背景技术
随着科技的发展和人们生活水平的提高,手机已成为人们生活必不可少的生活用品,不管居家工作,还是出差旅游,生活的方方面面都离不开手机。
在社会飞速发展的今天,人们不仅注重手机的性能,对手机外观的要求也越来越高,例如对窄边框的追求,使得整机的宽度变小,屏幕占比越来越大,手机越来越美观,但是整机长度方向受到堆叠限制,难以缩小。
目前指纹识别手机的指纹识别模组设计都需要增加金属环,一方面起到保护IC作用,另一方面有装饰作用,但金属环的增加也增大了指纹模组的体积,使手机边框的宽度和厚度都大大增加,不利于手机窄边框的发展,并且金属环的配备也使整机成本增加。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。

第三方面,本发明实施例提供了一种指纹识别手机,包括显示屏,设置于所述显示屏之上用于感应外界触摸信号的触摸屏芯片,设置于所述触摸屏芯片之上用于保护所述触摸屏芯片的触摸屏面板,所述显示屏的一端设置有显示屏触控IC及显示屏触控线路板,所述触摸屏面板上设置有指纹识别模组预留孔,其中,所述触摸屏面板上还设置有指纹识别装饰环,所述指纹识别装饰环形成在触摸屏面板的指纹识别模组预留孔的周围;所述指纹识别手机还包括指纹识别模组,所述指纹识别模组:包括用于感应指纹信息的指纹识别模组芯片,设置于所述指纹识别模组芯片下面用于接通指纹识别模组线路的指纹识别模组线路板,所述指纹识别模组芯片设置于所述指纹识别模组预留孔中。
优选的,所述指纹识别模组的设置位置与所述显示屏设置有显示屏触控IC及显示屏触控线路板的一端对应。
优选的,所述指纹识别模组线路板及补强钢片嵌入所述触摸屏面板及显示屏之间的空隙。
优选的,所述指纹识别模组芯片与指纹识别模组预留孔的形状相应且所述指纹识别模组芯片的宽度小于所述指纹识别模组预留孔的宽度。
优选的,所述指纹识别模组与触摸屏面板通过胶水粘合。
优选的,所述指纹识别模组芯片的厚度小于所述触摸屏面板的厚度。
有益效果
本发明提供了一种指纹识别模组及手机,本发明在触摸屏面板上丝印、转印或电镀形成指纹识别装饰环来代替指纹识别金属环,可缩小触摸屏面板上指纹识别模组的开孔孔径,做窄边框,同时,去掉金属环大大减薄了指纹模组的厚度,减薄后的指纹识别模组的线路板及补强钢片可嵌入所述触摸屏面板及显示屏之间的空隙,缩小整机长度。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下将配合附图及实施例来详细说明本申请的实施方式,藉此对本申请如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题并达成技术功效的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
具体在实施例中,如图1所示,本发明指纹识别装饰环101通过在触摸屏面板202上丝印、转印或电镀形成,并形成在触摸屏面板上指纹识别模组预留孔的周围,便于在手机装配后可包围在指纹识别模组芯片102的周围,达到普通指纹识别手机的指纹识别金属环的视觉效果。可以理解,本发明的指纹识别装饰环101并不仅限于在触摸屏面板202上丝印、转印或电镀的形成方式,还可以通过其它类似方式形成,例如在触摸屏面板蚀刻、雕琢等。
然而,可以理解的是,所述指纹识别装饰环101的形状可以为圆形、椭圆形、方形或长方形中的一种。
如图2b所示,本发明指纹识别模组包括指纹识别装饰环101、用于感应指纹信息的指纹识别模组芯片102及设置于所述指纹识别模组芯片102下面用于接通指纹识别模组线路的指纹识别模组线路板103,优选的,还包括设置于指纹识别模组线路板103下面的补强钢片104,补强钢片104与指纹识别模组线路板103通过胶水贴合,可增强指纹识别模组的强度,使指纹识别模组在受力时不易变形,提升手机质量,使手机更耐用。
本发明指纹识别手机包括如前所述的指纹识别模组,还包括显示屏300,设置于所述显示屏之上用于感应外界触摸信号的触摸屏芯片201、设置于触摸屏芯片201之上用于保护触摸屏芯片201的触摸屏面板202、显示屏300的一端设置有显示屏触控线路板301及显示屏触控IC302,触摸屏面板202上设置有指纹识别模组预留孔,指纹识别模组芯片102设置于指纹识别模组预留孔中,如此一来,形成在指纹识别模组预留孔周围的指纹识别装饰环101同时也在指纹识别模组芯片102的周围,普通指纹识别手机的指纹识别金属环的视觉效果,优选的指纹识别模组与触摸屏面板202通过胶水粘合,使指纹识别模组更稳固的与触摸屏面板202贴合,使用时不易松动,显示屏300与触摸屏全胶水贴合,互相固定,指纹识别模组芯片102与指纹识别模组预留孔的形状相应且指纹识别模组芯片102的宽度小于指纹识别模组预留孔的宽度,这样在指纹识别模组芯片102受到按压时,例如指纹识别模组芯片102在作为主页键受到按压时,可与所述指纹识别模组预留孔有相对滑动的空隙,不会卡住损坏指纹识别模组芯片102。
