分别通过设置在第一连接臂两端的第一转动连接点和第二转动连接点,转动连接在所述第二拓伸部和所述可动连接体上且具有弹性的弹性连接件,以及
分别通过所述第一转动连接点转动连接在所述第一连接臂两端的第一调节杆、通过第二转动连接点转动连接在所述第一连接臂两端的第二调节杆,所述第一调节杆和第二调节杆之间可相对滑动,并均设置有径向凸出的凸台,所述弹性元件安装在两个所述凸台之间的间距中。
可选的,所述铰链机构的各转动连接的连接方式包括:
通过设置在第一构件上的第一通孔,以及与第一构件相连接的第二构件上的第二通孔,同时穿过所述第一通孔和第二通孔的连接销之间的连接,
所述连接销与相连的所述第一通孔固定支承,与相连的所述第二通孔为转动连接,
或者
通过设置在第一构件中的滚轮以及设置在与第一构件相连接的第二构件的插销的连接,
所述第一构件设置有第一连接孔,第二构件设置有第二连接孔,所述滚轮与所述第一连接孔、所述插销与所述第二连接孔之间均为固定支承,
所述插销用于插入所述滚轮中并转动连接;
所述连接销与第一通孔和第二通孔之间满足互换性要求;或者所述滚轮与所述第一连接孔之间,所述插销与所述第二连接孔之间满足互换性要求。
可选的,所述插销与所述连接销之间满足互换性要求。
可选的,所述铰链四杆机构为双摇杆机构。
可选的,所述转接件与所述可动连接体之间为铆接。
本公开还提供了一种家具,包括固定家具件,可动家具件以及至少一个上述任一项所述的铰链机构,所述可动连接体固定支承在所述可动家具件上,所述固定连接体固定支承在所述固定家具件上。
本公开摒弃了相关技术中绕固定转动轴旋转的方式,而采用铰链四杆机构,在旋转过程,该可动连接体能够相对于固定连接体转动和偏移,从而确保可动连接体相对固定连接体张开时,具有较好的伸出量和张开空间,而闭合时,具有较好的闭合性和密封性,从而解决了相关技术中的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来说明本公开的技术方案。
由图1所示的铰链机构的模型图可知,铰链机构1包括可动连接体2、固定连接体4,以及连接在可动连接体2与固定连接体4之间,用于可动连接体2相对于固定连接体4转动的铰链组件6。
该铰链组件6包括:
以固定连接体4为机架的铰链四杆机构;
作为铰链四杆机构中的连杆8在长度方向上拓伸的第一拓伸部802,第一拓伸部802转动连接在可动连接体2;
作为铰链四杆机构中的第一连架杆12在长度方向上拓伸的第二拓伸部1202,第一连架杆12为铰链四杆机构的连架杆中,离第一拓伸部802较远的一个;即第一连架杆12比第二连架杆13离第一拓伸部802远。可选的,所述第一连接杆12可转动连接在固定部42上。
第一连接臂14,所述第一连接臂14的第一端连接在第二拓伸部1202上,所述第一连接臂14的第二端转动连接在可动连接体2上,第一连接臂14具有在长度方向上可伸缩的余量,以及用于限制余量释放后恢复和/或用于限制余量释放的弹性元件11。即第一连接臂14包括弹性元件11,使得所述第一连接臂14在长度方向上可伸缩。
该固定连接体4包括:
固定部42以及在固定部42上折弯的折弯部44,
第一连架杆12转动连接在固定部42上,铰链四杆机构上的第二连架杆13转 动连接在折弯部44上,
可选的,可动连接体2与固定部42之间的夹角在可动连接体2旋转时在预设夹角范围内变化。当可动连接体2至少在旋转到与固定部42之间具有最小夹角时,可动连接体2中,与折弯部44最近的一端端部设置在固定部42和折弯部44之间的夹角所在区域范围内。
本实施例中铰链机构1的工作原理可以是:门板固定在可动连接体2上,固定连接体4固定在门框上(门框和门板,图中未示出)。
关门时,门板与门框闭合,固定连接体4和可动连接体2处于平行状态。
开门时,通过转动门板,带动可动连接体2的转动,可动连接体2分别转动连接在第一连接臂14和连杆8的第一拓伸部802上,可动连接体2的转动,会带动铰链四杆机构100的运动,该铰链四杆机构100为双摇杆机构,因此,可动连接体2在绕铰链四杆机构100转动时,会有足够的伸出量,确保门板足够大的张开的幅度和空间,因为铰链四杆机构100的运动轨迹是一定的,因此门板最终张开的最大角度也是确定的。
