Description

一种头像显示的方法以及头像显示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及网络技术领域,尤其涉及一种头像显示的方法以及头像显示装置。
背景技术
随着网络社交圈的发展,让更多朋友通过网络认识已成为了喜闻乐见的社交方式。但是由于社交圈子越来越复杂,针对不同圈子里的朋友显示同一个头像已经不能满足用户的需求。比如,在网络游戏里认识的朋友可能希望头像显示的是游戏形象;在现实生活中认识的朋友可能希望头像显示的是真实形象;而通过其他交友群认识的朋友可能希望头像显示的是抽象形象。
为了满足用户对于头像在不同朋友圈中显示为不同形象的需求,目前已有一种根据不同需求显示相应头像的方法,即在编辑信息的过程中,会在用户设备(英文全称:User Equipment,英文缩写:UE)的信息编辑页面上显示头像变更提示选项,用户可以根据头像变更提示选项选择是否采用默认头像。
然而,上述的头像显示内容需要用户在每次与不同朋友进行对话前做出选择,使得用户操作频繁,且容易造成操作失误,不利于头像显示的准确性和便利性。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种头像显示的方法以及头像显示装置,可以由头像显示装置根据待接收方的信息自动来选择相应的目标头像,无需用户手动选择所采用的头像,避免了用户的频繁操作,且有利于头像显示的准确性和便利性。
本发明实施例的第一方面提供一种头像显示的方法,包括:
首先,当头像显示装置接收到用户触发的信息编辑指令时,可以根据该信息编辑指令获取待接收方的信息,待接收方为该用户所要发送信息的对象,待接收方的信息主要包括待接收方的昵称、年龄、性别、地区以及所属群组中的 至少一个信息;
然后,头像显示装置根据存储的预置头像显示规则,确定待接收方的信息所对应的目标头像,目标头像通常为一个头像;
头像显示装置向待接收方发送目标头像,以使得待接收方在信息展示界面上显示目标头像。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案中,提供了一种头像显示的方法,具体为当头像显示装置接收到信息编辑指令时,根据信息编辑指令获取待接收方的信息,然后根据预置头像显示规则,确定该待接收方的信息所对应的目标头像,最后向待接收方发送目标头像,以使待接收方在信息展示界面上显示目标头像。通过上述方式,可以由头像显示装置根据待接收方的信息自动来选择相应的目标头像,无需用户手动选择所采用的头像,避免了用户的频繁操作,且有利于头像显示的准确性和便利性。

头像显示装置接收头像设置信息,解析该头像设置信息,然后获取到头像设置信息中携带头像标识以及头像显示范围标识,头像标识用于确定待展示头像,头像显示范围标识用于确定头像显示范围;
头像显示装置根据头像标识以及头像显示范围标识,确定待展示头像与头像显示范围之间的对应关系,即利用头像设置信息构建或完善预置头像显示规则。
其次,本发明实施例中,头像显示装置在确定待接收方的信息所对应的目标头像之前,还可以接收用户发送的头像设置信息,然后根据头像设置信息中的头像标识以及头像显示范围标识,可以确定待展示头像与头像显示范围之间的对应关系。通过上述方式,用户还能根据需求手动设置头像的显示范围以及头像的显示内容,从而提升头像设置的灵活性以及实用性。

然后头像显示装置根据待展示头像与头像显示范围之间的对应关系,从待展示头像中确定目标头像显示范围所对应的目标头像。
再次,本发明实施例中,头像显示装置可以先根据待接收方的信息获取待接收方所属的目标头像显示范围,然后根据待展示头像与头像显示范围之间的对应关系,从待展示头像中确定目标头像显示范围所对应的目标头像。通过上述方式,使得头像显示装置能够根据待接收方信息准确地判断出所要显示的目标头像,一方面可以按照用户预先设定的待展示头像与头像显示范围之间的对应关系,准确识别待显示的目标头像,另一方面,“因人而异”的显示头像可以保护用户隐私以及增加用户之间的亲和力。

如果第二头像显示范围小于第一头像显示范围,则头像显示装置根据待展示头像与头像显示范围之间的对应关系,从待展示头像中确定第二头像显示范围所对应的目标头像。
再次,本发明实施例中,提供了另一种根据预置头像显示规则目标头像的方法,可以为先根据待接收方的信息获取待接收方所属的第一头像显示范围以及第二头像显示范围,若第一头像显示范围小于第二头像显示范围,则从待展 示头像中确定第一头像显示范围所对应的目标头像,若第二头像显示范围小于第一头像显示范围,则从待展示头像中确定第二头像显示范围所对应的目标头像。通过上述方式,当待接收方同时处于多个头像显示范围内时,应优先选择较小的头像显示范围作为目标头像显示范围,然后找到对应的目标头像,从而提升了方案的实用性和可操作性。
结合本发明实施例的第一方面,本发明实施例的第一方面的第四种实现方式中,根据信息编辑指令获取待接收方的信息,可以包括:

结合本发明实施例的第一方面或第一方面第一种实现方式,本发明实施例的第一方面的第五种实现方式中,根据信息编辑指令获取待接收方的信息之后,还可以包括:
头像显示装置从待接收方的信息中提取目标关键字,目标关键字为在待接收方的信息中出现次数超过预置门限的关键字,其中,目标关键字不仅限于一个词组或者字母,可以是同类型的相关词组;
