- FIG. 1 is a flowchart of a personalized cosmetic recommendation method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- personalized cosmetics recommendation method comparing the skin type of the first user with the product type of a specific cosmetic, calculating the basic score for each cosmetic product for the first user (S400); Calculating a component reflection value by comparing the skin type of the first user with the components included in the cosmetic (S600); Calculating a final unique score per cosmetic product for the first user by applying the component reflecting value (S800); And recommending cosmetic products corresponding to the skin condition of the first user (S1600).
- the computer compares the product type of the specific cosmetic product with the skin type of the first user, and calculates a basic score for each cosmetic product for the first user (S400). As shown in Fig. 2, the computer matches the skin type with the product type of the specific cosmetic product, and calculates a basic score of the specific cosmetic product for each skin type.
- the skin type is subdivided based on the water content, classified as neutral, oily, dry, and complex, and further classified by the presence or absence (ie, sensitive skin), 8 It is divided into branches.
- the product type for each cosmetic product is determined by the product type set by the cosmetic manufacturer.
- the computer matches the product type and skin type of each cosmetic product and calculates the basic score of each cosmetic product for each skin type. For example, as shown in Figure 2, A cosmetic product type set for all skin is given a basic score (for example, 2 points or 2.1 points) the same or similar to all skin types. In addition, for example, B cosmetics that have a product type set for dry use are given the highest basic score for dry skin types without considering sensitivity, and have a high basic score in the order of neutral skin type, complex skin type, and oily skin type. To give. In addition, in one embodiment, the base score according to matching the skin type and the product type is set by the administrator or is calculated by accumulating the evaluation results for cosmetics.
- the computer compares the skin type of the first user with the components included in the cosmetic to calculate a component reflection value (S600). That is, the computer calculates a component reflecting value to be added to or subtracted from the basic score by reflecting the components included in each cosmetic product, in order to calculate a score table suitable for the first user's skin.
- a component reflection value S600
- the computer acquires the component data for each cosmetic product used for calculating the component reflection values in various ways.
- the computer may obtain the ingredient data contained in the cosmetics from an external server (for example, received from a cosmetic company server or collected online) or the cosmetics may have one side or a description (i.e., a portion of the cosmetic ingredient). Acquire through character recognition in the captured image.
- the computer receives component data contained in each cosmetic product directly from a manager or a specific user using the cosmetic product.
- the computer is a server, the computer receives and stores the ingredient data of each cosmetic product directly input from the manager client.

- the influence component includes at least one or more of a dry influence component, an oil influence component, a sensitive influence component, and is classified into a positive factor and a negative factor.
- the computer sets and stores the skin types to which each influence component affects.
- the dry influence ingredient is set to affect only dry skin types and complex skin types
- the oil influence ingredient is set to affect only oily skin types and complex skin types
- the sensitive effect ingredient is only used for sensitive skin types. It is set to affect. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, when the first user is sensitive oily skin, the computer determines a classification of an influence component that should consider the sensitive influence component and the oily influence component (S610).
- the computer extracts the components belonging to the positive factors and the negative factors in the selected influence component classification, calculates the influence component reflection values by applying the weights (ie, the points) and adds them accordingly (S620). For example, if A cosmetic contains two positive factors and one negative factor among intelligence influence ingredients, and two positive factors and two negative factors among sensitive influence ingredients, the computer counts the positive factors of intelligence influence ingredients. Multiply by +0.3, multiply the number of negative influence factors by -0.3, multiply by the positive factor of positive influence factors by +0.3, and multiply the number of negative factors by -0.3 by -0.3, and add the total value of 0.3 to the first user skin type. Calculated by reflecting the effect component of cosmetics on A. The computer calculates the intrinsic score of the cosmetic A for the first user by adding the influence component reflection on the cosmetic A to the basic score for the cosmetic A.
