本发明涉及服装。
背景技术
在高温环境中人们常采用风扇、空调等设备进行温度的调控,将环境温度控制在人体感觉舒适的范围内,这给人们的日常生活、工作带来了极大的便利。但在某些情况下人们会需要长时间待在一些特定的高温场所,例如是夏季露天进行作业,此时无法通过相应的制冷设备来进行温度调控,工作人员不得不忍受在炙热的环境中进行繁重的劳作,极易引发人体的各种不适,例如人体产热与散热功能失调引起中暑、水盐代谢失衡引起脱水等等,并且在不适状态下的工作人员容易出现失误、甚至引发生产安全事故,因此一种能在某些高温环境中改善人体舒适度的服装是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种具有制冷功能的服装。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:结构简便易实现且具备制冷功能的空调服,包括服装本体,空调服还包括用于放置制冷剂的容纳结构,所述服装本体至少包括内层布体以及外层布体,所述内层布体与外层布体之间设有用于制冷剂流通的通道,所述通道与所述容纳结构连通,且所述容纳结构上设有控制制冷剂流通量的开关装置,所述开关装置由主控装置连接控制。
如前所述的结构简便易实现且具备制冷功能的空调服,所述通道包括至少两条以上的流通分支道,且所述流通分支道内设有与容纳结构连接的软管,所述软管上开设有透孔;其中,软管上从靠近容纳结构的一端至远离容纳结构的一端,所设透孔逐渐增大。
如前所述的结构简便易实现且具备制冷功能的空调服,任一条所述流通分支道上均设有用于获取温度数据的温度传感装置,所述温度传感装置与所述主控装置连接,所述主控装置连接有用于显示温度数据的显示装置以及调节温度的调控部件。
如前所述的结构简便易实现且具备制冷功能的空调服,任一条所述流通分支道上均设有独立开关部件,所述独立开关部件与所述主控装置连接。
如前所述的结构简便易实现且具备制冷功能的空调服,所述容纳结构为罐状容器或设置于所述服装本体上的容纳袋。
如前所述的结构简便易实现且具备制冷功能的空调服,各所述流通分支道通过一总 通道与所述容纳结构连通,或各所述流通分支道分别与所述容纳结构单独连通。

实施本发明的技术方案,至少具有以下的有益效果:服装本体内设有通道,而制冷剂流通于其中达到将空调服整体降温,并最终达到改善人体舒适度的目的,人们可以穿着空调服在高温环境中进行作业,而无需担心中暑、脱水等病症的发生;并且空调服结构简单,成本较低,易实现批量生产。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1-3所示的结构简便易实现且具备制冷功能的空调服1,包括服装本体2,空调服1还包括用于放置制冷剂的容纳结构,所述服装本体2至少包括内层布体以及外层布体,所述内层布体与外层布体之间设有用于制冷剂流通的通道20,所述通道20与所述容纳结构连通,且所述结构上设有控制制冷剂流通量的开关装置,所述开关装置由主控装置连接控制。通过对主控装置进行操作,主控装置发送信号至开关装置从而决定打开或者是闭合开关,也可以细化控制开关装置不同程度的开启,以调节制冷剂流量的大小,从而达到优化温度控制的目的。容纳结构内部与外部空气存在气压差,打开开关装置后制冷剂从容纳结构中流出至通道20内,制冷剂气化产生降温效果,改善在高温环境中穿着者的人体舒适度。
人体的着装通常有上衣、下装,款式也多种多样,例如风衣、长裤等等,而服装本体上用于制冷剂流通的通道可以多样化设置,例如在服装本体2上设有多条流通分支道,将降温的效果传递至人体的各个部分,例如在上衣的躯干部分、衣袖部分等等,通过设置分支的方式,更加合理的掌控人体全身各处的温度调节,并且分支流通的方式便于将服装本体2进行分区规划、设计,对服装原有的结构、形状以及外观不产生明显影响。
为保证制冷剂的均匀填充,流通分支道内可放置与制冷剂容纳结构相连的软管5来帮助制冷剂的传输,软管5上可根据制冷剂的均匀分布需要进行透孔6的设置,制冷剂从透孔流出再经过内层布体的渗透达到人体降温目的。一般越靠近容纳结构的透孔6孔径越小,随着离容纳结构距离的增加逐渐增大透孔6孔径。启动开关装置之后,制冷剂(如液氮)在压力差的作用下向软管5内流动,靠近容纳结构的一端,制冷剂所受压力最大、流速最快,因此透孔6孔径可以设置小一点,而在远端由于流速会减缓,所以将透孔6孔径设置逐步增大,以便控制实现制冷剂的均匀输送。相比较于服装本体形成的通道,利用软管5进行制冷剂的输送能形成更强有力的精准控制,能达到定点、定区均匀输送的目的。