头像显示装置根据预置头像显示规则,确定待接收方的信息所对应的目标头像,可以包括:
头像显示装置判断是否已建立与目标关键字关联的第三头像显示范围,第三头像显示范围具体可以是一个显示群组;
若已建立第三头像显示范围,则头像显示装置可以从待展示头像中确定第 三头像显示范围所对应的目标头像。
其次,本发明实施例中,还可以进一步待接收方的信息中提取目标关键字,然后由头像显示装置根据目标关键字自动建立第三头像显示范围,同时还可以为第三头像显示范围设置目标头像。通过上述方式,头像显示装置可以自动提取目标关键字,并利用目标关键字建立讨论群组,将经常讨论该话题的对象移至该讨论群组,从而便于自动分类聊天对象,提升方案的使用便利性,并且有利于向同一群组的对象发送相同的目标头像,增强方案的可行性。
结合本发明实施例的第一方面第五种实现方式,本发明实施例的第一方面的第六种实现方式中,判断是否已建立与目标关键字关联的第三头像显示范围之后,还可以包括:
头像显示装置如果没有自动建立与目标关键字相关的第三头像显示范围,那么还可以向用户提供提示选项,该提示选项用于让用户选择是否需要手动建立第三头像显示范围;
当检测到用户触发了头像范围设置的确认操作后,头像显示装置建立第三头像显示范围。
再次,本发明实施例中,如果头像显示装置判断当前并未根据目标关键字自动建立第三头像显示范围,则会在头像显示装置的信息展示界面上显示头像范围设置的提示选项,当检测到头像范围设置的确认操作后,再建立第三头像显示范围。通过上述方法,解决了如果头像显示装置没有自动建立与目标关键字相关的群组,则还可以由用户手动对添加与目标关键字相关的群组,从而提升方案的灵活性和实用性。
结合本发明实施例的第一方面,本发明实施例的第一方面的第七种实现方式中,向待接收方发送目标头像,可以包括:
头像显示装置A将目标头像上传到云端服务器,再由云端服务器向接收方使用的头像显示装置B提供目标头像,从而使得头像显示装置B可以通过云端服务器下载该目标头像;
或,
头像显示装置A直接将目标头像发送至待接收方对应的头像显示装置B,以使待接收方通过头像显示装置B获取到目标头像。
其次,本发明实施例中,介绍了两种目标头像传输的方法,一种是通过账号本身上传到云端服务器,待接收方通过云端服务器就能获取到目标头像,另一种是通过终端之间直接发送或者近场传输进行点对点传输。通过上述方式,可以增加方案的可行性和实用性,同时,多种目标头像的传输方式还有利于保证传输的准确性和可靠性。

例如,甲用户正在使用头像显示装置A向打开“电话”应用,并且在“电话”应用的输入界面上输入号码“13812345678”,由头像显示装置A接收该号码后识别甲用户正在给乙用户拨打电话,且乙用户是属于甲用户标定的“女性组别”的一个用户,于是头像显示装置A利用预置头像显示规则确定“女 性组别”所对应的显示头像为甲用户的正装照片之后,头像显示装置A进而向乙用户使用的头像显示装置B发送该张正装照片,当乙用户接收到甲用户打来的电话时,可以在信息展示界面上看到甲用户的正装照片。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案中,提供了一种头像显示的方法,具体为当头像显示装置接收到信息编辑指令时,根据信息编辑指令获取待接收方的信息,然后根据预置头像显示规则,确定该待接收方的信息所对应的目标头像,最后向待接收方发送目标头像,以使待接收方在信息展示界面上显示目标头像。通过上述方式,可以由头像显示装置根据待接收方的信息自动来选择相应的目标头像,无需用户手动选择所采用的头像,避免了用户的频繁操作,且有利于头像显示的准确性和便利性。

本实施例中,头像显示装置在根据预置头像显示规则确定目标头像之前,还可以接收用户发送的头像设置信息,利用头像设置信息构建或完善预置头像显示规则。
具体地,头像显示装置接收到头像设置信息后,先解析该头像设置信息,然后得到至少一个头像标识以及至少一个头像显示范围标识,头像标识是用于确定待展示头像,其中,待展示头像既可以是用户已经存储的图片,也可以是用户即时拍摄的照片,而头像显示范围标识是用于确定头像显示范围,其中,头像显示范围可以是以小组为单位划分的范围,例如某小组中包含五个成员,这五个成员共同构成一组头像显示范围。用户输入的头像设置信息中所包含的内容如下表1所示:

通过表1可知,头像标识与待展示头像相对应,而头像显示范围标识也与头像显示范围相对应,同一个待展示头像可以对应不同的头像显示范围,例如较为正式的证件照片可以同时向四个头像显示范围内的用户显示,且这四个头像显示范围通常可以是公司同事、领导以及客户等,而生活照片更倾向于向家人和朋友范围内的用户展示,以此满足自己不同的社会角色。
其次,本发明实施例中,头像显示装置在确定待接收方的信息所对应的目标头像之前,还可以接收用户发送的头像设置信息,然后根据头像设置信息中的头像标识以及头像显示范围标识,可以确定待展示头像与头像显示范围之间的对应关系。通过上述方式,用户还能根据需求手动设置头像的显示范围以及头像的显示内容,从而提升头像设置的灵活性以及实用性。

具体地,首先头像显示装置根据待接收方的信息确定该待接收方所属的目标头像显示范围,其中,目标头像显示范围是头像显示范围中的一个显示范围,换言之,头像显示范围可以包括至少一个分类小组,例如甲公司同事1组、乙公司同事2组、甲公司领导1组、乙公司领导2组、家人组、朋友组、附近好友组、摇一摇好友组以及游戏好友组,需要说明的是,上述几类头像显示范围仅为一个示意,在实际应用中还可以根据用户需求将联系人划分成其他的分类小组,此处不做限定。