- the computer assigns different points (ie, weights) to each type of component. For example, there may be a difference in the effect of each ingredient belonging to the negative factors of the dry influence ingredient on the skin. Therefore, the computer stores different points (i.e. weights) for each component and uses them to calculate the influence component reflection.
- the computer extracts the ingredients classified and stored as harmful ingredients or functional ingredients in the cosmetic ingredient list.
- the functional component includes, for example, a whitening improvement component, a wrinkle improvement component, a pore improvement component, and the like.
- the computer multiplies the number of extracted harmful or functional components by the points (ie, weights) and adds them to calculate the harmful component reflectance or functional component reflectance.
- the computer multiplies the number by -0.25, which is the distribution for the harmful ingredients, and calculates the harmful ingredient reflectance of A cosmetic as -0.5.
- the computer provides 0.2 for the whitening function ingredient, 0.1 for the wrinkle improvement ingredient, and pore function. Multiply 0.1 by the number of components and multiply by the number of components to calculate 0.9 calculated as the functional component reflectance of A cosmetics.
- the computer calculates the second intrinsic score of the A cosmetic product for the first user by adding the nominal component or functional component reflection of the cosmetic product A to the base score for the cosmetic product or the intrinsic score reflecting the influence component reflection (i.e., the first unique score). Calculate
- the computer applies weights differently depending on the functionality that the first user is interested in. That is, as shown in FIG. 7, the computer applies the same point (for example, 0.1) to each functional component, and then calculates the functional component reflection value by multiplying the weight set by the first user.
- the computer may determine the importance ratio of whitening function, wrinkle improvement, and pore improvement in a ratio of 1: 2: 2. Calculate the functional component reflectance value as 0.9 for User1 set to be 2, and calculate the functional component reflectance value as 1.1 different for User2 who set the importance ratio of whitening function, wrinkle improvement and pore improvement to 2: 1: 3. .
- the computer receives a weight for the functional component from the first user
- the first user receives a priority or importance figure for each functionality on the user interface provided to his client.
- another method of receiving weights of functional components from a first user may be applied by a computer to calculate importance of whitening, wrinkle improvement, and pore improvement based on the response result on the questionnaire received from the first user.
- the computer analyzes the response result of the first user with respect to various items included in the questionnaire to grasp the importance of the first user with respect to each function.
- the computer calculates the final unique score for each cosmetic product for the first user by applying the component reflection value (S800). That is, the computer adds the component reflecting value (for example, the influence component reflecting value, the harmful component reflecting value, or the functional ingredient reflecting value) to the base score applied to the skin type corresponding to the first user. Calculate the score.
- the component reflecting value for example, the influence component reflecting value, the harmful component reflecting value, or the functional ingredient reflecting value

- the second user is a user who measures skin condition data more than a certain number of times after using cosmetics using a skin condition measuring apparatus. Not only whether the cosmetics conform to the skin condition of the first user, but also the rate of improvement after use or evaluation by other users (ie, the second user) is an important factor in the cosmetic recommendation.
- the computer corrects the final unique score by reflecting changes in skin condition after the second user has used a particular cosmetic product for a certain period of time. For example, the computer receives and accumulates moisture content measured by the skin condition measuring device more than a certain number of times during a specific period (for example, one week) after the second user starts using a specific cosmetic product, and calculates the moisture content change. do. If the moisture content of the second user is improved, the computer determines that the cosmetic improvement rate is high and adds an additional point to the final unique score. In another embodiment, when there are a plurality of second users, the computer applies different values of the additional points based on the percentage of the second users whose skin condition is improved by a certain level or more.
- the computer sets the range of the second user for calculating the evaluation data. For example, the computer limits the calculation target of the evaluation data to a second user having the same skin type as the first user.
- the computer extracts the first extraction group among the users who use a specific cosmetic from the second user, and then the computer extracts a user having the same skin type as the first user from the first extraction group. Create 2 extraction groups.
- the computer determines the extent of improvement of the skin condition of the second user in the second extraction group during the period of using the particular cosmetic product.
