一种电磁式叩击按摩装置及手持式按摩器

本申请要求于2016年12月16日提交中国专利局、申请号为201621385487.0、发明名称为“一种电磁式叩击按摩装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及按摩机技术领域,具体涉及一种电磁式叩击按摩装置及手持式按摩器。
背景技术
现代都市生活节奏加快,很多青年人忙碌的生活、工作,加快了身体的负担,更多人经常熬夜加班,导致身体疲劳,身体各部位器官得不到平衡,按摩能使身体各部位得到放松,消除亚健康。中老年人由于上了年纪,各种身体疾病日益突出,也可通过按摩快速缓解疲劳、酸痛、改善血液循环。
中医按摩在我国具有悠久的历史,根据按摩手法,对人体特定的部位和穴位施加外力,从而达到按摩保健,治疗疾病的效果,其独特的治疗效果得到了普遍认可。叩击是中医按摩的中的按摩方式之一,具有舒筋通络、活血祛瘀、调和气血等作用,同时叩击还对高血压、肌肉痉挛、肢体瘫痪和肌肉萎缩等病症有明显的疗效。
现有的叩击按摩装置主要分为机械式和电磁式两种。
其中,机械式叩击装置通过内部机械结构驱动按摩捶往复运动,实现叩击按摩,但是这种按摩装置存在如下缺点:一、机械结构内部相对运动,噪音较大;二、按摩强度不可控;三、机械式叩击装置施加的按摩力是刚性的,有冲击性,如果按摩力调节不当或误操作,极易对人造成二次伤害。
而电磁式叩击装置的工作原理如图1所示,是利用电磁线圈8通电时产生感应磁场,驱动永磁铁9运动。永磁铁9的一端连接按摩捶10,两者之间设有弹簧11,通过弹簧11与线圈感应磁场的共同作用下,实现永磁 铁9在导轨12中往复运动,实现叩击按摩。而这种按摩装置由于电磁力度较小,按摩装置在按摩捶10受到外力挤压时(如人体全部或部分区域接触、按压按摩头),永磁铁9将无法运动,按摩效果降低。
因此,针对现有问题,有必要设计一种永磁式叩击按摩装置,以解决按摩头受外力挤压导致永磁铁运动失效的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的第一目的是提供一种电磁式叩击按摩装置,通过永磁铁在导轨内发生非接触式碰撞产生冲击震动,实现叩击按摩目的;本发明的第二目的是提供一种包括该电磁式叩击按摩装置的手持式按摩器。
为达到上述第一目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种电磁式叩击按摩装置,包括空心圆柱导轨,所述空心圆柱导轨的外部套有金属线圈,空心圆柱导轨的内部设有运动永磁铁,运动永磁铁在空心圆柱导轨的内部沿其轴向运动,所述叩击按摩装置还包括可与运动状态下的运动永磁铁产生排斥作用的薄片永磁铁,所述薄片永磁铁设置在空心圆柱导轨的两端。
优选的,所述叩击按摩装置还包括具有气流循环空腔的塑料外壳;所述空心圆柱导轨、金属线圈和运动永磁铁设置在塑料外壳的气流循环空腔内,空心圆柱导轨的外部设有气流循环通道;所述气流循环通道与空心圆柱导轨两端连通。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种电磁式叩击按摩装置利用磁铁之间的软碰撞,传递碰撞震动实现叩击按摩动作,不受外力影响,同时可调节金属线圈通、断电的波形、改变金属线圈连通电流的大小,实现多种力度和按摩手法的按摩,具有较好的叩击按摩效果。
为达到上述第二目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种手持式按摩器,包括按摩部,所述按摩部包括本体及设于所述本体内部的电磁式叩击按摩装置,还包括用于自动控制所述电磁式叩击按摩装置的控制部;所述电磁式叩击按摩装置为以上所述的电磁式叩击按摩装置。

优选的,所述控制部与所述按摩部分体设置,且二者通过控制线相连;所述控制部包括外罩及设于所述外罩内部的控制部件。

具体实施方式
现有的电磁式叩击装置是利用电磁线圈通电时与永磁铁产生相互运动,永磁铁的一端连接按摩捶,两者之间设有弹簧,通过弹簧与线圈感应磁场的共同作用下,实现永磁铁在导轨中往复运动,实现叩击按摩。而这种按摩装置由于电磁力度较小,按摩装置在按摩头受到外力挤压时(如人体全部或部分区域接触、按压按摩头),永磁铁将无法运动,按摩效果降低。
