Description

一种信息提示的方法及装置
本申请要求于2016年12月15日提交中国专利局、申请号为201611160430.5、发明名称为“一种信息提示的方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及计算机领域,尤其涉及一种信息提示的方法及装置。
背景技术
随着信息技术的发展,在日常生活和工作中,人们的沟通方式除了面对面的交流之外,增加了通过社交应用(如,微信,QQ,263等)和邮件等方式等非面对面的沟通方式。例如,通过社交应用和邮件发送文字信息和图片等,给人们的工作和生活带来了极大的便捷。
传统方式中的社交应用和邮件的沟通方式在给用户带来方便的同时,也会给用户带来一些麻烦。例如,信息的误发,以即时通信为例,当用户使用即时通信时,经常会和多个人或者群组发送消息,有时候会由于误点到错误的对话框将信息误发,例如,用户A同时和两个朋友聊天(如,用户B和用户C),用户A可能在没有仔细看对话框名字的情况下,将本应该发送给用户B的信息发送给用户C,造成信息误发。或者,用户在回复邮件时,由于两个联系人的邮箱地址相近,例如,邮箱地址中只有一两个字母不同,用户可能会选错邮箱地址,用户A可能会将本应该发送给用户B的邮件发送给用户C,造成信息误发。
综上所述,传统方式中的通过社交应用或者邮件的方式发送信息,可能会由于信息的误发而造成私密信息或者机密信息的泄露。
发明内容
本发明实施例中提供了一种信息提示的方法及装置,用于减少输入信息发错通信对象的概率,保证输入信息发送的准确性,进而避免将用户信息(如密码,身份证号码等)发送给错误的通信对象而造成用户信息泄露。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种信息提示的方法,包括:从目标通信对象集合中选择第一通信对象,通信对象为在目标应用中数据交互的对象。例如,在“微信”的应用场景中,通信对象可以为微信中的联系人信息,在“电子邮件”的应用场景中,通信对象可以为存储的联系人的地址信息,在“短信”的应用场景中,通信对象可以为手机中存储的电话号码信息;然后,获取与第一通信对象对应的第一交互信息,第一交互信息可以包括但不限定于文字信息、语音信息和图像信息等。需要说明的是,若该第一交互信息为语音信息,则需要利用语音识别技术将语音信息转化为可处理的文字信息。若第一交互信息为图像信息,则可以通过图像识别技术提取出图像中的关键信息,该关键信息可以是通过图像处理技术识别出图像中的信息,并且通过一个训练后的模型将图像映射到文字,从而生成的关键词;通过第一通信对象的信息输入界面接收输入信息;根据输入信息和第一交互信息,确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度;若匹配度小于第一阈值,表明输入信息与第一通信对象不匹配,则进行提示,以提示用户该输入信息可能发错了通信对象。本实施例中,根据输入信息和第一通信对象对应的第一交互信息进行分析,可以确定出输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度,该匹配度可以用于表示输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配情况, 从而在输入信息与第一通信不匹配的情况下,进行提示,以使得用户可以根据该提示确认该输入信息发送的通信对象是否正确,极大减少输入信息发错通信对象的概率。
在一种可能的实现方式中,根据输入信息和第一交互信息,确定输入信息与第一交互信息的匹配度具体的方式可以为:对输入信息和第一交互信息进行上下文语义分析,应用深度学习的神经网络语言模型对第一交互信息进行分析,该神经网络语言模型是预先对大量的词语和句子进行学习训练而得到,该神经网络语言模型可以用于计算一个句子或一个词语产生概率的模型,将第一交互信息作为该神经网络语言模型的输入,该语言模型对第一交互信息进行文本分析,神经网络模型再计算预测的句子和输入信息之间的关联度;然后根据关联度确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度。本实施例中,获取了第一交互信息后,当接收到输入信息,该输入信息与该第一交互信息就形成了上下文,可以理解的是,输入信息为“下文”,第一交互信息为“上文”,一般情况下,符合语言逻辑的情况为上下文所表达的语义在一个语言环境中。本发明实施例中,通过判断输入信息与第一交互信息是否在一个语言环境中确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度,若该匹配度低表明“上言不搭下语”,就可以确定输入信息可能发错了通信对象,本实施例中的方案根据语言逻辑判断输入信息是否发错了通信对象,判断的准确度较高,而且适用的应用场景广泛。
在一种可能的实现方式中,根据输入信息和第一交互信息,确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度的具体方式还可以为:提取第一交互信息中用于表述对象关系的关键词,对象关系用于表示用户与对象的人际关系,例如,该对象关系可以为恋人关系,同事关系,亲属关系等,然后,通过对象模型对关键词进行分析,确定与第一通信对象的目标对象关系,对象模型是对描述对象关系的关键词集合进行学习训练而得到的,该对象模型包括关键词与对象关系的函数关系,因此可以将关键词作为对象模型的输入,对象模型的输出为目标对象关系;根据目标对象关系确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度。可以理解的是,本实施例中,若该匹配度低,则表明该输入信息并没有发送到合适的对象,例如,“密码”并不适合发送到“同事关系”的通信对象。本实施例中,根据确定的目标对象关系,判断该输入信息是否发送到合适的对象,可以有效避免由于输入信息发错对象而造成的个人安全信息泄露的问题。而且本实施例中的对象模型可以对当下新产生的用于表示对象关系的关键词进行更新学习,确定的目标对象关系准确性较高。
在一种可能的实现方式中,根据输入信息和第一交互信息,确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度的具体方式可以为:提取第一交互信息中用于表述对象关系的关键词;将关键词与预置的多个对象关系模板进行匹配,确定与第一通信对象对应的目标对象关系,多个对象关系模板中的每个对象关系模板均包括用于表述一种对象关系的关键词的集合。例如,该多个对象关系模板包括夫妻关系模板,上下级关系模板,母子关系模板等等,根据目标对象关系确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度。若本实施例中,根据确定的目标对象关系,判断该输入信息是否发送到合适的对象,可以有效避免由于输入信息发错对象而造成的个人安全信息泄露的问题。
在在一种可能的实现方式中,在从目标通信对象的集合中选择第一通信对象之前,还包括确定目标通信对象的方法,该确定目标通信对象的方法具体可以为:确定多个通信对 象,记录多个通信对象中每个通信对象对应的最后一条交互信息的时间戳;若时间戳与当前时刻的差异参数小于第二阈值,则确定时间戳对应的通信对象为目标通信对象。本实施例中,目标通信对象可以为用户当前正在通信的通信对象集合,用户分别与多个目标通信对象进行信息交互时,保证输入信息发送的准确性,从而避免将用户信息(如密码,身份证号码等)发送给错误的通信对象而造成用户信息泄露。
在一种可能的实现方式中,获取目标通信对象集合中除了第一通信对象之外的其他通信对象对应的第二交互信息;然后,根据输入信息和第二交互信息,确定输入信息与其他通信对象的匹配度,然后,确定在其他通信对象中与输入信息匹配度最高的第二通信对象,该第二通信对象可以理解为输入信息应该发送的通信对象;然后,提示第二通信对象为输入信息所对应的通信对象。本实施例中,通过提示与输入信息匹配度高的第二通信对象来提示用户该输入信息应该发送的正确的通信对象,不需要用户进行重新查找正确的通信对象,节省了用户的操作步骤,更加智能,节省用户的操作时间。
在一种可能的实现方式中,提示第二通信对象为输入信息所对应的通信对象的具体方式可以为:显示第二通信对象的标识,标识包括第二通信对象的通信地址,地址链接,名称和头像中的至少一项。该标识为用户可以识别到第二通信对象的标识,可以使得用户根据第二通信对象的标识确认该输入信息应该发送的第二通信对象是否正确。
