Description

一种区域消息共享方法及装置 技术领域
本申请是关于第三方支付平台技术及信息共享技术,特别是关于一种区域消息共享方法及装置。
背景技术
用户在第三方支付平台(如支付宝、财付通、微信支付、拉卡拉等)上向公共事业缴费机构(如燃气公司、自来水公司、国家电网等,以下简称缴费机构)缴纳相关费用时,由于缴费机构的出账时间不固定,或者机构为了保护客户隐私,不允许第三方支付平台获取缴费机构的出账信息,第三方支付平台无法通过定时查询机制去自动查询账单。由于缴费机构无法向第三方支付平台提供出账信息,所以第三方支付平台无法做到实时将出账信息通知用户,用户只能在第三方支付平台上主动向缴费机构查询是否已出账。许多用户往往因为忘记查询账单而未能及时进行缴费,造成个人征信的损失,为日后办理各类信用产品带来巨大障碍。
发明内容
本申请提供一种区域消息共享方法,该区域消息共享方法包括:
获取用户在第三方支付平台上发起的缴费账单查询请求;
若根据所述缴费账单查询请求查询到缴费机关已出缴费账单,根据所述缴费账单获取用户信息,所述用户信息包括用户所属区域;
若未向所述用户所属区域推送过告知缴费机关已出缴费账单的消息,通过第三方支付平台账号向所述用户所属区域的所有用户推送告知缴费机关已出缴费账单的消息。
本申请提供一种区域消息共享装置,该区域消息共享装置包括:
请求获取单元,获取用户在第三方支付平台上发起的缴费账单查询请求;
用户信息获取单元,用于根据所述缴费账单获取用户信息,所述用户信息包括用户所属区域;
消息推送单元,用于通过第三方支付平台账号向所述用户所属区域的所有用户推送告知缴费机关已出缴费账单的消息。
本申请实施例中,可以在缴费机构未向第三方支付平台提供出账信息的前提下,基于某一用户通过第三方支付平台的查询,向第三方支付平台的其它用户推送准确的缴费机构出账消息,避免用户错过缴费期限。
当然实施本申请的任一种产品或者方法必不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术 人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
图1为本申请在业务实现中的应用场景示意图。本申请实施例的技术方案可以在用户与支付平台服务器之间实现相关缴费消息推送业务,例如燃气出账消息推送、电费出账消息推送、水费出账消息推送等。现有技术中在实现相关监控业务时,通常由用户端(例如客户端A)通过第三方支付平台向支付平台服务器发送缴费账单查询请求,客户端A接收支付平台服务器查询到的缴费账单。图2A及图2B为用户进行燃气缴费账单查询的界面示意图,图2A中,用户进入第三方支付平台查询界面,用户点击燃气费选项,可以得到入图2B所示的查询结果(账单未出)。基于该实现方法,用户(包括客户端A、客户端B、客户端C)每次都需要通过第三方支付平台查询缴费账单,许多用户往往因为忘记查询缴费账单而未能及时进行缴费,造成个人征信的损失,为日后办理各类信用产品带来巨大障碍。
鉴于此,本申请实施例提供了一种区域消息共享方法,以便缴费机构出账后,及时向用户推送消息。图3是本申请实施例的区域消息共享方法流程图,该区域消息共享方法的执行主体是支付平台服务器,如图3所示,该区域消息共享方法包括:
S301:获取用户在第三方支付平台上发起的缴费账单查询请求。
缴费业务的缴费额账单一般由缴费机构(收取用户交纳的业务费用的单位)给出,用户在不知道某项缴费业务是否已经出账的情况下,可以通过第三方支付平台发起的缴费账单查询请求,该缴费账单查询请求由支付平台服务器接收。基于该缴费账单查询请求,支付平台服务器可以向缴费机构查询缴费账单。
S302:若根据所述缴费账单查询请求查询到缴费机关已出缴费账单, 根据所述缴费账单获取用户信息,所述用户信息包括用户所属区域。
支付平台服务器根据向缴费机构查询缴费账单的结果,可以判断缴费机关是否已出缴费账单。如果支付平台服务器查询到该用户的缴费账单,则说明缴费机关已出缴费账单,否则,缴费机关未出缴费账单。
在缴费机关已出缴费账单的情况下,支付平台服务器可以根据缴费账单获取用户信息,该用户信息包括用户所属区域。
一实施例中,如图4所示,根据缴费账单获取用户信息可以包括如下步骤:
S401:根据所述缴费账单获取用户的业务账号信息。
