2.支撑板11a与支撑板11b之间的间隙G是固定的。当间隙G过小时,处于折叠状态的柔性屏12会受到较大的拉伸力;而当间隙G过大时,在折叠状态下的柔性屏12不能完全接触支撑板11a和支撑板11b。
3.在折叠式显示装置使用一段时间之后,由于支撑板11a与支撑板11b之间的间隙G是固定的,柔性屏12在展开状态下可能会不平整。
发明内容
针对现有的折叠式显示装置的问题,本公开提供一种能够改变旋转半径的折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置和显示装置。
为了解决上述问题,本公开提供了一种折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置,包括:
第一支撑板和第二支撑板,
所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板构造成支撑并固定柔性屏;以及
至少一组转轴组件,所述转轴组件构造成连接所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板并且使所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板能够相对于彼此转动,
其中,所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板中的一者设置有滑动槽,而所述转轴组件的一侧设置有转动轴;
所述转动轴能够在所述滑动槽中滑动和转动;并且
所述滑动槽的延伸方向与其所在支撑板的长度方向不垂直。
优选的是,所述转轴组件还包括:
第一转体,所述第一转体位于第一支撑板与第二支撑板之间并且与第一支撑板固定连接;
第三转体,所述第三转体位于第一支撑板与第二支撑板之间并且与第二支撑板固定连接;以及
第二转体,所述第二转体构造成连接所述第一转体与第三转体并且使所述第一转体与第三转体能够相对于彼此转动,
其中,所述第一转体设置有第一滑动槽,而所述第三转体设置有第二滑动槽;
所述第二转体的两侧分别设置有第一转动轴和第二转动轴;
所述第一转动轴能够在所述第一滑动槽中滑动和转动,而第二转动轴能够在所述第二滑动槽中滑动和转动;并且
所述第一滑动槽和所述第二滑动槽的延伸方向均与其所在支撑板的长度方向不垂直。
优选的是,所述滑动槽的延伸方向与其所在支撑板的长度方向平行。
优选的是,所述第一滑动槽和所述第二滑动槽的延伸方向均与其所在支撑板的长度方向平行。
优选的是,所述第一转体和所述第三转体的用于与柔性屏接 触的面为弧形面。
优选的是,所述第一转体和所述第三转体的所述弧形面的弧度均为90°,并且所述第一转体的弧形面的半径等于所述第三转体的弧形面的半径。
优选的是,所述第一转动轴与柔性屏之间的距离等于所述第二转动轴与柔性屏之间的距离。
优选的是,所述第一滑道的长度与所述第二滑道的长度相等。
本公开还提供一种显示装置,包括柔性屏以及构造成支撑和固定所述柔性屏的支撑装置。
根据本公开,折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置的第二支撑板能够相对于第一支撑板横向移动,从而改变转轴组件的转动轴与第二支撑板的相对位置。进一步,通过改变转轴组件的转动轴与第二支撑板的相对位置,可以调节第二支撑板的旋转半径。这样,在第一支撑板与第二支撑板相对转动时,可以减小对柔性屏的拉伸力,同时在折叠状态下的柔性屏能够完全接触(紧贴)第一支撑板和第二支撑板。另外,由于第一支撑板与第二支撑板之间的间隙是可调节的,所以可以保持柔性屏平整。本公开的折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置适用于各种柔性显示装置。

具体实施方式
为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本公开的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本公开作进一步详细描述。
第一实施例:
图4a为根据本公开的第一实施例的折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置在展开状态下的结构示意图。在本实施例中,提供了一种折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置。如图4a所示,所述折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置包括:第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22,所述第一支撑板21和所述第二支撑板22构造成支撑并固定柔性屏12;以及至少一组转轴组件3,所述转轴组件3构造成连接所述第一支撑板21和所述第二支撑板22并且使所述第一支撑板21和所述第二支撑板22能够相对于彼此转动,其中,所述第一支撑板21和所述第二支撑板22中的一者(在图4a中为第二支撑板22)设置有滑动槽24,而转轴组件3的一侧设置有转动轴42;所述转动轴42能够在所述滑 动槽24中滑动和转动;并且所述滑动槽24的延伸方向与其所在支撑板的长度方向平行。
