一种双面使用蒸汽眼罩或面罩 技术领域
本发明涉及生活用品领域,特别涉及一种对眼部或脸部皮肤具有显著改善效果且可以作为眼部/脸部保养品伴侣的热敷蒸汽眼罩或面罩。
背景技术
蒸汽美容技术起源于我国古代医学的药物熏蒸疗法并已逐渐形成一种现代多功能美容技术。它是在各种特制的蒸汽美容器内加入蒸馏水和不同用途的药物,利用电热装置加热后产生的蒸汽,经金属管道喷出对面部或病变皮肤进行喷雾熏蒸以补充皮肤水分和给药,达到护肤、治疗和美容的目的。
与单纯的热敷相比,水蒸汽除了具有促使毛孔开放、促进循环这些功效外,还能使毛囊及角质细胞软化,有利于清除毛囊深层的污垢、角化细胞以及残留化妆品,从而使皮肤清洁得更彻底;水蒸汽可以使得细胞膜的通透性,加快血液循环、促进血流量的增加,增强皮肤的代谢功能。此外,生理状态下的皮肤细胞同体内各种细胞的渗透压一样,其细胞内外均为等渗状态,一般维持在280~310mosm(毫渗透克分子也可简称为“毫渗”)之间,而蒸汽美容器所产生的蒸汽渗透压为零,根据渗透压原理蒸汽与皮肤细胞之间存在的渗透压差,必然会导致蒸汽分子向皮肤细胞内渗入而补充皮肤细胞中的水分含量,从而滋润皮肤。
因此,现代美容院中最受欢迎也最普遍的一个项目便是蒸汽美容,然而去美容院做蒸汽美容对很多爱美人士来说是难以实现的,繁忙的都市女性很少有大块时间去做美容,偏远的地区很少有美容院。即便目前市场上 有居家使用的蒸汽美容仪,但这些容蒸汽美容仪多是结构复杂成本高昂的仪器,它不仅占用家庭有限的空间而且需有大额的费用支出,并且在家庭中做美容时不能再做其他事情,浪费了时间。
同时,随着生活节奏的加快,很多人长期处于失眠状态中,不足的睡眠造成部位供血困难,新陈代谢发生障碍,眼部缺水。而且长时间的近距离用眼,使得睫状肌长期处于收缩状态,眼球内不断的充血,眼内压相应的增高,同时,眼外肌的紧张和压迫眼球,妨碍了血液的流通,产生视力疲劳,使人双眼干涩,眼睑沉重,眼球酸胀,眼眶疼痛,继而视物模糊,出现双影,看书串行,严重的还可以出现头昏,头痛,恶心等症状。
为了解决上述问题,目前市面上出现了蒸汽眼罩的系列产品,它的原理是:通过空气中氧气氧化眼罩内的金属发热。通常是把眼罩的独立包装袋打开后,空气中的氧气接触眼罩内的氧化金属发生氧化放热反应,使得眼罩内的水分蒸发,缓释出蒸汽,利用蒸汽的温热来消解所贴部位的种种不适。然而这些市面上的蒸汽眼罩的内外表面大多都是普通透气无纺布,例如,申请号为201210081214.7的发明专利中的蒸汽热敷眼罩两侧均为无纺布。无纺布除了起到装载发热组合物的作用外,也可以在一定程度上可以控制氧气进入量,从而控制自发热产品吸氧腐蚀的速率。但是,由于蒸汽眼罩内的发热组合物除了金属之外,还含有催化剂、吸水性树脂、硅藻土、无机非金属盐等物质,此外通常还含有一些有机或无机杂质,在发热组合物发生化学反应时,除了产生热量和水蒸汽外,还可能会产生一些有害气体和细小颗粒物,这些有害气体和细小的颗粒物可以透过无纺布到达眼部,对人体健康和环境都有危害。
此外,人们在用蒸汽眼罩进行热敷时,通常会在眼部涂上一些美容保养品,例如,眼霜、精华液等,但是这些美容保养品中通常含有大量的水分,这些水分被热量蒸发后会进入到眼罩中,引起发热组合物发热峰值变化,具有局部烫伤的隐患,还存在发热反应产物和护肤保养品中的水分/油 分交叉污染或感染皮肤等问题。更为重要的是,无纺布吸收力度比皮肤强,护肤品或保养品大部分被无纺布吸收掉了,而没有被眼部皮肤吸收,因此降低护肤品或保养品的功效。
发明内容