缴费账单中记录的用户的业务账号信息,例如电费缴费业务,缴费账单中记录了用户的客户编号:1003427548。该客户编号即为业务账号信息。
S402:根据所述业务账号信息查询用户地址。
业务账号信息用来标识不同用户,通过业务账号信息,可以在缴费机构查询到用户的地址。如图5所示,缴费机构中记录了与业务账号信息对应的用户地址:博兴九路2号院1-107。
S403:根据所述用户地址查询用户所属区域。
根据上述用户地址,可以查找到用户所属区域,用户所属区域可以为:用户所在小区,街道,或者用户所属行政区域等。结合图5说明,对于用户地址为博兴九路2号院1-107的用户,其对应的用户所属小区为****国际产业园。
S303:若未向所述用户所属区域推送过告知缴费机关已出缴费账单的消息,通过第三方支付平台账号向所述用户所属区域的所有用户推送告知缴费机关已出缴费账单的消息。
如果在某一用户在第三方支付平台上发起的缴费账单查询请求之前, 已经有其它用户在第三方支付平台上发起的缴费账单查询请求,并且已经查询到缴费账单,此时支付平台服务器可能已经通过第三方支付平台向用户所属区域推送过本期缴费账单已出的消息,本申请无需再通过第三方支付平台账号向用户所属区域的所有用户推送本期缴费账单已出的消息。因此,支付平台服务器需要先判断是否向用户所属区域推送过本期缴费账单已出的消息。如果支付平台服务器未向用户所属区域推送过本期缴费账单已出的消息,支付平台服务器就可以通过第三方支付平台账号向用户所属区域的所有用户推送本期缴费账单已出的消息。
本申请实施例中,可以在缴费机构未向第三方支付平台提供出账信息的前提下,基于某一用户通过第三方支付平台的查询,向第三方支付平台的其它用户推送准确的缴费机构出账消息,避免用户错过缴费期限。
下面以第三方支付平台中的支付宝为例,结合具体的例子说明本申请。
支付宝拥有大量用户,用户的缴费账号可以关联到用户所在的地址。用户可以通过移动终端或者PC等设备登录到支付宝进行业务操作,例如查询缴费账单、缴费等。
如图6所示,用户A通过支付宝发起缴费账单查询请求,查询本期缴费金额及缴费日期等信息。服务器端接收该缴费账单查询请求后,基于该缴费账单查询请求向缴费机构查询用户A的本期缴费账单,如果查询到本期缴费账单,即可知缴费机构已出账,可以保存用户A的本期缴费账单。基于该缴费账单服务器端可以首先查询到用户A的业务账号(例如用户A的购电卡客户编号:1003427548),根据该业务账号可以查询到用户A的用户地址,最后,基于该用户地址,可以查询到用户A的所属区域。如果用户A是该所属区域中第一个查询到本期缴费账单的用户,那么服务器端就可以向该所属区域中的其他支付宝用户推送消息,告知 其他支付宝用户计费机构已经出账,可以进行缴费。如果用户A不是该所属区域中第一个查询到本期缴费账单的用户,那么服务器端可能已经向该所属区域中的支付宝用户推送过出账消息,服务器端可以查询到已经推送过本期缴费已出账单消息,就无需再向该所属区域中的支付宝用户推送出账消息。
基于与上述监控数据查询方法相同的发明构思,本申请提供一种区域消息共享装置,如下面实施例所述。由于该区域消息共享装置解决问题的原理与区域消息共享方法相似,因此该区域消息共享装置的实施可以参见区域消息共享方法的实施,重复之处不再赘述。
图7为本申请一实施例的区域消息共享装置的结构框图,该区域消息共享装置可以为第三方支付平台服务器。如图7所示,该区域消息共享装置包括:请求获取单元701,用户信息获取单元702及消息推送单元703。
请求获取单元701用于获取用户在第三方支付平台上发起的缴费账单查询请求;
用户信息获取单元702用于根据所述缴费账单获取用户信息,所述用户信息包括用户所属区域。具体实施时,用户所属区域可以为:用户所在小区,街道,或者用户所属行政区域等。
消息推送单元703用于通过第三方支付平台账号向所述用户所属区域的所有用户推送告知缴费机关已出缴费账单的消息。
一实施例中,如图8所示,该区域消息共享装置还包括:账单查询单元801,用于根据缴费账单查询请求查询缴费账单。
一实施例中,如图9所示,用户信息获取单元702包括:
业务账号获取模块901,用于根据所述缴费账单获取用户的业务账号信息;
地址查询模块902,用于根据所述业务账号信息查询用户地址;
区域查询模块903,用于根据所述用户地址查询用户所属区域。
一实施例中,如图10所示,该区域消息共享装置还包括:判断单元1001,用于判断是否向所述用户所属区域推送过告知缴费机关已出缴费账单的消息。