在一种可能的实现方式中,显示第二通信对象的标识之后,还可以包括如下方法:响应对标识的确认操作,生成第一确认指令;然后,根据第一确认指令切换信息输入界面对应到第二通信对象;将输入信息复制到第二通信对象的信息输入界面,以将该输入信息发送到正确的通信对象。本实施例中,可以根据提示信息自动切换到与输入信息匹配度高的通信对象的信息输入界面,不需要用户重新打开第二通信对象的信息输入界面,重新输入该输入信息,减少用户的操作步骤,更加智能化,节省用户的操作时间。
在一种可能的实现方式中,若匹配度大于或者等于第一阈值,则接收发送输入信息的第二确认指令;根据第二确认指令将输入信息向服务器发送。本实施例中,若匹配度小于该第一阈值,则用户设备拒绝接收用户输入的第二确认指令,例如,在“微信”的应用场景中,若匹配度小于该第一阈值,则“输入”按钮不启动,而只有当匹配度大于或者等于第一阈值时,该“输入”按钮才会启动,允许接收用户输入的第二确认指令,用户设备根据第二确认指令将该输入信息向服务器发送,以使得服务器将该输入信息向第一通信对象发送。
在一种可能的实现方式中,通过第一通信对象的信息输入界面接收输入信息之后,对输入信息和第一交互信息进行分析之前,还可以包括如下方法:接收发送输入信息的第二确认指令;然后,根据第二确认指令对输入信息和第一交互信息进行分析,得到输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度;若该匹配度小于第一阈值,则拒绝向服务器发送输入信息。本实施例中,第一交互信息和输入信息非实时匹配,而是通过第一通信对象的信息输入界面接收输入信息之后,接收用户输入的发送该输入信息的第二确认指令,当用户设备接收到该第二确认指令,暂时并不会将该输入信息向服务器发送,而是根据该第二确认指令对输入信息和第一交互信息进行分析,得到输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度,若匹配度小于 第一阈值,拒绝向服务器发送输入信息。
第二方面,本发明实施例提供了一种信息提示的装置,具有实现上述方法中实际中该装置所执行的功能。该功能可以通过硬件实现,也可以通过硬件执行相应的软件实现。该硬件或软件包括一个或多个与上述功能相对应的模块。
第三方面,该信息提示的装置的结构中包括存储器,收发器和处理器。其中存储器用于存储计算机可执行程序代码,并与收发器耦合。该程序代码包括指令,当该处理器执行该指令时,该指令使该装置执行上述第一方面方法中所涉及的信息或者指令。
第四方面,本发明实施例提供了一种计算机存储介质,用于储存上述一种信息提示的装置所用的计算机软件指令,其包含用于执行上述第一方面所设计的程序。
第五方面,本发明实施例提供了一种信息提示的方法,包括:从目标通信对象集合中选择第一通信对象,然后,通过第一通信对象的信息输入界面接收输入信息;确定与第一通信对象的目标对象关系,对象关系用于表示用户与对象的人际关系,例如,该对象关系可以为“夫妻关系”,“同事关系”和“朋友关系”等;根据目标对象关系确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度;若匹配度小于第一阈值,则进行提示。本实施例中通过对象关系来确定该输入信息是否发送到了合适的对象,若该输入信息不适合发送到与该目标对象关系对应的第一通信对象,则进行提示,以提示用户该输入信息可能发错了通信对象,极大的降低将输入信息发错通信对象的概率。
在一种可能的实现方式中,确定与第一通信对象的目标对象关系之前,还包括目标对象关系是如何获取到的具体方式,每一个对象关系都是与通信对象进行关联保存的,具体的确定对象关系的方式为:获取目标通信对象中每个通信对象对应的交互信息;然后,根据交互信息确定与每个通信对象的对象关系;再将对象关系与对应的通信对象进行关联保存。可以理解的是,对象关系根据通信对象的历史交互信息而确定的,然后将该对象关系与对象关系进行关联保存,这样确定了具体的目标对象,就可以获取到与该目标对象对应的目标对象关系,例如,用户的男朋友(名称为A)为第一通信对象,通过用户与男朋友的历史信息,就可以确定A与用户为恋人关系,将恋人关系与A进行关联保存,则当接收到输入信息时,就可以确定与A的对象关系为恋人关系。
在一种可能的实现方式中,根据交互信息确定与每个通信对象的对象关系的具体实现方式可以为:提取交互信息中用于表述对象关系的关键词;根据对象模型和关键词,确定与每个通信对象的对象关系,对象模型是对描述对象关系的关键词集合进行学习训练而得到的,该对象模型包括关键词与对象关系的函数关系,该对象模型是不断进行学习更新的,例如,随着时间的推移,可能对于同一种事物或人物的称谓会产生不同的关键词,对象模型可以对关键词的学习建立更新的对象关系。
在一种可能的实现方式中,为每个对象关系设置对应的第一安全等级;将第一安全等级与对应的对象关系进行关联保存;通过安全评估模型对输入信息进行评估,得到输入信息的安全等级为第二安全等级,安全评估模型为预先对用于表示用户信息的关键词集合进行学习训练得到的;根据目标对象关系对应的第一安全等级与第二安全等级进行匹配,得到输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度。本实施例中,若输入信息的安全等级与该目标对象 关系的安全等级的匹配度较高,则表明该输入信息可以发送到该目标对象关系对应的通信对象,本实施例中,对于用户的安全信息更为敏感,例如,账号,密码等信息,如果输入的信息的安全等级高,但是此时将输入信息发送到一个安全等级低的目标对象关系对应的通信对象,则进行提示,以防止用户信息的泄露。
在一种可能的实现方式中,确定与第一通信对象的目标对象关系的具体方式还可以是,获取第一通信对象的名称,在某些应用场景中,在应用中会存储该通信对象的名称,例如,微信中会存储联系的名称,如“同事小李”;根据第一通信对象的名称确定与第一通信对象的目标对象关系,通过第一通信对象的名称就可以确定用户与“小李”的对象关系是“同事关系”。本实施例中,通过通信对象的名称确定目标对象关系,实现方式简单,且正确率高。
在一种可能的实现方式中,确定匹配度的具体方法可以为:每个对象关系对应设置有一个黑名单,黑名单中包括多个关键词,然后,提取输入信息中的关键词;将输入信息中的关键词和目标对象关系对应的黑名单中的关键词进行匹配,得到匹配结果;根据匹配结果确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度。本实施例中,每个对象关系对应一个黑名单,这个黑名单包括哪些信息不能与该对象关系进行匹配,例如,同事关系对应的黑名单不能与密码信息匹配。减少用户信息的泄露的概率。

第九方面,本发明实施例提供了一种信息提示的方法,包括:接收第一用户设备发送的输入信息,该输入信息携带第一通信对象的标识,根据该第一通信对象的标识确定第一通信对象,并获取第一通信对象和第一用户设备对应的通信对象之间的第一交互信息;根据输入信息和第一交互信息,确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度;若匹配度小于第一阈值,则服务器生成提示信息,并将提示信息向第一用户设备发送,以使得第一用户设备根据该提示信息进行提示。本实施例中,可以由服务器确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度,若该匹配度低于第一预置,则由服务器生成提示信息,然后将该提示信息发送到对应的第一用户设备,以提示用户该输入信息可能发错了通信对象。本实施例中,确定输入信息与该第一通信对象的匹配度的步骤可以由服务器来执行,以减少用户设备的运算步骤,降低用户设备的运算压力。
在一种可能的实现方式中,当该匹配度大于或者等于该第一阈值时,该输入信息向第一通信对象对应的第二用户设备发送。
第十方面,本本发明实施例提供了一种信息提示的方法,包括:接收第一用户设备该输入信息,该输入信息携带第一通信对象的标识,然后,根据该第一通信对象的标识确定第一通信对象,并确定第一通信对象和第一用户设备对应的通信对象之间的目标对象关系;根据目标对象关系确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度;若匹配度小于第一阈值,生成提示信息,并将该提示信息向第一用户设备发送,以使该第一用户设备根据该提示信息进行提示。本实施例中,由服务器确定第一通信对象与第一用户设备对应的通信对象的目标对象关系,然后通过目标对象关系和输入信息确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度,若该匹配度低于第一预置,则由服务器生成提示信息,然后将该提示信息发送到对应的第一用户设备,以提示用户该输入信息可能发错了通信对象。本实施例中,确定输入信息与该第一通信对象的匹配度的步骤可以由服务器来执行,以减少用户设备的运算步骤,降低用户设备的运算压力。