针对现有技术中蒸汽美容仪和蒸汽眼罩的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种不受空间资源限制,无需外界能源提供能量,安全、稳定、均匀发散热量和蒸汽,且有效降低对人体健康或环境的损害,延长发热时间,避免发热峰值温度不稳定,显著增强护肤护肤品或保养品吸收效果,并避免脸部/眼部皮肤感染的双面使用蒸汽眼罩/面罩。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种双面使用蒸汽罩,其特征在于,由含活性碳成分材料构成的第一层;由具有可调孔道的薄膜构成的第二层;由隔热材料构成的第三层;由不透气透水且具有保温性能材料构成的第四层;其中所述第二层和所述第三层边缘粘连形成空腔,所述空腔中装载有与空气接触后自发热的发热组合物;其中所述蒸汽罩可被加工成蒸汽眼罩或蒸汽面罩的形状,其中所述蒸汽眼罩或蒸汽面罩的厚度至少为1mm。
本发明的蒸汽眼罩/面罩的第一层由含活性碳成分材料构成,优选为活性碳纤维。活性碳纤维是有机纤维经高温碳化、活化制备而成的一种多孔性纤维状吸附材料,比表面积高,孔径分布窄,孔径尺寸微小,具有比粒状活性炭(Grained Activated Carbon,GAC)更大的吸附容量和更快的吸附动力学性能。活性碳纤维表面呈疏水性,易吸附有机物而排斥水蒸汽,例如,有人研究了湿度对在活性碳纤维上有机挥发性化合物吸附的影响,丙酮气流中水蒸气的出现对丙酮的吸附能力的影响很小,即使相对湿度在90%。由于活性碳纤维具有良好的吸附性,其可以吸附发热组合物发生化学反应过程中产生的有害气体和细小颗粒,这些有害气体和细小颗粒可能会 引起眼部/脸部不适和过敏,还会对人体健康和环境造成损害。此外,为了产生水蒸汽(水蒸汽除了具有背景技术部分所述的优点外,还对眼干、眼涩等眼部不适症状的具有一定的改善效果,而且相对于单纯的发热,水蒸汽会让消费者有更好的使用体验),通常要求发热组合物的发热温度达到65℃以上(否则,难以产生丰沛的水蒸汽,降低消费者的使用舒适度),活性碳纤维具有一定的隔热效果,防止烫伤皮肤。
本发明的蒸汽眼罩/面罩的第二层为具有可调孔道的薄膜,具有可调孔道的薄膜可以控制氧气进入量,来控制自发热组合物吸氧腐蚀的速率,从而控制蒸汽眼罩/面罩的温度性能。用于本发明的薄膜透氧量使用频率的区间优选为200~1500。发热组合物能升到的最高温度随透气量的增加而增加,但当透气量超过一定范围,例如,1200时,对温度性能的影响较小,因为这时氧气已经达到饱和,难以对温度进行有效的控制。如果没有可调孔道的薄膜,仅仅只有无纺布或者本发明第一层的活性碳纤维,那蒸汽眼膜的发热峰值会不稳定,可能引发局部高温烫伤。
本发明的蒸汽眼罩/面罩的第三层为隔热材料,优选为珍珠棉。珍珠棉又称聚乙烯发泡棉,由低密度聚乙烯脂经物理发泡产生无数的独立气泡构成。相较于其他材料,例如,棉花,珍珠棉具有一定的蓬松度,使得本发明蒸汽眼罩/面罩具有一定的厚度。本发明的蒸汽眼罩/面罩是双面使用的,当第一面贴近眼部/脸部时,只有眼罩/面罩具有一定的厚度,眼部/脸部和眼罩/面罩之间才有一定的空隙,空气才能够透过第一层和第二层到达发热组合物中(本发明的蒸汽眼罩/面罩的第四层是不透气的,空气无法通过第四层进入发热组合物中,必须经过第一层和第二层才能够进入);如果蒸汽眼罩/面罩太薄,其和眼部/脸部贴合会非常紧密,当第一面贴近眼部/脸部时,空气难以进入到眼罩/面罩中,眼罩/面罩难以发热,更难以产生蒸汽。而且,如上所述,发热组合物的发热温度会达到65℃以上,当蒸汽眼罩/面罩第四层贴近眼部/脸部时,第三层的珍珠棉可以进行隔热,防止烫 伤皮肤。此外,珍珠棉还可以和本发明的第四层材料一体成型或者复合,节约生产成本。
