Abstract

Provided is an optical body excellent in anti-glare property and viewing property. The optical body includes a fine concavo-convex layer 5 and a first transparent inorganic layer, the first inorganic layer being disposed on a fine concavo-convex surface side of the fine concavo-convex layer, and satisfies 0 2 /0 1 >7 in a graph with X-axis of reflection angle (°) and Y-axis of luminance, the graph being prepared in relation to a plane obtained by collecting luminance data of reflection light toward all the vectors obtained 10 when light is caused to incident at an incident angle of 60° from the first transparent inorganic layer side of the optical body, and by selecting the plane including a vector representing the maximum luminance (L max ) at the incident point the light and a normal vector to the optical body, the normal vector passing through the incident point of light, where 0 1 ( 0 ) represents the width 15 of the reflection angles each indicating 90% luminance of L max and 0 2 (°) represents the width of reflection angles each indicating 10% luminance of Lmax• [Selected Drawing(s)] FIG. 7