在一种可能的实现方式中,若该匹配度大于或者等于该第一阈值,将该输入信息向第一通信对象对应的第二用户设备发送。
第十一方面,本发明实施例中提供了一种服务器,该服务器的结构中包括存储器,网络接口和处理器。其中存储器用于存储计算机可执行程序代码,并与网络接口耦合。该程序代码包括指令,当该处理器执行该指令时,该指令使该装置执行上述第九方面或者第十方面方法中所涉及的信息或者指令。

本发明实施例中提供了一种信息提示的方法及装置,用于减少输入信息发错通信对象的概率,保证输入信息发送的准确性,进而避免将用户信息发送给错误的通信对象而造成用户信息泄露。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

本发明实施例中提供的一种信息提示的方法,具体的该方法可以应用于用户设备中的目标应用,该目标应用可以为社交应用(如,微信,QQ),短信,电子邮件等。在实际应用中,对于该方法所应用的目标应用并不限定。
为了方便理解,对本发明实施例中涉及的词语进行解释说明。
通信对象:在目标应用中数据交互的对象。例如,在“微信”的应用场景中,通信对象可以为微信中的联系人信息;在“电子邮件”的应用场景中,通信对象可以为存储的联系人的地址信息;在“短信”的应用场景中,通信对象可以为手机中存储的电话号码信息。
目标通信对象:在多个通信对象中,可以满足预置条件的通信对象。该预置条件可以根据不同的应用场景有所不同,第一种方式中,该预置条件为目标通信对象与多个通信对象的范围相同,例如,在手机微信中的全部联系人为目标通信对象。
在第二种方式中,该预置条件为:通信对象对应的最后一条交互信息时间戳与当前时刻的差异参数小于第二阈值。具体的确定目标通信对象的具体的方式可以为:
首先确定多个通信对象,记录多个通信对象中每个通信对象对应的最后一条交互信息的时间戳;若时间戳与当前时刻的差异参数小于第二阈值,则确定时间戳对应的通信对象为目标通信对象。为了便于理解,举一个“微信”的应用场景的例子进行说明:
多个通信对象可以指用户A的手机微信中的所有联系人。例如,用户A的手机微信中有4个联系人,分别为B、C、D和E,需要说明的是,对于微信中通信对象的数量只是为了方便说明而举的例子,并不造成对本发明的限定性说明。记录这4个通信对象中每个通信对象的最后一条交互信息的时间戳,B对应的最后一条交互信息的时间戳为“2017年1月27日10点30分”,C对应的最后一条交互信息的时间戳为“2017年1月27日10点51分”,D对应的最后一条交互信息的时间戳为“2017年1月27日10点52分”,E对应的最后一条交互信息的时间戳为“2017年1月27日10点53分”,用户设备显示的当前时刻为“2017年1月27日10点55分”,确定每个通信对象对应的最后一条交互信息的时间戳与当前时刻的差异参数,本发明实施例中的差异参数可以为差值,也可以为差值与一个系数的乘积等等,在实际应用中,该差异参数可以有多种变形,本发明实施例中不一一举例,本发明实施例中,该差异参数可以以差值为例进行说明。
预先设置一个阈值,为了进行区分,该阈值可以称为第二阈值,例如,该第二阈值可以为5分钟,若通信对象对应的最后一条交互信息的时间戳与当前时刻的差值小于5分钟,则该通信对象为目标通信对象,具体的,请结合下表1进行理解:

从上表1可以看出,通信对象C、D和E为目标通信对象,也可以理解为由目标通信对象C、D和E组成了目标通信对象集合。
需要说明的是,本实施例中对于第二阈值(如5分钟)只是举例说明,并不造成对本发明的限定性说明,在不同的应用场景中,该第二阈值可以根据实际情况进行设置不同的数值。例如,在“电子邮件”的应用场景中,该第二阈值可以设置为5小时,也就是说,与当前时刻相比,在当前时刻之前的5小时之内收到的邮件所对应的通信对象为目标通信对象。交互信息:与通信对象进行数据交互时,接收或者发送的信息,该交互信息可以是文字信息、语音信息、以及图像信息。例如,在“微信”的应用场景中,用户通过“微信”在与小李聊天的过程中,可以向小李发送或者接收小李发送的文字信息,语音或者图片信息等。具体的,该文字信息可以是用户输入的文字信息,或者,该文字信息可以承载与不同的载体,该载体可以为“红包”或自媒体消息等,该文字信息可以为“红包”,或从其他应用转发过来的消息,朋友圈中的自媒体消息,今日头条中的一段新闻中的文字信息等等。
请结合图1进行理解,图1为本发明实施例中的场景示意图。本发明实施例中提供的一种信息提示的方法的一个实施例包括:
从目标通信对象集合中选择第一通信对象,该目标通信对象集合中包括至少一个第一通信对象。需要说明的是,第一通信对象是相对的,变化的,第一通信对象为当前信息输入界面对应的通信对象。例如,目标通信对象集合中包括2个通信对象,分别为通信对象Q和通信对象P,若当前微信中的信息输入界面对应的通信对象为Q,则通信对象Q为第一通信对象,若当前微信中的信息输入界面对象的通信对象为P,则通信对象P为第一通信对象。
获取与第一通信对象对应的第一交互信息,该第一交互信息可以为与该第一通信对象对应的全部历史交互信息;或者,预置时间段内的历史交互信息,例如,在当前时刻之前按照时间的先后顺序获取一个小时之内的历史交互信息;或者,预置数量的历史交互信息,例如,该预置数量为5,将该第一通信对象对应的最后一条交互信息作为第一条交互信息,按照时间接收和发送信息的先后顺序以最后一条交互信息向前再获取4条信息作为第一交互信息;或者,该第一交互信息为该第一通信对象对应的最后一条信息。
通过第一通信对象的信息输入界面接收输入信息,该输入信息可以为文字信息、图像信息和语音信息。该文字信息可以是“红包”中的文字信息,多媒体消息中的文字信息等,该输入信息可以结合交互信息进行理解,此处不赘述。
然后,根据输入信息和第一交互信息,确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度;若匹 配度小于第一阈值,则进行提示,以提示用户该输入信息可以发错通信对象。
以“微信”的应用场景进行举例说明,请结合图1的场景示意图进行理解。
用户通过“微信”分别与“妈妈”和“同事小李”聊天,用户A的手机中微信中的联系人“妈妈”和“同事小李”组成目标通信对象集合。用户在“妈妈”对应的信息输入界面和“同事小李”对应的输入界面之间进行切换,用户在不同的时刻分别与“妈妈”和“同事小李”聊天。
用户与“妈妈”和“同事小李”的聊天记录举例如下:
同事小李:周日去爬山吗?(时刻:10点10分5秒)
用户A回复同事小李:去呀,但是不想去的太远,你想去哪?(时刻:10点10分9秒),
妈妈:你记得我的银行卡密码吗,我要去取钱,可是忘了密码。(时刻:10点10分11秒)

从上表2的示例可以看出用户在“10点10分40秒”回复“同事小李”的“密码是123456”与“梧桐山吧,可以吗?”的匹配度是0,若第一阈值预先设置为1,该匹配度小于该第一阈值,则用户设备在“同事小李”的信息输入界面接收到输入信息“密码是123456”时,进行提示,以提示用户该输入信息可能发错通信对象。
本发明实施例也可以应用于“电子邮件”的应用场景中,目标通信对象的集合为电子邮件中对应的所有的地址信息,从目标通信对象集合中选择的第一通信对象为“zhaojian@163.com”,获取第一通信对象对应的第一交互信息为:“小赵,你好,请问设计图的进度如何?”,通过“zhaojian@163.com”对应的信息输入界面接收的输入信息为“赵总,您好,工作计划已完成,请您查收”,将第一交互信息与输入信息进行匹配,确定的匹配度为“0”,若第一阈值预先设置为1,则匹配度小于该第一阈值,则用户设备在“同事小李”的信息输入界面接收到输入信息“赵总,您好,工作计划已完成,请您查收。”时,进行提示,以提示用户该输入信息可能发错通信对象。
需要说明的是,上述示例中的匹配度,第一阈值,交互信息和输入信息等,均是为了方便说明而举示例性说明,并不造成对本发明的限定性说明。
本发明实施例中提供的一种信息的提示方法,可以根据第一通信对象的信息输入界面接收的输入信息和与第一通信对象对应的第一交互信息,确定输入信息与第一交互信息的匹配度,若该匹配度小于第一阈值,则进行提示,以提示用户该输入信息对应的通信对象可能是错误的,以减少输入信息发错通信对象的概率,尤其是分别与多个目标通信对象进行信息交互时,保证输入信息发送的准确性,从而避免将用户信息(如密码,身份证号码等)发送给错误的通信对象而造成用户信息泄露。
下面对本发明实施例中提供的一种信息提示的方法进行详细描述,请参阅图2所示,本发明实施例提供的一种信息提示的方法的一个实施例包括:
步骤201、从目标通信对象集合中选择第一通信对象。
接收用户输入的确定第一通信对象的指令,根据该指令从目标通信对象集合中选择第一通信对象。
