技术领域
本发明属于车辆制造技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种车载显示屏及出风组件和具有该车载显示屏及出风组件的车辆。
背景技术
车载显示屏的应用越来越广泛,常规的显示屏分为横屏和竖屏两种,随着智能时代的到来,车载多媒体与网络、移动终端的无缝对接越来越受到关注,大量的第三应用移植至车载多媒体系统中,不同的第三应用可能无法同时兼容横屏和竖屏两种模式,且随着显示屏的尺寸越来越大,显示屏和空调出风口的干涉是影响设计师的一大难题。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种操作体验好的车载显示屏及出风组件。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出一种具有上述车载显示屏及出风组件的车辆。
根据本发明第一方面实施例的车载显示屏及出风组件,包括:风口面板,所述风口面板适于安装在仪表台上,且具有第一风口和第二风口;显示终端,所述显示终端通过转轴可转动地安装在所述风口面板上,且所述第一风口和第二风口环绕所述显示终端布置,所述显示终端至少遮挡所述第一风口或所述第二风口的至少一部分;触发单元,所述触发单元与所述转轴联动,且与所述空调系统的出风调节装置相连,所述出风调节装置用于调节所述第一风口和所述第二风口的出风状况。
根据本发明第一方面实施例的车载显示屏及出风组件,对显示终端的尺寸限制较少,可以在有限的布置空间内布置较大的显示终端,显示终端可转动以提升使用者的操作体验,且显示终端的转动不影响空调的风量。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的车辆,设置有如第一方面任一种实施例所述的车载显示屏及出风组件。
所述车辆与上述的车载显示屏及出风组件相对于现有技术所具有的优势相同,在此不再 赘述。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。

下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
首先参照附图详细描述根据本发明实施例的车载显示屏及出风组件100。
如图1-图7所示,车载显示屏及出风组件100包括风口面板10、显示终端20和触发单元。
其中,风口面板10适于安装在仪表台200上,且风口面板10具有第一风口11和第二风口12,空调系统40的出风调节装置43用于调节第一风口11和第二风口12的出风状况。优选地,第一风口11和第二风口12分别一一对应与空调系统40的第一风道41和第二风道42连通,也就是说第一风口11与空调系统40的第一风道41连通,第二风口12与空调系统40的第二风道42连通,因此在第一风道41开启时,第一风口11出风,在第二风道42开启时,第二风口12出风,出风调节装置43可以用于调节第一风道41和第二风道42的通断。
显示终端20可以为平板电脑、多媒体显示屏等,显示终端20可转动地安装在风口面板10上,且第一风口11和第二风口12环绕显示终端20布置,显示终端20至少遮挡第一风口11的至少一部分或第二风口12的至少一部分。
可以理解的是,在转动显示终端20时,由于显示终端20的各个区域到显示终端20的转动轴线的距离不同,显示终端20可能会遮挡第一风口11或第二风口12。可以理解的是,相关技术中,为了防止显示终端20遮挡出风口,显示终端20的尺寸受到极大的限制,本申请允许显示终端20在某特定的位置遮挡第一风口11或第二风口12,显示终端20的尺寸可以做的较大。
在一个具体的示例中,参考图1,第一风口11可以为一个且布置在显示终端20的上方,即第一风口11可以为上风口,第二风口12可以为两个,且两个第二风口12分别布置在显示终端20的左侧和右侧,即第二风口12可以为侧风口。显示终端20可以为长方形,且在显示终端20呈竖向时显示终端20遮挡第一风口11的至少一部分,此时显示终端20与第二风口12间隔开设置,不影响第二风口12的出风,在显示终端20呈横向时显示终端20遮挡第二风口12的至少一部分,此时显示终端20与第一风口11间隔开设置,不影响第一风口11的出风。
比如,显示终端20可以默认竖向布置,在进行导航、浏览器等应用时可以采用竖屏全屏的方式进行操作,在其他如音乐、图片等应用时可以采用竖屏上下分屏的方式进行操作,在视频播放或游戏等界面,可以旋转到横屏进行操作,以满足用户对于不同应用的操作习惯。
当然,第一风口11、第二风口12和显示终端20的布置并不限于上述实施例。
触发单元与空调系统40的出风调节装置43相连,且触发单元设置为根据显示终端20的转动触发出风调节装置43。其中,在显示终端20固定连接有转轴21的实施例中,显示终端20通过转轴21可转动地安装在风口面板10上,触发单元与转轴21联动。