因此,针对现有问题,本发明提供一种永磁式叩击按摩装置,以解决按摩头受外力挤压导致永磁铁运动失效的问题。
下面将通过具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参见图2~图4所示,一种电磁式叩击按摩装置,包括空心圆柱导轨1,空心圆柱导轨1的外部套有铜芯线材绕制的金属线圈2,空心圆柱导轨1的内部设有运动永磁铁3,运动永磁铁3在空心圆柱导轨1的内部沿其轴向运动,运动永磁铁3与空心圆柱导轨1的内壁紧密贴合。金属线圈2通电后可产生感应磁场,通过磁场作用,驱动空心圆柱导轨1内部的运动永磁铁3运动。其中金属线圈2长度与空心圆柱导轨1长度、运动永磁铁3长度成正比关系,保证运动永磁铁3在任何位置均可被线圈磁场驱动。
叩击按摩装置还包括了可与运动状态下的运动永磁铁3产生排斥作用的薄片永磁铁4,薄片永磁铁4设置在空心圆柱导轨1的两端,运动永磁铁3在线圈磁场的驱动下,利用薄片永磁铁4与运动永磁铁3互斥的磁场力,在运动永磁铁3往复运动的过程中发生非接触式碰撞,起到缓冲和传递运动永磁铁3的碰撞作用,对按摩装置产生瞬间冲击,按摩装置将冲击作用传递到人身体上,形成叩击按摩。
叩击按摩装置还具有气流循环空腔的塑料外壳5,用于安装整个按摩装置,塑料外壳5内部还设有用于准确定位各个部件的安装定位单元(未示出)。空心圆柱导轨1、金属线圈2和运动永磁铁3设置在塑料外壳5的气流循环空腔内。空心圆柱导轨1的外部具有气流循环通道6,该气流循环通道6与空心圆柱导轨1两端连通。空心圆柱导轨1与气流循环通道6接触的两端设置有环形软胶垫7,环形软胶垫7配合空心圆柱导轨1安装,使得空心圆柱导轨1与塑料外壳5配合更紧密,降低噪音,同时环形软胶垫7使得空心圆柱导轨1两端处于导通状态,便于气流循环,避免形成密闭腔,阻碍运动永磁铁3的运动。
上述提及的薄片永磁铁4设置在塑料外壳5的气流循环空腔外部,与空心圆柱导轨1之间设有气流循环通道6。
气流循环通道6实现空心圆柱导轨1两端气流的导通,当运动永磁铁3向空心圆柱导轨1端部运动时,空心圆柱导轨1端部内腔气体受到挤压,另外一端内腔气体则形成负压,气流循环通道6可实现运动永磁铁3的两端气压平衡。若空心圆柱导轨1的两端封闭,气压产生的阻力将大大削弱运动永磁铁3的运动速度,使得按摩效果降低或者按摩失效。
本发明提供的一种电磁式叩击按摩装置,利用了运动永磁铁与薄片永磁铁之间的软碰撞,传递碰撞震动实现叩击按摩动作,整个运动体和按摩发生在按摩装置的内部,不受外力或机构的影响,即人体全部或部分接触、挤压按摩装置时,不会影响叩击按摩的效果。其次,通过调节金属线圈的通、断电的波形,即可调节运动永磁铁的运动行程和碰撞频率,通过调节金属线圈接入的电流大小,即可调节金属线圈的磁场强度,从而调节碰撞的力度,实现多种力度的按摩调节,最后本按摩装置是通过震动传递的方式实现叩击按摩,是非机械性地直接与人体接触式的叩击按摩,不受人体 应用位置的限制,可带来更加便捷性、舒适性的按摩体验,更具有应用价值。
请继续参考附图5-7,其中,图5为本发明提供的手持式按摩棒在第一种具体实施例中的垂直方向剖视图;图6为本发明提供的手持式按摩棒在第二种具体实施例中的垂直方向剖视图;图7为本发明提供的手持式按摩棒在第三种具体实施例中的垂直方向剖视图。
本发明还提供一种手持式按摩器,如图5-7所示,该手持式按摩器包括按摩部,其中,按摩部包括本体13及设于该本体13内部的电磁式叩击按摩装置,另外,还包括用于自动控制该电磁式叩击按摩装置的控制部。
其中,该手持式按摩器的电磁式叩击按摩装置为以上任一实施例中所述的电磁式叩击按摩装置,包括空心圆柱导轨1,空心圆柱导轨1的外部套有铜芯线材绕制的金属线圈2,空心圆柱导轨1的内部设有运动永磁铁3,运动永磁铁3在空心圆柱导轨1的内部沿其轴向运动,运动永磁铁3与空心圆柱导轨1的内壁紧密贴合。金属线圈2通电后可产生感应磁场,通过磁场作用,驱动空心圆柱导轨1内部的运动永磁铁3运动。该电磁式叩击按摩装置还包括了可与运动状态下的运动永磁铁3产生排斥作用的薄片永磁铁4,薄片永磁铁4设置在空心圆柱导轨1的两端,由于该电磁式叩击按摩装置具有上述技术效果,因此,包括该电磁式叩击按摩装置的手持式按摩器也应具有相应的技术效果,此处不再赘述。
