Abstract

L'invention concerne un coussinet (1) pour un véhicule automobile. Le coussinet comprend au moins un premier élément élastomère (3a) agencé de manière solidaire en rotation sur une surface périphérique extérieure d'une bague intérieure (2), ainsi qu'au moins un deuxième élément élastomère (3b) agencé de manière solidaire en rotation sur une surface périphérique intérieure d'une bague extérieure (4). La bague intérieure (2) est montée au moins indirectement sur un arbre (7). Une bague intermédiaire (5) vient en appui de manière solidaire en rotation contre les deux éléments élastomères (3a, 3b) radialement entre les deux éléments élastomères (3a, 3b). Le coussinet (1) peut basculer entre au moins deux niveaux de rigidité. Le premier élément élastomère (3a), pour modifier la rigidité du coussinet (1), peut en outre être ponté par la bague intermédiaire (5) et une unité supplémentaire (6).
