第二定位柱2241上并与下盖224的内侧壁相抵接;弹簧227、第一定位柱2261及第二定位柱2241的数量均设置为两个。如此设置,可以保证滑动件226能够稳定的推动弹簧227,不会因弹簧227的反抗力而造成滑动件226发生偏移。
进一步地,所述滑动件226包括收容在收容空间内的主体部2262和在滑块221一侧与主体部2262相连的连接部2263,滑块221与主体部2262的一端相连,第一定位柱2261设于主体部2262的另一端。连接部2263呈U型设置,包括与主体部2262相连的第一连接臂2264、与第一连接臂2264相对设置的第二连接臂2265以及连接第一连接臂2264和第二连接臂2265的第三连接臂2266。其中,滑块221与第一连接臂2264相连并朝向第二连接臂2265突伸,第三连接臂2266位于滑块221的下方且与滑块221之间形成有定位空间2267。
对应的,固定座10的靠近滑块221一侧还设有抵接部122,该抵接部122位于开槽121的下方并与开槽121相连,从而在滑块221滑入开槽121后,抵接部122能够收容于定位空间2267,且滑块221与抵接部122相互抵接。固定座10的短边12上还设有与抵接部122相连的阻挡部123,抵接部122和阻挡部123均呈板状设置,且抵接部122在水平方向上与短边12的底部边缘相连、阻挡部123在竖直方向上垂直于抵接部122设置,使得抵接部122、阻挡部123及固定座10的短边12共同限定出一阻挡槽124。当滑块221滑入开槽121后,会收容在阻挡槽124内并与抵接部122相抵接。
所述滑动组件22还包括加强件228,该加强件228与滑动件226的靠近下盖224一侧固定连接。具体的,加强件228呈板状设置,并覆盖在主体部2262和滑块221的底部,以 增强滑动件226的结构强度。本申请中,加强件228通过螺钉80与主体部2262螺接固定;当然,加强件228也可以通过卡扣、粘合或者焊接的方式与主体部2262固定。
所述滑动组件22还包括在上下方向上与下盖224固定连接的压板229,该压板229呈倒U型设置,以在压板229与下盖224之间形成一限位空间2291,滑动件226的主体部2262收容在限位空间2291内并能够在限位空间2291内滑动。本申请中,压板229与下盖224通过紧固件锁紧固定,该紧固件优选为螺钉;当然,压板229也可以通过卡扣、粘合或者焊接的方式与下盖224固定。压板229的设置,进一步增强了滑动组件22的结构强度,保证连接座20能够稳定的固定在固定座10上,不会轻易的掉落。
上盖223遮罩于压板229的上方并与下盖224卡扣固定,上盖223的靠近滑块221一侧还设有将第一连接臂2264进行遮罩的遮罩部2231,该遮罩部2231除了能够起到遮罩的作用,还能够在弹簧227推动滑块221复位时,限制第一连接臂2264过度复位,起到了保护弹簧227和对滑动件226进行限位的作用。下盖224设有与连接部2263相对应的固定部2242,该固定部2242通过螺钉与连接座20螺接固定。上盖223与固定部2242之间形成有容纳空间225,滑块221暴露于该容纳空间225,固定座10的抵接部122和阻挡部123均收容在该容纳空间225内,使得固定座10和滑动组件22之间的组装配合更加方便。
为了保证固定座10和连接座20之间的安装稳定性,连接座20上设置有两个相对设置的滑动组件22,以与固定座10的两个短边12分别固定连接。
总而言之,固定座10与连接座20之间的机械连接主要是通过旋转把手21与固定件15和定位件16之间的卡扣配合、以及滑动组件22与开槽121的伸入和伸出配合来实现的。
接下来将主要描述固定座10与连接座20之间的电性连接结构及电性连接原理。
如图4与图5所示,所述固定座10设有第一连接器17,所述连接座20设有第二连接器24,第一连接器17与接线端子组件14通过电线相连,所述第二连接器24配置为与第一连接器17电性连接,以使连接座20与固定座10进行电性连接。优选的,旋转件21、滑动组件22及第二连接器24均设置于连接座20的同一面上。滑动组件22设置有至少两个,且其中两个分设于连接座20的相对设置的两端,以保证连接座20能够稳定的安装至固定座10。第二连接器24靠近其中一个滑动组件22设置。当然,滑动组件22和第二连接器24也可以都只设置有一个,此时滑动组件22和第二连接器24可以分设于连接座20的相对设置的两端,通过第二连接器24与第一连接器17的插接配合以及滑动组件22与固定座10的滑动连接,也能实现固定座10与连接座20的稳定连接。本实施例中,滑动组件22设置有两个且分设于连接座20的两个长边上,第二连接器24靠近其中一个滑动组件22设置。