具体地,图5所示的实施例中,按摩部与控制部为一体式结构,该控制部位于本体13内部,且为手持端。
图6和图7所示的实施例中,控制部与按摩部分体设置,且二者通过控制线15相连,且该控制部包括外罩14及设于外罩14内部的控制部件。
因此,上述分体式和一体式结构的手持式按摩器能够适用于不同的场合。
另外,根据按摩部形状的不同,电磁式叩击按摩装置在本体13内部的布置方向不同,如图6和图7所示。
进一步地,上述控制部的控制部件包括电池16和PCBA 17,其中,PCBA 17(Printed Circuit Board+Assembly)为印刷电路板,用于控制金属线圈2的电流,从而控制该电磁式叩击按摩装置的工作状态,电池16用于 为该手持式按摩器供电。
另一方面,本体13、外罩14及控制线15均由食品级硅胶包覆,保证安全的同时具有良好的触感。所述一体式手持按摩器可实现往复按摩功能,对女性生殖健康、产后阴道恢复、缩阴锻炼等具有良好按摩效果。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种电磁式叩击按摩装置,包括空心圆柱导轨,所述空心圆柱导轨的外部套有金属线圈,空心圆柱导轨的内部设有运动永磁铁,运动永磁铁在空心圆柱导轨的内部沿其轴向运动,其特征在于:所述叩击按摩装置还包括可与运动状态下的运动永磁铁产生排斥作用的薄片永磁铁,所述薄片永磁铁设置在空心圆柱导轨的两端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电磁式叩击按摩装置,其特征在于:所述叩击按摩装置还包括具有气流循环空腔的塑料外壳;所述空心圆柱导轨、金属线圈和运动永磁铁设置在塑料外壳的气流循环空腔内,空心圆柱导轨的外部设有气流循环通道;所述气流循环通道与空心圆柱导轨两端连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电磁式叩击按摩装置,其特征在于:所述薄片永磁铁设置在塑料外壳的气流循环空腔外部,与空心圆柱导轨之间设有气流循环通道。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电磁式叩击按摩装置,其特征在于:所述空心圆柱导轨与气流循环通道接触的两端设置有环形软胶垫。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电磁式叩击按摩装置,其特征在于:所述运动永磁铁与空心圆柱导轨的内壁紧密贴合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电磁式叩击按摩装置,其特征在于:所述塑料外壳内部设有用于准确定位各个部件的安装定位单元。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电磁式叩击按摩装置,其特征在于:所述金属线圈长度与空心圆柱导轨长度、运动永磁铁长度成正比关系。
  8. 一种手持式按摩器,包括按摩部,所述按摩部包括本体及设于所述本体内部的电磁式叩击按摩装置,其特征在于,还包括用于自动控制所述电磁式叩击按摩装置的控制部;
    所述电磁式叩击按摩装置为权利要求1-7中任一项所述的电磁式叩击按摩装置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的手持式按摩器,其特征在于,所述按摩部与所述控制部为一体式结构,所述控制部位于所述本体内部,且为手持端。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的手持式按摩器,其特征在于,所述控制部 与所述按摩部分体设置,且二者通过控制线相连;
    所述控制部包括外罩及设于所述外罩内部的控制部件。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的手持式按摩器,其特征在于,所述控制部的控制部件包括电池和PCBA。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的手持式按摩器,其特征在于,所述本体、所述外罩及所述控制线均由食品级硅胶包覆。