本发明的蒸汽眼罩/面罩的第四层为不透气透水且具有保温性能材料,当第四层贴近眼部/脸部时,有害气体和细小颗粒无法透过第四层达到眼部/脸部,即第四层将有害气体和颗粒阻挡掉了;而且第四层使得热量均匀快速地传到皮肤上,既避免了初始温度过高引发局部烫伤的风险,且与皮肤形成热能交换循环,有效稳定地保持了眼部/脸部皮肤在适宜的温度内。更为重要的是,当消费者在眼部/脸部涂上了美容护肤品时,例如,眼霜或者精华液,由不透气透水且具有保温性能构成的第四层可以阻止外用护肤品的水分、油份或皮肤所排出的汗水渗入到发热组合物中,从而避免了发热峰值难控制的问题,也避免了发热组合物中的有害气体、水蒸汽和细小颗粒与外用护肤品交叉污染、感染眼睛等问题。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第四层是由PET薄膜与金色或银色金属材料构成的PET金属复合膜或金属镀膜(metallized polyethylene terephthalate(MPET))。在一个实施例中,第四层是通过使用物理气相覆膜工艺对PET薄膜进行金属化形成的PET金属镀膜。在真空条件下,采用加热等物理方法,使金属表面气化,气化的金属原子凝结或沉积在靠近金属蒸气源的冷PET膜上。在一个实施例中,是整片金属薄膜与PET膜粘合形成的PET金属复合膜。在一个实施例中,PET金属复合膜或金属镀膜所采用的金属是铝,但在其他实施例中,也可使用其他金属,例如,镍或铬,也可以使用金属混合物。该PET金属复合膜或金属镀膜比金属箔薄得多,其厚度等于或小于0.5微米。PET金属复合膜或金属镀膜柔性良好,防水效果极佳,且不会随着时间的推移而褪色或变色。本发明的PET金属复合膜或金属镀膜优选为金色或银色,金色或银色的金属反光复合膜具有极佳的反射热能功能,防止辐射散热,能够有效保存传递到皮肤的热量,金属的掺入也有助于将发热组合物中的热量均匀稳定地传递到皮肤,从而有效调 节眼部/脸部温度。而且,金色或银色的金属复合膜或金属镀膜也有助于在美学上更加取悦用户。还有很重要的一点是,当眼部/脸部涂有美容保养品,例如,眼霜或者精华液时,无纺布会吸附这些美容护肤品(例如,面膜通常就是吸附有美容化合物的无纺布),从而浪费了一部分通常来说昂贵的眼霜或精华液,而PET金属复合膜或金属镀膜不会吸附这些美容保养品,会促进这些美容保养品逐渐被皮肤吸收。除了聚对苯二甲酸乙酯薄膜(PET),定向聚丙烯薄膜(OPP)、尼龙、聚乙烯和流延聚丙烯也可以用于本发明的金属复合膜或金属镀膜。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述活性碳纤维材料是竹炭纤维。竹炭纤维是将竹子经过800℃高温干燥炭化工艺处理后,形成竹炭,再运用纳米技术将其微粉化(纳米级竹炭微粉)经过高科技工艺加工,然后采用传统的化纤制备工艺流程,纺丝成型制备而成。竹炭纤维细密多孔、吸附能力强,其吸附能力是同体积木炭的10倍以上,其多孔质致密结构对硫化物、氮化物、甲醇、苯、酚等有害化学物质能发挥吸收、分解异味和消臭的作用。据检测,竹炭纤维对以下物质的吸附率分别为:甲醛16.00%~19.39%、苯8.69%~10.08%、甲苯5.65%~8.42%、三氧甲烷40.68%。而且竹炭纤维还可以吸附并中和汗液所含有的酸性物质,以及吸附眼部/脸部残留的彩妆,进一步加强蒸汽眼罩/面罩的美容护肤功效。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述具有可调孔道的薄膜为具有纳米微孔的高分子薄膜。例如,由苯乙烯(St)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)聚合而成的两嵌段共聚物制备的具有纳米孔洞的高分子薄膜。当采用具有纳米微孔的高分子薄膜时,更容易控制蒸汽眼罩/面罩的发热温度。
