智能镜 技术领域
本实用新型涉及智能家居领域,特别涉及一种智能镜。
背景技术
随着时代的进步,人类的科技水平越来越高,随之而来的是,越来越多的高科技产品进入普通人的生活,给生活带了便利和惊喜,在这些高科技产品当中,智能镜子是一个新兴的智能家居,智能镜在满足人们对镜子的基本要求的同时,还具有上网、显示天气、便签等许多实用功能,因此非常受人们的喜爱。
现有的智能镜,使用玻璃盖板加普通的透光材料,玻璃盖板的透光率一般在30%-50%,造成整机显示亮度降低50%-70%,在光线略微强的环境下,智能镜的显示屏就很难辨识上面的文字和图像,极大的影响了用户体验,为了提升整机亮度,需要用很高亮度的显示屏,造成显示屏成本提高,且高亮度的显示屏必然会导致整机温升上升。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种提高显示亮度且不会导致整机升温的智能镜。
基于此,本实用新型提供了一种智能镜,包括玻璃盖板、触摸屏和显示屏,所述玻璃盖板上表面设有偏振膜,所述玻璃盖板下表面边沿设有遮光膜,所述玻璃盖板下表面中间设有所述触摸屏,所述触摸屏下端设有所述显示屏,所述偏振膜的偏振光的方向与所述显示屏的光的方向平行。
上述智能镜,通过在所述玻璃盖板上设置所述偏振膜和所述遮光膜,且所述偏振膜的偏振光的方向与所述显示屏的光的方向平行,这样光线就能无损的通过所述偏振膜,提高了所述智能镜的亮度,当显示屏屏灭时,所述显示屏为黑色,与所述遮光膜形成黑色背景,自然光打到玻璃盖板上表面的所述偏振膜,由于所述偏振膜只允许偏振方向的光通过,所以会有50%的光反射回来,让整个 盖板玻璃产生镜面效果。
进一步地,所述显示屏边沿设有凸台,所述凸台抵靠于所述遮光膜。
进一步地,所述触摸屏与所述玻璃盖板通过光学胶连接。
进一步地,所述触摸屏的边缘覆盖所述遮光膜的内边缘。
进一步地,所述玻璃盖板的面积大于所述显示屏的面积。
进一步地,所述凸台的厚度大于所述触摸屏的厚度。

进一步地,所述遮光膜与所述玻璃盖板的连接方式为镀合。

所述玻璃盖板10上表面镀有偏振膜11,所述玻璃盖板10下表面边沿镀有遮光膜12,所述玻璃盖板10下表面中间设有所述触摸屏20,所述触摸屏20下端设有所述显示屏30,所述偏振膜11的偏振光61的方向与所述显示屏30的光的方向平行。
具体的,在本实施例中,所述显示屏30边沿设有凸台40,所述凸台40抵靠于所述遮光膜11,所述凸台40的厚度大于所述触摸屏20的厚度,具体所述凸台40为泡棉。
可以理解的,所述凸台可以为其他任何柔性材料,具体的,在其他实施例中,所述凸台40可以为橡胶。
具体的,在本实施例中,所述触摸屏20与所述玻璃盖板10通过光学胶50连接,所述触摸屏20的边缘覆盖所述遮光膜12的内边缘,所述玻璃盖板10的面积大于所述显示屏30的面积,在本实施例中,所述遮光膜12为黑色膜,所述遮光膜12与所述玻璃盖板10的连接方式为镀合。
可以理解的,所述偏振膜12的作用为偏振作用,所述偏振膜可以为任何板状或片装的偏振材料构成,并不局限于本实施例提供的所述偏振膜12,并且,所述偏振膜12与所述玻璃盖板10的连接方式也并不局限于镀合,也可以是胶 粘等其他任何可行的连接方式。
上述智能镜100,通过在所述玻璃盖板10上设置所述偏振膜12和所述遮光膜12,且所述偏振膜12的偏振光的方向与所述显示屏30的光的方向平行,这样所述显示屏30的光线就能无损的通过所述偏振膜12,提高了所述智能镜100的亮度。
请参阅图3,所述偏振膜12的偏振光61的方向与所述显示屏30的光的方向平行;具体的,在生产所述智能镜100时,将所述偏振膜镀于所述玻璃盖板10上表面,并将所述偏振膜12的偏振光方向调整到与所述显示屏30发出的光的方向相同。
可以理解的,所述偏振膜12的作用是能有选择地让某个方向振动的光线通过,且同时有镜面反光效果,所述显示屏30发出的光都是偏振光,在结构上,调整所述显示屏和所述偏振膜的方向,让所述显示屏的光与所述偏振光61的方向平行,这样光线能无损的通过所述偏振膜12,这样所述智能镜100的亮度就会得到提升;所述智能镜100的镜面成像的原理是,自然光60打到所述智能镜100的镜面后,经过反射,照到人的眼睛里,从而看到所述智能镜100的镜面的成像。当所述显示屏30屏灭时,所述显示屏30的表面是黑色,与所述玻璃盖板10下表面设置的所述遮光膜12形成一体,形成黑色背景,所述自然光60打到玻璃盖板上表面的所述偏振膜12,由于所述偏振膜12只允许偏振方向的光通过,所以会有50%的光反射回来,让整个盖板玻璃产生镜面效果。
可以理解的,所述凸台40的作用是给所述触摸屏40提供一个空间,使所述触摸屏40不与所述显示屏30直接接触。
另外,所述遮光膜12为黑色膜,可以直接镀在所述玻璃盖板10的下表面,也可以通过粘合剂粘合与所述玻璃盖板10的下表面,可以理解的,所述遮光膜12也可以为任何遮光片或遮光板等结构轻薄的遮光结构。
具体的,所述智能镜100的表面形状可以为圆形、规则多边形或不规则多边形等用于喜爱的任意形状,在本实施例中,所述智能镜100的表面形状为圆形。

  1. 一种智能镜,包括玻璃盖板、触摸屏和显示屏,其特征在于:所述玻璃盖板上表面设有偏振膜,所述玻璃盖板下表面边沿设有遮光膜,所述玻璃盖板下表面中间部位设有所述触摸屏,所述触摸屏下端设有所述显示屏,所述偏振膜的偏振光的方向与所述显示屏的光的方向平行。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能镜,其特征在于,所述显示屏边沿设有凸台,所述凸台抵靠于所述遮光膜。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能镜,其特征在于,所述触摸屏与所述玻璃盖板通过光学胶连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能镜,其特征在于,所述触摸屏的边缘覆盖所述遮光膜的内边缘。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能镜,其特征在于,所述玻璃盖板的面积大于所述显示屏的面积。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能镜,其特征在于,所述凸台的厚度大于所述触摸屏的厚度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能镜,其特征在于,所述凸台为泡棉。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的智能镜,其特征在于,所述遮光膜为黑色膜。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的智能镜,其特征在于,所述遮光膜与所述玻璃盖板的连接方式为镀合。