而目标头像显示范围就是所存储分类小组中的其中一个小组,为了便于说明,可继续参阅上述图1所示的内容,假设头像显示装置根据待接收方的信息确定待接收方属于“家人组”,于是按照待展示头像与头像显示范围之间的对应关系,即按照表1所示的对应关系可知,“家人组”对应的目标头像是“生活照片”。
再次,本发明实施例中,头像显示装置可以先根据待接收方的信息获取待接收方所属的目标头像显示范围,然后根据待展示头像与头像显示范围之间的对应关系,从待展示头像中确定目标头像显示范围所对应的目标头像。通过上述方式,使得头像显示装置能够根据待接收方信息准确地判断出所要显示的目标头像,一方面可以按照用户预先设定的待展示头像与头像显示范围之间的对应关系,准确识别待显示的目标头像,另一方面,“因人而异”的显示头像可以保护用户隐私以及增加用户之间的亲和力。

再次,本发明实施例中,提供了另一种根据预置头像显示规则目标头像的方法,可以为先根据待接收方的信息获取待接收方所属的第一头像显示范围以及第二头像显示范围,若第一头像显示范围小于第二头像显示范围,则从待展示头像中确定第一头像显示范围所对应的目标头像,若第二头像显示范围小于第一头像显示范围,则从待展示头像中确定第二头像显示范围所对应的目标头像。通过上述方式,当待接收方同时处于多个头像显示范围内时,应优先选择较小的头像显示范围作为目标头像显示范围,然后找到对应的目标头像,从而提升了方案的实用性和可操作性。

本实施例中,头像显示装置可以在预置时间内获取用户触发的信息编辑指令,根据信息编辑指令获取待接收方的信息,在预置时间内头像显示装置也会记录用户所联系的对象,即待接收方,然后将这些待接收方以及其待接收方的信息展示于信息展示界面预置区域。
可以理解的是,信息展示界面预置区域可以是用户预先设置的区域,通常情况下,为了更突显出用户最近常联系的待接收方,可以将信息展示界面预置区域设置为信息展示界面的最顶端,即置顶显示,然而在实际应用中,还可以根据用户的习惯来调整信息展示界面预置区域的位置,此处仅为一个示意。
其次,本发明实施例中,头像显示装置如果在一段时间内多次获取到待接收方的信息,则可以将该待接收方的信息展示于头像显示装置的信息展示界面预置区域。通过上述方式,可以将联系较多的待接收方信息展示在头像显示装置的信息展示界面预置区域,最常用的方式为置顶显示,这样可以方便用户更快地找到自己常联系的对象,同时方便设定头像显示范围。
可选地,在上述图2或者图2对应的第一个实施例的基础上,本发明实施 例提供的头像显示的方法第五个可选实施例中,根据信息编辑指令获取待接收方的信息之后,还可以包括:
从待接收方的信息中提取目标关键字,目标关键字为在待接收方的信息中出现次数超过预置门限的关键字;
根据预置头像显示规则,确定待接收方的信息所对应的目标头像,可以包括:
判断是否已建立与目标关键字关联的第三头像显示范围;
若已建立第三头像显示范围,则从待展示头像中确定第三头像显示范围所对应的目标头像。
本实施例中,头像显示装置根据信息输入界面上输入各类信息,例如数字、文字、语音、图片、音频以及视频中的至少一种信息,该信息具体可以是聊天记录或者号码录入,于是可以从该信息中提取目标关键字,目标关键字就是一段时间内出现次数超过预置门限的关键字。接下来判断是否建立了与目标关键字相关的第三头像显示范围,如果已经建立了,则可以显示出与第三头像显示范围对应的目标头像。
具体地,假设用户在近一周内分别与“小张”、“小李”和“小王”聊天,且与“小张”的聊天记录中有18次提到“游戏”,与“小李”的聊天记录中有25次提到“游戏”,与“小王”的聊天记录中有10次提到“游戏”。头像显示装置将一周内聊天记录中出现10次或10次以上的词汇确定为目标关键字,于是可以确定“小张”、“小李”和“小王”均包含目标关键字,相应地,头像显示装置自动将“小张”、“小李”和“小王”归为一个群组,即为第三头像显示范围,为了方便用户知道这个群组的话题,可以直接将目标关键字作为群组名字,例如“游戏组”,同时,用户可以对该“游戏组”设置一个卡通头像作为目标头像,也就是当用户与“小张”、“小李”或者“小王”聊天时,向他们展示的是目标头像均为卡通头像。
其次,本发明实施例中,还可以进一步待接收方的信息中提取目标关键字,然后由头像显示装置根据目标关键字自动建立第三头像显示范围,同时还可以为第三头像显示范围设置目标头像。通过上述方式,头像显示装置可以自动提 取目标关键字,并利用目标关键字建立讨论群组,将经常讨论该话题的对象移至该讨论群组,从而便于自动分类聊天对象,提升方案的使用便利性,并且有利于向同一群组的对象发送相同的目标头像,增强方案的可行性。
可选地,在上述图2对应的第五个实施例的基础上,本发明实施例提供的头像显示的方法第六个可选实施例中,判断是否已建立与目标关键字关联的第三头像显示范围之后,还可以包括:
若未建立第三头像显示范围,则在头像显示装置的信息展示界面上显示头像范围设置的提示选项;
当检测到头像范围设置的确认操作后,建立第三头像显示范围。
本实施例中,头像显示装置如果没有自动建立与目标关键字相关的第三头像显示范围,那么还可以向用户提供提示选项,该提示选项用于让用户选择是否需要手动建立第三头像显示范围。