本发明实施例中,确定目标通信对象的具体方法可以为:确定多个通信对象,该多个通信对象可以为社交应用中所有的通信对象,然后,记录多个通信对象中每个通信对象对应的最后一条交互信息的时间戳;若时间戳与当前时刻的差异参数小于第二阈值,该差异参数可以以差值为例进行说明,确定时间戳对应的通信对象为目标通信对象。例如,该第二阈值为5分钟,该差值小于5分钟的通信对象为目标通信对象,也就是说,在当前时刻之前5分钟之内的有信息交互的通信对象为目标通信对象。例如,在“微信”的应用场景中,该目标通信对象包括“妈妈”和“同事小李”,当用户点击“妈妈”头像,用户设备接收到用户输入的确定通信对象指令,则根据该指令确定“妈妈”为第一通信对象,展示该第一通信对象的信息输入界面。
步骤202、获取与第一通信对象对应的第一交互信息。
该第一交互信息为第一通信对象对应的历史交互信息,如在表2的示例中,“同事小李”对应的第一交互信息可以为“周日去爬山吗?”、“去呀,但是不想去的太远,你想去哪?”, “梧桐山吧,可以吗?”这三条历史交互信息。在另一种可能的实现方式中,该第一交互信息也可以为最后一条交互信息,“梧桐山吧,可以吗?”,在实际的应用中,对于第一交互信息的信息量本发明实施例中并不限定。
该第一交互信息可以包括但不限定于文字信息、语音信息和图像信息等。需要说明的是,若该第一交互信息为语音信息,则需要利用语音识别技术将语音信息转化为可处理的文字信息。若第一交互信息为图像信息,则可以通过图像识别技术提取出图像中的关键信息,该关键信息可以是通过图像处理技术识别出图像中的信息,并且通过一个训练后的模型将图像映射到文字,从而生成的关键词。
当该第一交互信息为文字信息时,该文字信息可以是用户直接输入的文字信息,或者,该文字信息可以该文字信息可以有不同的载体,例如,该承载可以为“红包”,“自媒体消息”等,若文字信息被承载于如“红包”和“自媒体消息”的载体中,则需要从该载体中提取文字信息。例如,在“微信”的应用场景中,用户向“妈妈”发送“红包”,并在“红包”中添加文字信息“妈妈,节日快乐”,则需要提取该红包中的文字信息。
步骤203、通过第一通信对象的信息输入界面接收输入信息。
该输入信息可以包括但不限定于文字信息,语音信息和图像信息,该输入信息的形式可以结合步骤201中对交互信息的说明进行理解,此处不赘述。
需要说明的是,步骤202和步骤203之间没有时序的限制,步骤203也可以在步骤202之前。
步骤204、根据输入信息和第一交互信息,确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度。
该匹配度用于表示第一交互信息与输入信息的匹配程度。确定该输入信息与该第一通信对象的匹配度的方法具体可以为:
在第一种可能的实现方式中,对输入信息和第一交互信息进行上下文语义分析,得到输入信息与第一交互信息的上下文语境的关联度;语义分析的方法有很多,本实施例中举例子对语义分析进行简单的说明,应用深度学习的神经网络语言模型对第一交互信息进行分析,该神经网络语言模型是预先对大量的词语和句子进行学习训练而得到,该神经网络语言模型可以用于计算一个句子或一个词语产生概率的模型,将第一交互信息作为该神经网络语言模型的输入,该语言模型对第一交互信息进行文本分析,首先可以对第一交互信息进行拆分,例如,该第一交互信息为“去爬山吗,不想去太远,你想去哪?”,将第一交互信息拆分,引入词向量,例如:“去”,“爬山”,“不想去”,“太远”,“你”,“想去哪”,然后挖掘词向量之间的关系,譬如同义词,反义词等等,然后通过神经网络对将要产生的词语或者句子进行预测,比如,经过神经网络语言模型预测的句子为:“去,我想去青山”,或者“不想去”。当输入信息为“去,我想去梧桐山”,然后,神经网络模型再计算预测的句子和输入信息之间的关联度,例如,神经网络语言模型预测的句子与输入信息中的句子,只有“青山”和“梧桐山”词不同,但是,这两个词为同义词,最后经过计算第一交互信息与输入信息的关联度为90%,需要说明的是,上述对于上下文语义分析的方法只是为了方便理解进行的实例性说明,并不造成对本发明的限定性说明。该关联度与匹配度具有对应关系,且该关联度与匹配度呈正相关。
然后,根据关联度确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度。例如,关联度为100%对应的匹配度为5为标准计算,则关联度为90%对应的匹配度为4.5。需要说明的是,根据关联度确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度的方式只是举例说明,并不造成对本发明的限定性说明。
在第二种可能的实现方式中,提取第一交互信息中用于表述对象关系的关键词。可以理解的是,该对象关系可以指用户与“社交应用”或“电子邮件”中的联系人之间的人际关系。例如,该对象关系包括但不限定于“同事关系”、“恋人关系”、“亲属关系”、“母子关系”、“父子关系”、“朋友关系”、“上下级关系”及“夫妻关系”等等。
通过对象模型对关键词进行分析,确定与第一通信对象的目标对象关系,对象模型是对描述对象关系的关键词集合进行学习训练而得到的。例如,关键词为“妈妈”,将关键词“妈妈”作为输入,则对象模型输出的目标对象关系可能为“母子关系”;再如,第一交互信息中提取的关键词为“亲爱的”,“老公”或者“老婆”等,则对象模型输入的与第一通信对象的目标对象关系可能为“夫妻关系”。
然后,根据该目标对象关系确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度,具体的方式可以有几种,下面进行简要说明:
1、首先,可以提取输入信息中的关键词,通过对象模型对输入信息中的关键词进行分析,确定与第一通信对象对应的第一对象关系,然后将目标对象关系与第一对象关系进行匹配,得到匹配度。对象关系之间的匹配度可以预先设置,下面对对象关系之间的匹配度进行举例说明,请参阅下表3所示。

需要说明的是,上述表3只是为了简便说明而对对匹配度进行示例性说明,并不造成对本发明的限定性说明。
上表3可以看出,当目标对象关系和第一对象关系完全匹配时,匹配度最高为第一预置值(如3),目标对象关系和第一对象关系具有关联关系时,匹配度为第二预置值(如2),目标对象关系和第一对象关系具有关联关系的例子还譬如“领导关系”和“同事关系”。又如,目标对象关系可能包括两种或两种以上的对象关系,对象模型可以通过多个关键词对对象关系进行校正,可以理解的是,该对象模型可以通过对多个关键词的分析,准确确定该目标对象关系。例如,第一交互信息中可能包括的关键词包括“亲爱的”、“姐妹”、“朋友”等关键词,通过“亲爱的”可能确定目标对象关系为“恋人关系”或“夫妻关系”,关键词又包括“姐妹”和“朋友”,最后,确定目标对象关系为“闺蜜关系”,“闺蜜关系”与“朋友关系”具有关联关系,因此,“闺蜜关系”和“朋友关系”的匹配度为第二预置值(如2)。
需要说明的是,该对象模型是不断进行学习更新的,例如,随着时间的推移,可能对于同一种事物或人物的称谓会产生不同的关键词,例如,网络流行语“香菇,蓝瘦”用于表示心情低落的词语;再如,对于领导的称谓也可能是“老大”,“老大”这个关键词可能用于确定“上下级关系”;对于导师的称谓也可能是“老板”,“老板”这个关键词可能用于确定“师生关系”等等,对象模型可以对关键词的学习建立更新的对象关系。
2、每种对象关系对应有一个黑名单,该黑名单中包括关键词。例如,“同事关系”对应的黑名单中包括的关键词包括:密码,银行卡,账号等用于表示用户个人信息的关键词,提取输入信息中的关键词,将输入信息中的关键词与黑名单中的关键词进行匹配,得到匹配结果,该匹配结果包括该输入信息中的关键是否与黑名单中的关键词相匹配,并且相匹配的关键词的数量等等。可以理解的是,例如,若输入信息中包括了对应的黑名单中的关键词,则确定匹配度为第三预置值(最小的预置值,如“0”)。可以理解的是,为了降低输入信息发错对象的概率,若输入信息中包括黑名单中的关键词表明该输入信息发送的通信对象可能发成错误。
本实施例中,根据确定的目标对象关系,判断该输入信息是否发送到合适的对象,可以有效避免由于输入信息发错对象而造成的个人安全信息泄露的问题。
在第三种可能的实现方式中,请结合图3进行理解,图3为对象关系模板的示意图。提取第一交互信息中用于表述对象关系的关键词,将关键词与预置的多个对象关系模板进行匹配,确定与第一通信对象对应的目标对象关系,多个对象关系模板中的每个对象关系模板均包括用于表述一种对象关系的关键词的集合。例如,多个对象关系模板包括夫妻关系模板,上下级关系模板,母子关系模板等等,其中,夫妻关系模板中包括的关键词:亲爱的,老公,老婆,媳妇等。上下级关系模板中包括的关键词:王总,工作总结,工作计划,您好等。母子关系模板中包括的关键词:妈妈、宝贝,老妈、女儿、儿子等。例如,在“微信”的应用场景中,从第一交互信息中提取的关键词包括“亲爱的”,“媳妇”,则将该关键词与多个对象关系模板中的关键词进行匹配,确定该目标关系模板为“夫妻关系”。然后,根据目标对象关系确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度。