根据本实施例,折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置的第二支撑板22能够相对于第一支撑板21横向移动,从而改变转轴组件3的转动轴42与第二支撑板22的相对位置。进一步,通过改变转轴组件3的转动轴42与第二支撑板22的相对位置,可以调节第二支撑板22的旋转半径。这样,在第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22相对转动时,可以减小对柔性屏12的拉伸力,同时在折叠状态下的柔性屏12能够完全接触(紧贴)第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22。另外,由于第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22之间的间隙是可调节的,所以可以保持柔性屏12平整。本公开的折叠式柔性屏12的支撑装置适用于各种柔性显示装置。
容易理解的是,滑动槽可以设置在第一支撑板21上,使得第一支撑板21能够相对于第二支撑板22横向移动。
第二实施例:
图4b为根据本公开的第二实施例的折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置在展开状态下的结构示意图。与第一实施例不同的是,滑动槽24的延伸方向相对于其所在支撑板的长度方向是倾斜的。
容易理解的是,只要滑动槽24具有沿着其所在支撑板的长度方向延伸的分量,就可以使第一支撑板21和/或第二支撑板22横向移动,从而改变第一支撑板21和/或第二支撑板22的转动半径。也就是说,滑动槽24的延伸方向不能与其所在支撑板的长度方向垂直。
第三实施例:
图5-图8示出了根据本公开的第三实施例的折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置。与第一实施例和第二实施例相比,在本实施例中的折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置的转轴组件3进一步包括:第一转体31,所述第一转体31位于第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22之间并且与 第一支撑板21固定连接;第三转体33,所述第三转体33位于第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22之间并且与第二支撑板22固定连接;以及第二转体32,所述第二转体32构造成连接所述第一转体31与第三转体33并且使所述第一转体31与第三转体33能够相对于彼此转动,其中,所述第一转体31设置有第一滑动槽23,而第三转体33设置有第二滑动槽24;所述第二转体32的两侧分别设置有第一转动轴41和第二转动轴42;所述第一转动轴41能够在所述第一滑动槽23中滑动和转动,而第二转动轴42能够在所述第二滑动槽24中滑动和转动;并且所述第一滑动槽23和所述第二滑动槽24的延伸方向均与其所在支撑板的长度方向不垂直。。优选的是,所述第一滑动槽23和所述第二滑动槽24的延伸方向与其所在支撑板的长度方向平行。
根据本实施例,柔性屏12固定在第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22上,但是不固定在第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22之间的转轴组件3(包括第一转体31、第二转体32和第三转体33)上。按照这种方式,在折叠过程中,第一转动轴41和第二转动轴42能够分别在第一滑动槽23和第二滑动槽24中滑动和转动,从而改变第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22的旋转半径。这样,在第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22相对转动时,可以减小对柔性屏12的拉伸力,同时在折叠状态下的柔性屏12能够完全接触(紧贴)第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22。另外,由于第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22之间的间隙是可调节的,所以可以保持柔性屏12平整。
也就是说,虽然在折叠或展开过程中第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22的旋转半径与柔性屏12的旋转半径不同,但是,通过改变第一转动轴41和第二转动轴42相对于第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22的位置,可以调节第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22的旋转半径。具体的说,当支撑装置折叠时,如图6和图7所示,第一转动轴41与第二转动轴42从第一位置u移动到第二位置v。与此同时,第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22彼此靠近并相对于彼此转 动。最后,支撑装置达到如图7所示的折叠状态。
优选的是,如图6所示,所述第一转体31和第三转体33的用于与柔性屏12接触的面为弧形面。这样,在柔性屏12的折叠或展开的过程中,可以降低第一转体31和第三转体33与柔性屏12之间的摩擦力,同时不会造成对柔性屏12的损坏。
第四实施例:
图9-图11示出了根据本公开的第四实施例的折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置。与第三实施例不同的是,在第四实施例的折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置中采用了多组转轴组件3。