可以理解的是,空调系统40的出风调节装置43可以控制第一风口11和第二风口12的 出风状况,出风调节装置43由触发单元控制,触发单元与显示终端20相连,这样,可以根据显示终端20的位置自动调节出风位置。
可选地,触发单元设置成在显示终端20转动至遮挡第一风口11的至少一部分时被触发以使出风调节装置43开启第二风口12,这样,显示终端20不影响第二风口12出风,且在显示终端20转动至遮挡第二风口12的至少一部分时被触发以使出风调节装置43开启第一风口11,这样,显示终端20不影响第一风口11出风。
根据本发明实施例的车载显示屏及出风组件100,对显示终端20的尺寸限制较少,可以在有限的布置空间内布置较大的显示终端20,显示终端20可转动以提升使用者的操作体验,且显示终端20的转动不影响空调风量。
在本发明的一些优选的实施例中,参考图3-图4,触发单元可以为机械式。下面详细描述一种机械式的触发单元。
如图3-图4所示,触发单元可以包括拉索31,拉索31的一端与显示终端20的转轴21相连,转轴21可以固定连接在显示终端20的背面,拉索31的另一端适于与出风调节装置43相连。在显示终端20和转轴21转动时拉索31可以拉动出风调节装置43,以实现出风口的切换。
具体地,如图4所示,风口面板10上可以设有安装座13,安装座13可以套设在转轴21外,且安装座13与转轴21铰接。安装座13的周壁上可以设有沿周向延伸的滑槽13a,触发单元还可以包括设在转轴21的外周壁上的连接件32,拉索31的一端与连接件32相连,比如连接件32上可以设有连接孔,拉索31可以系在连接孔上。
连接件32可以伸出滑槽13a,连接件32可以在转轴21贯穿安装座13之后安装到转轴21上,比如连接件32可以与转轴21卡接相连。滑槽13a可以对转轴21的转动起到导向的作用,且滑槽13a可以限定显示终端20的转动角度,比如在显示终端20转动到竖屏状态时,连接件32转动到滑槽13a的一端,在显示终端20转动到横屏状态时,连接件32转动到滑槽13a的另一端。具体地,滑槽13a可以为1/4圆弧形。
如图4所示,转轴21的远离显示终端20的一端可以具有螺纹段,螺纹段伸出安装座13,且螺纹段通过螺纹限位件22轴向限位。可以理解的是,螺纹限位件22与转轴21的螺纹段螺纹配合,但是螺纹限位件22不限制转轴21的转动,螺纹限位件22使转轴21在轴向上固定。
当然,机械式的触发单元不限于上述实施例,还可以为齿轮齿条结构、滚珠丝杠结构等,在此不再一一赘述。
在本发明的另一些优选的实施例中,参考图5-图7,触发单元可以为电子式。下面详细描述一种电子式的触发单元。
如图5-图7所示,显示终端20的背面设有转轴21,转轴21可转动地安装在风口面板10上,且触发单元可以包括触发件33、第一开关34和第二开关35,触发件33可以设在转轴21的外周壁上,比如触发件33可以与转轴21一体成型,第一开关34和第二开关35可以通过自攻钉固定在风口面板10的螺柱上,第一开关34和第二开关35均适于与出风调节装置43相连,比如第一开关34和第二开关35可以通过插接件36与出风调节装置43电连接,第一开关34的触发点和第二开关35的触发点均位于触发件33的转动轨迹上,以使第一开关34和第二开关35均适于通过触发件33触发。在触发件33转动至接触第一开关34的触发点时,第一开关34被触发,在触发件33转动至接触第二开关35的触发点时,第二开关35被触发。
如图6和图7所示,风口面板10上可以设有安装座13,安装座13套设在转轴21外且与转轴21铰接,安装座13的周壁上设有沿周向延伸的滑槽13a,触发件33伸出滑槽13a。安装座13可以包括底座13b和盖板13c,底座13b和盖板13c均套设在转轴21外,且底座13b与盖板13c共同限定出滑槽13a。
如图6所示,第一开关34的触发点和第二开关35的触发点可以分别设在滑槽13a的两端,这样,在显示终端20转动到两个极限位置时,触发件33可以分别触发第一开关34或第二开关35,以使对应的出风口出风。具体地,滑槽13a可以为1/4圆弧形,这样,在显示终端20在竖向和横向之间来回转动时可以分别触发第一开关34或第二开关35。
转轴21的远离显示终端20的一端可以具有螺纹段,螺纹段伸出安装座13且通过螺纹限位件22轴向限位。可以理解的是,螺纹限位件22与转轴21的螺纹段螺纹配合,但是螺纹限位件22不限制转轴21的转动,螺纹限位件22使转轴21在轴向上固定。
触发件33与转轴21可以一体成型,底座13b固定连接在风口面板10上。在装配时,第一开关34和第二开关35紧靠底座13b固定,将转轴21贯穿底座13b,再将盖板13c套设在转轴21上,固定盖板13c,通过螺纹限位件22使转轴21在轴向上固定,此时,触发件33伸出滑槽13a,第一开关34的触发点和第二开关35的触发点分别位于滑槽13a的两端。
