宠物梳 技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种宠物梳。
背景技术
猫狗这样的多毛宠物的身上总是同时具有已经从皮肤脱落的毛发(散毛)和尚未从皮肤脱落的毛发(健康毛发,也称为好毛)。宠物跑动时散毛容易四处散落,污染家居环境。因此,需要在散毛落地之前就把散毛从宠物身上梳下来集中处理。
CN104082170A伟克斯公开了一种宠物梳,采用带有短梳齿的平板型梳刀,既能梳走散毛,又不会拉脱好毛,但是,从宠物身上梳下来的散毛很容易粘在梳齿上,用户需要一只手握住梳子的把手,另一只手频繁伸向梳齿拉扯散毛,动作比较繁琐,而且在梳毛过程中两只手都要用到梳子上,不能一手梳毛另外一手持续抚摸宠物,也就难以让宠物长时间保持安静。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述问题而进行的,目的在于提供一种用于去除宠物身上的散毛的宠物梳,该宠物梳带有脱毛机构,让用户用一只手就能将散毛从宠物身上梳下来,然后用同一只手激发梳子上的脱毛机构让粘在梳齿上的散毛脱离梳齿。用户的另外一只手可以持续抚摸宠物,使之在梳理过程中长时间保持镇静,让梳理工作能顺利完成。
本发明为了达到以上的目的,采用了以下结构:

发明的作用与效果
根据本发明所涉及的宠物梳,因为宠物梳内设置有具有含有开口的开口部、梳理构件、传动与锁定构件以及驱动构件,传动与锁定构件使得梳理构件在位于开口部外侧的梳理位置与位于开口部内侧的内藏位置之间进行移动,所以,在使用本发明的宠物梳时,用户仅需按压驱动构件,就使得梳理构件在传动与锁定构件的作用下从梳理位置向内藏位置移动。另外,梳齿从开口部的开口向外伸出时可以梳毛,向内缩回时梳齿与开口部的开口摩擦,将挂在梳齿上的散毛推离,使得用户一只手就能完成梳毛和从梳齿上脱毛的工作,另外一只手能始终抚摸宠物使之保持安静,让梳理工作能顺利完成。另外,当梳齿从开口部向外伸出时,传动与锁定构件将梳理构件锁定,使得梳理过程中梳齿受到宠物毛层的推力也不会向开口部内部退缩,能确保梳理过程顺利进行。

以下,参照附图对本发明的宠物梳做详细阐述。
作为第一种实施形态,本发明提供了一种宠物梳中,具有这样的特征,包括:让用户把持的手柄部;以及设置在该手柄部的前端的梳理部,其中,梳理部包括:壳体,具有含有开口的开口部;片状的梳理构件,包含基座以及设置在该基座上并且向开口部外侧延伸的多个梳齿;驱动构件,设置在壳体上;以及传动与锁定构件,设置在壳体内,在驱动构件的驱动下能使得梳理构件从梳理位置移动到内藏位置,当驱动构件恢复自由状态时,传动与锁定构件能使得梳理构件从内藏位置移动到梳理位置,并且将梳理构件锁定在梳理位置,开口部具有开口边缘,当梳理构件从梳理位置向内藏位置移动时,至少开口边缘与梳齿相接触。

在第一种实施形态中,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,壳体还具有一个容纳传动与锁定构件的容纳体以及设置在容纳体上的上盖部,上盖部具有一个延伸到手柄部的上表面的延伸部,驱动构件位于延伸部上,开口部形成在容纳体上并且位于驱动构件的相反侧,开口部的长度方向与手柄部的长度方向相垂直。
在第一种实施形态中,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,驱动构件具有驱动按键,驱动按键具有与锁定单元接触的解锁斜面以及与传动单元接触的传动弧面,当梳理构件处于梳理位置时,解锁斜面到锁定单元的行程小于传动弧面到传动单元的行程。