具体地,假设用户在近一周内分别与“小张”、“小李”和“小王”聊天,且与“小张”的聊天记录中有11次提到“健身”,与“小李”的聊天记录中有29次提到“跑步”,与“小王”的聊天记录中有15次提到“健康”。头像显示装置将一周内聊天记录中出现10次或10次以上的词汇确定为目标关键字,因次从用户与“小张”、“小李”和“小王”的聊天记录中可以得到目标关键字分为为“健身”、“跑步”以及“健康”,通过语言训练模型可以将“健身”、“跑步”以及“健康”归纳为“运动”相关词。于是头像显示装置在没有自动将“小张”、“小李”和“小王”归为“运动组”的情况下,还应该在信息展示界面上显示头像范围设置的提示选项。
如果用户在提示选项中选择“同意将‘小李’、‘小李’和‘小王’归为‘运动组’”,则头像显示装置根据用户的确认选项建立第三头像显示范围。
再次,本发明实施例中,如果头像显示装置判断当前并未根据目标关键字自动建立第三头像显示范围,则会在头像显示装置的信息展示界面上显示头像范围设置的提示选项,当检测到头像范围设置的确认操作后,再建立第三头像显示范围。通过上述方法,解决了如果头像显示装置没有自动建立与目标关键字相关的群组,则还可以由用户手动对添加与目标关键字相关的群组,从而提 升方案的灵活性和实用性。
可选地,在上述图2对应实施例的基础上,本发明实施例提供的头像显示的方法第七个可选实施例中,向待接收方发送目标头像,可以包括:
将目标头像上传至服务器,以使待接收方通过服务器下载目标头像;
或,
将目标头像发送至待接收方对应的头像显示装置,以使待接收方通过头像显示装置获取到目标头像。
本实施例中,头像显示装置之间传输目标头像的方式有多种,下面将接收其中最常见的两种方式:
第一种方式为,头像显示装置A将目标头像上传到云端服务器,再由云端服务器向接收方使用的头像显示装置B提供目标头像,从而使得头像显示装置B可以通过云端服务器下载该目标头像。
其中,云端服务器具有三个方面的弹性能力:
一、云端服务器服务配置与业务规模可根据用户的需要进行配置,并可灵活的进行调整;
二、用户申请的云端服务器服务可以实现快速供应和部署,实现了集群内弹性可伸缩;
三、计费方式灵活,用户无需支付押金,且有多种支付方式供用户选择。
此外,还有一种向待接收方发送目标头像的方式,即为头像显示装置A与头像显示装置B之间实现点对点的近场传输,头像显示装置A可以将目标头像直接发送至头像显示装置B。
需要说明的是,近场传输可以利用无线局域网(英文全称:Wireless Local Area Networks,英文缩写:WLAN)进行传输,或者利用蓝牙进行传输,又或者利用近距离无线通信技术(英文全称:Near Field Communication,英文缩写:NFC)进行传输,此处不做限定。
其次,本发明实施例中,介绍了两种目标头像传输的方法,一种是通过账号本身上传到云端服务器,待接收方通过云端服务器就能获取到目标头像,另一种是通过终端之间直接发送或者近场传输进行点对点传输。通过上述方式, 可以增加方案的可行性和实用性,同时,多种目标头像的传输方式还有利于保证传输的准确性和可靠性。
为便于理解,下面还可以以一个具体应用场景对本发明中头像显示的方法进行详细描述,具体为:
用户甲近期购买了一部新手机,并且在新手机上开通了社交应用的功能,用户甲可以在某社交应用的设置界面中手动设置头像显示范围,请参阅图3,图3为应用场景中手动设置头像显示范围的界面示意图,如图所示,用户甲给自己设定昵称为“Vivian”,也就是其他联系人看到用户甲的显示名字即为“Vivian”,此外用户甲可以填写公开信息,如“论坛昵称”、“地区”以及“个性签名”等,还可以填写非公开信息,如“名称”、“姓氏”以及“生日”等。在设置界面的上方具有群组的显示,默认将用户甲的所有联系人归类为“公开组”,用户甲还可以将一部分联系人设定为“美女团”,如果需要增加其他的群组只需要在添加处增加新群组的相关信息即可。
接下来将介绍用户甲如何针对不同群组中的联系人显示自己想要展示的头像,请参阅图4,图4为应用场景中在社交类软件中显示已设置头像的界面示意图,如图4左边提供的界面,用户甲将自己的照片设定为在“美女团”、“家人”和“联系人3”中的联系人能够看到的头像。如果需要增加该头像的可见范围,则可以参阅图4右边提供的界面,手动在该界面上选择自己想要添加的联系人或者群组,以此完成对某社交应用的头像显示设定。

再次,本发明实施例中,如果头像显示装置判断当前并未根据目标关键字自动建立第三头像显示范围,则会在头像显示装置的信息展示界面上显示头像范围设置的提示选项,当检测到头像范围设置的确认操作后,再建立第三头像显示范围。通过上述方法,解决了如果头像显示装置没有自动建立与目标关键字相关的群组,则还可以由用户手动对添加与目标关键字相关的群组,从而提升方案的灵活性和实用性。
可选地,在上述图5所对应的实施例的基础上,请参阅图12,本发明实施例提供的头像显示装置20的另一实施例中,
所述发送模块203包括:
处理单元2031,用于将所述目标头像上传至服务器,以使所述待接收方通过所述服务器下载所述目标头像;
或,
将所述目标头像发送至所述待接收方对应的头像显示装置,以使所述待接收方通过所述头像显示装置获取到所述目标头像。
其次,本发明实施例中,介绍了两种目标头像传输的方法,一种是通过账号本身上传到云端服务器,待接收方通过云端服务器就能获取到目标头像,另 一种是通过终端之间直接发送或者近场传输进行点对点传输。通过上述方式,可以增加方案的可行性和实用性,同时,多种目标头像的传输方式还有利于保证传输的准确性和可靠性。