作为本发明的进一步改进,为了简化制备工艺、降低生产成本,第一层和第二层一体成型,所述第三层和第四层一体成型。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述蒸汽眼罩/面罩的厚度为1~5mm,更优选为2~3mm。如前所述,当第一面贴近眼部/脸部时,只有眼罩/面罩具有 一定的厚度,例如,2~3mm时,眼部/脸部和眼罩/面罩之间才有一定的空隙,空气才能够透过第一层和第二层到达发热组合物中。如果蒸汽眼罩/面罩太薄,例如,低于1mm或0.5mm,其和眼部/脸部贴合会非常紧密,当第一面贴近眼部/脸部时,空气难以进入到眼罩/面罩中,眼罩/面罩难以发热,更难以产生蒸汽。当蒸汽眼罩/面罩太厚时,例如,大于5mm,热敷功效会降低,生产成本会更高。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述蒸汽眼罩/面罩在使用之前被密封包装。为了防止发热层中的发热组合物在使用之前已被空气中的氧气和水分氧化,本发明的密封包装可由基本上气体不可渗透的任何合适的材料构成,例如塑料薄膜。作为本发明的进一步改进,可使用有密封条的密封袋,打开后可重新密封。当本发明的蒸汽眼罩/面罩第一次使用完后放在密封袋中用密封条重新密封起来,其会停止发热层反应,重新取出时还能再次使用,直至发热层能源全部消耗为止,可以实现多次利用,节能环保。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述发热组合物包括可氧化金属、活性碳、无机金属盐、水、高分子保湿剂、吸水剂。自发热的基本原理是发热层中的可氧化金属与空气中的水分和氧气产生热量而对皮肤进行加温,利用的是化学能。发热组合物中的其他成分是为了促进氧化反应进行或促使水蒸汽的产生。优选地,发热组合中含有硅藻土,硅藻土的超微细孔能够自动吸收空气中的水分,将其储存起来,不会使得过量的水汽进入发热层引起温度过高;当环境湿变下降时,硅藻土能够将储存在超微细孔中的水分释放出来,不会使得进入发热层的水汽不足引起眼膜温度过低。通过硅藻土对空气中水分的存储和缓释使得本发明的蒸汽眼罩/面罩的温度更加恒定。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述发热组合物的发热温度为38~80℃,优选地,所述发热组合物的发热温度至少为65℃。如前所述,只有发热组合物的发热温度达到65℃以上,才能产生丰沛的水蒸汽,水蒸汽发生对于促进使毛囊及角质细胞软化,增强皮肤的代谢功能,补充皮肤细胞中的水 分含量很有利,而且水蒸汽对眼干、眼涩等眼部不适症状具有一定的改善效果,而且相对于单纯的发热,水蒸汽会让消费者有更好的使用体验,即感觉更为舒适。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述蒸汽眼罩/面罩还具有固定结构,所述固定结构可以将蒸汽眼罩/面罩固定于眼部/脸部。在实际使用中,固定结构可以是从蒸汽眼罩/面罩两侧延伸出的系带、魔术贴或纽扣等形式。在一个实施例中,所述蒸汽眼罩具有耳扣,所述耳扣开有可扣入耳朵的开孔。通过耳扣,可以使得在使用时很好的将蒸汽眼罩固定贴合于人眼部,不会轻易移动位置或者掉落。
本发明的蒸汽眼罩/面罩可以双面使用,其优选的使用方法如下:先将蒸汽眼罩/面罩的第一层贴近眼部/脸部,热敷5分钟以上,例如5~30分钟,除了加快眼部/脸部血液循环,缓解干眼症等症状,增加用户的舒适感之外,还能够使眼部/脸部毛孔充分打开,毛囊及角质细胞软化,从而清除毛囊深层的污垢油脂和角化细胞,使皮肤清爽、光滑和细腻;还能增加皮肤角质层的含水量。然后在眼部/脸部敷上美容保养品,再将所述蒸汽眼罩/面罩的第四层贴近眼部/脸部,热敷5分钟以上,例如5~30分钟,由于毛囊、毛细血管的扩张,血管壁、细胞膜的通透性增强,皮肤角质层水合程度的增高这一系列变化,有利于美容保养品,例如,眼霜或者精华液吸收,从而提高了美容效果。
总而言之,与现有的蒸汽美容仪和蒸汽眼罩相比,本发明的蒸汽眼罩/面罩同时具有以下多种优点:
(1)不受空间资源限制,无需外界能源提供能量,方便携带,使用成本低。
(2)无论是第一层还是第四层贴近眼部/脸部,都避免了热蒸汽中的有害气体或细小颗粒物对人体健康和环境造成损害,具体为,当第一层贴近眼部/脸部时,热蒸汽中的有害气体和细小颗粒会被活性碳纤维吸收掉; 当第四层贴近眼部/脸部时,有害气体和细小颗粒无法透过第四层而达到眼部/脸部。