如图12至图17所示,所述第一连接器17包括绝缘本体171和收容在绝缘本体171内的电气连接部172,所述绝缘本体171开设有插槽1710,所述电气连接部172至少部分暴露于所述插槽1710,以便第二连接器24插入插槽1710与电气连接部172电性接触。本申请中,因固定座10与连接座20是在上下方向上进行装配的,故插槽1710配置为朝向至少两 个不同的方向开口,以便第二连接器24能够沿不同的方向插入插槽1710与第一连接器17电性连接。优选的,所述绝缘本体171包括沿上下方向组装固定的第一本体1711和第二本体1712,插槽1710同时开设于第一本体1711和第二本体1712,使得第二连接器24能够沿上下方向和垂直于上下方向的左右方向插入插槽1710。
具体来讲,第一本体1711内形成有供收容电气连接部172的收容腔1713和突设于收容腔1713内的第一固定柱1714,所述第一固定柱1714内形成有第一限位槽1715,第一固定柱1714的两侧设有定位板1716。插槽1710与收容腔1713连通,且插槽1710在第一本体1711上沿左右方向开口,此处的左右方向即为固定座10的长边方向。第一本体1711的插槽1710一侧还设有限位部1717,该限位部1717用于阻挡电气连接部172从收容腔1713中脱离。
第一本体1711的外侧壁上设有卡块1718,第二本体1712的内侧壁上对应设有卡槽1719,从而可借助卡块1718与卡槽1719的相互配合,实现第一本体1711与第二本体1712的卡扣固定。第二本体1712的底部内侧壁上突设有凸柱173,当第一本体1711与第二本体1712组装固定时,凸柱173插入第一限位槽1715内,以此实现第一本体1711与第二本体1712的定位。插槽1710在第二本体1712上沿上下方向开口,此处的上下方向即为固定座10与连接座20的组装方向。当第一本体1711与第二本体1712组装固定后,插槽1710同时在上下方向和左右方向上开口,从而第二连接器24可以沿上下方向或左右方向插入插槽1710内,与电气连接部172实现电性连接。
第二本体1712的底部内侧壁上突设有限位条174,该限位条174位于插槽1710的旁侧。第二本体1712的两个外侧壁上均设有挂耳175,每个挂耳175上均设有一个凸台1751和一个螺孔1752,该凸台1751用于穿过固定座10上对应设置的第一穿孔18,以实现挂耳175与固定座10的定位连接。螺孔1752用于与固定座10上对应设置的第二穿孔19相互配合,以便螺钉穿过第二穿孔19与螺孔1752螺纹连接,实现挂耳175与固定座10的锁紧固定,进而将第一连接器17固定在固定座10上。
电气连接部172包括固定部1721和与固定部1721相连的接触部1722,所述固定部1721固定于第一本体1711的收容腔1713内,所述接触部1722自所述固定部1721延伸至暴露于所述插槽1710。优选的,所述固定部1721呈U形设置,包括水平延伸的第一固定臂1723及垂直于第一固定臂1723设置的第二固定臂1724和第三固定臂1725。第一固定臂1723上开设有让位孔1726,该让位孔1726与第一限位槽1715对位设置,以便第二本体1712内的凸柱173能够穿过让位孔1726与第一限位槽1715插接固定,实现对电气连接部172的定位。第二固定臂1724和第三固定臂1725的顶部均凹设有凹口1727,该凹口1727用于与定位板1716插接固定,以此实现电气连接部172的进一步定位。
所述接触部1722成对设置,且两个接触部1722分别自第二固定臂1724和第三固定臂1725同向延伸形成,两个接触部1722相互靠近,以在两个接触部1722之间形成夹持空间 1728。所述电气连接部172还包括与接触部1722相连的引导部176,该引导部176用于引导第二连接器24的电气配合部242进入夹持空间1728与接触部1722电性接触。因本申请中插槽1710同时朝上下方向和左右方向开口,故引导部176设置有两对,以沿不同的方向引导第二连接器24进入夹持空间1728与接触部1722电性接触。