需要说明的是,当柔性屏12的面积相对较小时,在第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22之间可以仅采用一组转轴组件3,如图8所示。当柔性屏12的面积相对较大时,在第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22之间采用多组转轴组件3,如图8-图11所示。可以理解的是,第一转体31和第三转体33的长度和相对于第二转体32的位置可以根据需要进行调整。
优选的是,如图12和图13所示,所述第一转体31和所述第三转体33的弧形面的弧度均为90°,并且所述第一转体31的弧形面的半径等于所述第三转体33的弧形面的半径。
优选的是,所述第一转动轴41与柔性屏12之间的距离等于所述第二转动轴42与柔性屏12之间的距离。
如图13所示,第二转体32的长度小于或等于第一转体31或第三转体33的弧形面的半径R。
优选的是,所述第一滑道23的长度与所述第二滑道24的长度相等。
如图13所示,第一转动轴41与第二转动轴42之间的距离为2R-2r,其中R为第一转体31或第三转体33的弧形面的半径R,而r为第一转动轴41或第二转动轴42与柔性屏12之间的距离。
另一方面,本公开还提供一种显示装置,包括柔性屏以及构 造成支撑和固定所述柔性屏的支撑装置。所述显示装置可以为:电子纸、OLED面板、手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
显然,上述各实施例的具体实施方式还可进行许多变化。例如:第一转体和第三转体相对于第二转体的位置或具体尺寸可以根据需要进行调整,第一转动轴或第二转动轴的尺寸可以根据实际情况进行改变。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本公开的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本公开并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本公开的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本公开的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置,包括:
    第一支撑板和第二支撑板,所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板构造成支撑并固定柔性屏;以及
    至少一组转轴组件,所述转轴组件构造成连接所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板并且使所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板能够相对于彼此转动,
    其中,所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板中的一者设置有滑动槽,而所述转轴组件的一侧设置有转动轴;
    所述转动轴能够在所述滑动槽中滑动和转动;并且
    所述滑动槽的延伸方向与其所在支撑板的长度方向不垂直。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置,其中,
    所述转轴组件还包括:
    第一转体,所述第一转体位于第一支撑板与第二支撑板之间并且与第一支撑板固定连接;
    第三转体,所述第三转体位于第一支撑板与第二支撑板之间并且与第二支撑板固定连接;以及
    第二转体,所述第二转体构造成连接所述第一转体与第三转体并且使所述第一转体与第三转体能够相对于彼此转动,
    其中,所述第一转体设置有第一滑动槽,而所述第三转体设置有第二滑动槽;
    所述第二转体的两侧分别设置有第一转动轴和第二转动轴;
    所述第一转动轴能够在所述第一滑动槽中滑动和转动,而第二转动轴能够在所述第二滑动槽中滑动和转动;并且
    所述第一滑动槽和所述第二滑动槽的延伸方向均与其所在支撑板的长度方向不垂直。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置,其中, 所述滑动槽的延伸方向与其所在支撑板的长度方向平行。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置,其中,
    所述第一滑动槽和所述第二滑动槽的延伸方向均与其所在支撑板的长度方向平行。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置,其中,
    所述第一转体和所述第三转体的用于与柔性屏接触的面为弧形面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置,其中,
    所述第一转体和所述第三转体的所述弧形面的弧度均为90°,并且所述第一转体的弧形面的半径等于所述第三转体的弧形面的半径。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置,其中,
    所述第一转动轴与柔性屏之间的距离等于所述第二转动轴与柔性屏之间的距离。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置,其中,
    所述第一滑道的长度与所述第二滑道的长度相等。
  9. 一种显示装置,包括柔性屏以及构造成支撑和固定所述柔性屏的支撑装置,其中,所述支撑装置为根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的折叠式柔性屏的支撑装置。
