汽车应急启动电源是在汽车电瓶亏电的情况下,给汽车的启动马达提供启动电能的装置,现在市场上的汽车应急启动电源体积庞大,加工复杂,成本高,按键与附带的射灯没有改进。

所述电器组件3包括电路板31,具有固定在电路板31上的微型USB接口33及USB接口35、电源开关34、射灯光源37、LED指示灯32;所述电路板31、微型USB接口33及USB接口35、电源开关34、射灯光源37、LED指示灯32均安装在前腔内;所述底壳81的前腔端面开设有与微型USB接口33及USB接口35位置对应的微型USB安装孔813和USB安装孔812,以及与射灯光源37位置对应的聚光块安装孔811;射灯光源37与聚光块安装孔811之间还设置有聚光块6;电路板31通过螺丝2固定在底壳81的前腔内的螺丝柱上;聚光块放置在底壳所设置的聚光块安装孔811之内;电池组通过双面胶粘片安装在底壳81所设置的后腔内,如图1-9所示。微型USB接口33用于为蓄电池42充电,USB接口35用于为其它电子设备提供电源。
所述底壳81的两侧边缘上每边设置有至少4个公凸扣817,所述面壳13的两側边缘上设置有与所述公凸扣817相互配合扣合的母凹窝111;面壳通过母凹窝与设置在底壳上的公凸扣互相扣合在一起,如图4-9所示。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本公开权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种汽车应急启动电源,其特征在于,该启动电源包括具有容置腔的壳体组件和设置在该容置腔内的按键、聚光块、导光条、电器组件以及电池组;所述壳体组件包括面壳、底壳、橡胶盖、面铝壳和底铝壳;所述面壳不可拆卸地安装在所述底壳上,所述面壳和底壳共同围合成所述容置腔;其中
    所述底壳的顶部上开设有1个第一安装孔,所述橡胶盖安装在该第一安装孔,又其中
    所述底壳上设置有限位板,该限位板将所述容置腔分隔成前腔和后腔,所述按键、聚光块、导光条和电器组件安装在该前腔内,所述电池组安装在该后腔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车应急启动电源,其中,所述壳体组件包括面壳组件和底壳组件,所述面壳组件包括面铝壳、双面胶粘片、面壳和导光条;该面铝壳与该面壳之间由双面胶粘片粘结固定;所述导光条由4个导光柱成一字排列连接成一个整体,并设置有用于固定该导光条的安装片,该安装片上设置有4个导光条安装孔,所述面壳的前腔内设置有与所述导光条安装孔配合安装的导光条固定柱;所述面壳上开设有4个导光条安装孔,该导光条的一端从该面壳的导光条安装孔伸出,并通过该导光条固定柱安装固定在该面壳内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车应急启动电源,其中,所述壳体组件包括面壳组件和底壳组件,所述底壳组件包括底铝壳、双面胶粘片、底壳、按键和橡胶盖;该底铝壳与该底壳之间由双面胶粘片粘结固定;所述按键上设置有用于固定的弹性挂钩片;所述底壳的前腔内设置有与所述按键的安装孔配合安装的固定挂钩,并通过该挂钩将该按键固定安装在该底壳内;所述橡胶盖设置有用于固定的长条形倒扣,所述底壳的前腔内设置有与所述橡胶盖安装配合的方孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车应急启动电源,其中,所述电器组件包括电路板、固定在电路板上的USB接口、电源开关、射灯光源、LED指示灯;所述电路板、USB接口、电源开关、射灯光源、LED指示灯均安装在该前腔内;所述底壳前腔的端面开设有与该USB接口位置对应的USB接口安装孔以及与该射灯光源位置对应的聚光块安装孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的汽车应急启动电源,其中,所述射灯光源与该聚光块安装孔之间设置有聚光块。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的汽车应急启动电源,其中,所述面壳的两端边缘上设置有凸筋,所述底壳的两端边缘上设置有配合该面壳的凸筋的插骨片;所述底壳的两侧边缘上设置有止口凸筋,所述面壳的两侧边缘上设置有配合该底壳的止口凸筋的插骨片。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的汽车应急启动的电源,其中,所述底壳的两侧边缘上每边设置有至少4个公凸扣,所述面壳的两側边缘上设置有与所述公凸扣相互配合扣合的母凹窝。