具体地,其中一对引导部176与接触部1722一体成型设置,并自接触部1722向外扩展至与限位部1717至少部分接触,一方面,能够防止第一连接器17和第二连接器24在沿左右方向插拔时导致电气连接部172脱离插槽1710,另一方面也能够很好的引导第二连接器24在左右方向上进入夹持空间1728,使第一连接器17和第二连接器24插接顺畅。另一对引导部176自接触部1722的底部向下扩展至与限位条174至少部分接触,一方面,能够防止第一连接器17和第二连接器24在沿上下方向插拔时导致电气连接部172脱离插槽1710,另一方面也能够很好的引导第二连接器24在上下方向上进入夹持空间1728,使第一连接器17和第二连接器24插接顺畅。
如图18至图21并结合图12至图17所示,所述第二连接器24包括基座241和收容在基座241内的电气配合部242,所述电气配合部242延伸超出基座241,用于插入第一连接器17的插槽1710内与电气连接部172电性接触,使第一连接器17和第二连接器24匹配电性连接。具体地,所述基座241包括沿上下方向组装固定的第一基座2411和第二基座2412,第一基座2411内形成有供容纳第二基座2412的容纳腔2413和凹设于第一基座2411的内侧壁上以供容纳电气配合部242的容纳槽2414,所述容纳槽2414与所述容纳腔2413连通。容纳槽2414内设有凸块2415。
第一基座2411的内侧壁上还设有第二固定柱2416,第二固定柱2416内形成有第二限位槽2417,第二基座2412的底部设有第三穿孔2418,从而可利用外部固定件穿过第三穿孔2418和第二限位槽2417,将第一基座2411与第二基座2412固定连接。第二基座2412的底部内侧壁上设有限位板2419。与第一本体1711和第二本体1712的固定方式相同,第一基座2411与第二基座2412也是通过卡块与卡槽相互配合的方式卡扣固定,此处不再详细描述。
所述电气配合部242配置为插针结构并插入所述夹持空间1728,以与电气连接部172电性接触。所述电气配合部242的上下两侧均凹设有第一凹槽2421,其中,一侧的第一凹槽2421用于与第一基座2411内的凸块2415限位配合、另一侧的第一凹槽2421用于与第二基座2412内的限位板2419限位配合,以此来将电气配合部242限位在第一基座2411和第二基座2412之间,实现电气配合部242的固定。第二基座2412的底部外侧壁上设有第三定位柱243,该第三定位柱243用于与连接座20相互配合,以将第二连接器24固定在连接座20上。
总而言之,固定座10与连接座20之间的电性连接主要是通过第一连接器17和第二连接器24的插接配合来实现的。为灯具供电的电力传输路径为:市电→接线端子组件14→第一连接器17→第二连接器24→驱动模块30→光源模块40,最终使灯珠点亮,实现照明效果。
如图22并结合图3所示,所述驱动模块30和所述光源模块40均固定于连接座20的背对固定座10的一侧。本申请中,驱动模块30固定在连接座20的中间位置处,并与第二连接器24电性连接;光源模块40围设在驱动模块30的四周并与驱动模块30电性连接,以由驱动模块30为光源模块40供电并驱动光源模块40。光源模块40包括光源板41以及固定在光源板41上的灯珠(未图示)和透镜42,光源板41与驱动模块30电性连接,以点亮灯珠,透镜42罩设在灯珠的外侧,以将光线均匀的射出。驱动模块30的具体结构以及驱动模块30与光源模块40的具体连接方式均可以采用现有的技术方案,故此处不再详细描述。
如图23至图32并结合图3所示,所述边框组件50的一端围设在光源模块40的外侧并与连接座20固定连接、另一端通过固定件70与面罩60连接,以将光源模块40收容在连接座20和面罩60之间,使得光源模块40发出的光线能够穿过面罩60向外射出。本申请中,边框组件50与连接座20螺接固定,当然,边框组件50也可以通过卡接、粘合等方式与连接座20组装固定。
所述边框组件50由若干个边框51和若干个角框52首尾相接形成,具体地,边框51和角框52各设有四个,角框52呈弧形设置且两端分别连接相邻的两个边框51,使得边框51和角框52共同围设形成环状的边框组件50。