需要说明的是,此处对于多个对象关系模板及该对象关系模板对应的关键词的集合只是举例说明,并不造成对本发明的限定性说明。本示例中,根据目标对象关系确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度的具体实现方式可以结合上述第二种实现方式中,根据目标对象关系确定输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度的具体方式进行理解,此处不赘述。

在第二种可能的实现方式中,获取目标通信对象集合中除了第一通信对象之外的其他通信对象对应的第二交互信息;例如,目标通信集合中包括的通信对象为“同事小李”、“妈妈”和“小张”,若第一通信对象为“同事小李”,则需要获取“妈妈”和“小张”分别对应的交互信息,本实施例中的第二交互信息可能是一个通信对象的交互信息,也可以是至少两个通信对象对应的交互信息的集合。在本实施例中,该第二交互信息为两个交互信息的集合,该第二交互信息包括“妈妈”对应的交互信息和“小张”对应的交互信息。
根据输入信息和第二交互信息,确定输入信息与第二交互信息的匹配度。例如,根据输入信息与“妈妈”对应的交互信息,确定该输入信息与“妈妈”对应的交互信息的匹配度,同理,根据输入信息与“小张”对应的交互信息,确定该输入信息与“妈妈”对应的交互信息的匹配度。本实施例中,根据该输入信息和第二交互信息,确定该输入信息与其他通信对象的匹配度的具体方式可以结合步骤204中,确定该输入信息与第一通信对象与输入信息的匹配度的具体三种实现方式进行理解,此处不赘述。
确定与输入信息匹配度最高的第二通信对象。例如确定该输入信息与“妈妈”的匹配度为3,确定该输入信息与“小张”的匹配度为2,则“妈妈”为第二通信对象。
请结合图4和图5进行理解,图4为“微信”的场景示意图,图5为“电子邮件”的场景示意图。提示该第二通信对象为输入信息所对应的通信对象。可选的,显示第二通信对象的标识,标识包括第二通信对象的通信地址,地址链接,名称和头像中的至少一项。
在图4对应的应用场景中,在第一通信对象(如“同事小李”)的信息输入界面显示该提示信息,该提示信息用于提示该输入信息对应的匹配度最高的第二通信对象(如“妈妈”)的头像和/或名字。在图5对应的应用场景中,在第一通信对象(如“zhaojian@163.com”)的信息输入界面显示该提示信息,该提示信息用于提示该输入信息对应的匹配度最高的第二通信对象的通信地址(如“zhijian@163.com”)。
进一步的,响应对标识的确认操作,生成第一确认指令。根据第一确认指令切换信息输入界面对应到第二通信对象;将输入信息复制到第二通信对象的信息输入界面,以将输入信息向第二通信对象发送。请结合图6对应的场景示意图进行理解,用户点击“妈妈”的头像,用户设备接收到对标识的确认操作后,生成第一确认指令,然后根据该第一确认指令切换信息输入界面对应到“妈妈”,并将输入信息(如,密码为123456)复制到“妈妈”的信息输入界面,以将输入信息向“妈妈”发送。
本实施例中,根据第一确认指令将该切换信息输入界面对应到第二通信对象,并将该输入信息服务复制到该第二通信对象的信息输入界面,以将该输入信息向该第二通信对象发送,即时输入信息发错了通信对象,可以根据提示信息自动切换到与输入信息匹配度高的通信对象的信息输入界面,不需要用户重新打开第二通信对象的信息输入界面,重新输 入该输入信息,减少用户的操作步骤,更加智能化,节省用户的操作时间。
可选的,若匹配度小于该第一阈值,则用户设备拒绝接收用户输入的第二确认指令,例如,在“微信”的应用场景中,若匹配度小于该第一阈值,则“输入”按钮不启动,而只有当匹配度大于或者等于第一阈值时,该“输入”按钮才会启动,允许接收用户输入的第二确认指令,用户设备根据第二确认指令将该输入信息向服务器发送,以使得服务器将该输入信息向第一通信对象发送。
需要说明的是,本实施例中,第一交互信息和输入信息可以是实时匹配,也就是说,获取到第一通信对象对应的第一交互信息,例如,输入信息为“密码123456”,当用户设备接收到输入信息为“密码”时,就与第一交互信息进行匹配,若匹配度小于第一阈值,则进行提示。
步骤207、若该匹配度大于或者等于该第一阈值,则接收发送输入信息的第二确认指令,根据第二确认指令将输入信息向服务器发送。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,第一交互信息和输入信息非实时匹配,而是通过第一通信对象的信息输入界面接收输入信息之后,接收用户输入的发送该输入信息的第二确认指令,当用户设备接收到该第二确认指令,暂时并不会将该输入信息向服务器发送,而是根据该第二确认指令对输入信息和第一交互信息进行分析,得到输入信息与第一通信对象的匹配度,若匹配度小于第一阈值,拒绝向服务器发送输入信息。
例如,在“微信”的应用场景中,用户在“同事小李”对应的信息输入界面输入该输入信息“密码123456”,此时,用户设备并不对第一交互信息和输入信息进行匹配,然后,当用户点击“输入”按钮后,用户设备根据接收到的用户输入的第二确认指令,根据第一交互信息和输入信息,确定第一交互信息和输入信息的匹配度,若该匹配度小于第一阈值,拒绝向服务器发送该输入信息“密码123456”,“同事小李”便不会接收到该输入信息,避免了用户的个人安全信息的泄露。
需要说明的是,上述实施例还可以应用于如下场景,例如:
1、目标通信对象为手机微信中全部的联系人信息,第一通信对象为手机微信联系人中的任一个联系人,例如,该联系人为“同事小李”,用户本来和“妈妈”进行聊天,误选择了“同事小李”,并在“同事小李”的信息输入界面输入该输入信息,用户设备将该输入信息与“同事小李”的对应的交互信息进行匹配,确定输入信息与“同事小李”的匹配度,若该匹配度小于第一阈值,则进行提示,以提示用户该输入信息可能发送错误的对象。
2、用户手机微信中包括多个通信对象,目标通信对象为非正在通信的通信对象,也就是说,目标通信对象满足的条件为:最后一条交互信息的时间戳与当前时刻的差异参数大于或者等于第二阈值。可以理解的是,用户正在分别与“同事小李”和“同事小张”进行聊天,当用户想要给“同事小李”回复信息时,却从目标对象(非正在通信的通信对象)中选择第一通信对象(如“妈妈”),可以理解的是,用户误选择了“妈妈”,并在“妈妈”的信息输入界面输入该输入信息,用户设备将该输入信息与“妈妈”对应的交互信息进行匹配,确定输入信息与“妈妈”的匹配度,若该匹配度小于第一阈值,则进行提示,以提示用户该输入信息可能发送错误的对象。
需要说明的是,上述应用场景只是示例性的场景说明,并不造成对本发明的限定性说明。请参阅图7所示,本发明实施例提供了一种信息提示的方法的另一个实施例包括:

本实施例中,可以预先根据每个通信对象的交互信息确定与每一个通信对象的对象关系,然后将该对象关系与对应的通信对象进行关联保存,当确定了第一通信对象,就可以获取与该第一通信对象关联保存的目标对象关系。根据该交互信息确定与每个通信对象的对象关系的具体方法可以为:
第一种方式:可以根据第一通信对象的名称确定与该第一通信对象的目标对象关系。例如,在“微信”的应用场景中,对话框中备注了名称为“同事小李”,则可以根据该名称确定与该通信对象的目标对象关系为“同事关系”。或者,对话中备注了名称为“大学同学”,根据该名称确定与该通信对象的目标对象关系为“同学关系”。

以该装置为手机为例,图17示出的是与本发明实施例相关的手机1700的部分结构的框图。参考图17,手机1700包括、收发器1710、存储器1720、输入设备1730、显示屏1740、传感器1750、音频电路1760、I/O子系统1770、处理器1780、以及电源1790等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图17中示出的手机结构并不构成对手机的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者拆分某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。本领领域技术人员可以理解显示屏1740属于用户界面(UI,User Interface),且手机1700可以包括比图示或者更少的用户界面。
下面结合图17对手机1700的各个构成部件进行具体的介绍:
收发器1710可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送。特别地,将基站的下行信息接收后,给处理器1780处理;另外,将设计上行的数据发送给基站。通常,收发器1710包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、耦合器、LNA(Low Noise Amplifier,低噪声放大器)、双工器等。
存储器1720可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器1780通过运行存储在存储器1720的软件程序以及模块,从而执行手机1700的各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器1720可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图象播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据手机1700的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器1720可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
输入设备1730可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与手机1700的用户设置 以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。具体地,输入设备1730可包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆、光鼠(光鼠是不显示可视输出的触摸敏感表面,或者是由触摸屏形成的触摸敏感表面的延伸)等中的一种或多种。输入设备1730与I/O子系统1770的输入设备控制器1771相连接,在设备输入控制器1771的控制下与处理器1780进行信号交互。
显示屏1740可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及手机1700的各种菜单,还可以接受用户输入。具体的显示屏1740可包括显示面板1741,以及触控面板1742。其中显示面板1741可以采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等形式来配置显示面板1741。触控面板1742,也称为触摸屏、触敏屏等,可收集用户在其上或附近的接触或者非接触操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板1742上或在触控面板1742附近的操作,也可以包括体感操作;该操作包括单点控制操作、多点控制操作等操作类型。),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触控面板1742可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位、姿势,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成处理器能够处理的信息,再送给处理器1780,并能接收处理器1780发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板1742,也可以采用未来发展的任何技术实现触控面板1742。进一步的,触控面板1742可覆盖显示面板1741,用户可以根据显示面板1741显示的内容(该显示内容包括但不限于,软键盘、虚拟鼠标、虚拟按键、图标等等),在显示面板1741上覆盖的触控面板1742上或者附近进行操作,触控面板1742检测到在其上或附近的操作后,通过I/O子系统1770传送给处理器1780以确定用户输入,随后处理器1780根据用户输入通过I/O子系统1770在显示面板1741上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图17中,触控面板1742与显示面板1741是作为两个独立的部件来实现手机1700的输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触控面板1742与显示面板1741集成而实现手机1700的输入和输出功能。
手机1700还可包括至少一种传感器1750,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板1741的亮度,接近传感器可在手机1700移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板1741和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,加速计传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;至于手机1700还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路1760、扬声器1761,麦克风1762可提供用户与手机1700之间的音频接口。音频电路1760可将接收到的音频数据转换后的信号,传输到扬声器1761,由扬声器1761转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,麦克风1762将收集的声音信号转换为信号,由音频电路1760接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出至收发器1710以发送给比如另一手机, 或者将音频数据输出至存储器1720以便进一步处理。
I/O子系统1770用来控制输入输出的外部设备,可以包括设备输入控制器1771、传感器控制器1772、显示控制器1773。可选的,一个或多个输入控制设备控制器1771从输入设备1730接收信号和/或者向输入设备1730发送信号,输入控制设备控制器1771可以与任一个或者多个上述设备连接。I/O子系统1770中的显示控制器1773从显示屏1740接收信号和/或者向显示屏1740发送信号。显示屏1740检测到用户输入后,显示控制器1773将检测到的用户输入转换为与显示在显示屏1740上的用户界面对象的交互,即实现人机交互。传感器控制器1772可以从一个或者多个传感器1750接收信号和/或者向一个或者多个传感器1750发送信号。
处理器1780是手机1700的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器1720内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器1720内的数据,执行手机1700的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。可选的,处理器1780可包括一个或多个处理单元;,处理器1780可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器1780中。
手机1700还包括给各个部件供电的电源1790(比如电池),,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器1780逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗等功能。

  1. 一种信息提示的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    从目标通信对象集合中选择第一通信对象;
    获取与所述第一通信对象对应的第一交互信息;
    通过所述第一通信对象的信息输入界面接收输入信息;
    根据所述输入信息和所述第一交互信息,确定所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度;
    若所述匹配度小于第一阈值,则进行提示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述输入信息和所述第一交互信息,确定所述输入信息与所述第一交互信息的匹配度,包括:
    对所述输入信息和所述第一交互信息进行上下文语义分析,得到所述输入信息与所述第一交互信息的上下文语境的关联度;
