Description

一种护筒扭矩放大器 技术领域
本发明涉及到带有护筒扭矩增大装置的旋挖钻机动力头,尤其涉及到一种护筒扭矩放大器。
背景技术
在桩基成孔土层中有回填层、流沙层、软硬岩层、废基础等,目前在桩基施工中所用的设备主要采用旋挖钻机。
存在的问题是:在需要护筒作业时,护筒一般安装在动力头内套上或底部压板上,护筒和钻杆转速与扭矩相同,护筒扭矩小,转速快,无法完成深孔的全护筒作业。
发明内容
本发明是要解决现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种护筒扭矩放大器。大大增加了护筒的扭矩,降低了护筒转速。
本发明涉及的护筒扭矩放大器,其特征是:上连接板连接在动力头箱体上,上连接板与行星齿轴连接圈连接,行星齿轴固定在行星齿轴连接圈上,行星齿轴上安装轴承和行星齿,行星齿与外齿轴或齿和内齿轴或齿配合使用,外齿轴或齿安装在外套筒上,外套筒下设置护筒连接板和放大器下压板,外套筒中安装回转轴承,外套筒通过回转轴承与内套筒连接,内齿轴或齿安装在内套筒或钻杆上,内套筒上安装动力头下压板,动力头下压板上安装限位器和卡轴或卡板,动力头下压板与内连接圈连接。
该护筒扭矩放大器的有益效果是:
采用护筒扭矩放大器,大大增加了护筒的扭矩、转速降低,可作为旋挖钻机使用护筒进行深孔作业。可与套管夹实器配合使用,实现全套管全回转钻机 使用,护筒扭矩放大器可拆卸不影响钻机正常使用。加快施工速度,降低施工成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细说明:
如图1、图2、所示,为护筒扭矩放大器1。包括上连接板2连接在动力头箱体21上,上连接板2与行星齿轴连接圈3连接,行星齿轴4固定在行星齿轴连接圈上3,行星齿轴4上安装轴承15和行星齿6,行星齿6与外齿轴或齿5和内齿轴或齿10配合使用,外齿轴或齿5安装在外套筒7上,外套筒7下设置护筒连接板8和放大器下压板18,外套筒7中安装回转轴承12,外套筒7通过回转轴承12与内套筒11连接,内齿轴或齿10安装在内套筒11或钻杆20上,内套筒11上安装动力头下压板16,动力头下压板16上安装限位器9和卡轴或卡板17,动力头下压板16与内连接圈19连接。
如图3所示,为护筒扭矩放大器1安装在动力头22上。包括护筒放大器1的上连接板2与动力头箱体21连接,动力头下压板16连接在动力头内套13 上。护筒14与护筒连接板8连接。
通过驾驶员的操作,使动力头22工作,带动动力头下压板16旋转,动力头下压板16带动内齿轴或齿10和内套筒11在回转轴承12上旋转,内齿轴或齿10带动行星齿6沿着轴承15在行星齿轴4上旋转,因行星齿轴4与行星齿轴连接圈3固定并通过上连接板2连接在动力头箱体21上,所以行星齿轴4固定不动,行星齿6旋转带动外齿轴或齿5和外套筒7在回转轴承12上旋转。
在行星齿6、内齿轴或齿10和外齿轴或齿5的相互配合下,达到护筒14扭矩的增大、转速降低。
护筒扭矩放大器1可拆卸不影响钻机正常使用。
如图4所示,为护筒扭矩放大器1安装在动力头22上与钻杆20配合使用。包括护筒放大器1的上连接板2与动力头箱体21连接,行星齿轴连接圈3通过回转轴承12与外套筒7连接,行星齿6与外齿轴或齿5和带机锁装置齿轮23配合使用,护筒14与护筒连接板8连接。
通过驾驶员的操作,使动力头22工作,带钻杆20旋转,钻杆20带动带机锁装置齿轮23旋转,带机锁装置齿轮23带动行星齿6沿着轴承15在行星齿轴4上旋转,因行星齿轴4与行星齿轴连接圈3固定并通过上连接板2连接在动力头箱体21上,所以行星齿轴4固定不动,行星齿6旋转带动外齿轴或齿5和外套筒7在回转轴承12上旋转。
在行星齿6、带机锁装置齿轮23和外齿轴或齿5的相互配合下,达到护筒14扭矩的增大、转速降低。
根据现场施工情况,护筒扭矩放大器1可与动力头22制作成一体式或拆卸式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种护筒扭矩放大器,其特征是:上连接板连接在动力头箱体上,上连接板与行星齿轴连接圈连接,行星齿轴固定在行星齿轴连接圈上,行星齿轴上安装轴承和行星齿,行星齿与外齿轴或齿和内齿轴或齿配合使用,外齿轴或齿安装在外套筒上,外套筒下设置护筒连接板和放大器下压板,外套筒中安装回转轴承,外套筒通过回转轴承与内套筒连接,内齿轴或齿安装在内套筒或钻杆上,内套筒上安装动力头下压板,动力头下压板上安装限位器和卡轴或卡板,动力头下压板与内连接圈连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的护筒扭矩放大器,其特征是:行星齿轴固定不动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的护筒扭矩放大器,其特征是:行星齿轴安装轴承和齿轮。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的护筒扭矩放大器,其特征是:外套筒上安装齿轴或齿。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的护筒扭矩放大器,其特征是:齿轴或齿安装在内套筒上或钻杆上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的护筒扭矩放大器,其特征是:外套筒与内套筒通过回转轴承连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的护筒扭矩放大器,其特征是:内套筒也可安装在动力头内套或钻杆上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的护筒扭矩放大器,其特征是:护筒安装护筒连接板上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的护筒扭矩放大器,其特征是:设置有放大器下压板。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的护筒扭矩放大器,其特征是:钻杆上安装有带机锁装置的齿轮。
