Abstract

Description
本发明涉及空心弹性球的生产技术领域,具体涉及一种空心弹性小球的生产工艺及其离心成型机。
空心弹性球一般用于运动鞋、拖鞋或儿童鞋的鞋底,以提高其减震效果,增加穿着的舒适性。空心弹性球制作时,一般是采用液态胶体注塑到成型夹具中,然后采用离心成型的方式使胶体在固化的过程中在内部形成空腔。目前在空心弹性球的生产过程中一般只是通过成型夹具的自转来实现离心成型,成型出来的小球厚度不均匀,弹性较弱,而且容易出现破损的情况,导致不能将空心弹性球做到更小的尺寸,而小尺寸的弹性球只能做成实心的,不仅增加了材料成本,而且实心球的弹性也不能满足减震要求。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,提供一种空心弹性小球的生产工艺及其离心成型机,其可将空心弹性小球做到更小的尺寸,弹性更好,而且生产成本更低。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种空心弹性小球的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)在成型夹具的型腔内喷脱模剂;
(2)通过注液设备在成型夹具的型腔内注入一定量的液态胶,并使液态胶的体积小于型腔的体积;
(3)将注入液态胶的成型夹具装于离心成型机的旋转架上,并使成型夹具绕自身轴向自转以及随旋转架公转,保持3-8min;
(4)将成型夹具自离心成型机上取出,送入烤箱烘烤5-15min,保持温度在80-100℃;
(5)将成型夹具自烤箱取出,打开成型夹具得到空心弹性小球。
作为一种优选方案,所述液态胶为聚氨脂、聚氯乙烯、橡胶或硅胶中的一种。
作为一种优选方案,所述成型夹具设有多个型腔。
作为一种优选方案,所述型腔为球形、椭球形或半球形。
作为一种优选方案,所述空心弹性小球的直径控制在3cm以内。
作为一种优选方案,所述成型夹具自转和公转的转速控制在50-300RPM。
一种空心弹性小球的离心成型机,包括机座、旋转架、第一驱动元件、第二驱动元件、第一转轴、多个成型夹具和第二转轴,所述旋转架通过第一转轴安装于机座上,并可由设于机座上的第一驱动元件驱动绕第一转轴转动,所述多个成型夹具分别通过第二转轴安装于旋转架上,并可由设于旋转架上的第二驱动元件驱动转动,所述各个成型夹具均包括可开合的两块长条型夹板,所述两块夹板之间设有多个用于成型空心弹性小球的型腔。
作为一种优选方案,所述旋转架包括一矩形框架,所述矩形框架具有两个平行设置的支撑臂以及分别设于两支撑臂两端的两个夹具安装板,所述一支撑臂与第一转轴可转动连接,另一支撑臂与第一驱动元件驱动连接,所述多个成型夹具可拆式安装于两块夹具安装板之间。
作为一种优选方案,所述型腔为球形、椭球形或半球形。
作为一种优选方案,所述各个成型夹具的两块夹板的合模面上分别设有便于合模的定位槽和与定位槽适配的定位凸块,合模时,所述定位凸块嵌于定位槽内。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,通过设置旋转架,使成型夹具随旋转架公转,同时使成型夹具在旋转架上自转,使得成型夹具内的胶体在离心成型过程中厚度更均匀,空腔与胶体的球心的同心度更高,不易出现破损的情况,可以将弹性小球做到更小的尺寸,使空心弹性小球的弹性更高,提高了空心弹性小球的生产质量,降低了企业的生产成本;本发明还提供一种空心弹性小球的离心成型机,该离心成型机的旋转架可以同时放置多个成型夹具,各个成型夹具可同时成型多个小球,极大的提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本;另外,由于本发明生产的空心弹性小球弹性更好,当将于运动鞋、拖鞋或儿童鞋的鞋底时,可提高穿着舒适性,提升用户满意度。
为更清楚地阐述本发明的结构特征、技术手段及其所达到的具体目的和功能,下面结合附图与具体实施例来对本发明作进一步详细说明:

请参照图1-4所示,一种空心弹性小球的离心成型机,包括机座10、旋转架20、第一驱动元件12、第二驱动元件14、第一转轴11、多个成型夹具30和第二转轴13,所述旋转架20通过第一转轴11安装于机座10上,并可由设于机座10上的第一驱动元件12驱动绕第一转轴11转动,所述多个成型夹具30分别通过第二转轴13安装于旋转架20上,并可由设于旋转架20上的第二驱动元件14驱动转动,所述各个成型夹具30均包括可开合的两块长条型夹板31,所述两块夹板31之间设有三个以上用于成型空心弹性小球的型腔32,所述两块夹板31的合模面上分别设有便于合模的定位槽33和与定位槽33适配的定位凸块34,合模时,所述定位凸块34嵌于定位槽33内。所述旋转架20包括一矩形框架,所述矩形框架具有两个平行设置的支撑臂21以及分别设于两支撑臂21两端的两个夹具安装板22,所述一支撑臂21与第一转轴11可转动连接,所述另一支撑臂21与第一驱动元件12驱动连接,所述多个成型夹具30可拆式安装于两块夹具安装板22之间。本发明中,所述型腔32可以为球形、椭球形或半球形,所述型腔32的直径小于3cm。