    根据所述关联度确定所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述输入信息和所述第一交互信息,确定所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度,包括:
    提取所述第一交互信息中用于表述对象关系的关键词,所述对象关系用于表示用户与对象的人际关系;
    通过对象模型对所述关键词进行分析,确定与所述第一通信对象的目标对象关系,所述对象模型是对描述对象关系的关键词集合进行学习训练而得到的;
    根据所述目标对象关系确定所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述输入信息和所述第一交互信息,确定所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度,包括:
    提取所述第一交互信息中用于表述对象关系的关键词;
    将所述关键词与预置的多个对象关系模板进行匹配,确定与所述第一通信对象对应的目标对象关系,所述多个对象关系模板中的每个对象关系模板均包括用于表述一种对象关系的关键词集合;
    根据所述目标对象关系确定所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从目标通信对象的集合中选择第一通信对象之前,所述方法还包括:
    确定多个通信对象;
    记录所述多个通信对象中每个通信对象对应的最后一条交互信息的时间戳;
    若所述时间戳与当前时刻的差异参数小于第二阈值,则确定所述时间戳对应的通信对象为目标通信对象。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述进行提示之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取目标通信对象集合中除了所述第一通信对象之外的其他通信对象对应的第二交互信息;
    根据所述输入信息和第二交互信息,确定所述输入信息与所述其他通信对象的匹配度;
    确定在所述其他通信对象中与所述输入信息匹配度最高的第二通信对象;
    所述进行提示,包括:
    提示所述第二通信对象为所述输入信息所对应的通信对象。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述提示所述第二通信对象为所述输入信息所对应的通信对象,包括:
    显示所述第二通信对象的标识,所述标识包括所述第二通信对象的通信地址,地址链接,名称和头像中的至少一项。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述显示所述第二通信对象的标识之后,所述方法还包括:
    响应对所述标识的确认操作,生成第一确认指令;
    根据所述第一确认指令切换信息输入界面对应到第二通信对象;
    将所述输入信息复制到所述第二通信对象的信息输入界面。
  9. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    若所述匹配度大于或者等于所述第一阈值,则接收发送所述输入信息的第二确认指令;
    根据所述第二确认指令将所述输入信息向服务器发送。
  10. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过所述第一通信对象的信息输入界面接收输入信息之后,对所述输入信息和所述第一交互信息进行分析之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收发送所述输入信息的第二确认指令;
    所述对所述输入信息和所述第一交互信息进行分析,得到所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度,包括:
    根据所述第二确认指令对所述输入信息和所述第一交互信息进行分析,得到所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度;
    若所述匹配度小于第一阈值,所述方法还包括:
    拒绝向服务器发送所述输入信息。
  11. 一种信息提示的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    从所述目标通信对象集合中选择第一通信对象;
    通过所述第一通信对象的信息输入界面接收输入信息;
    确定与所述第一通信对象的目标对象关系,对象关系用于表示用户与对象的人际关系;
    根据所述目标对象关系确定所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度;
    若所述匹配度小于第一阈值,则进行提示。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定与所述第一通信对象的目标对象关系之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述目标通信对象中每个通信对象对应的交互信息;
    根据所述交互信息确定与所述每个通信对象的对象关系;
    将所述对象关系与对应的通信对象进行关联保存。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述交互信息确定与所述每个通信对象的对象关系,包括:
    提取所述交互信息中用于表述对象关系的关键词;
    根据对象模型和所述关键词,确定与所述每个通信对象的对象关系,所述对象模型是对描述对象关系的关键词集合进行学习训练而得到的。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述交互信息确定与所述每个通信对象的对象关系之后,所述方法还包括:
    为每个对象关系设置对应的第一安全等级;
    将所述第一安全等级与对应的对象关系进行关联保存;
    所述根据所述目标对象关系确定所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度,包括:
    通过安全评估模型对所述输入信息进行评估,得到所述输入信息的安全等级为第二安全等级,所述安全评估模型为预先对用于表示用户信息的关键词集合进行学习训练得到的;
    根据所述目标对象关系对应的第一安全等级与所述第二安全等级进行匹配,得到所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定与所述第一通信对象的目标对象关系,包括:
    获取第一通信对象的名称;
    根据所述第一通信对象的名称确定与所述第一通信对象的目标对象关系。
  16. 根据权利要求12至14中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述每个对象关系对应设置有一个黑名单,所述黑名单中包括多个关键词,所述根据所述目标对象关系确定所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度,包括:
    提取输入信息中的关键词;
    将所述输入信息中的关键词和目标对象关系对应的黑名单中的关键词进行匹配,得到匹配结果;
    根据所述匹配结果确定所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度。
  17. 根据权利要求11至15任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述进行提示之前,所述方法还包括:
    确定与所述目标通信对象集合中除了所述第一通信对象之外的其他通信对象的第二对象关系;
    根据所述第二对象关系确定所述输入信息与所述其他通信对象的匹配度;
    确定在所述其他通信对象中与所述输入信息匹配度最高的第二通信对象;
    所述进行提示,包括:
    提示所述第二通信对象为所述输入信息所对应的通信对象。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述提示所述第二通信对象为所述输入信息所对应的通信对象,包括:
    显示所述第二通信对象的标识,所述标识包括所述第二通信对象的通信地址,地址链接,名称和头像中的至少一项。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述显示所述第二通信对象的标识之后,所述方法还包括:
    响应对所述标识的确认操作,生成第一确认指令;
    根据所述第一确认指令切换信息输入界面对应到第二通信对象;