请参照图2a、图2b,本发明的指纹识别装饰环101通过在触摸屏面板102上丝印、转印或电镀形成,取代普通指纹识别手机指纹识别模块的金属装饰环401。普通指纹识别手机的金属装饰环401具有较大的体积和重量,在长度、宽度和重量上都给整机造成很大的累赘,使整机加长加宽加重,不利于手机市场对手机轻薄化的要求,也满足不了用户对手机窄边框的追求,再者金属件的增加不仅只是材料成本的增加,更大的成本是制造金属件的冲压、打磨、车床铣床、抛光及后续包装运输等一系列费用的增加,因此金属环的取消不仅减小了手机的长度、宽度及重量,还大大节约了加工成本,同时降低了生产过程中的装配工序及难度,提升了手机成品的质量。
请继续参照图2a、图2b,本发明指纹识别装饰环101通过在触摸屏面板102上丝印、转印或电镀形成,并形成在触摸屏面板的指纹识别模组预留孔的周围,取代普通指纹识别手机指纹识别模块的金属装饰环401,使得触摸屏面板202上为指纹识别模组预留的开孔孔径减小,从而缩小了手机边框的长度,满足用户对手机窄边框的要求,普通指纹识别手机的下边框基本都是很宽,本发明的指纹识别手机可以做到整机上下边框一样宽度,实现对称,而且触摸屏面板202上为指纹识别模组预留的开孔孔径减小不仅使手机边框可以做窄,同时也减小了整机的长度,缩小整机的体积,给用户带来方便,提升用户体验。
如图2b所示,手机显示屏300其中一端包括有显示屏触控线路板301及显示屏触控IC302,组装过程中,如果手机显示屏正置,即所述手机显示屏包括有显示屏触控线路板301及显示屏触控IC302的一端放置在靠近手机顶端安装,则所述手机显示屏包括有显示屏触控线路板301及显示屏触控IC302的一端会与手机摄像头互相阻碍,导致手机上半部分区域或者手机上边框需要较大长度;如果手机显示屏倒置,即所述手机显示屏包括有显示屏触控线路板301及显示屏触控IC302的一端放置在靠近手机底端安装,那么所述手机显示屏包括有显示屏触控线路板301及显示屏触控IC302的一端会与指纹识别模组互相阻碍,导致手机下半部分区域或者手机下边框需要较大长度。针对上述问题,将图2b中本发明的指纹识别手机及图2a中普通指纹识别手机对比可知,本发明的指纹识别手机通过在触摸屏面板102上丝印、转印或电镀形成指纹识别装饰环101而不需要普通手机的指纹识别金属装饰环401后,本发明指纹识别模组嵌入触摸屏面板202下面的底部在减少了金属环的厚度的情况下可以实现做薄,做薄后的指纹识别模组的底部(即指纹识别模组线路板103及补强钢片104)可嵌入显示屏300与触摸屏面板202之间的空隙,大大减小了手机边框及整机的长度,进一步实现了手机窄边框的要求。
本发明实施例中,优选的指纹识别模组芯片102的厚度比触摸屏面板202的厚度小,这样在装配完成后,指纹识别模组芯片102相对于触摸屏面板202向下凹,如果手机使用过程中不慎从高处摔落,则是触摸屏面板202与地面接触,不会碰撞到指纹识别模组,使指纹识别模组得到保护,指纹识别装饰环101的宽度大致为指纹识别模组芯片102宽度的1/10为最合理宽度,同时还可以得到更好的视觉效果。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种用于移动终端的指纹识别装饰环,所述指纹识别装饰环为在触摸屏面板上丝印、转印或电镀形成,并形成在触摸屏面板的指纹识别模组预留孔的周围;一种指纹识别模组,包括用于感应指纹信息的指纹识别模组芯片,设置于所述指纹识别模组芯片下面用于接通指纹识别模组线路的指纹识别模组线路板,还包括所述的指纹识别装饰环,所述指纹识别装饰环设置在所述指纹识别模组芯片周围,优选的,还包括设置于所述指纹识别模组线路板下面用于增强所述指纹识别模组强度的补强钢片;一种指纹识别手机,包括显示屏,设置于所述显示屏之上用于感应外界触摸信号的触摸屏芯片,设置于所述触摸屏芯片之上用于保护所述触摸屏芯片的触摸屏面板,所述显示屏的一端设置有显示屏触控IC及显示屏触控线路板,所述触摸屏面板上设置有指纹识别模组预留孔,还包括所述指纹识别模组,所述指纹识别模组芯片设置于所述指纹识别模组预留孔中。本发明在触摸屏面板上丝印、转印或电镀形成指纹识别装饰环来代替指纹识别金属环,可缩小触摸屏面板上指纹识别模组的开孔孔径,做窄边框,同时,去掉金属环大大减薄了指纹模组的厚度,减薄后的指纹识别模组的线路板及补强钢片可嵌入所述触摸屏面板及显示屏之间的空隙,缩小整机长度。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种指纹识别手机,包括显示屏,设置于所述显示屏之上用于感应外界触摸信号的触摸屏芯片,设置于所述触摸屏芯片之上用于保护所述触摸屏芯片的触摸屏面板,所述显示屏的一端设置有显示屏触控IC及显示屏触控线路板,所述触摸屏面板上设置有指纹识别模组预留孔,其中,所述触摸屏面板上还设置有指纹识别装饰环,所述指纹识别装饰环形成在触摸屏面板的指纹识别模组预留孔的周围;所述指纹识别手机还包括:指纹识别模组;