(3)可以双面使用,具有更多功能,具体为,当第一层贴近眼部/脸部,水蒸汽可以到达眼部/脸部,对眼干、眼涩等眼部不适症状的具有改善效果,使眼部/脸部毛囊及角质细胞软化,再加上活性碳纤维材料的吸附特点,可以深度清除毛囊深层的污垢油脂和角化细胞,还能增加皮肤角质层的含水量;当消费者在眼部/脸部涂上了美容护肤品时,由于毛囊、毛细血管的扩张,血管壁、细胞膜的通透性增强,皮肤角质层水合程度的增高这一系列变化,有利于美容保养品的吸收。总之,双面设计带给消费者更灵活更个性化的应用方式,消费者根据需要可以使用单面、双面,比市面上单一功能的产品更能满足消费者的不同需求。
(4)由不透气的防水保温性能材料构成的第四层可以阻止外用护肤品的水分、油份或皮肤所排出的汗水渗入到发热组合物中,从而避免了发热峰值难控制的问题,且避免了发热组合物中的有害气体、水蒸汽和细小颗粒与外用护肤品交叉污染、感染眼睛等问题。
(5)由不透气的防水保温性能材料构成的第四层不会吸附昂贵的美容保养品而造成浪费。
(6)可以多次使用,降低使用成本,含活性碳纤维层和不透气防水保温层的设置使得蒸汽眼罩/面罩使用完后依然能够保持干燥,不容易滋生细菌,尤其是竹炭纤维还具有抗菌的功效,具有纳米微孔的高分子薄膜使得蒸汽眼罩/面罩的发热温度和发热时间更容易控制,第一次使用完后放在密封袋中密封起来,还能再次使用。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明进行更为详细的描述,但是以下描述仅用于对本发明进行解释性说明,并不对本发明的保护范围进行任何的限制,凡运用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变化,均同理包含在本发明的范围内。
如图1所示,所述蒸汽眼罩/面罩具有至少四层结构,分别为由竹炭纤维构成的第1层;由纳米微孔薄膜构成的第2层;由珍珠棉构成的第3层;由PET金属复合膜或金属镀膜构成的第4层;其中所述第2层和所述第3层边缘粘连形成空腔,与空气接触后自发热的颗粒状或粉末状的发热组合物5被装载在空腔中。
在实际生产和使用过程中,第1层和第2层可以一体成型或者复合在一起,第3层和第4层可以一体成型或者复合在一起。当然,各层也可以单独存在,然后通过粘合剂或通过热粘合的方式粘合在一起。
在该实施例中,PET金属复合膜或金属镀膜所采用的金属是铝。铝PET复合膜层或镀膜层富有金属光泽,反射率高,厚度400A°的铝复合膜层或镀膜层的反射率达90%,保温效果良好,且对水分和气体的阻隔性非常好。当然,在其他实施例中,也可使用其他金属,例如,镍或铬,也可以使用金属混合物。该PET金属复合膜或金属镀膜比金属箔薄得多,其厚度等于或小于0.5微米。
在该实施例中,蒸汽眼罩/面罩在使用之前被密封包装,为了防止发热 组合物在使用之前已被空气中的氧气和水分氧化,本发明的密封包装可由基本上气体不可渗透的任何合适的材料构成,例如塑料薄膜。
在本发明中,可氧化性金属粉为铁粉、铝粉等,但是,通常采用铁粉,使用还原铁粉、雾化铁粉、电解铁粉等。铁粉的粒径只要能够发挥温热效果的范围即可,通常为10~300μm左右,优选10~100μm左右。铁粉的含量优选为30~90wt%左右,更优选为40~80wt%左右。
要发生氧化还原反应,还需要催化剂,根据催化剂组分组成的不同,可以达到不同的温度,例如,常用的催化剂组分有:硅藻土、烧成硅藻土、多孔(煤)焦炭、精食盐;活性炭、木屑、氯化钠;硫酸钠/次磷酸钠、硅砂/膨润土;硫代硫酸钠、白炭黑;活性炭、膨胀珍珠岩、氯化钠。最常用的是催化剂一般由活性炭、无机金属盐等组成。活性炭、无机金属盐是催化剂组分中的核心成分。无机金属盐能够使铁粉与空气的氧化反应容易进行,将铁粉的表面活性化,从而能够促进铁的氧化反应。可以使用在公知的发热组合物中所使用的金属盐,例如,硫酸铁、硫酸钾、硫酸钠、硫酸锰、磷酸镁等硫酸盐;氯化铜、氯化钾、氯化钠、氯化钙、氯化锰、氯化镁、氯化亚铜等氯化物等。另外,也可以使用碳酸盐、醋酸盐、硝酸盐和其它盐。这些金属盐可以单独使用一种或组合二种以上使用。上述金属盐的粒径只要为不妨碍本发明效果的范围即可,通常为100~700um左右,优选为200~600μm左右。金属盐的含量优选为0.5~10wt%左右,更优选为1~5wt%左右。