如图1~3所示,在本实施例中,宠物梳10包括手柄部69以及梳理部13。
手柄部69让用户把持。手柄部69为把柄,把柄69可以做成外包软胶的结构。
梳理部13设置在该把柄69的前端。如图3所示,梳理部13包括壳体11、梳理构件23、驱动构件12以及传动与锁定构件15。
如图1所示,壳体11包括容纳体24、上盖部20以及开口部14。
容纳体24的后方与把柄69的前端连接。容纳体24设有被上盖部20遮盖的腔体,该腔体优选为跟把柄69一体成型,以便保证结合强度,其它的所有零件都全部或者部分位于该腔体中。
上盖部20具有一个延伸到把柄69的上表面的延伸部。上盖部20优选为通过卡扣方式与容纳体24结合,也可以通过螺丝或者其它常见方式结合。
图4是本发明的实施例中的宠物梳的俯视图,此时驱动构件处于自由状态;图5是本发明的图4的A-A剖面视图;图6是本发明的图5中C处的局部放大视图;图7是本发明的图4的B-B剖面视图;图8是本发明的图7中D处的局部放大视图;以及图9是本发明的实施例中壳体以及驱动按键的结构示意图。
如图1和图3所示,开口部14形成在容纳体24上,开口部14的长边与把柄69相垂直。开口部14含有开口以及分别固定在开口的长度方向的内壁上的两个片状刮板。如图5所示,开口具有开口前边缘76和开口后边缘77。固定在开口前边缘76上的片状刮板为前刮板31,固定在开口后边缘77上的片状刮板为后刮板30。
如图3所示,容纳体24的前端设有与开口贯穿的长条槽,开口长边比梳理 构件23的长边略微长一些。梳理构件23上的梳齿通过长条槽之后,能从开口部14的开口伸出。长条槽沿中线对称设有2个弹簧腔64,弹簧腔64的内孔为圆形,能让传动与锁定构件15的两个弹簧21在两个弹簧腔64内部分别站直,弹簧腔64的左右两边分别贯穿并与长条槽连通,便于梳理构件23穿过。
如图3和如图9-2所示,容纳体24内靠近梳理构件的位置设有两个竖直的筋板,两个筋板的顶端分别设有一个安装槽57;容纳体24内靠近手柄的位置设有两个竖直的筋板,两个筋板的上端分别设置有一个开口向上的安装槽58。
梳理构件23的外形平直。梳理构件23包含基座以及设置在该基座上并且向开口部外侧延伸的多个梳齿。梳理构件23为由硬质材料制备而成的梳刀,该梳刀可以是由多根针状梳齿排成一排而成。在本实施例中,梳理构件23为由钢材制备而成的平板型梳刀23。
本实施例的梳刀23中,梳齿长度不超过5毫米,梳刀基座的长度是梳齿长度的5倍以上。梳刀23下方铣削出多个金属梳齿,梳齿端面75平直,相邻梳齿之间的梳齿底面72也平直,梳刀表面(包含梳齿表面)的粗糙度以及梳齿的尺寸优选为适合梳理宠物毛发的数值,确保能将宠物身上已从毛囊脱落的散毛梳走,同时不会将健康毛发从毛囊中拔出。
如图5、图7所示,梳刀23设有梳刀前侧面67、梳刀后侧面68、梳齿底面72和梳齿端面75。梳刀23的基座具有沿梳齿的排列方向形成的两个侧面67和68。梳刀23的梳齿具有梳齿底面72和梳齿端面75。
梳刀前侧面67与前刮板31的前刮毛端面65贴紧,梳刀23的梳刀后侧面68与后刮板30的后刮毛端面66贴紧,并在梳刀移动过程中分别受到摩擦。当梳刀23从梳理位置进入位于容纳体24内部的内藏位置时,粘在梳刀23上的毛发会被前刮毛端面65和后刮毛端面66推下来。
驱动构件12位于延伸部上,且设置在容纳体24内,当驱动构件12被激活时可驱动传动与锁定构件15。驱动构件12具有驱动按键25以及弹性传动件26。