本发明实施例涉及一种终端,所述终端可以包括手机、平板电脑、PDA、POS、车载电脑以及PC等。
以终端为手机为例,图13示出的是与本发明实施例相关的手机100的部分结构的框图。参考图13,手机300包括、射频(英文全称:Radio Frequency,英文缩写:RF)电路310、存储器320、其他输入设备330、显示屏340、传感器350、音频电路360、I/O子系统370、处理器380、以及电源390等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图13中示出的手机结构并不构成对手机的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者拆分某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。本领领域技术人员可以理解显示屏340属于用户界面(英文全称:User Interface,英文缩写:UI),且手机300可以包括比图示或者更少的UI。
下面结合图13对手机300的各个构成部件进行具体的介绍:
RF电路310可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,将基站的下行信息接收后,给处理器380处理;另外,将设计上行的数据发送给基站。通常,RF电路包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器(英文全称:Low Noise Amplifier,英文缩写:LNA)、双工器等。此外,RF电路310还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。所述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于全球移动通讯系统(英文全称:Global System of Mobile communication,英文缩写:GSM)、通用分组无线服务(英文全称:General Packet Radio Service,英文缩写:GPRS)、码分多址(英文全称:Code Division Multiple Access,英文缩写:CDMA)、宽带码分多址(英文全称:Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,英文缩写:WCDMA)、长期演进(英文全称:Long Term Evolution,英文缩写:LTE)、电子邮件、短消息服务(英文全称:Short Messaging Service,英文缩写:SMS)等。
存储器320可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器380通过运行存储在存储器320的软件程序以及模块,从而执行手机300的各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器320可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图象播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据手机300的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器320可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
其他输入设备330可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与手机300的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。具体地,其他输入设备330可包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆、光鼠(光鼠是不显示可视输出的触摸敏感表面,或者是由触摸屏形成的触摸敏感表面的延伸)等中的一种或多种。其他输入设备330与I/O子系统370的其他输入设备控制器371相连接,在其他设备输入控制器371的控制下与处理器380进行信号交互。
显示屏340可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及手机300的各种菜单,还可以接受用户输入。具体的显示屏340可包括显示面板341,以及触控面板342。其中显示面板341可以采用液晶显示器(英文全称:Liquid Crystal Display,英文缩写:LCD)、有机发光二极管(英文全称:Organic Light-Emitting Diode,英文缩写:OLED)等形式来配置显示面板341。