请参阅图1,图1为本发明一种带电子墨水显示装置的智能终端其较佳实施例的爆炸示意图,如图所示,该智能终端包括一终端本体200、及用于保护终端本体200显示屏的显示屏保护盖100,所述显示屏保护盖100侧边连接在所述终端本体200的侧边,显示屏保护盖100可以采用现有技术常见的手机皮套等装置,本发明的改进之处在于:显示屏保护盖100的前端设置有电子墨水显示屏幕120,所述电子墨水显示屏幕120与终端本体200通过弹簧探针进行数据传输,通过设置这样一个电子墨水显示屏幕120,用户在使用手机等移动终端时,只需将显示屏保护盖100合上,直接在显示屏保护盖100上的电子墨水显示屏幕120上进行阅读即可,所以使用起来非常方便,不会额外增加其他的设备,只需使用常见的显示屏保护盖即可,而且由于电子墨水显示屏幕120给人的阅读感受非常舒适,给用户带来了极佳的体验。
进一步,在所述显示屏保护盖100侧边设置有一用于活动连接终端本体200的连接部110,该连接部110就用来连接显示屏保护盖100与终端本体200。
在本发明中的连接部110上设置有第一磁铁130,所述终端本体200上与第一磁铁130相应的位置设置有与第一磁铁130磁性相吸的第二磁铁210,通过该第一磁铁130及第二磁铁210使得连接部110与终端本体200连接更加方便,同时能够使连接部110与终端本体200进行定位。该第一磁铁130可设置两组,并沿着连接部110的侧边间隔设置,从而实现更好的定位连接功能,相应地,需要在终端本体200相应位置设置两组第二磁铁210。
进一步,如图2所示,所述显示屏保护盖100上与终端本体200相分离的一侧设置有第三磁铁140,所述终端本体200上与第三磁铁140磁性相吸的第四磁铁220。
终端本体200与显示屏保护盖100通过连接部连接,即一侧连接,另一侧则分离,其中的第三磁铁140和第四磁铁220即设置在显示屏保护盖100与终端本体200相分离的一侧,只有在合上盖时,第三磁铁140与第四磁铁220相互磁吸,这样终端本体200与显示屏保护盖100的定位方式就实现了X、Y方向的同时定位,使用户打开及合盖都非常方便。同样,所述的第三磁铁140可设置两组,并分别设置在显示屏保护盖100与终端本体200分离一侧的上下两端,相应的,终端本体200相应的位置也设置两组第四磁铁220,这样使合盖之后的显示屏保护盖100更加稳定。
进一步,在终端本体200侧边设置有定位孔,相应的,在所述显示屏保护盖100侧边的连接部110上设置有用于插入到定位孔中的定位柱。
该定位孔与定位柱的作用使连接部110准确连接至终端本体200上,为了实现准确定位,所述定位孔可设置多个,并沿着终端本体200的侧边设置,例如设置成一排,并且相邻定位孔的间距相同,显然,在所述连接部110上需要设置相应数量的定位柱,并且相邻定位柱的间距与相邻定位孔的间距相同。但较优选的,是设置两个定位孔,其间距相对较长,这样即可实现定位功能。
下面结合附图对本发明中的连接部的结构进行详细说明。
如图3所示,本发明中的连接部110包括支架114、皮革部113、金属压板112以及外盖111,皮革部113连接于显示屏保护盖100的侧边,皮革部113是连接部110的主体部分,由于其属于柔性材料,可以转动,所以显示屏保护盖100可利用皮革部113进行开合的动作。支架114设置在皮革部113的下端,金属压板112设置在皮革部113的上端,并且,支架114、皮革部113以及金属压板112通过第一螺丝115固定,外盖111设置在金属压板112的上端。结合图3至图7所示,其装配过程如下:先将支架114安装在皮革部113的下端,然后将金属压板112安装在皮革部113的上端,然后利用第一螺丝115将三者固定连接,最后用外盖111盖上金属压板112,外盖111与金属压板112的连接方式可以是粘接或者卡合等等。
上述的连接部110结构都是用来跟终端本体200进行连接的,而连接部110与显示屏保护盖100的连接方式则是通过第二螺丝116固定,即通过第二螺丝116将连接部110直接固定在所述显示屏保护盖100侧边即可,如图8至图10所示,其装配过程如下:先将连接部110插入至显示屏保护盖100的插入缝中,再通过第二螺丝116将连接部110与显示屏保护盖100进行固定。
在本发明中,为了在合上显示屏保护盖100后,还能对电子墨水显示屏幕120进行操作控制,可通过终端本体200侧边的音量键进行控制,当然,还可利用其他的安装在终端本体200侧边上的其他按键来进行操作控制。
综上所述,本发明通过在显示屏保护盖上设置电子墨水显示屏幕,并利用弹簧探针来与终端本体进行数据传输、供电及显示,从而实现了在移动终端上实现E-Ink显示功能,本发明最大特点是体积纤薄小巧、且方便携带,让用户在自己的手机等移动终端上即可实现电子墨水显示功能。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种带电子墨水显示装置的智能终端,其包括:
    终端本体;以及
    显示屏保护盖,用于保护所述终端本体的显示屏;
    其中所述显示屏保护盖的侧边设置有一用于活动连接所述终端本体的侧边的连接部,所述显示屏保护盖的前端设置有电子墨水显示屏幕,所述电子墨水显示屏幕与所述终端本体通过弹簧探针进行数据传输;