滑槽13a可以对转轴21的转动起到导向的作用,且滑槽13a可以限定显示终端20的转动角度,比如在显示终端20转动到竖屏状态时,触发件33转动到滑槽13a的一端并触发第一开关34和第二开关35中的一个,第二风道42出风;在显示终端20转动到横屏状态时,触发件33转动到滑槽13a的另一端,并触发第一开关34和第二开关35中的另一个,第一风道41出风。
当然,电子式的触发单元不限于上述实施例,还可以为微动开关等结构,在此不再一一赘述。
本发明还公开了一种车辆,本发明实施例的车辆设置有上述任一种实施例描述的车载显示屏及出风组件100。本发明实施例的车辆,通过设置可转动的显示终端20,可以满足用户对于不同应用的操作习惯,且在显示终端20转动的过程中,车内温度不受影响。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个、三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种车载显示屏及出风组件,其特征在于,包括:
    风口面板,所述风口面板适于安装在仪表台上,且具有第一风口和第二风口;
    显示终端,所述显示终端通过转轴可转动地安装在所述风口面板上,且所述第一风口和第二风口环绕所述显示终端布置,所述显示终端至少遮挡所述第一风口或所述第二风口的至少一部分;
    触发单元,所述触发单元与所述转轴联动,且与所述空调系统的出风调节装置相连,所述出风调节装置用于调节所述第一风口和所述第二风口的出风状况。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车载显示屏及出风组件,其特征在于,所述触发单元设置成在所述显示终端转动至遮挡所述第一风口的至少一部分时驱动所述出风调节装置开启所述第二风口,且在所述显示终端转动至遮挡所述第二风口的至少一部分时驱动所述出风调节装置开启所述第一风口。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的车载显示屏及出风组件,其特征在于,所述触发单元为机械式。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的车载显示屏及出风组件,其特征在于,所述触发单元包括拉索,所述拉索的一端与所述转轴相连,另一端适于与所述出风调节装置相连。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的车载显示屏及出风组件,其特征在于,所述触发单元还包括设在所述转轴的外周壁上的连接件,所述拉索的所述一端与所述连接件相连。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的车载显示屏及出风组件,其特征在于,所述风口面板上设有安装座,所述安装座套设在所述转轴外且与所述转轴铰接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的车载显示屏及出风组件,其特征在于,所述安装座的周壁上设有沿周向延伸的滑槽,所述连接件伸出所述滑槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的车载显示屏及出风组件,其特征在于,所述滑槽为1/4圆弧形。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的车载显示屏及出风组件,其特征在于,所述转轴的远离所述显示终端的一端具有螺纹段,所述螺纹段伸出所述安装座且通过螺纹限位件轴向限位。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的车载显示屏及出风组件,其特征在于,所述第一风口为一个且布置在所述显示终端的上方,所述第二风口为两个,且分别布置在所述显示终端的左右两侧。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的车载显示屏及出风组件,其特征在于,所述显示终端为长方形,且在所述显示终端呈竖向时所述显示终端遮挡所述第一风口的至少一部分,在所述显示终端呈横向时所述显示终端遮挡所述第二风口的至少一部分。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任意一项所述的车载显示屏及出风组件,其特征在于,所述第一风口和所述第二风口分别与空调系统的第一风道和第二风道连通,所述出风调节装置用于调节所述第一风道和所述第二风道的通断。
  13. 一种车辆,其特征在于,设置有如权利要求1-12中任一项所述的车载显示屏及出风组件。