在一些实施例中,任一条所述流通分支道上均设有用于获取温度数据的温度传感装置,所述温度传感装置与所述主控装置连接,所述主控装置连接有用于显示温度数据的显示装置以及调节温度的调控部件。温度传感装置可以获取当前流通分支道所对应位置的温度值,并通过显示装置将该数据显示出来,便于用户对自己身体各处温度有直观的了解,然后通过操作调控部件输入自己所需的温度值,再由主控装置发送信号至开关装置调整制冷剂的流通量以达到调节温度的目的,其中调控部件可以采用按键、滚轮或者是触摸屏等。
在一些实施例中,任一条所述流通分支道上均设有独立开关部件,所述独立开关部件与所述主控装置连接。前述的各方案中对通道20内的制冷剂流通量、温度调控都是整体的操作,而通过独立开关部件用户可以对每一条流通分支道进行单独操作,例如需要将背部的温度降得再低一些,可以通过对该处的独立开关部件进行操作而达到目的,空调服1的温度调控功能更加细致具体。
制冷剂通常采用液氮,在常压下,液氮温度为-196℃,1立方米的液氮可以膨胀至696立方米21℃的纯气态氮,液氮是无色、无味,易获取,且使用技术成熟、安全,并且是一种较为环保的气体。其容纳结构可以是与服装本体分离,例如采用罐状容器3,也可以直接设置在服装本体上,例如在服装本体2上设置容纳袋4。罐状容器3与服装本体2优选采用可拆卸的连通方式,无需制冷时将其拆下,空调服1可以作为一件普通服装进行穿着;此外无论是上衣还是下装一般都会有口袋设计,容纳袋4的方式与服装本体2在结构上更加 契合。服装表层的气密性比内层更强,当液氮在通道内流通时,其慢慢由内层溢出从而达到给人体降温的目的,同时内层布体也能防止过多的液氮直接与皮肤接触,造成冻伤。
各所述流通分支道通过一总通道与所述容纳结构连通,或各所述流通分支道分别与所述容纳结构单独连通,开关装置、独立开关部件分别为开关阀或调节阀,其中开关阀一般是具备两种状态,一种为开,另一种为关,而调节阀能更加细化控制流通量。服装本体2的内层布体一般采用棉质,棉质的布体能起到非常好的保温作用,避免因为液氮降温过于集中导致人体局部冻伤。

  1. 结构简便易实现且具备制冷功能的空调服,包括服装本体,其特征在于:空调服还包括用于放置制冷剂的容纳结构,所述服装本体至少包括内层布体以及外层布体,所述内层布体与外层布体之间设有用于制冷剂流通的通道,所述通道与所述容纳结构连通,且所述容纳结构上设有控制制冷剂流通量的开关装置,所述开关装置由主控装置连接控制。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的结构简便易实现且具备制冷功能的空调服,其特征在于:所述通道包括至少两条以上的流通分支道,且所述流通分支道内设有与容纳结构连接的软管,所述软管上开设有透孔;其中,软管上从靠近容纳结构的一端至远离容纳结构的一端,所设透孔逐渐增大。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的结构简便易实现且具备制冷功能的空调服,其特征在于:任一条所述流通分支道上均设有用于获取温度数据的温度传感装置,所述温度传感装置与所述主控装置连接,所述主控装置连接有用于显示温度数据的显示装置以及调节温度的调控部件。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的结构简便易实现且具备制冷功能的空调服,其特征在于:任一条所述流通分支道上均设有独立开关部件,所述独立开关部件与所述主控装置连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的结构简便易实现且具备制冷功能的空调服,其特征在于:所述容纳结构为罐状容器或设置于所述服装本体上的容纳袋。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的结构简便易实现且具备制冷功能的空调服,其特征在于:各所述流通分支道通过一总通道与所述容纳结构连通,或各所述流通分支道分别与所述容纳结构单独连通。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的结构简便易实现且具备制冷功能的空调服,其特征在于:所述制冷剂为液氮。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的结构简便易实现且具备制冷功能的空调服,其特征在于:所述内层布体为棉质。