发热组合物中的水可以使用蒸馏水、自来水等,其含量优选为1~20wt%左右,更优选为1~5wt%左右。
在该实施例中,发热组合物主要包括医用铁粉、活性炭、氯化钠、蛭石、高吸水材料。而高吸水材料的添加,能够明显缩短启动时间,蛭石主要起填充料和保温的作用,可用来节省生产成本。在本发明中,各组分的比例随所期望的温度以及透气膜的透气率而调整。例如,在铁粉和水添加 量比例保持不变的情况下,活性炭约为5%、氯化钠约为3%、高吸水材料约为1%,当其中有一个配比变化时,其他原料添加比例不变,剩余部分比例用填充料蛭石代替。
根据需要,发热组合物也可以含有其他添加剂。例如,发热组合物可能含有吸水性树脂,吸水性树脂在密封缺氧的情况下均匀储存发热层的内部水分,待打开密封袋后,空气中的氧气和发热层中树脂释放的水分促进氧化化学效应。
在该实施例中,蒸汽眼罩/面罩的厚度为3mm,在该厚度时,蒸汽眼罩/面罩可以很好地贴合在眼部/脸部。且有足量的空气进入到发热组合物中。在该实施例中,蒸汽眼罩/面罩的发热温度达到约68℃。
图2是本发明的一种双面使用蒸汽眼罩的一个实施例的结构示意图。在该实施例中,蒸汽眼罩还具有耳扣,耳扣与眼罩/面罩主体粘合,耳扣具有可扣入耳朵的开孔。通过耳扣,可以在使用时很好地将蒸汽眼罩固定,不会轻易移动位置或者掉落。
图3是本发明的一种双面使用蒸汽面罩的一个实施例的结构示意图。在该实施例,蒸汽面罩对应人体眼部具有开孔,对应人体口部也具有开孔,对应人体鼻孔也具有开口。蒸汽面罩的两侧还具有用于将面膜固定于人体头部的固定带,固定带的尾端具有魔术贴。
图4是本发明一种双面使用蒸汽面罩的另一个实施例的结构示意图。其与图3实施例的区别在于,蒸汽面罩对应人体眼睛的位置并未设置开孔,换言之,为眼睛部位密封的密封型面罩。由于对应人体眼睛处没有设置开孔,这样,可以对人体脸部除了口鼻之外的绝大对数区域进行几乎全方位的清洁和保养。并且,蒸汽面罩还可以对眼睛进行保健,并防止眼干眼涩症。
图5是本发明一种双面使用蒸汽面罩的再一个实施例的结构示意图。它由至少两片膜片相互连接形成人体面部轮廓,相较于传统的一张整体的平面膜片,其可以与人的面部形成更好的贴合,从而能够对面部进行均匀 的清洁以及均匀的保养。如图5所示,蒸汽面罩由分别对应于人体左侧脸和右侧脸的左侧膜片和右侧膜片构成,左侧膜片和右侧膜片各自前端部设有粘合材料,并在人体面部的中线处相互粘合形成立体的面部轮廓。
图6显示了两片膜片粘合后形成的立体面膜的整体的形状。通过左右两侧膜片相互粘合形成立体的面部轮廓,能够更好地与人的脸部贴合,克服了传统的一张整体的平面的面膜容易在贴于脸部时产生皱折,难以与脸部均匀贴紧,从而影响清洁和美容效果的缺陷。
本发明的蒸汽眼罩/面罩结构简单,不受环境资源限制,无需外界能源提供能量,安全、稳定,随时随地可缓解眼睛疲劳和护肤。当使用第一层贴近眼部/脸部时,可以改善血液循环,缓解眼干、眼涩等眼部不适症状,使眼部/脸部毛囊及角质细胞软化,深度清除毛囊深层的污垢油脂和角化细胞,还能增加皮肤角质层的含水量,且用户舒适度高;当配合美容护肤品将第四层贴近眼部/脸部时,由于毛囊、毛细血管的扩张,血管壁、细胞膜的通透性增强,皮肤角质层水合程度的增高这一系列变化,有利于美容保养品的吸收,且避免了发热峰值难控制的问题,避免了保养品被吸附浪费等问题。更为重要的是,无论是第一层还是第四层贴近眼部/脸部,都避免了热蒸汽中的有害气体对人体健康和环境造成损害。而且,本发明的蒸汽眼罩/面罩可以多次使用,使用成本低。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种双面使用蒸汽罩,其特征在于,包括:由含活性碳成分材料构成的第一层;由具有可调孔道的薄膜构成的第二层;由隔热材料构成的第三层;由不透气透水且具有保温性能材料构成的第四层;其中所述第二层和所述第三层边缘粘连形成空腔,所述空腔中装载有与空气接触后自发热的发热组合物;
