Abstract

본 발명은 PEG(polyethylene glycol)-기반 하이드로젤을 포함하는 3차원 세포배양 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 상기 PEG-기반 하이드로젤은 비닐술폰(vinylsulfone)이 결합된 PEG(polyethylene glycol)인 PEG-VS(polyethylene glycol-vinylsulfone)에 부착 펩타이드(adhesion peptide) 및 가교제(crosslinker)를 혼합하여 제조되며, 상기 시스템은 피부세포인 진피섬유아세포, 멜라노세포 또는 케라틴세포를 배양할 수 있어 피부세포의 활성을 측정하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