一种空心弹性小球的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)在成型夹具上喷脱模剂;
(2)通过注液设备在成型夹具的型腔内注入一定量的液态胶,并使液态胶的体积小于型腔的体积;所述液态胶为聚氨脂、聚氯乙烯、橡胶或硅胶中的一种;所述型腔可以为球形、椭球形或半球形;
(3)将注入液态胶的成型夹具装于离心成型机的旋转架上,并使成型夹具绕自身轴向自转以及随旋转架公转,所述成型夹具自转及公转的转速控制在50-300RPM,并保持3-8min;
(4)将成型夹具自离心成型机上取出,送入烤箱烘烤5-15min,保持温度在80-100℃;
(5)将成型夹具30自烤箱取出,打开成型夹具30得到空心弹性小球,所述空心弹性小球的直径小于3cm。
本发明中,所述成型夹具设有多个型腔,在生产过程中同时将液态胶注入到各个型腔内,然后将成型夹具装在离心成型机上,从而可以一次成型多个空心弹性小球;而且,本发明的离心成型机也可以一次放置多个成型夹具,从而可以实现对空心弹性小球的批量生产,提高生产效率。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,故凡是依据本发明的技术实际对以上实施例所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种空心弹性小球的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:(1)在成型夹具的型腔内喷脱模剂;(2)通过注液设备在成型夹具的型腔内注入一定量的液态胶,并使液态胶的体积小于型腔的体积;(3)将注入液态胶的成型夹具装于离心成型机的旋转架上,并使成型夹具绕自身轴向自转以及随旋转架公转,保持3-8min;(4)将成型夹具自离心成型机上取出,送入烤箱烘烤5-15min,保持温度在80-100℃;(5)将成型夹具自烤箱取出,打开成型夹具得到空心弹性小球。
- 根据权利要求1所述的空心弹性小球的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述液态胶为聚氨脂、聚氯乙烯、橡胶或硅胶中的一种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的空心弹性小球的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述成型夹具设有多个型腔。
- 根据权利要求3所述的空心弹性小球的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述型腔为球形、椭球形或半球形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的空心弹性小球的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述空心弹性小球的直径控制在3cm以内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的空心弹性小球的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述成型夹具自转和公转的转速控制在50-300RPM。
- 一种空心弹性小球的离心成型机,其特征在于:包括机座、旋转架、第一驱动元件、第二驱动元件、第一转轴、多个成型夹具和第二转轴,所述旋转架通过第一转轴安装于机座上,并可由设于机座上的第一驱动元件 驱动绕第一转轴转动,所述多个成型夹具分别通过第二转轴安装于旋转架上,并可由设于旋转架上的第二驱动元件驱动转动,所述各个成型夹具均包括可开合的两块长条型夹板,所述两块夹板之间设有多个用于成型空心弹性小球的型腔。
- 根据权利要求7所述的空心弹性小球的离心成型机,其特征在于:所述旋转架包括一矩形框架,所述矩形框架具有两个平行设置的支撑臂以及分别设于两支撑臂两端的两个夹具安装板,所述一支撑臂与第一转轴可转动连接,另一支撑臂与第一驱动元件驱动连接,所述多个成型夹具可拆式安装于两块夹具安装板之间。
- 根据权利要求7所述的空心弹性小球的离心成型机,其特征在于:所述型腔为球形、椭球形或半球形。