    将所述输入信息复制到所述第二通信对象的信息输入界面。
  20. 一种信息提示的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    存储器,用于存储计算机可执行程序代码;
    输入/输出子系统,用于控制输入设备和输出设备;
    及与所述存储器和所述输入/输出子系统耦合的处理器;
    所述处理器,用于从目标通信对象集合中选择第一通信对象;获取与所述第一通信对象对应的第一交互信息;
    所述输入设备,用于通过所述第一通信对象的信息输入界面接收输入信息;
    所述处理器,还用于根据所述输入信息和所述第一交互信息,确定所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度;
    所述输入设备,用于当所述匹配度小于第一阈值时,进行提示。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于对所述输入信息和所述第一交互信息进行上下文语义分析,得到所述输入信息与所述第一交互信息的上下文语境的关联度;根据所述关联度确定所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于提取所述第一交互信息中用于表述对象关系的关键词;通过对象模型对所述关键词进行分析,确定与所述第一通信对象的目标对象关系,所述对象模型是对描述对象关系的关键词集合进行学习训练而得到的;根据所述目标对象关系确定所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度。
  23. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于提取所述第一交互信息中用于表述对象关系的关键词,所述对象关系用于表示用户与对象的人际关系;将所述关键词与预置的多个对象关系模板进行匹配,确定与所述第一通信对象对应的目标对象关系,所述多个对象关系模板中的每个对象关系模板均包括用于表述一种对象关系的关键词的集合;根据所述目标对象关系确定所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度。
  24. 根据权利要求20至23任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于确定多个通信对象;记录所述多个通信对象中每个通信对象对应的最后一条交互信息的时间戳;当所述时间戳与当前时刻的差异参数小于第二阈值时,确定所述时间戳对应的通信对象为目标通信对象。
  25. 根据权利要求20至24任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于获取目标通信对象集合中除了所述第一通信对象之外的其他通信对象对应的第二交互信息;根据所述输入信息和第二交互信息,确定所述输入信息与所述 其他通信对象的匹配度;确定在所述其他通信对象中与所述输入信息匹配度最高的第二通信对象;提示所述第二通信对象为所述输入信息所对应的通信对象。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述输出设备,还用于显示所述第二通信对象的标识,所述标识包括所述第二通信对象的通信地址,地址链接,名称和头像中的至少一项。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于响应对所述标识的确认操作,生成第一确认指令;根据所述第一确认指令切换信息输入界面对应到第二通信对象;将所述输入信息复制到所述第二通信对象的信息输入界面。
  28. 根据权利要求20至24任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括收发器,所述收发器与所述处理器耦合;
    所述输入设备,还用于当所述匹配度大于或者等于所述第一阈值时,接收发送所述输入信息的第二确认指令;
    所述收发器,用于根据所述第二确认指令将所述输入信息向服务器发送。
  29. 根据权利要求20至24任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述输入设备,还用于接收发送所述输入信息的第二确认指令;
    所述处理器,还用于根据所述第二确认指令所述输入信息和所述第一交互信息进行分析,确定所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度;当所述匹配度小于第一阈值时,拒绝向服务器发送所述输入信息。
  30. 一种信息提示的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    存储器,用于存储计算机可执行程序代码;
    输入/输出子系统,用于控制输入设备和输出设备;
    及与所述存储器和所述输入/输出子系统耦合的处理器;
    所述处理器,用于从所述目标通信对象集合中选择第一通信对象;
    所述输入设备,用于通过所述处理器确定的所述第一通信对象的信息输入界面接收输入信息;
    所述处理器,还用于确定与所述第一通信对象的目标对象关系,对象关系用于表示用户与对象的人际关系;根据所述目标对象关系确定所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度;
    所述输出设备,用于当所述匹配度小于第一阈值时,进行提示。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于获取所述目标通信对象中每个通信对象对应的交互信息;根据所述交互信息确定与所述每个通信对象的对象关系;将所述对象关系与对应的通信对象进行关联保存。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于提取所述交互信息中用于表述对象关系的关键词;根据对象模型和所述关键词,确定与所述每个通信对象的对象关系,所述对象模型是对描述对象关系的 关键词集合进行学习训练而得到的。
  33. 根据权利要求31或32所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于为每个对象关系设置对应的第一安全等级;将所述第一安全等级与对应的对象关系进行关联保存;通过安全评估模型对所述输入信息进行评估,得到所述输入信息的安全等级为第二安全等级,所述安全评估模型为预先对用于表示用户信息的关键词集合进行学习训练得到的;根据所述目标对象关系对应的第一安全等级与所述第二安全等级进行匹配,得到所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度。
  34. 根据权利要求30所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于获取第一通信对象的名称;根据所述第一通信对象的名称确定与所述第一通信对象的目标对象关系。
  35. 根据权利要求31至33中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述每个对象关系对应设置有一个黑名单,所述黑名单中包括多个关键词;
    所述处理器,还用于提取输入信息中的关键词;将所述输入信息中的关键词和目标对象关系对应的黑名单中的关键词进行匹配,得到匹配结果;根据所述匹配结果确定所述输入信息与所述第一通信对象的匹配度。
  36. 根据权利要求30至34任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于确定与所述目标通信对象集合中除了所述第一通信对象之外的其他通信对象的第二对象关系;根据所述第二对象关系确定所述输入信息与所述其他通信对象的匹配度;确定在所述其他通信对象中与所述输入信息匹配度最高的第二通信对象;
    所述输出设备,还用于提示所述第二通信对象为所述输入信息所对应的通信对象。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述输出设备,还用于显示所述第二通信对象的标识,所述标识包括所述第二通信对象的通信地址,地址链接,名称和头像中的至少一项。
  38. 根据权利要求37所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于响应对所述标识的确认操作,生成第一确认指令;根据所述第一确认指令切换信息输入界面对应到第二通信对象;将所述输入信息复制到所述第二通信对象的信息输入界面。
