参照图2和图3,手柄1包括上壳16和下壳17,上壳16和下壳17之间的区域形成了安装腔11,安装腔11内设置有按压组件,按压组件用于驱动刀片3靠近梳齿31的一端伸出开口22。按压组件包括连接件4、按压件和弹性复位件,后盖25与手柄1的连接处开设有通孔23,通孔23将容置腔21与安装腔11连通。连接件4的一端穿过通孔23与刀片3连接,连接件4的另一端与安装腔11的内壁转动连接。具体的,上壳16的内壁上通过螺钉固定连接有U形块6,连接件4远离后盖25的一端与U形块6通过销轴转动连接,当刀片3上的梳齿31朝下时,销轴呈水平状态,且连接件4的转动方向为由上壳16向下壳17方向转动或由下壳17向上壳16方向转动。
参照图2和图3,连接件4的中部向上壳16方向弯曲形成有按压部48,手柄1上开设有供按压部48伸出的按压孔12。按压部48上沿手柄1的长度方向设置有滑移槽41,滑移槽41的底壁上沿手柄1的长度方向贯穿设置有 滑移孔42。按压件包括滑移键43和限位块44,滑移键43滑移设置在滑移槽41内,限位块44滑移设置在滑移孔42内。限位块44靠近滑移键43的一端与滑移键43固定连接,限位块44的另一端穿过滑移孔42伸入到按压部48靠近下壳17的一侧。
参照图2和图3,下壳17的内壁上设置有可与限位块44穿过滑移孔42的一端相抵的锁止块13,限位块44与锁止块13相抵后,能够防止连接件4带动按压件向按压孔12外方向转动。具体的,锁止块13位于后盖25和限位块44之间,限位块44穿过滑移孔42的一端向后盖25方向弯折形成有锁合块45,锁止块13靠近限位块44的侧壁上开设有供锁合块45插入的锁合槽14。锁合块45靠近后盖25的一端向上壳16方向弯折形成有凸块46,锁合槽14的内侧壁上设置有供凸块46由下壳17向上壳16方向卡入的凹槽15。
参照图3和图4,限位块44的与其自身滑移方向平行的两个侧壁上均设置有缺口49,缺口49沿限位块44的滑移方向贯穿设置。缺口49靠近上壳16的内侧壁与滑移槽41的底壁贴合,缺口49靠近下壳17的内侧壁与按压部48的底面贴合,具有能够将滑移键43限位在滑移槽41内的作用。在本实施例中,滑移键43远离限位块44的一侧的侧面嵌设有橡胶垫47,橡胶垫47上设置有凸纹,更加方便了使用者推动滑移键43。
参照图3和图5,刀片3端部的梳齿31包括交错排列的长齿34和短齿35,刀片3上还贯穿设置有连接环32。连接环32靠近后盖25的一端伸入通孔23并可在通孔23内沿上壳16向下壳17方向滑动,连接件4靠近后盖25的一端穿过通孔23伸到连接环32内。在本实施例中,前盖24和后盖25之间连接有两个限位杆26,两个限位杆26均位于容置腔21内且分别位于连接环32两侧,刀片3上沿其滑移方向设置有两个分别供两个限位杆26穿过的限位孔33。
参照图6和图7,弹性复位件为弹簧5,弹簧5位于连接件4靠近下壳17的一侧,且弹簧5位于后盖25和按压部48之间。具体的,弹簧5的一端 与下壳17的内壁连接,弹簧5的另一端与连接件4靠近下壳17的侧面连接。在下压按压部48时,连接件4靠近后盖25的一端向下壳17方向转动,从而驱动刀片3的梳齿31一端由开口22伸出容置腔21,同时使得弹簧5被压缩并积蓄弹性势能。在松开按压部48后,弹簧5释放弹性势能,连接件4在弹簧5的弹力作用下向上壳16方向转动直至复位,同时带动刀片3完全滑动至容置腔21内。
本实施例的实施原理为:
初始状态时,刀片3和刀片3上的梳齿31均位于容置腔21内,按压部48伸出按压孔12,滑移键43位于滑移槽41远离梳头2的一端。
需要使用刀片梳时,向下壳17方向按压按压部48使连接环32与通孔23靠近开口22的一端相抵后,也就是刀片3设置有梳齿31的一端伸出开口22后,向梳头2方向推动滑移键43即可将连接件4锁住,从而使得刀片3保持伸出开口22的状态。
其中,在按压按压部48时,连接件4伸入梳头2的一端向开口22方向转动,从而驱动刀片3的梳齿31一端由开口22伸出到容置腔21外,同时使得弹簧5被压缩并积蓄弹性势能。在向靠近梳头2方向推动滑移键43时,锁合块45插入锁合槽14,此时松开滑移键43,锁合块45上的凸块46会卡入锁合槽14内侧壁的凹槽15中,从而将滑移键43锁住。
使用完刀片梳后,微微下压按压部48使凸块46脱离凹槽15,并同时向远离梳头2方向推动滑移键43即可。具体的,将滑移键43推动至滑移槽41远离梳头2的一端后,松开滑移键43,此时弹簧5释放弹性势能,连接件4在弹簧5的弹力作用下向上壳16方向转动直至复位,同时会带动刀片3完全滑动至容置腔21内。在刀片3向容置腔21内滑动的过程中,梳齿31上的毛发被梳头2挡在壳体外部,从而实现了一键自动退毛的功能。