触控面板342,也称为触摸屏、触敏屏等,可收集用户在其上或附近的接触或者非接触操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板342上或在触控面板342附近的操作,也可以包括体感操作;该操作包括单点控制操作、多点控制操作等操作类型。),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触控面板342可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位、姿势,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成处理器能够处理的信息,再送给处理器380,并能接收处理器380发来的 命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板342,也可以采用未来发展的任何技术实现触控面板342。进一步的,触控面板342可覆盖显示面板341,用户可以根据显示面板341显示的内容(该显示内容包括但不限于,软键盘、虚拟鼠标、虚拟按键、图标等等),在显示面板341上覆盖的触控面板342上或者附近进行操作,触控面板342检测到在其上或附近的操作后,通过I/O子系统370传送给处理器380以确定用户输入,随后处理器380根据用户输入通过I/O子系统370在显示面板341上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图13中,触控面板342与显示面板341是作为两个独立的部件来实现手机300的输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触控面板342与显示面板341集成而实现手机300的输入和输出功能。
手机300还可包括至少一种传感器350,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板341的亮度,接近传感器可在手机300移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板341和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,加速计传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;至于手机300还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路360、扬声器361,麦克风362可提供用户与手机300之间的音频接口。音频电路360可将接收到的音频数据转换后的信号,传输到扬声器361,由扬声器361转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,麦克风362将收集的声音信号转换为信号,由音频电路360接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出至RF电路308以发送给比如另一手机,或者将音频数据输出至存储器320以便进一步处理。
I/O子系统370用来控制输入输出的外部设备,可以包括其他设备输入控制器371、传感器控制器372、显示控制器373。可选的,一个或多个其他输 入控制设备控制器371从其他输入设备330接收信号和/或者向其他输入设备330发送信号,其他输入设备330可以包括物理按钮(按压按钮、摇臂按钮等)、拨号盘、滑动开关、操纵杆、点击滚轮、光鼠(光鼠是不显示可视输出的触摸敏感表面,或者是由触摸屏形成的触摸敏感表面的延伸)。值得说明的是,其他输入控制设备控制器371可以与任一个或者多个上述设备连接。所述I/O子系统370中的显示控制器373从显示屏340接收信号和/或者向显示屏340发送信号。显示屏340检测到用户输入后,显示控制器373将检测到的用户输入转换为与显示在显示屏340上的用户界面对象的交互,即实现人机交互。传感器控制器372可以从一个或者多个传感器350接收信号和/或者向一个或者多个传感器350发送信号。
处理器380是手机300的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器320内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器320内的数据,执行手机300的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。可选的,处理器380可包括一个或多个处理单元;优选的,处理器380可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器380中。
手机300还包括给各个部件供电的电源390(比如电池),优选的,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器380逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗等功能。
尽管未示出,手机300还可以包括摄像头、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。
其中,处理器380用于执行如下步骤:
当接收到信息编辑指令时,根据所述信息编辑指令获取待接收方的信息;
根据预置头像显示规则,确定所述待接收方的信息所对应的目标头像;