驱动按键25具有与锁定单元17接触的锁定接触部分以及能与传动单元接触的传动接触部分。锁定接触部分为解锁斜面70,传动接触部分为两个圆弧形的传动弧面52。用户在把持手柄69时能用同一只手操纵驱动按键25。
如图3、图6、图9-1和图9-2所示,驱动按键25的两侧分别设有一个按钮 脚。每个按钮脚的外侧面设有导向筋51,与容纳体24上的导向槽59分别配合,导向筋51可以在导向槽59内上下滑动。两个按钮脚的底部分别设有解锁斜面70,用于跟锁定块28顶部前方的弧形接触面71接触。
在本实施例中,弹性传动件26为弹簧。弹性传动件26位于两个按钮脚之间。
传动与锁定构件15设置在容纳体24内,能使得梳刀23在位于开口部外侧的梳理位置与位于开口部内侧的内藏位置之间进行移动并且能将梳刀23锁定在梳理位置。
如图1和图2所示,当梳刀23的梳齿以及部分基座位于开口部外侧时,此时的梳刀23位于梳理位置。当梳刀23的梳齿全部进入开口部,即位于开口部内侧,此时的梳刀23位于内藏位置。
传动与锁定构件15包括和梳刀23相接触的传动单元16以及能把梳理构件锁定在梳理位置的锁定单元17。传动单元16和锁定单元17相抵接。当驱动按键25处于自由状态时,锁定单元17与锁定接触部分相接触。
当驱动按键25被按压下第一预定距离时,解锁斜面70推动锁定单元17脱离传动单元16,当驱动按键25被继续按压下第二预定距离时,传动弧面52驱动传动单元16使得梳刀23从梳理位置移动到内藏位置。
当驱动按键25恢复自由状态时,锁定单元17和传动单元16分别复位到相互抵接的状态,从而使得梳刀23从内藏位置移动到梳理位置,并且梳刀23的梳齿被锁定在梳理位置,受到向内的压力时不会向内藏位置移动。
传动单元16包括连杆27、第一转轴53、拉杆22以及弹簧21。
连杆27的长度方向与把柄69的长度方向相平行。连杆27靠近把柄69的一侧的下端面与锁定单元17相接触。
连杆27的后方(靠近把柄69的一侧)设有两个受动圆柱54,用于跟按钮组件25上的两个传动弧面52分别配合。连杆27的前方设有插销60。
连杆27的上端面设有十字筋55,用于支撑驱动按键25下方中部的弹性传动件26。连杆27的下端面设有锁紧斜面73。
第一转轴53的两端分别从连杆27的宽度方向的两侧突出并且设置在两个第一安装槽57内。连杆27可以围绕第一转轴53的轴线X1转动。
拉杆22设置在连杆27远离把柄69的一侧,并且向开口部外侧延伸与梳刀 23的基座结合。拉杆22的上部设有与插销60相匹配的插销孔61,可由连杆27带动上下运动。拉杆22的下部设有卡钩62,卡钩62与梳刀23上的卡口63连接,当拉杆22上下移动时,带动梳刀23上下移动。
拉杆22的上部设有向前凸出的限位块,该限位块从拉杆22向前方的伸展方向与梳刀23贯穿的长条槽垂直,当驱动按键25处于自由状态时,梳刀23从壳体11底部的开口向下伸出,限位块与长条槽的前壁接触,阻止拉杆22进一步向下运动,使得梳齿停止在下方的梳理位置,保证梳齿从开口向外的伸展长度适当。拉杆22可以采用金属材料,与梳刀23做成一体。
弹簧21竖直安装在弹簧腔64内,上盖部20的前方的内部有两个向下凸出的十字筋,十字筋的中心分别设有凸点,分别穿插进两根弹簧21的上端。弹簧21的下端分别与梳刀23的基座抵接,另一端分别与上盖部20的内壁抵接。当驱动构件受压向壳体底部方向运动并驱动连杆27时,连杆27通过拉杆22驱使梳刀23向壳体内部收缩,弹簧21被压缩。当驱动构件上的压力被解除时,梳刀23在弹簧21的回复力作用下从内藏位置移动到梳理位置,同时锁定单元17和传动单元16分别复位到相互抵接的状态。
