Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement de message basé sur l'enseignement synchrone, comprenant les étapes consistant à : obtenir des informations de paramètre d'un message de requête d'enseignement lorsque le message de requête d'enseignement est reçu en provenance d'un terminal; déterminer le type du message de requête d'enseignement en fonction des informations de paramètre du message de requête d'enseignement obtenu; et répondre au message de requête d'enseignement dans un mode de traitement de message prédéfini pour le type déterminé de message de requête d'enseignement. L'invention concerne également un dispositif basé sur un enseignement synchrone pour traiter un message. La présente invention peut mettre en oeuvre un enseignement multimédia multifonctionnel en répondant à de multiples types de messages de requête d'enseignement, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'intelligence d'enseignement multimédia.