    所述连接部上设置有第一磁铁,所述终端本体设置有第二磁铁,所述第二磁铁在所述终端本体上的位置与所述第一磁铁在所述连接部上的位置对应;
    所述显示屏保护盖与所述终端本体相分离的一侧设置有第三磁铁,所述终端本体设置有第四磁铁,所述第四磁铁在所述终端本体的位置与所述第三磁铁在所述显示屏保护盖的位置对应。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带电子墨水显示装置的智能终端,其中所述终端本体的侧边设置有定位孔,所述连接部上设置有用于插入到所述定位孔中的定位柱。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带电子墨水显示装置的智能终端,其中所述的终端本体的侧边设置有多个所述定位孔,所述定位孔沿着所述终端本体的侧边设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的带电子墨水显示装置的智能终端,其中所述连接部还包括支架、皮革部、金属压板以及外盖,所述皮革部与所述显示屏保护盖的侧边连接,所述支架设置在所述皮革部的下端,所述金属压板设置在所述皮革部的上端,所述支架、所述皮革部以及所述金属压板通过螺丝固定,所述外盖设置在所述金属压板的上端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带电子墨水显示装置的智能终端,其中所述外盖与所述金属压板卡合连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的带电子墨水显示装置的智能终端,其中所述外盖与所述金属压板粘合连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的带电子墨水显示装置的智能终端,其中所述连接部通过螺丝固定在所述显示屏保护盖的侧边。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的带电子墨水显示装置的智能终端,其中所述电子墨水显示屏幕通过设置在所述终端本体的侧边的音量键进行控制。
  9. 一种带电子墨水显示装置的智能终端,其包括:
    终端本体;以及
    显示屏保护盖,用于保护所述终端本体的显示屏;
    其中所述显示屏保护盖的侧边连接在所述终端本体的侧边,所述显示屏保护盖的前端设置有电子墨水显示屏幕,所述电子墨水显示屏幕与所述终端本体通过弹簧探针进行数据传输。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的带电子墨水显示装置的智能终端,其中所述显示屏保护盖的侧边设置有一用于活动连接所述终端本体的连接部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子墨水显示装置的智能终端,其中所述连接部上设置有第一磁铁,所述终端本体设置有第二磁铁,所述第二磁铁在所述终端本体上的位置与所述第一磁铁在所述连接部上的位置对应。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的电子墨水显示装置的智能终端,其中所述显示屏保护盖与所述终端本体相分离的一侧设置有第三磁铁,所述终端本体设置有第四磁铁,所述第四磁铁在所述终端本体的位置与所述第三磁铁在所述显示屏保护盖的位置对应。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的电子墨水显示装置的智能终端,其中所述终端本体的侧边设置有定位孔,所述连接部上设置有用于插入到所述定位孔中的定位柱。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子墨水显示装置的智能终端,其中所述的终端本体的侧边设置有多个所述定位孔,所述定位孔沿着所述终端本体的侧边设置。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的电子墨水显示装置的智能终端,其中所述连接部还包括支架、皮革部、金属压板以及外盖,所述皮革部与所述显示屏保护盖的侧边连接,所述支架设置在所述皮革部的下端,所述金属压板设置在所述皮革部的上端,所述支架、所述皮革部以及所述金属压板通过螺丝固定,所述外盖设置在所述金属压板的上端。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子墨水显示装置的智能终端,其中所述外盖与所述金属压板卡合连接。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的电子墨水显示装置的智能终端,其中所述外盖与所述金属压板粘合连接。
  18. 根据权利要求10所述的电子墨水显示装置的智能终端,其中所述连接部通过螺丝固定在所述显示屏保护盖的侧边。
  19. 根据权利要求10所述的电子墨水显示装置的智能终端,其中所述电子墨水显示屏幕通过设置在所述终端本体的侧边的音量键进行控制。