向所述待接收方发送所述目标头像,以使所述待接收方在信息展示界面上显示所述目标头像。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应 过程,在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(英文全称:Read-Only Memory,英文缩写:ROM)、随机存取存储器(英文全称:Random Access Memory,英文缩写:RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其 中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种头像显示的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    当接收到信息编辑指令时,根据所述信息编辑指令获取待接收方的信息;
    根据预置头像显示规则,确定所述待接收方的信息所对应的目标头像;
    向所述待接收方发送所述目标头像,以使所述待接收方在信息展示界面上显示所述目标头像。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据预置头像显示规则,确定所述待接收方的信息所对应的目标头像之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收头像设置信息,所述头像设置信息中携带头像标识以及头像显示范围标识,所述头像标识用于确定待展示头像,所述头像显示范围标识用于确定头像显示范围;
    根据所述头像标识以及所述头像显示范围标识,确定所述待展示头像与头像显示范围之间的对应关系。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据预置头像显示规则,确定所述待接收方的信息所对应的目标头像,包括:
    根据所述待接收方的信息获取所述待接收方所属的目标头像显示范围;
    根据所述待展示头像与头像显示范围之间的对应关系,从所述待展示头像中确定所述目标头像显示范围所对应的所述目标头像。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据预置头像显示规则,确定所述待接收方的信息所对应的目标头像,包括:
    根据所述待接收方的信息获取所述待接收方所属的第一头像显示范围以及第二头像显示范围;
    若所述第一头像显示范围小于所述第二头像显示范围,则根据所述待展示头像与头像显示范围之间的对应关系,从所述待展示头像中确定所述第一头像显示范围所对应的所述目标头像;
    若所述第二头像显示范围小于所述第一头像显示范围,则根据所述待展示头像与头像显示范围之间的对应关系,从所述待展示头像中确定所述第二头像显示范围所对应的所述目标头像。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述信息编辑指 令获取待接收方的信息,包括:
    在预置时间内根据所述信息编辑指令获取所述待接收方的信息;
    所述根据所述信息编辑指令获取待接收方的信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    将所述待接收方的信息展示于头像显示装置的信息展示界面预置区域。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述信息编辑指令获取待接收方的信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    从所述待接收方的信息中提取目标关键字,所述目标关键字为在所述待接收方的信息中出现次数超过预置门限的关键字;
    所述根据预置头像显示规则,确定所述待接收方的信息所对应的目标头像,包括:
    判断是否已建立与所述目标关键字关联的第三头像显示范围;
    若已建立所述第三头像显示范围,则从待展示头像中确定所述第三头像显示范围所对应的所述目标头像。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述方法,其特征在于,所述判断是否已建立与所述目标关键字关联的第三头像显示范围之后,所述方法还包括:
    若未建立所述第三头像显示范围,则在头像显示装置的信息展示界面上显示头像范围设置的提示选项;
    当检测到头像范围设置的确认操作后,建立所述第三头像显示范围。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述方法,其特征在于,所述向所述待接收方发送所述目标头像,包括:
    将所述目标头像上传至服务器,以使所述待接收方通过所述服务器下载所述目标头像;
    或,
    将所述目标头像发送至所述待接收方对应的头像显示装置,以使所述待接收方通过所述头像显示装置获取到所述目标头像。
  9. 一种头像显示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于当接收到信息编辑指令时,根据所述信息编辑指令获取待接收方的信息;
    第一确定模块,用于根据预置头像显示规则,确定所述获取模块获取的所 述待接收方的信息所对应的目标头像;