边框51包括第一侧板511、与第一侧板511相对设置的第二侧板512、连接第一侧板511和第二侧板512的第一安装板513以及连接第一侧板511和第二侧板512并与第一安装板513相对设置的第二安装板514。其中,第一安装板513与第二安装板514相互平行设置,第一安装板513的两端分别与第一侧板511和第二侧板512连接,第二安装板514的两端也分别与第一侧板511和第二侧板512连接,使得第一侧板511、第二侧板512、第一安装板513和第二安装板514共同围设形成一个插槽515,连接时,角框52的两端分别与相邻的边框51的插槽515相配合,以连接相邻的两个边框51。
第二侧板512上形成有第二凹槽5121。具体的,第二侧板512在靠近第一安装板513的位置处朝向第一侧板511凹陷以形成第二凹槽5121;当然,在其他实施例中,第二凹槽5121也可以设置在第二侧板512上的其他位置,此处不做限制。第二安装板514上形成有第三凹槽5141,该第三凹槽5141用于与连接座20相互配合,使得连接座20与边框51螺接固定。
角框52包括插接部521和转角部522,转角部522呈弧形设置,插接部521设有两个且分别连接在转角部522的两端。连接时,两个插接部521分别与两个边框51的插槽515相配合,以实现相邻两个边框51的连接。插接部521的形状和大小与插槽515的形状和大小相匹配,以实现插接部521可以容纳在插槽515内并与插槽515的内侧壁相接触。插接部521上设有安装口523,该安装口523的位置与第三凹槽5141的位置相对应,从而当插接部521收容在插槽515内时,可以通过紧固件穿过第三凹槽5141与安装口523锁紧固定,来实现边框51和角框52的固定连接。
转角部522上设有抵接面5221,具体的,抵接面5221设于转角部522的内侧且靠近插接部521,当插接部521收容在插槽515内时,第二侧板512抵接在转角部522和插接部521的连接处,抵接面5221与第二侧板512平齐。转角部522的外侧壁与第一侧板511的形状和大小相同,且转角部522的外侧壁面与第一侧板511的外侧壁面平齐,以实现边框组件50的外侧壁面平整统一。
所述面罩60与所述边框组件50通过固定件70相连。具体地,固定件70呈L型设置,包括平行于第二侧板512的第一固定板71和与第一固定板71相连的第二固定板72,第一固定板71和第二固定板72均呈平板状设置,当然,也可以设置为弯曲状。优选的,第二固定板72垂直于第一固定板71设置,当然第一固定板71与第二固定板72之间也可以呈锐角或钝角设置。
第一固定板71上设有定位片711、加强筋712和固定孔713,具体的,固定孔713开设在第一固定板71的中间位置并贯穿第一固定板71。定位片711为板状结构且与第一固定板71固定连接,定位片711的延伸方向与第二固定板72的延伸方向相同,即,定位片711也朝向边框51延伸,以与第二凹槽5121相连。本实施例中,定位片711大致垂直于第一固定板71设置;当然,在其他实施例中,定位片711与第一固定板71之间也可以呈锐角或钝角设置。较佳地,定位片711设有两个且分别位于固定孔713的两侧,两个定位片711与固定孔713位于同一条直线上。
加强筋712在第一固定板71上设有若干个且自第一固定板71向外延伸。本实施例中,加强筋712设有四个且分别沿第一固定板71的长度方向和宽度方向延伸,以增加固定件70的支撑强度,保证固定件70在使用过程中不易发生形变。当然,在其他实施例中,加强筋712的数量和位置可以根据实际情况进行设置。
固定件70与边框组件50连接时,第一固定板71的其中一部分与第二侧板512抵接,另一部分与抵接面5221抵接,以实现通过固定件70遮盖边框51和角框52两两接合处形成的接合边缝。定位片711与第二凹槽5121相配合,以实现固定件70和边框51之间的连接定位。本申请中的第二凹槽5121为螺纹槽,固定孔713与第二凹槽5121相对应,从而可通过外部紧固件(如螺钉)穿过固定孔713与第二凹槽5121螺纹连接,来实现固定件70和边框51之间的进一步固定连接。当然,第二凹槽5121也可以是普通的槽,只要能够起到辅助固定边框51和固定件70的作用即可。