    其中所述蒸汽罩可被加工成蒸汽眼罩或蒸汽面罩的形状,其中所述蒸汽眼罩或蒸汽面罩的厚度至少为1mm。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的双面使用蒸汽罩,其特征在于:所述不透气透水且具有保温性能材料构成的第四层是由聚对苯二甲酸乙酯薄膜、定向聚丙烯薄膜、尼龙薄膜、聚乙烯薄膜或流延聚丙烯薄膜与金属材料构成的金属复合膜或金属镀膜。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的双面使用蒸汽罩,其特征在于:所述第四层是由聚对苯二甲酸乙酯薄膜与金属材料构成的PET金属复合膜或金属镀膜。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的双面使用蒸汽罩,其特征在于:所述PET金属复合膜或金属镀膜中所采用的金属为铝、镍或铬中的一种或几种的混合物。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的双面使用蒸汽罩,其特征在于:所述含活性碳成分材料是活性碳纤维材料。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的双面使用蒸汽罩,其特征在于:所述活性碳纤维材料是竹炭纤维。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的双面使用蒸汽罩,其特征在于:所述具有可调孔道的薄膜为具有纳米微孔的高分子薄膜。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的双面使用蒸汽罩,其特征在于:所述隔热材料为珍珠棉。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的双面使用蒸汽罩,其特征在于:所述第一层和第二层一体成型,所述第三层和第四层一体成型。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的双面使用蒸汽罩,其特征在于:所述蒸汽罩或蒸汽面罩的厚度为1~5mm。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的双面使用蒸汽罩,其特征在于:所述蒸汽罩在使用之前被密封包装。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的双面使用蒸汽罩,其特征在于:所述发热组合物包括可氧化金属、活性碳、无机金属盐、水、高分子吸水剂。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的双面使用蒸汽罩,其特征在于:所述发热组合物的发热温度为38~80℃。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的双面使用蒸汽罩,其特征在于:所述发热组合物的发热温度至少为65℃。
  15. 如权利要求1至12任一项所述的双面使用蒸汽罩的使用方法,其特征在于:先将所述蒸汽罩的第一层贴近眼部或脸部,热敷5分钟以上,然后在眼部或脸部敷上美容保养品,再将所述蒸汽罩的第四层贴近眼部或脸部,热敷5分钟以上。