    发送模块,用于向所述待接收方发送所述第一确定模块确定的所述目标头像,以使所述待接收方在信息展示界面上显示所述目标头像。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的头像显示装置,其特征在于,所述头像显示装置还包括:
    接收模块,用于所述第一确定模块根据预置头像显示规则,确定所述待接收方的信息所对应的目标头像之前,接收头像设置信息,所述头像设置信息中携带头像标识以及头像显示范围标识,所述头像标识用于确定待展示头像,所述头像显示范围标识用于确定头像显示范围;
    第二确定模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收的所述头像标识以及所述头像显示范围标识,确定所述待展示头像与头像显示范围之间的对应关系。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的头像显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一确定模块包括:
    第一获取单元,用于根据所述待接收方的信息获取所述待接收方所属的目标头像显示范围;
    第一确定单元,用于根据所述待展示头像与头像显示范围之间的对应关系,从所述待展示头像中确定所述第一获取单元获取的所述目标头像显示范围所对应的所述目标头像。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的头像显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一确定模块包括:
    第二获取单元,用于根据所述待接收方的信息获取所述待接收方所属的第一头像显示范围以及第二头像显示范围;
    第二确定单元,用于若所述第二获取单元获取的所述第一头像显示范围小于所述第二获取单元获取的所述第二头像显示范围,则根据所述待展示头像与头像显示范围之间的对应关系,从所述待展示头像中确定所述第一头像显示范围所对应的所述目标头像;
    第三确定单元,用于若所述第二获取单元获取的所述第二头像显示范围小于所述第二获取单元获取的所述第一头像显示范围,则根据所述待展示头像与头像显示范围之间的对应关系,从所述待展示头像中确定所述第二头像显示范 围所对应的所述目标头像。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的头像显示装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块包括:
    第三获取单元,用于在预置时间内根据所述信息编辑指令获取所述待接收方的信息;
    所述头像显示装置还包括:
    展示模块,用于所述获取模块根据所述信息编辑指令获取待接收方的信息之后,将所述待接收方的信息展示于头像显示装置的信息展示界面预置区域。
  14. 根据权利要求9或10所述的头像显示装置,其特征在于,所述头像显示装置还包括:
    提取模块,用于所述获取模块根据所述信息编辑指令获取待接收方的信息之后,从所述待接收方的信息中提取目标关键字,所述目标关键字为在所述待接收方的信息中出现次数超过预置门限的关键字;
    所述第一确定模块包括:
    判断单元,用于判断是否已建立与所述目标关键字关联的第三头像显示范围;
    第四确定单元,用于若所述判断单元判断得到已建立所述第三头像显示范围,则从待展示头像中确定所述第三头像显示范围所对应的所述目标头像。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的头像显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一确定模块还包括:
    显示单元,用于所述判断单元判断是否已建立与所述目标关键字关联的第三头像显示范围之后,若未建立所述第三头像显示范围,则在头像显示装置的信息展示界面上显示头像范围设置的提示选项;
    建立单元,用于当检测到头像范围设置的确认操作后,建立所述第三头像显示范围。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的头像显示装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块包括:
    处理单元,用于将所述目标头像上传至服务器,以使所述待接收方通过所述服务器下载所述目标头像;
    或,
    将所述目标头像发送至所述待接收方对应的头像显示装置,以使所述待接收方通过所述头像显示装置获取到所述目标头像。
  17. 一种头像显示装置,其特征在于,包括:存储器、收发器、处理器以及总线系统;
    其中,所述存储器用于存储程序;
    所述处理器用于执行所述存储器中的程序,具体如下步骤:
    当接收到信息编辑指令时,根据所述信息编辑指令获取待接收方的信息;
    根据预置头像显示规则,确定所述待接收方的信息所对应的目标头像;
    控制所述收发器向所述待接收方发送所述目标头像,以使所述待接收方在信息展示界面上显示所述目标头像;
    所述总线系统用于连接所述存储器、所述收发器以及所述处理器,以使所述存储器、所述收发器以及所述处理器进行通信。