本具体实施方式的实施例均为本发明的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应 涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种伸缩式自动退毛刀片梳,包括手柄(1)和与所述手柄(1)的一端连接的梳头(2),其特征在于:所述梳头(2)内设置有容置腔(21),所述容置腔(21)内设置有刀片(3),所述刀片(3)的一端设置有梳齿(31);所述梳头(2)靠近梳齿(31)的一端设置有与容置腔(21)连通的开口(22),所述刀片(3)沿容置腔(21)向开口(22)方向滑动配置于容置腔(21)内;
    所述手柄(1)内设置有安装腔(11),所述安装腔(11)内设置有用于驱动刀片(3)靠近梳齿(31)的一端伸出开口(22)的按压组件;所述按压组件包括连接件(4)、按压件和弹性复位件,所述梳头(2)上设置有将容置腔(21)与安装腔(11)连通的通孔(23);
    所述连接件(4)的一端穿过通孔(23)与刀片(3)连接,所述连接件(4)的另一端与安装腔(11)的内壁转动连接;所述按压件设置在连接件(4)上,所述手柄(1)上设置有供按压件伸出的按压孔(12);所述弹性复位件设置在连接件(4)与安装腔(11)的内壁之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种伸缩式自动退毛刀片梳,其特征在于:所述连接件(4)上沿手柄(1)的长度方向设置有滑移槽(41),所述滑移槽(41)的底壁上沿手柄(1)的长度方向贯穿设置有滑移孔(42);所述按压件包括滑移设置在滑移槽(41)内的滑移键(43)和滑移设置在滑移孔(42)内的限位块(44),所述限位块(44)的一端与滑移键(43)连接,所述限位块(44)的另一端穿过滑移孔(42);所述安装腔(11)内设置有可与限位块(44)穿过滑移孔(42)的一端相抵以防止连接件(4)带动按压件向按压孔(12)外方向转动的锁止块(13)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种伸缩式自动退毛刀片梳,其特征在于:所述限位块(44)穿过滑移孔(42)的一端向梳头(2)方向弯折形成有锁合块(45),所述锁止块(13)位于梳头(2)和限位块(44)之间,且所 述锁止块(13)上设置有供锁合块(45)插入的锁合槽(14)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种伸缩式自动退毛刀片梳,其特征在于:所述锁合块(45)靠近梳头(2)的一端向滑移键(43)方向弯折形成有凸块(46),所述锁合槽(14)的内侧壁上设置有供凸块(46)卡入的凹槽(15)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种伸缩式自动退毛刀片梳,其特征在于:所述滑移键(43)远离限位块(44)的一侧的侧面设置有橡胶垫(47)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种伸缩式自动退毛刀片梳,其特征在于:所述连接件(4)的中部向按压孔(12)方向弯曲形成有穿过按压孔(12)的按压部(48),所述滑移槽(41)设置在按压部(48)穿过按压孔(12)的一端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种伸缩式自动退毛刀片梳,其特征在于:所述弹性复位件为弹簧(5),所述弹簧(5)位于连接件(4)远离滑移键(43)的一侧且位于梳头(2)和按压部(48)之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种伸缩式自动退毛刀片梳,其特征在于:所述梳头(2)包括相互扣合的前盖(24)和后盖(25),所述后盖(25)远离前盖(24)的一侧的侧面与手柄(1)连接;所述容置腔(21)由前盖(24)和后盖(25)之间的区域形成,所述通孔(23)设置在后盖(25)上;所述刀片(3)上贯穿设置有连接环(32),所述连接件(4)靠近梳头(2)的一端穿过通孔(23)伸到连接环(32)内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种伸缩式自动退毛刀片梳,其特征在于:所述前盖(24)和后盖(25)之间且位于容置腔(21)内连接有限位杆(26),所述刀片(3)上沿其滑移方向设置有供限位杆(26)穿过的限位孔(33)。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的一种伸缩式自动退毛刀片梳,其特征在于:所述梳齿(31)包括交错排列的长齿(34)和短齿(35)。