关门时,转动门板,同样是由可动连接体2通过第一连接臂14和连杆8的第一拓伸部802带动铰链四杆机构100的转动,使得门板旋转到与门框的闭合位置,可动连接体2在整个过程中的运动包括转动和偏移,且铰链四杆机构100的运动轨迹具有可规划性,因此只需根据需求设计相关铰链四杆机构100的尺寸和形状,就能确保门板在闭合时,可动连接体2位于折弯部44和固定部42之间,其最佳状态是可动连接体2或者门板一段抵靠在折弯部44上,此时,能够确保门板(或者活动连接板)与固定连接体4具有较好的闭合性和密封性。
如图2和图3是第一实施例中铰链机构的结构示意图,工作原理上述已经提及,在本实施例中,是对第一连接臂14提出的一些改进,该第一连接臂14包括:
分别通过设置在第一连接臂14两端的第一转动连接点和第二转动连接点,转动连接在第二拓伸部1202和可动连接体2上且具有弹性的弹性连接件18,以及
通过第一转动连接点转动连接在所述第一连接臂14两端的第一调节杆20、通过第二转动连接点转动连接在第一连接臂14两端的第二调节杆22,第一调节杆20和第二调节杆22之间可相对滑动,并均设置有径向凸出的凸台,弹性元件11安装在两个所述凸台之间的间距中。
因为第一连接臂14以及第一拓伸部802转动连接在可动连接体2上,第一连接臂14设置有弹性元件11(例如弹簧),用于可动连接体2在转动过程中的阻力, 该力的大小与弹簧的弹力以及第一连接臂14的长度有关,在该实施例中,门板开启角度为0~50度时该弹簧弹力作用。开启角度为50~115度时内置弹簧弹力不作用。
如图4和图5是第二实施例中铰链机构的结构示意图,与第一实施例类似,区别就在于,第二实施例改变了第一连接臂14的长度,从而改变了弹簧的变形量,在该实施例中,开启角度为0~115度内置弹簧弹力全程起作用。这里为了满足第一实施例和第二实施例之间的互换性,可以是设置一个转换器,能够与不同尺寸的第一连接臂14进行连接,降低了生产的成本。
在多个实施例中,铰链机构1的多个转动连接的连接方式可以为:
通过设置在相连接的构件(可以是包括第一构件和第二构件)上的通孔(第一构件上的第一通孔以及与第一构件相连接的第二构件上的第二通孔),以及同时穿过相连接的两个通孔的连接销之间的连接,
连接销与相连的第一通孔固定支承,与相连的第二通孔为转动连接,
或者
通过分别设置在相连接的构件(可以是包括第一构件和第二构件)中的滚轮和插销的连接,
相连的构件均设置有连接孔(第一构件设置有第一连接孔,第二构件设置有第二连接孔),滚轮与第一连接孔、插销与第二连接孔之间均为固定支承,
插销用于插入滚轮中并转动连接;
每组中连接销与通孔或者插销、滚轮与连接孔之间满足互换性要求。
这种结构的连接方式,其安装方便,而且多个转动销与通孔的尺寸相同,互换性高,有利于降低生产成本。更加进一步的也可以将插销与连接销设置成同一形状尺寸,使之满足互换性要求,进一步降低了生产成本。
图6是本实施例中家具的结构示意图,本实施例中铰链机构的应用相当广泛,只要有类似于旋转门板之类的家具结构都能使用,可以是将家具的固定家具件200和可动家具件300分别连接在铰链机构1的固定连接体4和可动连接体2上,通过铰链四杆机构100,在旋转过程,该可动连接体2能够相对于固定连接体4转动和偏移,从而确保可动连接体2相对固定连接体4张开时,具有较好的伸出量和张开空间,而闭合时,具有较好的闭合性和密封性,从而解决了相关技术中的问题。另外要提出的是,在可动连接体2与转接件16之间的连接方式为铆接,铆接具有拆卸性,工艺简单,拆装灵活等优点,可更换易损部份,而且韧性强。
以上结合具体实施例描述了本公开的技术原理。这些描述只是为了解释本公开的原理。
工业实用性
本公开提供的铰链机构摒弃了相关技术中绕固定转动轴旋转的方式,而采用铰链四杆机构,在旋转过程,该可动连接体能够相对于固定连接体转动和偏移,从而确保可动连接体相对固定连接体张开时,具有较好的伸出量和张开空间,而闭合时,具有较好的闭合性和密封性,从而解决了相关技术中的问题。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种铰链机构(1),包括可动连接体(2)、固定连接体(4),以及连接在所述可动连接体(2)与所述固定连接体(4)之间的铰链组件(6),所述铰链组件(6)用于使所述可动连接体(2)能够相对于所述固定连接体(4)转动,所述铰链组件(6)包括:
    以所述固定连接体(4)为机架的铰链四杆机构(100);