本申请实施例中,可以在缴费机构未向第三方支付平台提供出账信息的前提下,基于某一用户通过第三方支付平台的查询,向第三方支付平台的其它用户推送准确的缴费机构出账消息,避免用户错过缴费期限。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本申请的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本申请可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本申请可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
本申请是参照根据本申请实施例的方法、设备(系统)、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计算机、嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程 图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种区域消息共享方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用户在第三方支付平台上发起的缴费账单查询请求;
    若根据所述缴费账单查询请求查询到缴费机关已出缴费账单,根据所述缴费账单获取用户信息,所述用户信息包括用户所属区域;
    若未向所述用户所属区域推送过告知缴费机关已出缴费账单的消息,通过第三方支付平台账号向所述用户所属区域的所有用户推送告知缴费机关已出缴费账单的消息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的区域消息共享方法,其特征在于,还包括:根据所述缴费账单查询请求查询缴费账单。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的区域消息共享方法,其特征在于,根据所述缴费账单获取用户信息,包括:
    根据所述缴费账单获取用户的业务账号信息;
    根据所述业务账号信息查询用户地址;
    根据所述用户地址查询用户所属区域。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的区域消息共享方法,其特征在于,还包括:判断是否向所述用户所属区域推送过告知缴费机关已出缴费账单的消息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的区域消息共享方法,其特征在于,所述用户所属区域为:用户所在小区,街道,或者用户所属行政区域。
  6. 一种区域消息共享装置,其特征在于,包括:
    请求获取单元,获取用户在第三方支付平台上发起的缴费账单查询请求;
    用户信息获取单元,用于根据所述缴费账单获取用户信息,所述用户信息包括用户所属区域;
    消息推送单元,用于通过第三方支付平台账号向所述用户所属区域的所有用户推送告知缴费机关已出缴费账单的消息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的区域消息共享装置,其特征在于,还包括:账单查询单元,用于根据所述缴费账单查询请求查询缴费账单。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的区域消息共享装置,其特征在于,所述用 户信息获取单元,包括:
    业务账号获取模块,用于根据所述缴费账单获取用户的业务账号信息;
    地址查询模块,用于根据所述业务账号信息查询用户地址;
    区域查询模块,用于根据所述用户地址查询用户所属区域。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的区域消息共享装置,其特征在于,还包括:判断单元,用于判断是否向所述用户所属区域推送过告知缴费机关已出缴费账单的消息。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的区域消息共享装置,其特征在于,所述用户所属区域为:用户所在小区,街道,或者用户所属行政区域。