如图3所示,锁定单元17包括阻挡块32、带有第二转轴56的锁定块28以及弹性元件29。
锁定块28为平板形状,在容纳体24的腔体内沿左右方向伸展,跟连杆27的伸展方向基本垂直。
第二转轴56从锁定块28的宽度方向的两侧突出并且设置在两个第二安装槽58内。第二转轴56能在第二安装槽58内绕轴线X2旋转。
阻挡块32设置在第一安装槽57和第二安装槽58之间并且靠近第二安装槽58。
当驱动构件12未被按压时,锁定块28的下端悬空,上端与锁紧斜面73、两个解锁斜面70以及阻挡块32同时接触。
如图6、图8所示,弹性元件29的一端固定在壳体的内壁上,另一端与锁定块28的下端连接,当驱动构件12受到压力向下运动时,按钮脚上的解锁斜面70推动锁定块28围绕转轴X2沿E方向转动实现解锁,同时弹性元件29被压缩。当驱动构件12上的压力撤销时,弹性传动件26推动驱动构件12复位,弹性元 件29舒张,推动锁定块28复位并再次与锁紧斜面73以及阻挡块32接触,使得锁定单元17和传动单元16分别复位到相互抵接的状态。本实施例中,当驱动构件12处于自由状态时,解锁斜面70与锁定块28接触但相互之间没有挤压,也可以让它们略微离开一点距离,但要保证当驱动按钮受压向下运动时,解锁斜面70到达锁定块28的行程小于传动弧面52到达受动圆柱54的行程。
如图5和图7所示,向下按压驱动按键25时,按钮脚上的解锁斜面70先与锁定块28上的弧形接触面71接触,推动锁定块28围绕转轴X2向后转动,使得锁定块28与连杆27脱离接触。当驱动按键25继续向下运动时,驱动按键下方两侧的传动弧面52才会跟连杆27后方左右两侧的受动圆柱54接触,并且向下按压受动圆柱54,使得连杆27前端的插销60转动翘起,带动梳刀23向开口部的开口内收缩。
如图6和图8所示,当驱动按键25处于自由状态时,锁定块28相对于通过转轴X2的垂线向前方偏转,锁定块28上部的端面74跟连杆27后方的锁紧斜面73接触。设置在锁定块28前方的阻挡块32使得锁定块28只能如图8所示围绕转轴X2沿顺时针E方向转动。锁定块28与连杆27的配合角度保证当驱动按键25没有下行导致锁定块28解锁时,如果连杆27沿图示的E方向围绕转轴X1顺时针转动,只会导致锁定块28产生与E反方向(逆时针)转动。因为阻挡块32阻止锁定块28逆时针转动,也就能够防止连杆27沿顺时针F方向转动,从而保证当驱动按键25没有启动时,梳齿在梳理过程中不会向开口内部退缩。
如图6所示,容纳体24前方的腔体底部设有弹性元件29,弹性元件29的前端位于下盖部底部的凹槽中,后端位于锁定块28下部前方的凹槽中。向下按压驱动按键25时,按钮脚下方的解锁斜面70推动锁定块28沿图8所示的顺时针E方向转动,弹性元件29被向前压缩。按压驱动按键25的外力撤销之后,按钮脚向上复位,对限位块的推力消失,弹性元件29向后舒张,推动锁定块28转动复位,使得锁定块28位于转轴X2以上的部分转动到转轴X2的前方。
如图5和图6所示,当驱动按键25处于自由状态时,也就是没有被外力向下按压时,连杆27后方的锁紧斜面73与锁定块28的端面74配合。如果外力向开口内推压梳齿,由于梳刀23与拉杆22刚性配合,拉杆22和连杆27也是刚性配合,连杆27的后方的锁紧斜面73被限位块28顶住,无法向下转动,连杆的 前方也就无法翘起,梳刀也就不会向开口内收缩。
动作描述:
如图5,当梳刀23处于梳理位置时,梳刀23在弹簧21作用下往下方伸展,梳刀23上的卡槽63与拉杆22上的卡筋配合,拉杆22的插销孔61与连杆27的插销60配合,锁定块28上的端面74支撑着连杆27的锁紧斜面73,使得连杆27不能绕着轴线X1往F方向转动。此时驱动按键25在弹簧21作用下处于上方较高的位置。
当梳理宠物毛发时,用户需要在宠物毛层上按压梳齿,毛层对梳齿产生推力,但由于锁定块28上的端面74支撑着连杆27的锁紧斜面73,使得连杆27不能绕着轴线X1往F方向转动,梳刀23也就不会因为宠物毛层的推力向开口内部退缩。
当梳刀23沾满毛发后,将它从宠物身体上抬离,按下驱动按键25,按扭上的解锁斜面70碰到锁定块28上的弧形接触面71,锁定块28绕着轴线X2向E方向转动(见图7),此时弹簧29受力压缩,当锁定块28的端面74脱离连杆27的锁紧斜面73之后,驱动按键25继续下行,导致推动面52碰到连杆27的圆柱54(见图7),驱动按键25继续往下运动时,连杆27会绕轴线X1往F方向转动,连杆27通过前端的插销60带动拉杆22向上运动,拉杆22通过卡筋62带动梳刀23向上运动,此时弹簧21受力压缩,同时由于梳刀23的刀片前平面67和刀片后平面68分别与前刮板31的前刮毛端面65和后刮板30的后刮毛端面66贴紧,粘在梳刀23上的毛发被前刮板31的前刮毛端面65和后刮板30的后刮毛端面66推离梳刀23,即毛发掉下来。
松开驱动按键25后,驱动按键25在弹簧21作用下往上运动并复位,梳刀23在弹簧21的作用下往下方伸展,带动拉杆22向下运动,拉杆22通过插销孔61带动连杆27绕着轴线X1往F的反方运动并复位(如图7),锁定块28在弹簧29的作用下绕着轴线X2往E的反方运动并复位,使得传动与锁定构件进入锁定状态,防止梳刀23在梳理过程中向开口内退缩。
实施例的作用与效果
根据本实施例所涉及的宠物梳,因为宠物梳内设置有具有含有开口的开口部、梳理构件、传动与锁定构件以及驱动构件,在驱动构件被按压之后,传动与锁定构件使得梳理构件能在位于开口部外侧的梳理位置与位于开口部内侧的内藏位置之间进行移动,另外,当驱动构件没有被按压时,传动与锁定构件能阻止梳刀向开口内部退缩。在使用本实施例的宠物梳时,用户仅需用握紧把柄的同一只手按压驱动构件,就能将锁定单元解锁,使得梳理构件从梳理位置向内藏位置移动,开口部的开口边缘与梳理构件的两个侧面相接触并相互摩擦,将粘在梳理构件的梳齿上的散毛从梳齿上刮离。用户可使用一只手就能将散毛从宠物身上梳下来,然后用同一只手按压驱动构件,就能让粘在梳齿上的散毛脱离梳齿。用户的另外一只手可以持续抚摸宠物,使之在梳理过程中长时间保持镇静,让梳理工作能顺利完成。另外,当梳齿从开口部向外伸出时,传动与锁定构件将梳理构件锁定,使得梳理过程中梳齿受到宠物毛层的推力也不会向开口部内部退缩,能确保梳理过程顺利进行。
上述实施方式为本发明的优选案例,并不用来限制本发明的保护范围。
在本实施例中,开口部14还包括分别固定在开口的长度方向的内壁上的两个片状刮板30和31,作为本发明的宠物梳,也可以不设置片状刮板,只要开口的开口边缘与梳理构件的沿梳齿的排列方向形成的两个侧面接触并在梳刀伸缩过程中与梳刀产生摩擦即可。
在本实施例中,开口部14的片状刮板30和31与梳理构件的沿梳齿的排列方向形成的两个侧面接触,即、开口部的开口边缘既与梳理构件的基座,又与梳理构件的梳齿接触,作为本发明的宠物梳,只要开口边缘与梳齿的两个侧面相接触即可。
在本实施例中,开口的开口边缘为两个直边,作为本发明的宠物梳,开口的开口边缘可能是两个斜边,也可能斜边+直边,前后分立,只要能达到本发明的技术效果即可。