    所述指纹识别模组:包括用于感应指纹信息的指纹识别模组芯片,设置于所述指纹识别模组芯片下面用于接通指纹识别模组线路的指纹识别模组线路板,所述指纹识别模组芯片设置于所述指纹识别模组预留孔中;所述指纹识别模组芯片与指纹识别模组预留孔的形状相应,且所述指纹识别模组芯片的宽度小于所述指纹识别模组预留孔的宽度;所述指纹识别模组芯片的厚度小于所述触摸屏面板的厚度。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的指纹识别手机,其中,所述指纹识别装饰环为在触摸屏面板上丝印形成,并形成在触摸屏面板的指纹识别模组预留孔的周围。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的指纹识别手机,其中,所述指纹识别装饰环为在触摸屏面板上转印形成,并形成在触摸屏面板的指纹识别模组预留孔的周围。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的指纹识别手机,其中,所述指纹识别装饰环为在触摸屏面板上电镀形成,并形成在触摸屏面板的指纹识别模组预留孔的周围。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的指纹识别手机,其中,所述指纹识别装饰环为在触摸屏面板上蚀刻形成,并形成在触摸屏面板的指纹识别模组预留孔的周围。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的指纹识别手机,其中,所述指纹识别装饰环为在触摸屏面板上雕琢形成,并形成在触摸屏面板的指纹识别模组预留孔的周围。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的指纹识别手机,其中,所述指纹识别模组还包括设置于所述指纹识别模组线路板下面用于增强所述指纹识别模组强度的补强钢片。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的指纹识别手机,其中,所述指纹识别模组的设置位置与所述显示屏设置有显示屏触控IC及显示屏触控线路板的一端对应。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的指纹识别手机,其中,所述指纹识别模组线路板及补强钢片嵌入所述触摸屏面板及显示屏之间的空隙。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的指纹识别手机,其中,所述指纹识别模组与触摸屏面板通过胶水粘合。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的指纹识别手机,其中,所述补强钢片与指纹识别模组线路板通过胶水贴合。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的指纹识别手机,其中,所述指纹识别装饰环的宽度为指纹识别模组芯片宽度的1/10。
  13. 一种指纹识别模组,包括用于感应指纹信息的指纹识别模组芯片,设置于所述指纹识别模组芯片下面用于接通指纹识别模组线路的指纹识别模组线路板,其中,还包括指纹识别装饰环,所述指纹识别装饰环设置于所述指纹识别模组芯片周围。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的指纹识别模组,其中,还包括设置于所述指纹识别模组线路板下面用于增强所述指纹识别模组强度的补强钢片。
  15. 一种指纹识别手机,包括显示屏,设置于所述显示屏之上用于感应外界触摸信号的触摸屏芯片,设置于所述触摸屏芯片之上用于保护所述触摸屏芯片的触摸屏面板,所述显示屏的一端设置有显示屏触控IC及显示屏触控线路板,所述触摸屏面板上设置有指纹识别模组预留孔,其中,所述触摸屏面板上还设置有指纹识别装饰环,所述指纹识别装饰环形成在触摸屏面板的指纹识别模组预留孔的周围;所述指纹识别手机还包括指纹识别模组,所述指纹识别模组:包括用于感应指纹信息的指纹识别模组芯片,设置于所述指纹识别模组芯片下面用于接通指纹识别模组线路的指纹识别模组线路板,所述指纹识别模组芯片设置于所述指纹识别模组预留孔中。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的指纹识别手机,其中,所述指纹识别模组的设置位置与所述显示屏设置有显示屏触控IC及显示屏触控线路板的一端对应。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的指纹识别手机,其中,所述指纹识别模组线路板及补强钢片嵌入所述触摸屏面板及显示屏之间的空隙。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的指纹识别模组,其中,所述指纹识别模组芯片与指纹识别模组预留孔的形状相应且所述指纹识别模组芯片的宽度小于所述指纹识别模组预留孔的宽度。
  19. 如权利要求15所述的指纹识别手机,其中,所述指纹识别模组与触摸屏面板通过胶水粘合。
  20. 如权利要求15所述的指纹识别手机,其中,所述指纹识别模组芯片的厚度小于所述触摸屏面板的厚度。