所述面罩60设有台阶部61和位于台阶部61下方的配合槽62,第二固定板72插入配合槽62内,以连接面罩60和固定件70。在装配边框51、面罩60及固定件70时,可以先利用第二固定板72插入配合槽62来将面罩60和固定件70连接,然后利用定位片711伸入第二凹槽5121内来将边框51、面罩60及固定件70相互连接,最后利用紧固件依次穿过固定孔713和第二凹槽5121来将固定件70与边框51锁紧固定,此时即完成了边框51、面罩60及固定件70三者的固定连接。
本申请灯具100的安装过程为:首先,将固定座10固定到天花板上;然后,将驱动模块30和光源模块40组装到连接座20上,同时将边框组件50和面罩60通过固定件70固定连接并一起组装到连接座20上,形成灯具的主体部分;接着,转动连接座20上的旋转件21,将灯具的主体部分通过旋转件21悬挂到固定座10上,并使旋转件21与固定座10固定;最后,将灯具的主体部分整体朝向固定座10一侧推动,直至连接座20上的滑动组件22与固定座10上的开槽121机械连接、与此同时第一连接器17与第二连接器24电性对接,此时即完成了灯具100的安装。
本申请灯具100的拆卸过程为:首先,手动推动滑动件226的第二连接臂2265,使得弹性件227被压缩,直至滑块221脱离固定座10的开槽121;然后,将灯具的主体部分朝远离固定座10的方向拉动,使得第二连接器24从第一连接器17的插槽1710中脱离,旋转件21发生转动;接着,解除定位件16对旋转件21的限制;最后,将旋转件21从固定件15内取出,即可完成灯具的主体部分与固定座10的拆卸。
综上所述,本申请通过在固定座10上设置开槽121和第一连接器17、在连接座20上设置旋转件21、滑动组件22及第二连接器24,从而在安装灯具100时,可以先将固定座10安装到安装基础上,然后利用旋转件21将灯具100的主体部分挂到固定座10上,再将灯具100的主体部分朝向固定座10一侧推动,直至连接座20上的滑动组件22与固定座10机械连接,与此同时第一连接器17与第二连接器24电性连接,此时即完成了灯具100的安装,实现了连接座20与固定座10的机械及电性连接。相较于现有技术,本申请的灯具100只需要三步即可完成安装,且整个安装过程轻松、人性化。
以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本申请进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本申请的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本申请技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 第一连接器,其中:设置于安装基础上,用于与灯具的第二连接器(24)电性配合为灯具供电,所述第一连接器(17)包括绝缘本体(171)和收容在所述绝缘本体(171)内的电气连接部(172),所述绝缘本体(171)开设有插槽(1710),所述电气连接部(172)至少部分暴露于所述插槽(1710),所述插槽(1710)配置为朝向至少两个不同的方向开口,以便灯具的第二连接器(24)能够沿不同的方向插入所述插槽(1710)与所述电气连接部(172)电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的第一连接器,其中:所述电气连接部(172)包括固定部(1721)和与固定部(1721)相连的接触部(1722),所述固定部(1721)固定于所述绝缘本体(171)内,所述接触部(1722)自所述固定部(1721)延伸至暴露于所述插槽(1710),以与灯具的第二连接器(24)电性接触。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的第一连接器,其中:所述接触部(1722)成对设置,以在两个接触部(1722)之间形成夹持空间(1728)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的第一连接器,其中:所述电气连接部(172)还包括与所述接触部(1722)相连的引导部(175),所述引导部(175)设置有至少两对,以沿不同的方向引导灯具的第二连接器(24)进入所述夹持空间(1728)与所述接触部(1722)电性接触。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的第一连接器,其中:所述绝缘本体(171)包括沿上下方向组装固定的第一本体(1711)和第二本体(1712),所述插槽(1710)同时开设于所述第一本体(1711)和所述第二本体(1712)。