在本实施例中,弹性回复件21、弹性传动件26、弹性元件29均采用弹簧,作为本发明的宠物梳,弹性回复件21、弹性传动件26、弹性元件29可以采用其他弹性元件,只要能实现本发明的技术效果即可。

  1. 一种宠物梳,用于去除宠物身上的散毛,其特征在于,具有:
    让用户把持的手柄部;以及
    设置在该手柄部的前端的梳理部,
    其中,所述梳理部包括:
    壳体,具有含有开口的开口部;
    外形平直的梳理构件,包含基座以及设置在该基座上并且向所述开口部外侧延伸的多个梳齿;
    驱动构件,设置在所述壳体上;以及
    传动与锁定构件,设置在所述壳体内,在所述驱动构件的驱动下能使得所述梳理构件从所述梳理位置移动到所述内藏位置,当所述驱动构件恢复自由状态时,所述传动与锁定构件能使得所述梳理构件从所述内藏位置移动到所述梳理位置,并且将所述梳理构件锁定在所述梳理位置,

    其中,所述传动与锁定构件包括:
    和所述梳理构件相接触的传动单元;以及
    用于把所述梳理构件锁定在所述梳理位置的锁定单元,
    所述锁定单元和所述传动单元相抵接,
    所述驱动构件具有用于跟所述传动单元相接触的传动接触部分以及用于跟所述锁定单元相接触的锁定接触部分,
    当所述驱动构件被激活之后从自由状态开始运动时,所述锁定接触部分到达所述锁定单元的行程小于所述传动接触部分到达所述传动单元的行程,使得所述驱动构件能先将所述锁定单元解锁,再进而驱动所述传动单元,将所述梳理构件从所述梳理位置移动到所述内藏位置,
    当所述驱动构件恢复自由状态时,所述锁定单元和所述传动单元分别复位到相互抵接的状态,从而使得所述梳理构件从所述内藏位置移动到所述梳理位置, 并且所述梳理构件被锁定在梳理位置,使得所述梳理构件受到向内的压力时不会向所述内藏位置移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的宠物梳,其特征在于:
    其中,所述壳体还具有一个容纳传动与锁定构件的容纳体以及设置在容纳体上的上盖部,
    所述上盖部具有一个延伸到所述手柄部的上表面的延伸部,
    所述驱动构件位于所述延伸部上,
    所述开口部形成在所述容纳体上并且位于所述驱动构件的相反侧,所述开口部的长度方向与所述手柄的长度方向相垂直。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的宠物梳,其特征在于:
    其中,所述驱动构件具有驱动按键,
    所述驱动按键具有与所述锁定单元接触的解锁斜面以及与所述传动单元接触的传动弧面,
    当所述梳理构件处于所述梳理位置时,所述解锁斜面到所述锁定单元的行程小于所述传动弧面到所述传动单元的行程。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物梳,其特征在于:
    其中,所述基座具有沿所述梳齿的排列方向形成的两个侧面,
    所述开口部还包括分别固定在所述开口的长度方向的内壁上的两个片状刮板,该片状刮板用于去除所述梳理构件上的散毛,
    当所述梳理构件从所述梳理位置向所述内藏位置移动时,所述两个片状刮板与所述梳齿相接触。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物梳,其特征在于:
    其中,所述梳理构件为由硬质材料制备而成的梳刀。