    作为所述铰链四杆机构(100)中的连杆(8)在长度方向上拓伸的第一拓伸部(802),所述第一拓伸部(802)转动连接在所述可动连接体(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链机构,其中,所述铰链四杆机构(100)还包括:
    作为所述铰链四杆机构(100)中的第一连架杆(12)在长度方向上拓伸的第二拓伸部(1202),其中,所述第一连架杆(12)为所述铰链四杆机构(100)的连架杆中,离所述第一拓伸部(802)较远的一个;
    第一连接臂(14),所述第一连接臂(14)的第一端连接在所述第二拓伸部(1202)上,所述第一连接臂(14)的第二端转动连接在所述可动连接体(2)上,所述第一连接臂(14)具有在长度方向上可伸缩的余量,以及用于限制所述余量释放后恢复和/或用于限制所述余量释放的弹性元件(11)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的铰链机构,其中,所述铰链四杆机构(100)为双摇杆机构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的铰链机构,其中,所述固定连接体(4)
    包括固定部(42)以及在所述固定部(42)上折弯的折弯部(44),
    所述第一连架杆(12)转动连接在所述固定部(42)上,所述铰链四杆机构(100)上的第二连架杆(13)转动连接在所述折弯部(44)上,
    所述可动连接体(2)至少在旋转到与所述固定部(42)之间具有最小夹角时,所述可动连接体(2)中,与所述折弯部(44)最近的一端端部位于所述固定部(42)和所述折弯部(44)之间的夹角所在区域范围内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的铰链机构,还包括固定支承在所述可动连接体(2)上的转接件(16),所述转接件(16)上设置有至少两个用于与所述第一连接臂(14)转动连接的连接点。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的铰链机构,其中,所述第一连接臂(14)包括:
    分别通过设置在第一连接臂(14)两端的第一转动连接点和第二转动连接点,转动连接在所述第二拓伸部(1202)和所述可动连接体(2)上且具有弹性 的弹性连接件(18),以及
    通过所述第一转动连接点转动连接在所述第一连接臂(14)两端的第一调节杆(20)、通过第二转动连接点转动连接在所述第一连接臂(14)两端的第二调节杆(22),所述第一调节杆(20)和第二调节杆(22)之间可相对滑动,并均设置有径向凸出的凸台,所述弹性元件(11)安装在两个所述凸台之间的间距中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的铰链机构,其中,所述铰链机构(1)的转动连接的连接方式包括:
    通过设置在第一构件上的第一通孔以及与第一构件相连接的第二构件上的第二通孔,以及同时穿过所述第一通孔和第二通孔的连接销之间的连接,
    所述连接销与相连的第一通孔固定支承,与相连的所述第二通孔为转动连接;
    或者
    通过设置在第一构件中的滚轮以及设置在与第一构件相连接的第二构件的插销的连接,
    所述第一构件设置有第一连接孔,第二构件设置有第二连接孔,所述滚轮与所述第一连接孔、所述插销与所述第二连接孔之间均为固定支承,
    所述插销用于插入所述滚轮中并转动连接;
    所述连接销与第一通孔和第二通孔之间满足互换性要求;或者所述滚轮与所述第一连接孔之间,所述插销与所述第二连接孔之间满足互换性要求。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的铰链机构,其中,所述插销与所述连接销之间满足互换性要求。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的铰链机构,其中,所述转接件(16)与所述可动连接体(2)之间为铆接。
  10. 一种家具,包括固定家具件(200),可动家具件(300)以及至少一个按照权利要求1-9其中之一所述的铰链机构(1),所述可动连接体(2)固定支承在所述可动家具件(300)上,所述固定连接体(4)固定支承在所述固定家具件(200)上。