  6. 第二连接器,其中:能够与灯体连接,同时与权利要求1-5中任一项所述的第一连接器(17)匹配电性连接,所述第二连接器(24)包括基座(241)和收容在所述基座(241)内的电气配合部(242),所述电气配合部(242)延伸超出所述基座(241),用于插入所述第一连接器(17)的插槽(1710)内与所述电气连接部(172)电性接触。
  7. 一种灯具安装结构,其中:包括固定座(10)和连接座(20),所述固定座(10)配置为与安装基础固定连接,所述固定座(10)包括权利要求1-5中任一项所述的第一连接器(17);所述固定座(10)与所述连接座(20)匹配实现机械及电性连接,所述连接座(20)包括权利要求6所述的第二连接器(24),所述第二连接器(24)的电气配合部(242)插入所述第一连接器(17)的插槽(1710)内与所述电气连接部(172)电性接触,使所述第一连接器(17)和所述第二连接器(24)电性连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的灯具安装结构,其中:所述连接座(20)还设有机械连接部,所述机械连接部包括与所述连接座(20)转动连接的旋转件(21)及固定于连接座(20)并可相对于连接座(20)在水平方向上产生位移的滑动组件(22),所述旋转件(21)配置为将所述连接座(20)与所述固定座(10)相连且所述连接座(20)能够朝向所述固定座(10) 移动,所述滑动组件(22)配置为与所述固定座(10)可滑动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的灯具安装结构,其中:所述机械连接部和所述第二连接器(24)设置于所述连接座(20)的同一面上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的灯具安装结构,其中:所述滑动组件(22)设置有至少两个,其中两个分设于所述连接座(20)的相对设置的两端,所述第二连接器(24)靠近其中一个滑动组件(22)设置。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的灯具安装结构,其中:所述滑动组件(22)和所述第二连接器(24)分设于所述连接座(20)的相对设置的两端。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的灯具安装结构,其中:所述旋转件(21)为呈U形设置的旋转把手,所述固定座(10)设有固定件(15),所述旋转把手(21)与所述固定件(15)卡扣连接,以便通过所述旋转把手(21)将所述连接座(20)和所述固定座(10)悬挂连接。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的灯具安装结构,其中:所述滑动组件(22)包括靠近所述固定座(10)设置的滑块(221),所述固定座(10)上开设有开槽(121),所述滑块(221)适于在所述开槽(121)内伸入或伸出;所述滑动组件(22)还包括弹性件(227),所述弹性件(227)配置为与所述滑块(221)相连,并使所述滑块(221)伸入或伸出所述开槽(121)。
  14. 一种灯具,其中:包括权利要求7-13中任一项所述的灯具安装结构、设置于灯具安装结构内的驱动模块(30)、与驱动模块(30)电性连接的光源模块(40)以及与所述灯具安装结构组装固定的边框组件(50)和面罩(60),所述驱动模块(30)与所述第二连接器(24)电性连接,以为所述光源模块(40)供电并驱动所述光源模块(40),所述面罩(60)配置为将所述光源模块(40)的出射光自所述面罩(60)射出。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的灯具,其中:所述边框组件(50)由若干个边框(51)和若干个角框(52)首尾相接形成,所述面罩(60)与所述边框组件(50)相连。
